Our door access system has worked fantastically, having an access system integrated with our membership system means we are picking up a far greater amount of defaulters and non-payers.

Inconvénients :

Which is a little frustrating but can happen anywhere also the fact that when you booked i. To classes it doesn’t send a reminder to let you know your up and coming classes.

Commentaires : Their system is user friendly, fully adaptable to your gym and what it needs and the support team will answer as many questions as you ask and never grumble. They website we had designed by them is amazing. I just couldn't be happier.

Avantages :

For me it was the ease at which I can use their platform, we took over a gym that was using Clubwise which I was not happy with. Ashbourne was recommended to us by [sensitive content hidden] at Studio 1 in Aldershot, and from the demo I knew they were going to be the ones we went with.

Inconvénients :

I don't really have a bad word to say about them.

Commentaires : A good experience. The main good thing for me, is the speed at which the Ashbourne team deal with queries and issues.
The software is very easy to use and navigate and is fairly comprehensive.

Avantages :

While the software does almost everything we could need, it keeps the process simple. Very user friendly. The team behind the scenes are always very pleasant and helpful, they respond to queries and fix any issues as quickly as possible (usually within a few hours). The Members app/portal is also very user friendly, almost without issues and is very easy to manage from the back-office.

Inconvénients :

Very few things not to like about the Ashbourne software. 1. it would be a great feature to be able to place a temporary stop on the gate for certain members. Sometimes we need some information from them before they enter. 2. Sign-Up T&C's cannot be changed to be personalised to individual clubs. 3. Although it's not a negative, it would a be a nice addition - colour coded booking system from the members point of view. 3.

Commentaires : By far my favourite aspect of Ashbourne Management is the help from their team. The memberships side is always helpful, but the tech team are brilliant. They have always gone above and beyond to help me with every single one of my problems historically. Cannot praise them enough.

Avantages :

The user friendliness. My team of staff are all competent on the software which is down to the simplicity of the interface.

Inconvénients :

Only a small one; but I’d like to be able to edit the ‘known as’ column to put my own number system in place with my memberships.

Revolutionary - Fantastic Package

Commentaires : Overall, fantastic. As a team, we have been delighted with our move over to Ashbourne. The amount of time spent dealing with tedious admin has decreased significantly and we have improved as a club operationally. Our service to our members has improved with the addition of our app, booking system and smoother sign-up process.

Avantages :

Our door access system has worked fantastically, having an access system integrated with our membership system means we are picking up a far greater amount of defaulters and non-payers. The system works very efficiently and the fact it works automatically makes our life very easy. Being a multi-sport sports &fitness club with several membership packages being able to have zonal access is also very useful. It saves our staff a lot time dealing with tedious admin work and instead allows our staff to focus on what truly is important - offering a great service.

Inconvénients :

There are not many faults at all with Ashbourne, overall everything has been brilliant and worked very smoothly. Something we would find useful is a more comprehensive tool to keep a log of annual membership (Non-Ashbourne member) transactions. Rather than a 'join date' and 'end date' it would be useful to have a tool to keep a log of amount paid, transaction type, historic contracts, sign up offer etc would be useful.

A* from us after 9 years of use.....

Commentaires : I have been with Asbournes coming on 9 years now. Since joining I have never had any major issues and any small issues that have arose have always been actioned super quick by the awesome ladies in the office. I know I can say i if it wasn't for Ashbournes over the COVID period my business would not be operating right now. Very easy to use system that anyone can use that allows you huge control of what happens in your facility. I would recommend Ashbournes to every business i could and have over the years. An all in one CRM that works great in a gym and fitness environment.

Avantages :

We found from day one that the Ashbourne software was a perfect fit for our business. Very easy to use, very easy to train new staff on and most importantly very functional with no additional filler products. Everything on the database is exactly what you need to keep on top of all KPI so you are able to see what area of your business you need to improve on. From seeing members who have not been in recently so you know to get in touch to the product till system which allows a super easy way of selling products and keeping records of everything that happens.

Inconvénients :

Maybe the ability to change a members phone number, and bank details on their profile rather than having to email in.

Ashbourne Membership Software Review

Commentaires : Ashbourne have been great throughout the time we have used them and I would not hesitate recommending them.

Avantages :

We use the Ashbourne Management Software as well as a turnstile and fingerprint reader which they supplied. In addition to this, Ashbourne handles all of our direct debit payments. In the 4+ years we have worked with Ashbourne, we have found them very helpful, polite and easy to get in contact with. If we have any technical problems, they are always quick to help and rectify. Over time (slowly but surely), they improve their software and hardware, adding new features.

Inconvénients :

I feel that their software is a little dated / basic and lacking features in comparison to other software. However, the lack of complexity could be argued that it is also it's strength as it makes it simple and reliable to use.

upgrading our entry system

Avantages :

We have been using Ashbourne Management to process new members and manage current members. The software is easy to use, and contacting can be done via their portal which is very convenient but also contact customer services via phone is superb to solve more complicated scenarios.We recently have had a turnstile installed by Ashbourne's engineers, the process was so smooth speaking to [sensitive content hidden] who coordinated with Engineers [sensitive content hidden]. The software works so well with the turnstile, it has changed the way the gym works providing a safer environment for members by increasing security.

Inconvénients :

Cannot fault anything from Ashbourne with the exception that invoicing could be more detailed

Commentaires : Overall very positive. I've used three member management software providers including Ashbourne and this is definitely the best. Customer service always outstanding

Avantages :

I like that its easy to use, and staff dont need extensive training on it

Inconvénients :

I don't like that joint members are counted as one member in the reporting. I don't like that there are such limited spaces available for items on the till I dont like that we cant edit members basic information (email address, address etc)

Great Transition

Commentaires : One contact with ease of use for the membership management system. We no longer need to engage with various companies for changes to the website and updates to pricing.

Avantages :

Great website design and speedy updates when requirements. Ease of use at front end of system for staff. Ease of transition from previous membership management company. Onboarding process was made simple and transition was very smooth. Ashbourne always work with us to ensure we have a system that fits our needs and business. Staff at club level have found the system very easy to use and like the functionality of the system.

Inconvénients :

Transferring from one gym portal site to another is long winded and tedious. Bounce rate required within system for leavers. An excel data file would make filtering easier and would allow for financial manipulation to take place.

Ashbourne Completly manages my 10,000+ member club

Commentaires : Having been with Ashbourne for over 10 years I have seen how they continue to improve their system, meeting the needs of a modern club. Their software covers everything I need from prospect management, class bookings, and access control. The staff are very helpful and listen to any ideas for improvement which is acted on. My members can communicate easily with Ashbourne if they have a payment query and Ashbourne also looks after any debt recovery required. I would thoroughly recommend Ashbourne

Avantages :

The system is linked in real-time with the payment portal so no third-party integration is required. Automates all of my online joining, class bookings. Up to date reporting lets me see exactly how my club is performinmg.

Inconvénients :

Nothing - it is very easy to use and automates my club.

It's so easy

Commentaires : Ashbourne have proved to be an excellent working partner in managing our centre, they answer the phone and speak in plain english. They get the job done when they say they will, unlike the two previous experiences with larger organisations that were appalling.

Commentaires : Ashbourne have been very good at problem solving from day one and taken the stress away from what can be a time consuming and difficult process with handling payments, dd issues and front gate access control problems.

Avantages :

Ashbourne are fantastic at dealing with customer issues and we very very rarely have complaints from customers that have issues with their direct debits ... which are usually through a fault of their own!

Inconvénients :

System relies solely on the internet for access control in the clubs, if the internet drops out, so does the system and the drop outs tend to occasionally happen overnight when we are unstaffed.

Great Software... even better customer services!

Avantages :

We transitioned to Ashbourne this year from a competitor software, and the process was so smooth and simple. It's a great piece of software. it's helped our gym management run so much smoother, and we're still learning/implementing more and more pieces of what Ashbourne offer. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is fantastic as our account manager! No question or request is too big for her, she replies to queries promptly and checks in regularly. The software is great but [SENSITIVE CONTENT]'s customer services have definitely been the best part about the transition for us. Thanks so much!

Inconvénients :

The club software to look at Member's accounts is a little old school. We have had some issues with our QR scanner too but the Ashbourne team can always resolve it really quickly.

Commentaires : Generally, the overall experience has been positive. We are constantly discovering new features that we weren't necessary aware of before which we are utilising to keep in contact with previous members/ leavers and continuing to drive the business forward.

Avantages :

How easy it is to use. Very simple and straight forward, even for "technophobes".

Inconvénients :

When we send message via the MVS directly to Ashbourne, when the reply comes in it doesn't currently notify us that there has been a response. Some form of alert or notification bubble (like on phones) would be helpful.

Best Move!

Commentaires : Incredibly positive. There have been a few hiccups but we are overcoming the problems. Ashbournes ability to check in, update, over come any problems and also take on feedback from ourselves has been incredibly encouraging for us.

Avantages :

Their attention to detail! Listening to feedback from head office whilst also overcoming issues quickly both from a backend all the way to solving member enquires quickly!

Inconvénients :

More integration through the app, being cloud based would be preferable

Started well and keeps getting better

Avantages :

The system does everything we need to manage our members. Facility support team are excellent - knowledgeable, responsive, helpful.

Inconvénients :

Download-only not web-based. Windows-only (Macs are hugely popular!) so I have to keep a separate Windows laptop just for this software. The user interface is really dated but works.
