Avantages :

cet outil est intuitif, complet et cela permet d'échanger avec les collaborateurs sans perdre les données.

An absolute must-have for all People and Data geeks out there!

Commentaires : Culture Amp is an incredibly insightful people analytics tool and I wouldn't trade it for any other. It's intuitive and user friendly and great experience for admins too! Setting up surveys is a breeze and having templates for engagement, onboarding, manager feedback and other kinds of surveys is extremely helpful so you don't have to build things from scratch. The best part is reporting - it's fascinating to go through data on your own but you get lots of support from the team at Culture Amp, too. The team is great, going above and beyond throughout the whole onboarding process and beyond. They even send their clients a lovely surprise welcome kit!
They're super supportive and skilfully persuasive without being the least bit annoying. They really help you get the most out of the tool while understanding your needs. You get access to Academy where you can learn a lot about how to use the tool best and how to understand the data. Great resource!

Commentaires : I would definitely recommend using Culture Amp to any company over the size of 50 (I am not sure that the investment would be worth it for smaller organisations), as it really helps shaping and monitoring the most important element of any organisation: culture (it's in the name, after all!)

Avantages :

Culture Amp has a bit of everything that contributes to build a company culture. From surveys to performance, from engagement to 1:1s, to the ever-important feedback exchanges, the possibilities seem endless! The science to back up things like engagement survey, recognition and 360 feedback is solid, and that is what makes CA the best in class for me.

Inconvénients :

The platform might not be super intuitive for non-expert users. The naming convention might need some getting used to (but the same can be said for other platforms), and the mechanics of how certain things work are sometimes a little intricate.

Product seems to be still in development and customer service takes month to answer questions.

Commentaires : Very poor. I do not understand the high rating of the product as the tool still seems to be in development and does not justify the given price.

Avantages :

We chose cultureAmp because we wanted a tool that could combine the companies Goalsetting strategy and the feedback and performance measurement tools in on. Also Cultureamp provided useful resources during the conceptualization phase.

Inconvénients :

The tool was not what was sold to us. The Goalsetting section in cultureamp was unable for the team as the tables always showed the oldest goals at the top and one needed to manually filter dates to see the currently active goals which meant people were not using it. During the Setup Phase and the conduction of quarterly feedback cycles, many bugs led to us having to find workarounds (e.g. the CEO could not see his feedback as it was only visible for the user's manager, or not being able to share feedback with the recipient directly). We highlighted these topics within the first month of using the tool, however, it took the organization ~8 month to get back to us and only when we stopped paying the bills due to the underperformance.

Commentaires : Overall Culture Amp is a good employee engagement software that can help you manage employee engagement and increase employee retention. It helps in performance management and employee development from a single platform.

Avantages :

Few things I like most in Culture Amp Its easy to use. It allows you to take one on one meetings. Its few features like individual development plans, surveys & feedback , and self assessment features helps to improve culture of company and increase employee retention. One more think I like about culture Amp is , it allows to customise the surveys on the basis of requirements.

Inconvénients :

Few things I like least about the software is- Lack of reporting options. And the price of Culture Amp is relatively high. It should add more features in HR analytics.

The BEST Tool I've Used In My Professional Career

Commentaires : Culture Amp is our tool and resource for our HR team that really allows us to dive into the team member journey -- from candidate surveys to onboarding and exit interviews - and everything in between. We've learned so much about our staff. I also love all of the resources within the Culture Amp trainings.

Avantages :

Culture Amp has endless resources to support your organization. I love the reporting features because it really lets you drill down into how your team members are feeling, how they are engaged, what's working, what's not, etc. It's also extremely easy to manage and track access to your organization's report. Finally - the customer service is second to none.

Inconvénients :

Culture Amp is on the pricey side. While we currently use it for surveys, there are other products we'd like to try - they're just out of budget at this time. (I still believe it is worth the price though - you get what you pay for).

A Great Way to Gauge Employee Experience

Commentaires : Overall I have had a great experience with it. The UI is very intuitive and I love that we are able to get a sense for how employees feel about certain aspects. It allows us a greater view into what we need to improve as an organization.

Avantages :

We recently implemented Culture Amp at our organization and I love it! We have been primarily using it for employee engagement surveys. I love that you have the chance to send surveys that are anonymous for employees and also surveys that are tied to that person specifically. I also like how we can see when the survey was sent to them, and send them a reminder if they haven't completed it yet. We used it most recently for our global benefits survey and it was very enlightening in terms of what employees would like to see added to our plan vs what benefits they were the least interested in.

Inconvénients :

We have had a great experience with it so far. The only thing I would like to see added is a way for employees to elaborate on why they choose "strongly agree" vs "agree."

Commentaires : Permitted me to measure engagement across my entire college - faculty, staff, lecturers, administrators. A great product!

Avantages :

Very easy to use, love the heatmaps that permit me to do cross-index checking. Of particular value is the fact that response demographics (e.g. gender, age, tenure, department, etc.) are pre-loaded so that respondents do not need to enter that information. I believe that also encourages them to be more transparent.

Inconvénients :

Literally nothing! It does take time to load the respondent demographics prior to a survey, and that must be designed up front and data entered accurately, but that enables much more power in the use of the software.

Culture Amp Pros and Cons

Avantages :

The ability to offer anonymous feedback or send surveys aimed particularly at a single individual is a popular compliment for cultural ramp users. The user interface is really user-friendly, and I like that we can get a sense of how the staff feels about different things.

Inconvénients :

Users complain about the lack of reporting options, citing data export and report customization as examples. Before deciding on an employee engagement solution, it's a good idea to collect various quotations.

Great for Goals and 1:1s!

Commentaires : Really great UI/UX on the site makes navigation and understanding really easy! Tracking goals and discussion points overtime and integrating throughout 1:1s has been really handy to stay on top of everything discussed over time.

Avantages :

It's great to be able to track goals and items historically across 1:1s and see the progression or recall things that otherwise would be forgotten.

Inconvénients :

No major cons. There are features that we don't utilize, but everything we do use functions well.

Training Plans

Avantages :

I find the daily training manageable and very impactful. I am currently doing Essential Productivity Skills and I have tried many of the teachings and they really do work for me. I am easily distracted and working with these tools offered has helped me to stay more focused.

Inconvénients :

I have not really come across anything I don't like, sometimes I want to do more on a day,, but I get the part of taking it in and practise practise practise...

Top Employee Engagement Platform

Avantages :

The UI and the accessibility of the interface is a breeze. I think I have never liked a performance tool much before but CultureAmp is a trend-setter. One would often fall in love when using it. Everything related to performance and talent management including your 1-1s has never been so easy. In fact, I haven't seen a tool that had so many features with 1-1 clearly left out and your 1-1s are so important.

Inconvénients :

It would sound a bit naive but I haven't found anything in Culture Amp that is not good.

Commentaires : It's an essential tool to keep a pulse on employee engagement. We've used this tool to identify the pain points our company experiences, and it helps put certain needs in higher priority to our leaders. Because of this tool, we have been able to show common themes in strengths and weaknesses our company has experienced throughout my tenure here, and action plans have been developed because of these survey results.

Avantages :

The ability to customize and personalize your company's engagement surveys, and the variety of statistics and demographics the results can be filtered by. It lets you easily pinpoint the strengths and growth areas in each demographic for department leaders to review. The feature that allows you to benchmark your results vs. companies like yours is very helpful to see where your company's results stand.

Inconvénients :

I like that we can compare an engagement survey's results to a previous one's, but I'd like to see a path over time. We've had over 4 engagement surveys so far, and I'd like to see how responses to questions have changed over time.

Great One on One Meeting Tool.

Commentaires : I love using Culture Amp for one on one meeting preparedness and personal growth. It's been super beneficial to both.

Avantages :

It's ease of use, it's functionality and how it saves all your past meeting respones/answers. You can look back and see how you felt in previous meetings, what you accomplished and what you might need to work on.

Inconvénients :

I wasn't sure I had always saved everything, but it just automatically saves itself. Which is awesome.

Avantages :

DATA! Having used Survey Monkey in the past it was great the amount of quality data that was produced and the ability to cut it across differing demographics to id any particular focus areas. Ability to benchmark. Not just getting results buy highlighting key areas to focus on in terms of Action Plans We are now building a strong history to ensure we keep focus.

Inconvénients :

I struggled from time to time with the tech but that is more about me!

Great platform for deep HR insights

Commentaires : We started using Culture Amp just over a year ago. Their HR surveying has allowed us to add a layer of HR responsiveness to our team that we simply didn't have before. Many team members don't feel comfortable providing written or verbal feedback directly to management that they feel might make them look like they're complaining, yet this kind of feedback is critical to ensuring that our team can grow efficiently and happily. Culture Amp enabled transparent feedback that revealed a variety of issues that we were subsequently able to deal with head-on. The alternative would have been that we simply remained unaware of things that could have potentially boiled over if left unaddressed. Very happy with Culture Amp as it's made us a better employer by providing a window into areas our HR blind spots.

Avantages :

Allows for transparency in the workplace and keeps management accountable to their team.

Inconvénients :

I can't think of a negative aspect of this platform.
