Powerful Business Management Tool For Handling Clients

Commentaires : Overall experience is great & smooth. The support is friendly and gracefully handles all the feedbacks & suggestions. I love when the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is involved in the support process, because that shows his commitment and dedication to take the tool to next height. So SuiteDash is definitely on the right track, I believe.

Avantages :

I love the fact that SuiteDash provides a complete solution for managing every step of a client-based business. I don't have to use multiple tools to handle invoicing, project management, file sharing, client communication, feedback cycle etc. Also, the ability to create a separate white-labeled portal for clients to login and check their projects and collaborate, is just awesome feature to have.

Inconvénients :

I strongly believe the UI of the tool can be improved. It's good now, but can be much better. Actually, the tool has so many features & setting options, that it gets difficult sometimes to keep track of them. So I would suggest the team to keep working on the interface and UX, so that the workflow can be even faster than now.

Commentaires : Suitedash is solving all of our CRM needs. How we keep track of Leads, customers alike, and their journey and communication with us. Suitedash has provided us with a very professional and branded client portal that is secure and dynamic and personalized. It is making our sales, onboarding, and record-keeping easier and more efficient. All of our business data is in one place and we don't have to be constantly making sure our apps are communicating effectively. Online scheduling of appointments with leads and also clients is more streamlined and efficient.

Avantages :

Suitedash is the best-valued software that I have ever seen! The biggest benefit is that it eliminates the need for so many other softwares for a killer deal! I love their attitude of unlimited CRM contacts and unlimited employees. It also consolidates all of our data into one place which has made my life infinitely easier. Before SuiteDash we had so many other softwares that I had Frankensteined together with a combination of APIs and zapier. Suitedash has saved me so much time but also time teaching other employees how to use our software. The LMS feature and the automated onboarding have helped us get employees up to speed faster but also saved us time and money by getting our clients onboarded and comfortable with our products!I LOVE the ability to white-label the software, it helps build even more trust with our clients. I am amazed at how fast SuitDash rolls out improvements and additions to the software. They really listen to the community and develop solutions to the communities problems! I feel like SuiteDash is an investment because each new release of features is saving our company time and money.The automation in SuitDash has eliminated lots of human error and saved us so much time, money and effort. Also, the ability to truly personalize each client's dashboard to them has really made our users' experience even better. Also it has made our product seem even more valuable.

Inconvénients :

The only downside to Suitedash (Although this is not really a negative at all) is it is such a complete all-in-one software there are so many things to learn about it. SuiteDash is so robust I still am realizing ways that it can improve and make our business better. Again that is not really a downside, If you start using Suitedash to only solve one problem, you will be pleasantly surprised to learn that it can make running a business infinitely easier and more automated.

Great white label solution for many problems

Commentaires : I will use this software for other clients. It is a well-built system with a lot of flexibility.

Avantages :

This software is great! You can customize everything, I have never seen software so versatile. It is fantastic and document and user management. I also like the flexibility in the pricing models.

Inconvénients :

I really don't have any complaints. I would be nice if they had basic unpaid support, I do understand the pricing model allows for more support with higher priced plans.

Commentaires : Suitedash resolves problems my business never knew existed! They have been able to provide enhancements to our client portal through custom CSS and HTML. The other issue suitedash is solving is creating a report system for the CRM and document signing digitally which beats having to shell out $$ to docusign.

Avantages :

Suitedash is the perfect all in one solution for our company. They not only allow us to isolate our CRM clients by delegating circles for reporting purposes but they even allow us to provide a custom client portal for our customers to log in.

Inconvénients :

There are no notable downsides to the Suitedash software that we have encountered. We have been using Suitedash for more than 2 years now and they are constantly enhancing the system.

SuiteDash is a the best All-in-One Business Management Solution I used so far

Commentaires : It's helping me a lot with project management by providing one place to manage everything my company needs: Teammates, Clients, projects, tasks, deadlines, files, communication, estimates, invoicing, and much much more. It also has a bunch of Automations, which is a great time-saver.

Avantages :

The software is pretty easy to use and offers a wide range of features that make my business operations run smoother. The customer service is top-notch and the team is always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

Inconvénients :

So far, I didn't find any flaws in the software. I was a bit overwhelmed by the diversity of features, but luckily, they have a very good help center, and their youtube channel is full of videos that helped me get started very quickly.

Commentaires : I tried to bring everything under one roof to reduce the amount of systems we use. In the end, I had to give up and go back to the separate systems that do their one thing really well.

Avantages :

SuiteDash tries to do everything under one roof. Tasks, project management, time tracking, invoicing, client portal. And it does do it all, so that's neat. One tool for all that is handy.

Inconvénients :

The problem is that SuiteDash does all these things, but doesn't really do any of them that well. Customising the portal to look how you wanted is limited, and the feature sets in each of the areas just seem very basic. Like it's a 1.0 version. Jack of all trades, master of none.

This is the most underestimated business tool/CRM.

SuiteDash is a flexible and comprehensive CRM system that can handle almost all aspects of a business. You can easily manage and group your clients based on your needs, and customize your approach to each one. It can also function as a membership portal, which can be customized for each user. The system is adaptable and can be configured to meet your requirements, no matter how complex they may be.

Inconvénients :

SuiteDash is a new working environment that is constantly adding new features. Sometimes the site may experience brief disruptions, but this is to be expected with any new digital product. It would be great if SuiteDash had a built-in community forum rather than importing an external one. Overall, I believe SuiteDash has great potential and is worth considering for your business needs.

Commentaires : We use Suitedash to organize remote teams, simplify our work flows and ultimately cover many of the challenges we face in administration, sales, marketing and organization. This way, numerous other applications become obsolete and things can be organized centrally. That’s really worth a lot.

Avantages :

For me it's the sheer range of functions that makes Suitedash stand out. I was especially pleased that the set-up is very easy thanks to extensive text and even video documentation. My Team now use many features on a daily basis: As a CRM, the software helps us to keep track of customer relations at a central point, to set up and manage appointments and ultimately increase customer loyalty and brand awareness. We will soon use the software as a client portal as well, which will give our customers a useful service tool to saves time (for them and for us). The Software can be whitelabled to a great extent right out of the box, and with a little additional CSS even larger customizations are possible (all strings can also be translated as well, which is great). My Team now shifted our project management to Suitedash since the time recording and billing functionalities come in quite handy - messaging, Kanban-Boards and file sharing with sufficient storage space are there as well. In Short: Because there are so many useful features, it's hard to tell which one stands out the most. Suitedash is just a well-thought-out overall package with lots of use cases for small to medium companies.

Inconvénients :

Some features are currently still under development and are therefore not quite perfect. For example, subtasks cannot be moved yet. But I think the Suitesash team is keeping an eye on these little things and will fix them over time. The public roadmap also shows that the team is working hard on the product. So it's all good.

White Label Portal for Clients

Commentaires : Clients have one central location to communicate and upload/download files. As a web development agency, this has been a huge boon. No more email tags and using shared Dropbox and Google Drives to have file exchanges. Allows me to grant and revoke access to clients and my staff members as their designated roles change.

Avantages :

The flexibility of the software to control all aspects of communications to customer and staff has been tremendous. It allows me to create a portal branded with my agency where my clients can log into upload files and check off tasks - all without knowing that it was a 3rd party solutions. It allows me to focus on working on the actual project instead of working the work involved in getting the project moving forward. The mobile app is a nice touch also with the instructional videos to guide with all aspects of running the software. The videos were very concise and clear and got the lesson across on all the features.

Inconvénients :

Because it is so rich with features, there was a lot of videos to watch.

Robust features of several tools in one suite

Commentaires : I was looking for a dashboard alternative for clients other than the My-Account dashboard in Woocommerce. They have a nice roadmap and are constantly improving the service. White-labeling is great and lots of customization available to make it look the way you want. I come across issues and when I do I email them and they resolve it quickly. They seem to seriously take customer suggestions seriously. I'm super excited about what's to come and know it will only get better.

Avantages :

Single dashboard for clients to view/pay invoices and yes, recurring invoices using popular gateways like Stripe and Braintree. Great way to request files from clients who receive a link to upload the files without having to log in. Clients can approve or reject task items. Automation features are in the early stages but can see a lot of potential in this. The support is excellent! All issues are resolved quickly by their team.

Inconvénients :

Coming from more refined PM tools like Basecamp and Teamwork, the interface isn't as intuitive as it could be. The commenting system on tasks needs a lot of work. Task comments can easily be overlooked and not seen. Feels like too many clicks to get things done. Load times can feel a little slow at times.

The Complete Package Software

Commentaires : I am using this software for billing, client onboarding, organizing, and structuring client tasks. This software is basically running half of my business for me.

Avantages :

This is my second review that I am writing, period. But this company deserves it. So here it goes, I love everything that this platform offers. I am able to invoice clients, set-up tasks or projects for clients, use forms to get client information. I basically automated majority of my business, overnight. Plus to top it all off, the entire design can be customized to fit my brand, I now have a progressive web app that my clients can download to their phone (android only). Unfortunately, I have been through alot of different apps so trust me I know the headach of going back and forth and paying a bunch of money to everyone. But now, I no longer need atleast 6 different apps that I was originally using, thanks to Suitedash

Inconvénients :

As stated before this app is the beast of software. So I cannot be upset that it has a little learning curve. To be honest, it is a little intimidating but I am not one to complain about learning something that will save me money and time down the line.

SuiteDash - a Swiss Army Knife of business apps.

Commentaires : I'm loving SuiteDash, once you set it up and get familiar with everything it can do - it's a real time saver. Every morning I get an email outlining planned activities for the day. It's great for setting up templates for repeatable things - like projects. Instead of starting from scratch and doing a lot of copy/pasting for each new client project, I can just fire up a template that's ready to go. All of my client communication is archived in the project, as well as related files. More than anything, I love being able to have one hub for taking care of planning, scheduling, communicating, billing, marketing, etc., instead of several disparate solutions that don't 'talk' to each other. With SuiteDash, I spend less time managing and more time doing.

Avantages :

The main thing that drew me to this is the ability to do nearly anything. It's got my invoicing & payment processing integrated into what is now my client portal, so clients can log in and see the payment history, pay invoices, etc. It's got marketing functions, project/task management, a calendar, automation, reporting, messaging, etc. I can basically cover any sort of client communication or task within this dashboard.

Inconvénients :

If I could improve my dashboard, it'd be in two areas: 1. The editing / styling of emails and messages is a little clunky and dated. I'd upgrade that interface. 2. Customizing some aspects, for instance - creating a custom client 'home' page if you're using it as a portal, might be beyond the capabilities of the typical business owner. Though they do have templates, you might need to consult support with these things.

SuiteDash changed everything about how I do business and I've never looked back

Commentaires : SuiteDash has streamlined my operations, saved me money, made me money, and I will admit to watching SuiteDash videos on YouTube in my spare time just for funsies. The platform is amazing and exciting; it's fun to use and fun to learn about. Since installing SuiteDash, I was able to off-load my billing platform, scheduling application, document creation / e-Signing application, internal staff communication application, and my email marketing application. That's FIVE line of business applications absorbed by SuiteDash, and I haven't missed any of them since I converted.

Avantages :

This is the most powerful piece of software I've ever used in my business. It does everything and most importantly, it does it WELL. Most "all-in-one" software applications do plenty of things. Poorly! SuiteDash does all these things better than most specific-use applications do them. I was impressed with SuiteDash from day one, and continue to be more impressed every day. As I get to use the program, I learn about new features and powerful things that I never knew I could do. On top of that, they are constantly developing the platform and introducing exciting new features. I'm such a fanboy for SuiteDash, I browse YouTube almost daily for any new videos with anything to do with the platform. Why? Am I really that nerdy? Simple: SuiteDash is actually FUN to use. I am daily excited by the idea that I have such an incredibly powerful tool at my disposal that is honestly a joy to navigate and explore. SuiteDash lets me be creative in ways I didn't expect. As I tell my colleagues: SuiteDash is more about what you want to do rather than what the software does. It's so powerful, you can accomplish anything you like. The hardest part is deciding how you want your process to flow. SuiteDash does the rest.

Inconvénients :

I get that we have to have cons to balance things out, and there's only one I can see from here. It's not REALLY a "con", more of just a challenge. SuiteDash is not intuitive to learn for the new user. The learning curve is steep as there are some concepts very different from other CRMs or software packages. All of it makes sense when you put it together, and there is ample documentation for the new user to figure it out by their own efforts. It does, however, take real effort to figure out the basics and really have it sink in. This is, in my mind, actually a good thing. Software that can be mastered in one sitting is generally very simple-use software, and the steepness of the learning curve speaks to the true power of the platform. If you can dream it, you can do it.

Commentaires : I really liked Suitedash for its overall flexibility, we are able to custom tailor each customer's profile to precisely what we need. And that's helpful because we are growing and offering more solutions, working with various types of scenarios. Suiteddash allows us to easily scale and offer really custom experiences for various client types.

Avantages :

I have reviewed 3-6 various CRM solutions that different companies within the Legal professional world have to offer. I chose Suitedash because it provides the ability to white label the customer experience, so when your customer goes to a portal they are still on your website with their branded portal. It's genius!

Inconvénients :

There's a learning curve, you need to be sure to watch the getting started series so that you can get the most out of your suite dash account!

A great customer portal, customer service application

Commentaires : I will be honest and say I looked at SuiteDash before and didn't give it a fair shot. You do need to be willing to watch some of the help videos for set up. Once I did that, I was set up within a day and have a pretty sweet looking customer portal on my website now. I really think they have packed an insane amount of features and customization into one product.

Avantages :

It creates a great customer interface -- through multiple channels -- email, customer portal, and messaging. I really like that you can brand your own customer portal fairly easily. Within a day of set up, I had a portal, on my own domain. In the same day, I set up their progressive web app for mobile as well. This would have taken me tons of set up time and having to hire a database admin. SuiteDash provides this for a very reasonable monthly fee. I also love the Flows feature where you can use automations and even use data from the CRM (auto-fill templates with things like contact and company names). Don't overlook the value of this feature! It has the potential to save a lot of time when it comes to automating onboarding and customer communications.

Inconvénients :

I would really like Google Drive natively integrated (I'm sure others would like Dropbox). This is high on the list of requested features, so I do think it will make it on their development roadmap. I can be a tad slow to load at times, but I've read they are also actively working on improvements in speed. I think the feature set well overrides this issue.

Commentaires : I have a great experience so far. When I had a question that was not in the help desk forum, I received a response in less than 24 hours answering my questions.

Avantages :

The PWA to create an app for my clients and the white label process that allowed me to completely remove the Suite Dash logo and present my clients with a product that promotes my company solely. The help videos are a great resource.

Inconvénients :

CSS coding to get the forms aesthetically pleasing. I wish there were more templates. I wish the scheduler and email marketing was more robust.

All-In-One Heaven!

Commentaires : It's been great. Customer service is responsive and the platform serves a need we had for a very long time.

Avantages :

The user interface is incredibly easy to navigate and use. I was up and running within 30 minutes with my first projects scheduled and team members assigned. It was incredible. The UI can be a little misleading--it's so simple, you might think there isn't a lot of power behind it but you'd be wrong to think that. From billing and invoicing to marketing campaigns to storing files all in one place-- it's really a dream come true for a business company with remote workers who all need to serve a large number of clients.

Inconvénients :

Because of the power, to fully utilize it all , you really need to spend some time in there. 80% of that time is just in reorganizing your own processes to be more efficient. I don't see this as a drawback but it has taken a little bit of time to fully integrate everything -mainly because we were so scattered and disorganized before. SuiteDash made us get our systems in order.

Commentaires : Having all information in one place saves costs, money and improves efficiency. I still use some other tools that I think do their job best like email marketing, etc.
But with SuiteDash I have a tool to manage my customers, invoices, projects, tasks etc.
The Client Portal gives me a professional look and that's also a great way to impress clients. SuiteDash does that like a charm.

Avantages :

The White Label solution is definitely what it took for me to buy Suitedash. Is something you can make as it was created by you, for you with all the tools you need to run a business. The help section is very well made, with a lot of good information and that's a must, especially when you're starting using the tool. I also like the possibility to have a branded app on mobile where I can access my data.

Inconvénients :

It's not easy to implement I'm afraid. The learning curve from the first day until you have all things as you want can take a while. Honestly, I don't like the interface and the UX in some aspects of the app. The interface could have a much modern look compared with what it has at the moment. Maybe because I use a lot of new apps where we can find a pattern in the layout, interface, buttons colours etc and that makes me compare with others such as suitedash. Another thing I don't like and that can be the reason why I think the learning curve is so long and so hard to implement this tool, is the User experience. In this section, SuiteDash can do a lot more, and in my opinion, should do it asap. I find that it's not intuitive enough to call some functions in the app and that leaves us to frustration and frustration leave us to abandon the app. Sometimes I have to click 3x or more just to call an action or see a piece of information. When I think I can go there by clicking in a single button, I find that I cannot go from there, but I have to click 2x or 3 buttons somewhere just to see what I want. This is also where I can see a lot of room for them to improve. In my opinion, if Suitedash invest some time and money changing their User Experience, because the all is there and all functions are there, it can become the best all in one solution available out there.

Commentaires : SuiteDash has evolved naturally and is, by all means, a well thought through undertaking that's continuously evolving. I'm genuinely impressed with SuiteDash and strongly recommend any small business owner or creative agency to check it out and run it through its paces.

Avantages :

The client portal, which provides a centralized location for all client interactions. Small business owners know first-hand how complicated it is at times to get a complex project organized and everything just "into the box" that is connected or associated with it.

Inconvénients :

It took a while to get used to the tool, but given the range of features this is to be expected. SuiteDash has a bundle of very professional online tutorials that I'm still going through to understand the entire range of possibilities this multi-tool can deliver.

Commentaires : I want to offer a premium experience for my customers, so I was subscribing to the best of the best software out there to support the different products and services I offer and trying to create a custom experience from my clients - that was frustrating and expensive to say the least. With SuiteDash, the premium experience starts with the positioning of MY BRAND at the forefront thanks to their white labeling and the ability to provide an app for clients to quickly find my company on their devices was just next level. As I mentioned, I no longer need the myriad of subscriptions as I now host my courses, services, bookings, landing pages, email marketing, contracts, project management, CRM, document sharing within the SuiteDash Client Portal saving me nearly 700 bucks in subscription monthly costs. The cost savings is doing wonders for my bottom line. And the SuiteDash suite of services just keeps getting better. This is huge for not just my work with other entrepreneurs, but for contracts that I am pursuing with larger businesses. And it's all right there in in one place and platform.

Avantages :

The BEST thing about SuiteDash is the entire ecosystem (LMS, CRM, project management, invoicing, and booking) that works seamlessly on ONE platform out the gate! I've been able to replace the hundreds of dollars I was kicking out to different services, trying to piecemeal the experience I wanted to provide for my clients. With SuiteDash, the foundations are all there under MY BRAND. And as an added bonus, SuiteDash comes with an entire team of developers cranking out updates and features to enhance an already stellar product and expand their product offering.

Inconvénients :

The only hang-up I've had is the overwhelm with knowing how to get everything up and running for me. My business is new and growing; learning how to use the product and putting all pieces in place has been a challenge. Thankfully, the team at SuiteDash knows their customer and offers a myriad of options for onboarding and learning everything there is to know about what they've built.

Commentaires : I can keep track of all my clients, each of their projects, and send them their invoices. This program easily does the work of many programs and honestly, it's as good as having at least another person working for me. It just keep getting better. And customer service has always been responsive and helpful.

Avantages :

SuiteDash is one of the most feature-rich programs I have ever used. I can replace almost all of my other tools with this one! This product has saved me hours and helped me get more clients. Being able to put so many automations in place has save me countless hours. I also am a to present a really professional client portal to my clients. With the portal, I'm able to set better boundaries for working together, and have a central place to share my files with my clients. Being able to request files from my clients while also giving them deadlines has been game-changing. People will either turn or their work on time, or they have no grounds to complain if their project gets behind because they didn't hold up their end of the agreement. This has saved me from having to work overtime and set better boundaries, with ease.

Inconvénients :

I did have to turn off the option to allow clients to book their own appointment because it allows multiple appointments to be booked in one time slot. I wish it was a smart scheduler, however, I appreciate that I can just turn this function off. And I was easily able to work around this by adding a link to my scheduler in the client portal. Another amazing feature, that I could do make it so customizable!
