Simple and Easy-to-Use

Commentaires : My client needed a solution to get a message out to the masses, quick. He only had phone numbers, no email. SlickText was a quick and simple solution to get his message out.

Avantages :

I love the intuitive ease of the platform. It is very simple and easy to navigate through. As someone who just started using SMS Marketing, I was able to jump right into the platform and deploy a text right away.

Inconvénients :

Perhaps more customizations of uploaded lists. I really need to be able to tag (or remove) those who tell me STOP or OPT OUT. My client gets his list from a national commission so I am sure we will have repeat names/numbers on a list and I would hate to spam them because I removed them from one list but they showed up on another.

We have found SlickText very easy to use. The customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond to help.

Inconvénients :

We have not had any bad experiences with SlickText.

Why to chose slick text!

Commentaires : Overall the experience we have had with Slick Text has been phenomenal! The customer service is top notch and the sales reps truly care about finding the best fit for your organization! It feels like you are truly part of the slick text team and not just a stream of income!

Avantages :

Slick text is user-friendly and easy for everyone to learn! It is also quick to implement and set up! You can start texting your audience on the day you sign up!

Inconvénients :

I don't think there is anything I dislike about slick text. It would be amazing if the roll over texts didn't expire but usually that is not an issue as we seem to always use up our texts on time!

the customer service we receive from [sensitive content hidden] is great. We never have had an issue he has not handled.

Inconvénients :

absolutely nothing. slicktext is there for you and does not take days to get back to you.

Features and support are great

Commentaires : Overall- it’s OK. We use it for event communication and it’s crucial that the messages get through to attendees. When they say “delivered” but are not actually delivered it is problematic.

Avantages :

Love the ease of use and the customer support

Inconvénients :

Lack of communication when messages are not delivered due to carrier issues or other circumstances

Slicktext is the way to go!

Avantages :

I value the ease of use, functionality, multiple personalization options, and exceptional customer service.

Inconvénients :

I would like more flexibility around pain options but this is not a deal breaker.

Easy to use

Avantages :

Simple but featurepacked. Beats something like clicksend in features with better pricing models.

Inconvénients :

There is some confusions but ultimately, they have superb customer service to lead you in the right direction.

Avantages :

I like the ease of use. Anyone can easily use it making it easy to implement within the organization. Additionally, I like the giveaway feature.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was more customization options, however, I understand this is also regulated by the carriers.

Love Love Love SlickText - A Game Changer Indeed!

Commentaires : Communication is very important, we have a team of over 200 independent contractors. It became impossible for me to effectively and efficiently market our team events, encourage our team, and communicate important messages to every member on a timely and personalized way. Most times, only 25% of my team received a message. Now with SlickText the problem as been totally solved. I am saving so much time and everyone receives the important communications in a personalized way.

Avantages :

The product is a life safer! Before SlickText I was sending an individual text to each member on my team. We have over 200 members, so this became impossible and very inefficient. SlickText empowered me to send a personalized message with the stroke of a finger. It was very easy to set up and very affordable. I love the flexibility from month to month to upsize or downsize my usage as needed.

Inconvénients :

The integration was easy, the Youtubes were very helpful. There are many features that I am not using yet, but my main goal was to send a message one time and my entire team receives it. I got more than what I expected with the scheduling feature and with the personalized messages as well as the images

Avantages :

The open rates of text message marketing make it a no-brainer for me. Additionally, I've got to say that it's really fantastic to be at a speaking engagement and have the room text a word into their phones all at once. It's as close to automated as you can get while you're standing right there in the room. I love it! And the attendees love it because they get whatever they're texting to receive right away. We live in a "right now" world and to deliver in that way is impressive to the attendees. They love it!

Inconvénients :

Slick Text has been a wonderful provider for my company. However, I don't like it when a text word is already taken. It has only happened once but it's just part of how text message marketing works.

Avantages :

Most importantly I love how user friendly it is, I had tried two separate site prior and had horrible experiences. This is beginning friendly, priced reasonably and the customer service is amazing! I had someone on the team reach out via phone & email to check on how my free trial was going and offer a deal to sign up (which I was already planning to do because I loved the site so much)! It has became a critical part of my brand & is an amazing way to interact with my followers daily!

Inconvénients :

Nothing to be honest, I was able to figure everything out super fast & have had no issues at all. The only thing is maybe my time zone being different but I’m sure that something I could’ve set/ fixed in the settings of course.

SlickText is a Winner

Avantages :

The customer service is fantastic, and that is so hard to find in platforms these days.

Inconvénients :

I wish you could easily change a contacts textword or add additional textwords to them without having to re upload them as a new customer or have them text to subscribe to each individual thing.

Slicktext for Small Biz

Commentaires : good. when we had access to over the phone help it was always easy to get a hold of someone and questions were answered. I have done the online chat and that is easy as well.

Avantages :

It is easy to use on a desktop interface which is important because sometimes you have to send a message quickly.

Inconvénients :

When you hit 'enter' it sends the text. It is just a matter of retraining the fingers. Also, more characters would be helpful.

Avantages :

Easy to setup and get people to signup with opt-in form and a barcode form which we printed out and posted on our entrance.

Inconvénients :

The texts you earn why on more expensive plans got deleted when you downgrade the plan which we think is not fair. We earned those text numbers do even if we downgrade, those earned text numbers should stay so we can use them.

Commentaires : we had a low closing rate for our leads, but since we used slicktext, our closing rate improve a lot. it can lower our ROI for advertising.

Avantages :

it has an amazing customer service experience, lots of youtube videos to instruct us how to utilize, it also has a very easy and simple interface to operate.

Inconvénients :

we cannot use our own form which built by wordpress to collect the leads and directly send them to slicktext and mailchimp, the leads cannot be automatically sent to slicktext from mailchimp instantly, need sync, which is not good

A fantastic value for the money

Commentaires : Easier communication with my Karate Family population and a super easy way to run contests when I make public appearances at festivals and other community events

Avantages :

The contests and multiple text words are excellent. The user interface is also easy to use. Most of all, the customer service from Slick Text is nice and very responsive.

Inconvénients :

A mobile app would be an excellent addition to the offerings of Slick Text. There have been times when I didn't have an opportunity to sit in front of my computer and set up a text or contest.

Avantages :

Great program for marketing and reaching out to leads that prefer to do a text introduction instead of a phone call.

Inconvénients :

Commentaires : Before SlickText I really struggled with lead generation. Now that I have some systems and methods in place I am now getting qualified leads and sales have doubled. in the last 2 months.

Avantages :

It was easy to use it with a billboard campaign. We are getting more text messages weekly.

Inconvénients :

Quite a bit of work upfront but it does pay off. When using slicktext with other platforms patience is a must.

The simplicity of getting your message out there, the ease with which I can get support, and the results we've seen make Slicktext an excellent value

Being newer, there are still some functions I am looking for, however since we've begun with Slicktext we've already seen several upgrades and the implementation of timed SMS coupon renewals

Avantages :

I really love using SlickText. It makes it easy to send promotions out to our SMS subscribers in tandem with our email marketing. Because of that we have seen an increase in response rate. Also their customer services is really the best. I was actually going to use another company, but I every time I called no one would answer the phone. I called SlickText, they answered, and I am so glad they did.

Inconvénients :

I feel like it's a little pricy but I also understand why they charge what they do and they are comparable to the other options I looked into. I just feel SMS marketing in general is pricy.
