Au début c'était un peu difficile à utiliser pour nous les débutants mais en allant j'ai découvert plusieurs fonctionnalités qui m'ont le goût de ce que je cherchais avant.
Inconvénients :
Je n'ai pas grande chose à dire mais ils doivent revoir certaines fonctionnalités surtout au niveau de la connexion

La première fois que j'ai découvert SuiteDash , je faisais pas trop de confiance mais par la suite grâce à ses multiples fonctions de CRM pour la gestion clientèle, je l'adore et le recommande

Malgré ces fonctionnalités et plus simplicité d'utilisation, il est parfois lent pour l'affichage et je dirai également que la plateforme à négliger certaines fonctionnalités . J'espère bien qu'il vont intégrées plus de fonctionnalité pour nous aider dans la gestion clientèle avec les prospects et entreprises

SuiteDash is an amazing all-in-one CRM (and so much more!)
Commentaires : I never really had a handle on my client interactions; they were always scattered. Now, with SuiteDash, everything is in one place. I can see all of the messages, tasks, client requests, files, etc, that are associated with a project *in one place*. It's practically magic.... truly. I am appreciating how much time I save automating client interactions. Yes, they may take a bit to plan and add to the system but it's SO worth it. Here's an example workflow: send proposal - proposal accepted > invoice is automatically generated; client pays invoice > 5 automations are triggered, including: project template generated, granting client access to resource files, project tasks auto-created and added to my calendar... the list goes on and on!
Avantages :
SuiteDash is extremely full-featured. It replaces so many other SaaS tools I have cobbled together over the past 10 years. Now I'm able to run my business more efficiently while providing clients with a top-notch user experience. (Yes, I'm referring to the fully white-labeled client portal app that's included!) I am amazed at the myriad ways I have automated my business processes and client interactions so that the experience is high-touch and nurturing. As a business owner who's used to doing everything myself, SD saves me time in the long run because I can set up a workflow once and reuse it forever (or until I change it!). The SD team continually adds improvements and upgrades to the platform, and they actually LISTEN to SD users in their Facebook community. I made a case for adding an additional automation option and was pleased to see it implemented within a few weeks. Very impresssed.
Inconvénients :
SuiteDash is a powerful, complex system, so it can be a bit intimidating at first. That's always the downside to any tool that is this feature-rich. It's not something you can learn in a day, but if you're committed to properly planning out your workflows, watching the SD tutorial videos, reviewing the excellent help documentation and taking advantage of the FB user community (don't forget to join!) and SD support team, you'll set yourself up for success. My suggestion... don't rush it. Take your time to learn the system by creating test/dummy accounts and workflows so you can really understand how to use this tool most efficiently and effectively.
Powerful and affordable
Commentaires : I'm about to launch a business that offers 6 services that SuiteDash handles for me. I have found plenty of help in the Facebook groups.

Workflows, appointments, signatures, invoicing, recurring payments, emails, CRM, webhooks, forms, proposals, file manager, dynamic documents, tasks, project management, dynamic client portals, employee portals, internal messaging, notifications, automation, webhooks, a learning management system.Plus you can white label it.Plus a mobile app.
Inconvénients :
It's so powerful that it can scare beginners away. I highly recommend you spend time watching the training videos. There is plenty of help within the app too. Great documentation.

Lacked basic functionality of nearly all other CRM systems
Commentaires : Support was good but the software does not do some of the basics of a CRM system very well. so very disappointed

One price irrelevant of how many users and seemed on initial inquiry to do everything we wanted

Lacked basic functionality - It has no reminders built in ( This is a deal breaker for me) - So if you send a document or ask a client to complete a task you cannot set up a reminder email automatically to the client to get them to complete the task. Yet this function is available in the invoice section. This makes no sense to me .Also no automatic reminders for appointments or workflows. This alone makes it impossible to set up good automation within projects. Unfortunately, it does not do what it says it does very well. Also, there is no centralized view of a client so if different people send emails to clients you cannot see in one place ( without impersonating a client's view) all communication with a client. It is ridiculous to have that view available to a client and not the super administrators.After looking at workarounds for ages we decided to cut our losses and stop using the software.

Before Suitedash, we had to juggle multiple subscriptions and software services, but now everything is centralized, which is a game-changer for us.

I've been using Suitedash for a few months now, and I must say, it's genuinely impressive. The software offers a wide array of features that are incredibly helpful for my business operations. The CRM and project management tools are intuitive and make managing customer relationships and projects a breeze.The customer service has also been top-notch. I had a couple of questions when I first started, and their support team was very responsive and helpful.

If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the initial learning curve. There's so much Suitedash can do that it might take a moment to get your bearings. But once you do, it's smooth sailing.

A ton of tools that all integrate
Commentaires : SuiteDash solves a major integration problem for us. Everything is tied in and connected to the company/client, and while we're still working on our implementation, it's looking like the long term winner for our shop

A quick note, we're still in the middle of our SuiteDash implementation, but here's what I love about SD:1. Everything's integratedFrom email lists to Invoices to portals to LMS, SD is beautiful for small and medium boutique consultancies. We've had multiple platforms, which usually don't talk to each other. All components connect back to the client.2. Everything's accessibleI can share out whatever is needed with multiple people at a shop. My previous platform did not have that capability. And nothing is that hard to implement.3. Everything's still developingEven since starting with SD, we've seen new features appear. It's nice to know that as cool as it is, it's getting better.

At the time of this writing, there are two features I need that I'm still using another plaform for:1. Native Outlook Online (Microsoft 365) Integration for CalendaringCurrently the only way to integrate Exchange Online is to use Zapier or similar services, which is fine but I'm trying to use less platforms, not more. Google calendar is supported out of the box, which is not a surprise, Google makes their api's open and easy to use. But in my circles, Google Calendar is a mark of amateur night in Dixie, so we moved out of it last year.2. Quizzes for the LMSIt's nice to have an LMS built in, but without a way to validate user consumption, it's not very helpful. Quizzes are supposed to be on the way, and I trust that they are, so I'm looking forward to ditching another platform and bringing that into SD as well.

Extremely powerful white label solution
Commentaires : Extremely positive. After 1-2 days of trying I jumped ship from a different provider and never looked back.
Avantages :
To my knowledge this is one of its kind solution that allows you to create a white label client portal with a lot of extra feature. There are some elements that could be improved, however, SD is so flexible that it's very easy to find workaround and get things done.
Inconvénients :
Several things regarding payment could be improved, mainly dynamic recurring payments. However, I was able to simply use Stripe and make it work within SD directly - apart, from that, nothing major. All other things that had to be costumized were customized with few lines of code. Again, nothing major

Full Business Process and Customization Solution
Commentaires : Overall, we 100% would go with SuiteDash again. A few of our clients have asked us what platform we're using and they went out and purchased SuiteDash themselves.It's a really great solution for all businesses.

SuiteDash is by far the most configurable and customizable solution I've worked with. We spent around 7-8 months testing various platforms to manage our business and we went with SuiteDash because we can do anything and everything we want. Other platforms simply did not have the breadth of functionality SuiteDash has right out of the gate.SuiteDash a full business management platform that includes CRM, marketing, payments/invoicing... you name it, SuiteDash has it. The Technical Support team is quick respond regardless of time of day and are always extremely helpful.Another benefit of SuiteDash is the community. If you get stuck trying to implement or make something, you can ask the community and get answers to your problems pretty quickly.
Inconvénients :
SuiteDash was a little complicated getting started with. When you log in the first time and get started, it's a blank slate. I implemented the product for our team and I was initially overwhelmed. However, there are hours upon hours of video available to walk your through each and every feature/field (not kidding. Mike & his team did things right). I would watch a few videos on the areas I wanted to work on and then immediately implement. Once I followed that strategy, SuiteDash became a whole lot easier to dig into.

SuiteDash is THE Client Portal.
Commentaires : We use SuiteDash on the daily and in all aspects of our business. We find SuiteDash to be user-friendly and very Client forward, which has been a game changer for us.
Avantages :
SuiteDash allows me to have all my Client information and communications in one location and is always available to the Client. One of my favorite features is the integration with our website which allows me to direct our clients to our website on the daily which allows us to always have out latest messaging front and center.
Inconvénients :
If there is a con it is wrapped in the strength of the product and that is its infinite customization ability. This is not a con but more of a rub as with great power comes great responsibility. So your initial configurations might take a bit longer on SuiteDash but you are able to do things on SuiteDash that no other product allows. So its Con is actually its greatest strength.

A unique client portal solution with so many great features
Commentaires : We have increased our client satisfaction and received more positive reviews while reducing our number of support tickets and back and forth emails with clients.
Avantages :
My favorite feature was the ability to implement our own CSS to fully customize the branding of our login page and client portal. Also, being able to use variables to display unique data for each logged-in client makes this a very unique and powerful solution.
Inconvénients :
The only feature that was missing when I purchased SuiteDash was a "Pipeline" view in the CRM to give me some basic analytics on our sales pipeline. I reached out to Support about this and they said they already have this feature in development and it is scheduled for release soon during this quarter (Q3 2020) so I'm really excited about that and once it is released this solution will have everything I need.

Robust features of several tools in one suite
Commentaires : I was looking for a dashboard alternative for clients other than the My-Account dashboard in Woocommerce. They have a nice roadmap and are constantly improving the service. White-labeling is great and lots of customization available to make it look the way you want. I come across issues and when I do I email them and they resolve it quickly. They seem to seriously take customer suggestions seriously. I'm super excited about what's to come and know it will only get better.
Avantages :
Single dashboard for clients to view/pay invoices and yes, recurring invoices using popular gateways like Stripe and Braintree. Great way to request files from clients who receive a link to upload the files without having to log in. Clients can approve or reject task items. Automation features are in the early stages but can see a lot of potential in this. The support is excellent! All issues are resolved quickly by their team.
Inconvénients :
Coming from more refined PM tools like Basecamp and Teamwork, the interface isn't as intuitive as it could be. The commenting system on tasks needs a lot of work. Task comments can easily be overlooked and not seen. Feels like too many clicks to get things done. Load times can feel a little slow at times.

Commentaires : I just bought SuiteDash, so I am not too experienced with it. I like that I can automate many processes of my business which will allow me to work more on my marketing to bring in more clients.

I am loving SuiteDash. In no particular order, the features I love about SuiteDash are intake forms, send invoices, accept payments, client subscriptions, multilingual, email marketing, custom domain, project management, customization, different levels of employees and clients, and file storage. I am slowly implementing SuiteDash under my own company, and I see that in due time, I will have more time to work on marketing. Thanks for such a great product! I highly recommend SuiteDash!
Inconvénients :
What I like least about SuiteDash is the learning curve. I really don't mind that, but since I am a very busy person, it takes more time for me to implement it. I do realize that SuiteDash is extensive, and I was prepared with taking a while to learn. I am not worried about this though as I know I will get it done. I would also like to see a more robust CRM. It's important to keep track of my clients, and using a CRM is important. SuiteDash can also be a little techy if you don't know what you are doing. This could increase the learning curve, but really, it's such a great software! Again, thanks for such a great product!

I want to compliment the high level of customer support that I have received from the SuiteDash team this past year. They have improved their functions, site speed, and features that were not previously there before a few years back. I've watched and followed the progress of this company for quite some time now. I'm proud to say that we are now and full fledge Pinnacle user. We've also set up a few startup companies to use this CRM system as well. I love that they provide us with an insight/roadmap to a forecast of their progress in implementing new and upcoming features, it's exciting to see as an existing user. They're many CRM platforms out there, and it appears that they are looking into becoming, a one size fits all type of system. Keep up the great work!
Inconvénients :
I'm impatient, so having to wait for new features to become live is dreadful. Would like to see questionnaire forms improved.

What was my life before SuiteDash?
Commentaires : My company specializes in client experiences and journies. This tool allows me not only to manage the leads and clients I currently have, but I manage my entire company through SuiteDash. I'm able to successfully manage my billing, my clients have access to a portal, my emails marketing, my staff, and even my project tracking! The benefits are endless!
Avantages :
The overall system is a powerhouse and can be used within any small business. The forms are customizable and easy to use. The Client Portal includes file sharing, pipelines, project management, and client communication! There are an endless amount of features that create a beautiful and smooth client journey!
Inconvénients :
The only downfall is that you have to learn how to set it all up BUT their Support Team is responsive and there are Agencies that can set up your entire system!
Revolutionized the way I think about the structure and organization of my entire coaching business
Avantages :
SuiteDash is such an intelligent tool. While it was originally designed for agencies that service clients, it works amazingly for my coaching business. Previously I was using ClickFunnels to manage the members area of my group coaching/mastermind program. Not only is SuiteDash much cheaper, it replace nearly all of the functions that ClickFunnels had been serving for my business. I love that I can customize the onboarding flows for new members and provide them with custom content. I am currently in the process of converting many of my exercises and worksheets that I use with my clients into interactive forms that can be saved in their profile, so the members area functions as a SAAS, not just a simple training library. I also love the email marketing functionality they have.
Inconvénients :
The one thing that doesn't work seamlessly is directly inserting contacts from my landing pages into my email marketing lists within SuiteDash. While they do have Zapier integrations, I'd love be able to directly insert new leads from my landing pages and opt-in boxes into my marketing lists. Doing so would eliminate the need for any other email marketing solution as well. There's room for API development, but I really get the sense that their roadmap is genuinely user-informed and that a year from now the software will be light years ahead of anything else out there.

Commentaires : I want to offer a premium experience for my customers, so I was subscribing to the best of the best software out there to support the different products and services I offer and trying to create a custom experience from my clients - that was frustrating and expensive to say the least. With SuiteDash, the premium experience starts with the positioning of MY BRAND at the forefront thanks to their white labeling and the ability to provide an app for clients to quickly find my company on their devices was just next level. As I mentioned, I no longer need the myriad of subscriptions as I now host my courses, services, bookings, landing pages, email marketing, contracts, project management, CRM, document sharing within the SuiteDash Client Portal saving me nearly 700 bucks in subscription monthly costs. The cost savings is doing wonders for my bottom line. And the SuiteDash suite of services just keeps getting better. This is huge for not just my work with other entrepreneurs, but for contracts that I am pursuing with larger businesses. And it's all right there in in one place and platform.
Avantages :
The BEST thing about SuiteDash is the entire ecosystem (LMS, CRM, project management, invoicing, and booking) that works seamlessly on ONE platform out the gate! I've been able to replace the hundreds of dollars I was kicking out to different services, trying to piecemeal the experience I wanted to provide for my clients. With SuiteDash, the foundations are all there under MY BRAND. And as an added bonus, SuiteDash comes with an entire team of developers cranking out updates and features to enhance an already stellar product and expand their product offering.
Inconvénients :
The only hang-up I've had is the overwhelm with knowing how to get everything up and running for me. My business is new and growing; learning how to use the product and putting all pieces in place has been a challenge. Thankfully, the team at SuiteDash knows their customer and offers a myriad of options for onboarding and learning everything there is to know about what they've built.

Commentaires : Overall Suite Dash has been a perfect solution for our business. We are new and growing and we are excited to have SD along for the ride with us. It is really great to know if I have a suggestion on how things could work better for our setup, I can reach out and be offered a solution or possibly have some things changed on their back end to improve our usability.
Avantages :
We initially chose Suite Dash to use for a customer portal on our online design service simply because it was the only software available to meet all of our needs. We wanted something that could be white labeled, the customer could sign themselves up, we would have an internal messaging system to eliminate e-mails outside their portal, a custom set of menus that they could see, a place to answer a questionnaire and upload photos. No other software could offer us all of these features. Now that we are set up, it has been easy to accomplish exactly what we had set out to do. Suite Dash has given us a private space to communicate with our clients that is a great user experience for us and for them. The sign up process and log in for the customer has seamlessly integrated into our website. Once they log in, the custom look makes it feel like an extension of our site with our logo and the same colors, which was very important to us. I have never worked with CRM software, and I am using it in a non-traditional way, so that has come with some challenges on my end and with the setup. Their customer service has been exceptional and has gone above and beyond to walk me through all of the questions and challenges I had. We have encountered several situations where I have asked for things to be set up a little differently and every time they have modified things on their back end to make it better for me and my company. I never expected that level of personalized customer service!
Inconvénients :
I don't find many things about this intuitive. It could be my own learning curve because I do not have experience with any other CRM software. However, oftentimes I wished there was a more robust help menu or just an easier way to accomplish some things that I thought were pretty basic. However, although it's not an immediate solution, customer service has always been very responsive and has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions. It seems like they are still figuring some things out and while that sometimes comes with a cost in terms of clunkiness or not having answers at your fingertips, the benefit is that they have made updates to the software along the way to make things more custom for how we use it. I could never get this level of service from a larger company that is more established.

Commentaires : I recommend SuiteDash ALL the time!! It’s a one stop shop for “tech stack”! It’s all you need. People ask me “what is your tech stack” and I just say SuiteDash! That’s all you need! They’re support is amazing! I always have a reply within hours and especially by the next day! And their support is always helpful the first try. No need to be sent to another department or escalated ticket because the first person you reach knows their stuff! And the product itself is phenomenal!! I never find the need to seek any other service for my business or clients. SuiteDash has it all! I can’t recommend them enough!
Avantages :
What is not to like?! ALL the ability to customize to my individual company needs. No sales pitch EVER to up sale me on their “latest & greatest” products. Continue to roll out new features at no additional cost. The ability to easily share documents with my clients is phenomenal! The phone app is amazing!
Inconvénients :
Nothing! There is seriously nothing I can think of that I would change or need for my accounting firm from SuiteDash.
