la fonctionnalité de stratégie de marketing et surtout celle de emails personnalisable avec la quelle je peux être en contacte avec tout les clients.

Inconvénients :

la plateforme est très couteux a mon gouts donc j'ai préfère

LOTS of Features

Commentaires : We host our courses on Kajabi and use it for some landing pages. We also run most of our checkouts through Kajabi.

Avantages :

Kajabi sells itself as the one home for your whole business - websites, courses, checkout, membership, landing pages, email. And all those features are pretty decent. Not best in class, but pretty good. They also work to make things better. They just totally remade the page editor. Then emails. Now sites are next, and a revision of memberships is probably coming soon. They really are making it better all the time.

Inconvénients :

Right now, it seems (based on feedback in the official Facebook group) that email deliverability isn't the best right now (but being worked on). You run into some constraints when you work entirely inside Kajabi, but if you embrace those limitations, it really does free you up to do your work and get on with running your business.

Commentaires : There are many sites like Kajabi out there that either try to offer many different benefits but do not truly excel at most of them and end up being bloated, confusing, and ultimately not as dependable. Kajabi truly nows how to create a seamless powerful process for coaches and content creators.

Avantages :

One of the main reasons why I love Kajabi is because it is very dependable and they have an amazing dedicated team always updating, and offering support. You can find many apps that try to do what Kajabi does but trust is very important to me... and Kajabi is not only trustworthy but has great style. Other popular apps within their class do not evoke that feeling of trust or warmth that it is essential for marketing across any service based industry. A subtle point but very important to me.

Inconvénients :

I would say that it was lacking a true community feeling for my clients but with their newest update... it is truly amazing. Just the new "community" portion is worth the prize within itself... so there is not much I don't like about Kajabi now.

Kajabi is an excellent but pricey option

Commentaires : My overall experience was good and would recommend kajabi to more established businesses that already have consistent income.

Avantages :

I loved the way everything worked together and integrated.

Inconvénients :

I disliked the high monthly payment particularly as I was struggling to make my business work. I wanted to have all the bells and whistles but wasn’t yet earning the money to justify it. I also did not live me the product limits.

Overhyped. I really didn't like it

Commentaires : I was extremely disapointed. I built a website for a coaching client who bought into the kajabi hype but when I got under the hood, I found it to be a lesser product that charged way more because it markets really well to a specific niche. Least favorite tool on the market, after wordpress.

Avantages :

I thought that the website that guides you to buy kajabi was really polished and professional

Inconvénients :

I have used every website and funnel builder out there. Kajabi charges so much and still limits your ability to input custom code. the editor is really unintuitive and clunky. Hard to update your brand colors and fonts across the whole site.

Love Kajabi, but it's just expensive

Avantages :

I love that you can truly personalize each and every course. The course template buildouts are amazing too. Another positive is that I can hold up to 15 courses with my membership. Also, I love that I can enable quizzes between modules to make sure my students understand the information.

Inconvénients :

I never liked their sales/transaction page. It is very confusing for potential customers. It tells potential customers to input their info at the top to purchase and then all the sales information about the offer at the bottom of the page. So I stopped using it to complete transactions. Now, I just use it to hold my courses. Also, it's super pricey compared to other options on the market.

Better than most, but room for improvement

Commentaires : I switched to Kajabi from Teachable. I was very unhappy with Teachable and did not have the time to create content on my own business website. I have created more than 10 separate products with this platform and at times it has a steep learning curve. The UI looks fantastic and very professional. I love how easy it is to add basic content to a product, but wish many of the menus talked to each other much better. The workflow is often very disjointed when creating a new product. I wish they would fix this aspect. If the flow was better and there were more in app capabilities for basic data analysis (e.g., assessment results without needed a separate download), that would be amazing.

Avantages :

I enjoy how easy it is to create, upload and organize content for a given product. I also like the progress monitoring capabilities.

Inconvénients :

I am incredibly frustrated by the assessment aspect of this platform. It is extremely limited. It is hard to see results from assessments and difficult to set them up. You have to create your assessment before you can add it to a course instead of creating it while you are working on a course. It is a completely different menu. It is also incredibly hard to get assessment results.

Use only if you have to

Commentaires : Over it!!! When you are a jack of all trades you master none. They try to do too much making their software slow and clunky.

Avantages :

I really wish I cut loose sooner. I kept hanging on because I thought it would show my clients I was high quality. But that’s not the case. I’m just a little guy who loves creating content. Kajabi is for the big dogs! It is definitely not worth the money.

Inconvénients :

It’s got too many bells and whistles and too many pots in the fire. Because of this it runs slow and clunky. For example I had an email segment set up for 10 people. Instead it went to my entire list. This happened because of that slow spin. That was the final straw for me. Definitely not worth $2000+ a year!!

Kajabi offers alot!

Commentaires : it is a really good solid software that offers a lot but takes a while to learn.

Avantages :

I like that it allows you to customize landing and sales page. That it has pipelines already set up so it makes using Kajabi quick and easy. It has so much functions and features such as coaching, podcast and they are always creating and improving which is great.

Inconvénients :

It takes a lot to learn how to use Kajabi and I am probably still learning. You are not able to undo a mistake which is super annoying because if I delete something by accident I have to redo it.

Offers flexible access levels

Commentaires : Kajabi is a great platform for creators with users that require different levels of access. However it is not very flexible for anyone looking for high customization level.

Avantages :

I offer goal-setting techniques coaching programs for small entrepreneurs. I have subscribed to many teaching/online courses platforms but few come close to what Kajabi offers. Notably, one of the biggest advantages of using Kajabi for my coaching program is the membership site feature. I was able to set up different levels of access for my students, which allowed me to provide more personalized coaching and support. Additionally, the automated email marketing feature helped me to nurture leads and communicate with my students more effectively.

Inconvénients :

One issue is that the platform is not very flexible in terms of customization. While I was able to customize the look and feel of my coaching program to match my brand and style, there are certain aspects of the platform that I would like to be able to change but couldn't.

Kajabi Rocks!

Avantages :

The ease of use to create pages and opt ins, and easy design.

Inconvénients :

The email and contacts CRM is pretty basic, but still does the job. If you want a higher end one you'd have to go separate, but I like that it works all together with my Kajabi system, so I'm happy for now.

A lot to be improved upon.

Avantages :

Kajabi is a platform that has the ability to do it all. I like that I can integrate email and online courses as well as the 24 hour chat customer service.

Inconvénients :

There is a lot that can be improved. The rules for dripping courses, the email setting and the ability to suspend email sequences, the ability to get better analytics on emails, track users, and the interface of the courses themselves can all be improved. I find that they are slow to implement change but do listen to user feedback. I found that even though the customer service is great, I needed a back end programmer to make the design do exactly what I wanted.

Great tool for quickly developing landing pages and lead capture forms

Commentaires : We love Kajabi. We initially inherited our first suite of Kajabi pages through a marketing collaboration, but very quickly realized how easy the system is to use. We have stuck with it ever since.

Avantages :

Kajabi makes it very easy to design great looking pages in a snap, even if you aren't a graphic designer.

Inconvénients :

While Kajabi has TONS of power it is sometimes difficult to get pixel level control of pages and forms.

Makes running an online biz a breeze

Commentaires : We're so happy to host our course and membership on Kajabi and will stay with them for years to come. So beautiful and clean looking.

Avantages :

Years ago when we started out, my husband was trying to build our website from scratch using Wordpress plugins. He was pulling all nighters and pulling his hair out...but still was falling behind deadlines and the site looked like crap. Enter stage left, Kajabi, and all our problems were solved. INSTANT profressionalism given to us from their fresh and clean layout and look.

Inconvénients :

The ONE con I've got is that they don't have any way for the community to really engage inside Kajabi. So our course students and Academy subscription members aren't engaging inside it...and we have to use Facebook instead, which I think we all have a love/hate with these days.

Too many limitations and very difficult to get support

Avantages :

At this point the problems overshadow the benefits

Inconvénients :

The cost for this learning management system is higher than its competitors but given the limitations we’ve experienced, with no support, I wish that we had chosen a different LMS option. For example, our students need to write a quiz and achieve a minimum of 80% before the next lesson is unlocked. If a student achieves under 80% there is no way to indicate what questions they got wrong so they are working blind and become very frustrated. The only work around is to show all of the answers - the correct and incorrect answers which defeats the purpose of having them write a quiz. I have asked a number of times for support and get passed around from person to person. This reflects poorly on our company. If I had to do it over I would choose another LMS. Unfortunately I didn’t know what I didn’t know. If you are considering Kajabi, try to find find people/companies using Kajabi and ask what they don’t like about the it. See if this is a dealbreaker for you.

More disappointing every year

Commentaires : Great vision and cool approach a few years ago. Seem to have fallen in love with themselves and begin to show signs of detoriation.

Avantages :

Kajabi's intent is to offer "everything in one place" for experts (like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]) to create and operate website, content like trainings, email marketing all inside one platform. Great idea that works somewhat well.

Inconvénients :

More and more modules of the whole platform fall behind or even way behind competition. Add to that, that some building blocks become completely unusable, when you reside in Europe. Just one example with a huge business impact: E-Mail deliverability for instance is roughly 50% lower than twilio/sendgrid. That kills most funnels, if you want to be GDPDR compliant. We are not spamming our customers. Kajabi itself is pretty ill prepared for international business. You can help yourself with integrations and zapier. Even more frustrating is the experience with the partner business team. Response time and resolution capability for everyday business inquiries are unprofessional to a degree that the whole partner story is unsustainable for some businesses. At least mine.

Fantastic product - LMS, website builder, and marketing machine in one!

Commentaires : Super great. Really love the product and I'm looking forward to using it even more in 2022. I think if you max out the usage of its features you can run almost all your entire business from one place. While this does increase risk (due to the outages that sometimes occur) it is something that a newer entrepreneur can use to get up and running quickly and easily.

Avantages :

I really love Kajabi and endorse the product. But, since the price tag is on the high side, I recommend you use it if you are going to make the most of all the features. This includes using it as an LMS, a website and/or funnel builder, and a marketing management system. The email and CMS features are great and they have recently introduced a coaching and podcast platform as well. Super excited to use these features!

Inconvénients :

It is pricey if you are not going to use all the features. It also is software that takes a little while to learn if you are a newbie.

A great place to build courses and build your marketing funnel with an all in one platform

Commentaires : Kajabi delivers courses pretty seamlessly to my audience and makes it easy to create live events and do my email marketing.

Avantages :

The course builder is really seamless and to have the email marketing in the same platform to create automation, forms, etc. IT can replace a lot of tools and save you the headache of complicated workflows and integrations.

Inconvénients :

They need to create a certificate builder within the platform, for some course providers this is. critical element to their business

Kajabi Has Limits

Commentaires : Overall I'd give Kajabi a positive rating, but I'd be willing to consider other options.

Avantages :

I love using Kajabi compared to Leadpages, mostly because Kajabi has a less-complex WYSIWG editor. Overall it's fine.

Inconvénients :

Myself and my team dislike that some tasks seem unnecessarily repetitive, such as adding in yes/no to assessments.

Kajabi For The Online Entrepreneur

Commentaires : I have had a wonderful experience using Kajabi. Now that I have been using it for several years, I find it intuitive and easy.

Avantages :

Kajabi is fairly easy to use once you figure it out. You get everything all on one platform including your website, CRM, landing pages, online course creation and much more.

Inconvénients :

At first I had a little trouble figuring out how to use Kajabi, but customer service got me through it and once I started using it on a regular basis, it became easier and easier.

Uncaring and Bad Customer Support

Commentaires : The worst thing with this experience was I found the customer support extremely bad. Awful customer support from one person I chatted with and the customer support manager that I was emailing with him. If I had one word to describe, it would be very uncaring.

Avantages :

Sorry, I'm not sure what I liked about it.

Inconvénients :

I worked with Kajabi and was about to launch my product and found out that the customer had to put in a password at the checkout opt-in box or after they had opt-in to get the product. This would have drastically reduced people buying my product, or after they bought the product, it would have been very confusing. I was told by management it would take months to fix, and they weren't even sure their solution would fix it. Blessed that I switched to ClickFunnels, a much better product.

If you are able to “build” on Kajabi, you could be set for life being you can do everything you need to do inside to build online courses

The checkout page. Also I couldn’t get my website to look sharp. It’s harder to build pages than you think until you get in there and try.

Easy to use, great customer service

Commentaires : Assisting with an online course, been able to grow sales with greater functionality of Kajabi.

Avantages :

I like how simple it is to use Kajabi - you don't have to be a designer to have a great-looking website. Customer service is top notch - quick response and through answers.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes you run into design features that don't yet exist but you wish they did - customer support lets their development team know of any suggestions for improvement. Would be great to have more products available without having to upgrade to a higher payment plan.
