I found InventoryCloud to be incredibly useful for streamlining inventory management in businesses of all sizes. Inconvénients :

The biggest issue that I had with InventoryCloud was the lack of customization options. Many of the features were preset and difficult to adjust for specific needs, making it more difficult for me to work with the software. I also found that the user interface was outdated and could not be easily customized to make working with the software more efficient. Additionally, the lack of support from InventoryCloud was often an issue. The company did not offer any training or support materials, making it difficult to troubleshoot any issues that arose.

Inconvénients :

No problem faced till date. More and more customization is requested to improve the supply chain system to its best as per current business dynamics. Real time functionality and auditing of the orders through barcode scanning often hangs or slows down and buffer in web, which can be resolved immediately. Else, everything is just perfect.

Excellent customer service. Cloud-based program is easy to access. Very user-friendly.

Inconvénients :

It lacks features that we wish were there. It would be beneficial for us to have more custom features. The report templates can be confusing and overwhelming. Would help to have custom reports easier to create.

Good product with some downfalls.

Cloud makes it easy to keep proper inventory controls.

Inconvénients :

After updates every custom screen/menu reverts back to default causing me to have to change it back to my preferred setting.

Commentaires : I am very satisfied with the overall product and the way we have chosen to utilize this software to control and manage our sports nutrition department and the 500+ food and beverage options we serve our athletes.

Avantages :

The capability of utilizing the software on an app as we use iPads to input data in various storage locations. I also like the customized reporting option as we set min and maxes to calculate and control reordering quantities.

Inconvénients :

That I cannot get alerts for both expiration date warnings as well as min and max alerts. Handheld devices are also finicky with wifi connections.

Get what you pay for.

Commentaires : We have tried many different inventory systems and tried creating our own to no success. It wasn't until we finally got serious about finding a solution and put it out to multiple people in our organization. The search begin and our AP in the back office, found Wasp. At first we were skeptical to paying such a fee for a service, that we had previously developed in house, but immediately in the product demo we knew this was going to be an incredible option for us. While we are still in the trial phase, I hope to do another review in 6 months,1 year, on and on, and speak to the high continuity of Wasp and their great customer service.

Avantages :

This software is user friendly for an industry that has a high turnover of inventory.

Inconvénients :

The app interface could be improved to be simpler for employees that are simply handling inventory in and out.

WASP for the win

Commentaires : 8.5 out of 10... very happy and we reviewed 15+ other companies.

Avantages :

It was the most cost-effective option that was straightforward to implement. No extra bells and whistles that we won't use. Many other companies were trying to sway us to software we were only going to be using 25% of but WASP did not do that.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it is a little too rigid and requires so creative thought to figure out how to get the needed data.

Inventory Cloud

Commentaires : It's been very convinient for us to have the cloud set up, it given us more features / tools to get our orders processed and tracked through our shop down to the end user, It's a must have for any buisness

Avantages :

I've been using the Wasp Inventory Control for about 5 years now and just upgraded to the Inventory Cloud and it has been much easier to use, also the software gives the user the option of using our mobile devices instead of the scanner in certain cases. One of the best items also provided with the upgrade is the availability of creating your own custom reports very important in tracking your inventory . It's a must have program if you want to make sure all your inventory is squared away..

Inconvénients :

Only one real issue I've had is label printing not as easy as the previous version, Creating the label is not the real issue it's having to modify a labels size .. Not user friendly when it comes to label modification. Not a deal breaker.. I do have a work around only because I've been using inventory control for some time now.

Inventory 1

Commentaires : WASP has done what is was supposed to do and it is much better than a paper and pen process. Wasp is overall a good inventory software with some small issues here and there, but very useful.

Avantages :

The software is a complete inventory software. The software mainly runs well for what it is. It does what it is supposed to do. Good for general inventory functions.

Inconvénients :

At times the system runs slow, and picking large orders can take a long time. The system has crashed or locked up on occasion resulting in lost data and forcing users to start over (rare but it happens). At times tickets have been opened with WASP and I have not heard back about some issues, but the WASP techs are always helpful when on the phone. There is an issue with not being able to pull the full amount of inventory from a none primary location. This has been going on for sometime. I have followed up several times in the past, but I do not remember WASP ever following up with me about the issue. Some other small issues such as not being able to delete past PO's after they are closed out etc.

Game changer

Commentaires : Prior to getting Inventory Cloud I had to manually keep track of my inventory taking up a lot of time to maintain. Since my company has purchased the Inventory Cloud software, it has made running the warehouse easier and more accurate. I can now order materials and equipment with Inventory Cloud software, and the employees can now make a pick list of what they need for a job.

Avantages :

The check in-check out feature is a game changer for my company. I no longer have to write down what went where and who has it. Very easy to use.

Inconvénients :

There has only been one short time that the software was acting up. It was just after an update that was done to the system and it wasn't sending my orders to my vendors. This was a moderate inconvenience for me. Once I realized that my orders were not being sent to my vendors, I called the support team at Wasp. They were aware of the issue (from other companies that had called) and resolved the problem in a very timely manner.

Great for any company who needs inventory assistance.

Commentaires : We can keep our inventory, orders, picks for specific work orders, and incoming items organized easily by using this system. It helps us a great deal every day here at our company.

Avantages :

I love that we can use it on the go. We can count our inventory going in and out while actually on the floor looking at it. It is easily used with our other systems and helps us a great deal with keeping up with the amount of raw material and finished goods we have here at our location.

Inconvénients :

The specific thing I did not like about the software was fixed with the last update. We had an issue when we tried to change an order. We were not able to delete specific line items in a pick or purchase order. We would have to make another with a different title. We no longer have to do that. We are able to delete a line item and something else. Yay. Go Wasp!!!

Easy to customise

Commentaires : It is a great system with multiple features to assist many different industries, you are going to have small issues with in any OS.

Avantages :

Once you get the system set up to your needs and how to efficiently operate it, it is easy and quick to do your day to day tasks at any level. It's great to be able to access your information from anywhere.

Inconvénients :

if there is any network interference during any transaction type you will loose your progress. The other the issue i have is there are times when you will complete a transaction but the system wont register the transaction.

Good Software

Commentaires : I use this software everyday for my occupation. I overall enjoy using this software, as it has been a major aid for our company. I think there is opportunity for this software to be better, but I see the team is working hard to accomplish this.

Avantages :

The software is easy for any user to learn and operate. I have been able to control my inventory at two locations with this software.

Inconvénients :

The updates tend to have issues inside of it every time there is a major update. I have lost PO's in this system due to an update. The positive is the team is easy to work with while they try to figure it out.

Warehouse Management End User

Commentaires : ease in maintaining the inventory levels.

Avantages :

The ease of transferring from an older system, as in entering all the new items and adjusting amounts.

Inconvénients :

You must remember the location of a product when 'adjusting'. Should show the locations and amount of items in each in a drop down if need be. Else you have to leave the adjust screen and go into another to find the location/s to choose from. Report modification is not easy, must have more training.

User Friendly

Commentaires : Our overall experience with WASP Inventory is that it is easy to use. Easy to search, run reports, add, remove and move items. This is much better than the old system!

Avantages :

This product is very easy to use. Very easy to search and to find items quickly. Also, easy to update if you need to move items in your warehouse or if you need to add or remove items.

Inconvénients :

We had the old WASP system and there was no easy way for conversion. We had to manually upload the data.

Completely Unprofessional

Avantages :

Pros were the sales rep was super persistent when selling me the equipment and software.

Inconvénients :

The cons? After this guy sold me the software and scanners, the moment i received the equipment and needed assistance this guy was no where to be found. I tried leaving a message several times, have an email thread for nearly 3 months of him not responding to my request for help but me receiving his automated sales emails, spoke with customer service on 4 different occasions never got a follow up, finally got to the accounting dept who had said they would handle it and cancel it out to only find out months later they're still sending me invoices and never credited me back anything. This began in 02/17 its now 10/17 and i am following up again with Billing as i tried again 2 weeks ago promising they would fix this and still nothing. Now the supervisor relayed a message they would clear out the 2 of the 4 months of unpaid bills and meet me in the middle ( the customer who didnt get an answer back for 4 months and im supposed to pay in full or split the bill?) then to come back and tell me theyll cover all 4 months and that i should try and "re-sell" their equipment online (the same equipment i was sold on and not able to use due to bad customer service, its still in the box and they wont credit me back. Completely unprofessional, offering me to split invoices and re-sell equipment for products i wasnt able to use since the day i got it. If they correct this ill let it be known but until then the way this has been handled is so unprofessional acting like theyre doing me a favor canceling out 2 of the 4 months and not giving me credit for the 1st month and equipment i was swindled into.

Wasp Inventory Cloud Review

Commentaires : It is a good inventory system for how we use it. We didn't use many features because we do our purchasing, orders, and invoicing through Sage 50.

Avantages :

The easiest functions to use on this software are adding, removing, and adjusting inventory numbers. Wasp Inventory Cloud System is much easier to use than many others in that regard.

Inconvénients :

I am disappointed that Wasp doesn't integrate with Shopify or Sage 50 easily. Instead, we'd have to pay Barcode Shack a lot of money to integrate. I wish Wasp had better integration with the systems we already use.

Inventory Cloud Review

Commentaires : Overall Inventory Cloud suits our needs. The reports are very customizable, however there isn't much support on them. It seems that the Wasp team only knows the basics.

Avantages :

The simplicity of the product and customization of the reports

Inconvénients :

The application itself should be more customizable, or at least for Wasp to be able to handle requests on the back end. It seems as if the product was developed and hasn't progressed much. I've had some seemingly easy requests that haven't happened.

Commentaires : Going from an Excel spreadsheet to InventoryCloud has changed the whole way our company works. It has saved time, money and space. An excellent product that I would recommend to ANY company other than our competitors! :)

The barcoding system by far. Doing our monthly audits while using tablets is the BEST!!

If the tablets had the same "locking" feature as the PC it would be faster.

Commentaires : Over the years. Each location I visited required custom changes and training. Your product should come with training. When inventory is not accurate during start up; WASP should make sure the end user can work the software.

Avantages :

The feature that is most helpful is probaly the hardware.

The filter messes up the search. When filters are activated its difficult search

Wasp review 2021

Commentaires : Overall it is user friendly. The GUI is nice and easy to maneuver.

Avantages :

With some user effort & education, the reports are fairly customizable. The learning curve is a bit steep, but once you get a handle on it it becomes easier.

Inconvénients :

At times it can be buggy or slow. That said, we use the cloud version, so there are many factors that can affect this issue. It is not very easy to get specific help without very expensive training packages. I believe there should be some availability of monthly training available included with the subscription, and without additional cost.
