Evernote is Innovative & User Friendly

Evernote Teams: Good Points, Bad Points, and Overall Experience
Commentaires : Overall, while Evernote Teams is a powerful and flexible platform that has greatly improved our team's productivity, the limited free plan, complexity, and potentially poor customer support are all points that could be improved.
I have been using Evernote Teams for the past year, and my experience with the platform has been mostly positive. One of the standout features for me has been the ability to create and share notebooks with my team. This has made it much easier for us to collaborate on projects and to stay organized.Another key feature that I've appreciated is the integration with a wide range of other tools and platforms. Evernote Teams integrates with a variety of other productivity and collaboration tools, which has made it much easier for us to manage our work and stay on top of our tasks.
there are a few points that I've encountered as a user that could be improved:Limited free plan: Evernote Teams' free plan is somewhat limited in terms of the number of users and the amount of storage you can have. This can be a drawback for small businesses like mine that need to manage a large volume of data and have a larger team.Complexity: Some users have reported that Evernote Teams can be complex to set up and use, especially for those who are new to project management software. The platform offers a wide range of features, and it can take some time to learn how to use them effectively.Poor customer support: Some users have reported poor experiences with Evernote Teams' customer support, including long wait times and unhelpful support staff.
Evernote Team Software: Our Honest Review and Experience
Commentaires : I have been using Evernote for approximately two years to manage a variety of tasks, including taking notes as a researcher. It has provided me with an efficient way to organize my work before and during projects, and has proven to be especially useful for task management, note-taking and organization, and communication. Compared to other options, I have found Evernote to be a simple and effective solution.
Evernote is a comprehensive team collaboration software that offers a range of features to help teams work together effectively. These features include tools for real-time collaboration, task management, note-taking and organization, and communication. With Evernote, teams can share notes and tasks, create to-do lists, assign tasks, track progress, capture and organize ideas, and communicate with each other in real-time, all in one central location.
Although Evernote is a well-liked team collaboration tool, it is not without faults. It has limitations in functionality, integration with other tools, or user interface.
Evernote Teams Pros & Cons
Evernote has long given users a variety of note-taking choices, including the ability to take photos, type notes, or handwritten notes. Keywords found in the document's content can be used to search the papers. With astonishing accuracy, this even works for text or keywords in photos.Evernote is more than simply a note-taking program; it also supports photographs, drawings, and other attachments to aid in the comprehensive data collection for notes.Searching notes is simple and makes it possible to quickly discover what you need among the documents, handwritten notes, pictures, and PDF files that are kept in your notebooks. In eleven years of searching, I have never failed to locate a note or thought.
Despite the fact that goods are arranged according to notebook and journal entry, searching for things occasionally feels a little strange.Data encryption security for an individual: There is a technique to encrypt certain text data within notes, but not complete sensitive notes that have embedded media assets (such as photos and pdfs). The "Upgrade" popups/reminders might be rather intrusive for individual users or persons on a tight budget. They could be a little less forceful, but I can see that they have a company to run. The upgrade alternatives should be announced by email rather than in-app, if possible.
Comprehensive solution for Complex notes and project management tasks
Commentaires : I personally benefitted from Evernotes a lot. It got a range of features such as multi tasking, notes management, assigning tasks etc., which helped me in my project a lot. The whole team can see the real time updates while making notes. It also arrange the modified notes in an order. However it doesn't reflect who made the changes.
I like features such as writing and updating notes from multiple devices with a single account. Features such as adding tags, assigning tasks, reminding people, mobile access particularly intrigued me. The reflection time i.e., to update data on other devices is really low compared to other such softwares'. lastly, the user interface is too good and easy.
While editing the same document by two persons at the same time, this software creates a copy of it, and does not update at a time and keep them as separate copies. The software team should look into it and fix it. But personally for me, this is a minor glitch.
Evernote makes my work easy and Keeps me on track
Commentaires : It has been the best so far me to take notes and to keep track of everything I do, mostly my projects.
Note takingOrganising notesSet RemindersTo do listMulti platformSimple interface
Sharing information to other colleagues do not really work to well for me
Great software for instant note taking
Commentaires : I have had a very good overall experience so far with Evernote and I hope it remains the same
One thing I like very much about Evernote is its continuity. I can take notes on the web application and continue on the mobile app. Also, it is very easy to share notes and do voice-to-text conversions.
One thing that I least like about Evernote is the collaboration feature. Sharing of notes and files could be improved.
Lack of Collaborative Features
Commentaires : When I want a set of texts or pictures readily available to be referred to or pasted, Evernote is the ideal tool. But, if the app had collaborative features (eg. Google Docs.) the usability of the app for me would increase drastically.
Great app with a very subtle extension on chrome and easy-to-access notes and clipboard.Decent support across platforms
There is a huge absence of any real-time collaborative tools between teams thus making the app very stale and not useful on an industry level. Also, there are not many tools or features in the app for it to replace a regular old notebook apart from when you just want to copy and paste data, thus making it difficult to make the switch.
Evernote App Usage Review
The best feature of Evernote is the ability to compose notes, make calendars, and create tasks on a computer or mobile device, share them, and update them whenever you like. I use it to store data that I might occasionally need. Your data is encrypted with a password for additional security, which is the main advantage of using Evernote.Even though there are several services and apps that are comparable to Evernote, it was one of the first to reach scalability, which is why I prefer it. It offers an intuitive user interface and a wealth of practical functions, including real-time syncing of your notes.
The note includes a to-do list, but it might have been designed better because when I check an item, it simply receives a strikethrough, but I would expect it to disappear or be put to the bottom. I think it's congested the way it is now. There is no way to add tags with certain quotes from the text. If the report is large, it is only able to associate tags with a document, which is annoying because I have to browse the entire document to find the necessary information.
Evernote a great way to organize a beautiful messy mind
I Love HOW YOU CAN MAKE NOTES WITH REMINDERS THAT YOU CAN THEN SHARE ACROSS ALL YOUR DEVICES AND ALSO WITH COLLEAGUES AT WORK
I Love THIS PRODUCT OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD CANNOT THINK OF ANYTHING I DONT LIKE
It's a neat toy, but an expensive one!
I am a big fan of the note-taking features. They are super easy to use and very handy. They really allow the teams to collaborate and share ideas.
I find it challenging to change platforms as the text settings on my phone and tablet do not scale properly. I also think that there are similar products that offer comparable features for far less.

One of the best content management services available
Evernote Teams looks great and works well on the platforms we used it on - mostly Windows 10 for business plus the individual's choice of smartphone / tablet version of it. Its intuitive navigation and powerful scan and search features were its main selling point for us.
All in all, the price is very fair. But with ever more subcription-based services used in the workplace, we ended up switching away from Evernote Teams simply to save costs. Our new service that we replaced it with is not nearly as sleek or elegant, but offers the same essential features - OCR and search as well as task management - at no additional subscription costs.
If I was the sole decder and/or money didn't not feed into the decision-making process, I'd have stuck with using Evernote Teams as it is really great at what it does.
Hands down the OCR. Optical Character Recognition is the name of the feature that allows Evernote to scan the images you take and thus enable its powerful search feature to find content on scanned documents and even pictures. That makes for one of the most powerful organisational features I have yet come across. Even the subscrition costs are very user friendly, given what you're offered. I loved the dashboard, too. Very sleek and easy to both navigate and customize.
Personally, it all boils down to integrations for me. I loved the year-ish that we were using Evernote. Integrating it into Microsoft Teams work well enough and it looked the way it always did However, using Everote Teams within Microsoft Teams meant that we were already paying the subscription for Microsoft 365 and then paying Evernote Teams on top of that. We ended up saving us the costs for Evernote Teams by switching to Microsoft OneNote which is included in the abov mentioned subcription.

The perfect notetaking tool!
Commentaires : One of Evernote's many features is its array of services and programs for keeping and analyzing written notes. A note, also known as a "note" in Evernote, can consist of text, photos, or embedded audio files. It can also have file attachments. straight from the very start, it can be organized into file folders, then named, annotated, edited, given comments, searched, and exported as an integral part of a pocket notebook. Evernote supports several mobile device platforms (including iOS, OS X, Android, Microsoft Windows, Windows Phone, Chrome OS, BlackBerry, and WebOS), and simultaneously has numerous web-based setup options and backup options.
Users can quickly create an attractive and easy-to-view note depending on preferences with Evernote, which offers several aesthetic, stylistic, and format choices for the user to choose from. Sharing class notes and collaborating on them was made extremely accessible by Evernote, helping students work together in the learning environment. Evernote makes it simple to organize information with notebooks, tags, and shortcuts, allowing users to swiftly locate what they need.
Integration with Outlook works to some extent, but needs to be improved seeing as most situations a Evernote file is not detected by Outlook and a plugin for Evernote slows down outlook. The desktop client version 10 for Windows system lacks the opening of the program straight from the taskbar icon or the option to autostart at login. A nice feature is that you can personalize your home page, but if you opt to save these customizations, it's a pay-to-play aspect.
Awesome team software!
Commentaires : I would rate my overall experience an 8.5 out of 10. Evernote teams has so many awesome features that I really love! I often travel to meet with a designer or seller we want to work with, rather it be across town or several hours away, so it's great that I can open Evernote teams and take notes that my team can view and give feedback on.
I like so many things about this software! First of all it has never failed me, I've never lost notes or data and I've never had it stop working on me. Best pros: Take notes from anywhere, Sync across all devices even with different operating systems, use with other products, work with your team easily, create tasks and lists, and you can add a drawing to a note! A huge bonus in any creative industry. One thing that really stands out is that Evernote teams benefits me individually and our team as a whole!
There isn't a lot to pick at but I was disappointed with a few things. Customer support was not at the level I expected. When I sync and use the software at the same time it slows down significantly. When sync is finished the speed is restored but that's something I want them to fix.
Digital notepad is a must
Commentaires : Taking notes and scheduling daily to-do list is very easy with this software. I just simply love all the feature and tools that they are offering, and it is not costing me too much for upgrading to the premium plan. This software has been great for me so far.
Transition from my old notebook to this digital notebook is easy and not much learning curves involving to make me feel comfortable to use it daily for my note-taking needs. Its availability to my smartphone is the most critical aspect, as i need to use it not only when i am in my office, but also when i am on the road.
What i like least with Evernote Business is, there are no option to open the note that i am saving outside the software. There are no feature or option to export it or saving it to other format that can be read on third-party software. Some other feature that i hope they can add to the software is voice recording to the notes.

Evernote Buisness Review
Commentaires : When I’m doing my retail sales using Evernote I can keep track easily of addresses or information that I need to remember about certain products or details about the products I don’t wanna forget. I also use it to keep track of daily tasks I need to complete at my cleaning company. It’s great for keeping track of the different locations and customer numbers that I’m gonna need through out the day and any note I make anyone on my staff can log in and read it. So far I have not had one employee that wasn’t able to figure it out and quickly at that
I have used this software now for a little over two years and I absolutely love it!! It’s very easy to use and sign into from different locations and or devices and see every note you have made or different things that you have posted. I own my own cleaning company and sell retail online for extra money and Evernote makes it easy for me to keep track of different things or tasks that I need to remember and can easily access and look at no matter which job I am working at. I also sometimes fill in for a Drs Office and we use Evernote as a way to communicate back and forth at the same time without having to disrupt the Drs time with the patient
Honestly I can’t think of much that I would change so far most of the tasks that I try to complete or notes that I need to make it has always been able to do and complete easily without me having to work too much to get to it.
Productivity, content curation, and collaboration in one tool
Commentaires : I use Evernote to optimize my productivity. It takes care of all the reminders for me. I curate and share my inspiration boards, and allows me to easily turn them into new content that I can share with the people that will eventually polish it and give it final shape before it can go online. I import Typeform questionnaire answers to Evernote for this same goal, and I have set up a number of Gmail filters that let me know when to pitch my posts for guest posting or to get valuable links for my domain.
Many things I like about Evernote, but I would say that my favorite is the fact that I can use it as the "hub" that contains (and sometimes triggers) most of my daily tasks. I would love to be able to review Evernote together with Zapier, as I am currently making the most out of the capabilities that both tools offer when they are combined. Evernote by itself is an extremely helpful productivity tool, and I love the fact that I don't always need to be online to update or create notes. I mostly use it to jot down ideas for new posts or articles as they come to me, and I also keep a couple of notebooks for content curation. I can add stuff from the real world as easily as I can clip websites or anything that I see on the go. To keep up with my content creation calendar, I connect Evernote with Gmail, Typeform, and Calendly. Although there are more Zaps available, these are the ones I use the most often to keep track of my contacts, review questionnaire answers that I then turn into blog posts, and keep track of appointments and phone calls. I easily share my notes and
Evernote doesn't have many flaws as I see it, but I did find a few times that some of the capabilities in other collaboration tools such as Google Drive would be handy for Evernote. I wish there was a way to keep track of my actions (such as what Basecamp does with the "everything" section). I also would love to be able to share something with a co-worker in "view only" mode (this can be done in Google Drive). As far as I've been using the tool, it does not have either of these options. Also, the way that every document or PDF has to be uploaded to a page is sometimes not ideal, as I would also like to have the option to just upload something to my notebook or to Evernote itself for safekeeping or to be able to reference it within a note.
Good for almost everything
If you are a visual person or if you have the kind of attention issues common in ADHD and common also to many other right brained folks, you will often find the internet to be a very challenging thing we never had to worry about in the past.
It is candy to someone like that because there are a million paths to take--- for free ---that lead to different doors and a person like me can get lost pretty easily without knowing it. I always feel like there is something I'm missing and I don't want to forget and regret it later. In that sense, Evernote has freed me to move about the internet more easily by allowing me to trick my mind into saving everything that seems important so that I can tell myself to keep moving forward instead of getting distracted. The Evernote web clipper is the best feature by far in that it quickly and properly clips most things without much more to think about and without concern that something didn't work properly. I've saved more than 9000 items in my Evernote to date. As a premium member I have never even come close to running short on my given space for the month. So it's come in handy for a person who organizes differently than most - it has become a brain dump for everything and anything I need it to be. And that relieves my mind from worrying about where I put something. That's all great. Where it still needs improvement is the usefulness after things are saved. For every 1000 things I save, I probably go back and even see about 50 of them in truth. I wind up just going back out to the internet to find them all over again - That may be just my mistake, or it may be because I feel that the notes aren't complete unless I know they are up to date and unless I can more easily visualize what I need. All of the other things tend to get lost in the notebook system that can be so simple it's actually confusing. By allowing us to sort things by various tag words or notebooks, they take the entire thing and make it more suitable for the left brained logical type of person.
These are folks who can see order in words and numbers where I tend to see letters as little black bits of ink on a screen. I am much more easily able to organize things visually to determine proper workflow for me and there just isn't much of a way that I have yet found to do that. You can merge notes together, but it's a process unless you simply want to merge them, not edit them. You can't organize visually in a way that, for instance, shows you only the photos in your folders - so you can structure them in a way you understand. You can't change the order of each note so that you can manually put things where you want them and that's probably my biggest complaint. I realize there are workarounds - but it's not seamless and it doesn't allow for free flow of the thoughts. Much of what I save are simply photos , but not all - and I would love to have some more flexibility to create notes in a fashion like Curio - where anything goes and it can be as visual or as simple as you need it. Unfortunately, they don't have a web clipper although you can import your Evernote notes into a great app like Curio, it still doesn't feel the same because the visual portion of the notes is not easy to see. However, there are a ton of add-ons and for what I use it for it's great. There is something new added every day so I hope it's just a matter of time or perhaps I've missed something that will help me with this. On it's own, it's almost perfect, but it just hasn't fulfilled the hope that sooner or later someone is going to come up with an app that fulfills all needs in one. I have often copied notes into three or four apps to make sure I don't lose anything as I piece together the job in a way I can see. That wastes a lot of time and space. One day, I will either find an app that helps me make sense of what's already there or helps me take what I have and make sense of it by reordering it. Either way, it's still the best thing I have found to use every day for all data collection with the exception of video.
great search engine. never lost anything that I couldn't again find. fast, easy on system mobile apps are solid and have pen functions now somewhat customizable handles images very well - full size annotation feature great
No visual shortcut options to sort through notes and tag them visually quickly. Words don't cut it when sorting quickly and grouping. No ability to change color of backgrounds in the app so they differentiate from each other while still maintaining an order No drag and drop image function Organization is simple enough for some, but I need some real world examples start to finish to implement things for myself. I would love to see some full use cases shown that are common enough that I could cut and paste for myself. Some internal templates could help.
The ultimate note-taking application.
Commentaires : In the company, we had some problems expressing the ideas we had. Sometimes it was complicated to work as a team because of a lack of communication at certain times. We could use a typical dashboard for group ideas, but it was too inefficient. Evernote Business allowed us all to take notes for ourselves and for the company. The communication is now excellent and we find it to be software we can't stop living with. The variety of file types it handles is very good and the integration with other software we use is excellent for productivity. We have everything centralized in Evernote Business and the information is not lost.
I have a lot of ways to save a quick thought. I love being able to record a voice memo and save it as a note in Evernote and then being able to listen to it and write down some audio notes in the same file. I think that the spontaneity of Evernote Business and the ability to handle several types of files is what I like best and I think it is the strongest point of the application. Another aspect I like very much about Evernote Business is that the software is adapted to all operating systems and many devices. It is very convenient to have the software synchronized on all the devices of the company's workers because it is always accessible to take a note or make a contribution. The integration with other software used by the company, such as Gmail or the calendar, is perfect. I think it is essential to have good productivity in the team and everything is in one application. The synchronization in the edition of files and documents is very good, we have not had any problem. At first, it was hard to get used to their system of ordering notes by notebooks, but now I think it is essential.
At first we were intimidated by Evernote. It has too many features that are new to us. It's a friendly application in the interface, but it's challenging to use. It took us time and effort to get used to more and more features to get the most out of it, and it was better when we started watching the tutorials on the YouTube channel. The mobile application is growing too much. I'm worried that on some low-powered smartphone I won't be able to use this software. I understand it's because of all the media files out there, but I wish there was a lite version or a way to compress the files so they took up less space.
Evernote Teams review, Best Note taking Software.
Evernote is a bit like a virtual notebook or diary, designed for taking deeper and longer notes. As an alternative to Evernote, Google Keep is a virtual surface that you can overlay with concise, timely, and actionable digital notes.
For example, you can use Evernote to take notes during your college psychology course or executive leadership course. You won't be using Google Keep this way - instead, you're jotting down small pieces of information that you want easily accessible, like your child's to-do list or soccer schedule.
I like how easy it is to transfer and share notes with the team, how fast and reliable it is. To be honest, the teacher is told to take notes in class without realizing it. It helps you track items and their completion, integrate well with Slack, Outlook, share information better, and get reminders. It works on so many levels for me and I'm glad I've been a longtime user. I love them constantly making amazing changes to make the software even better.
The only drawbacks I see is that it's very difficult for the app to realize that you want to start writing. Sometimes I have to press it multiple times and it can get annoying. My only complaint about Evernote Business is that it's expensive. Subscription prices keep going up and features disappear. The support is very slow.
