I like Holded

Avantages :

I have been using holded for a while and it is a super complete tool. From invoicing in the company to personnel management, clocking in when you arrive at work and their mobile application is really good.

Inconvénients :

Like other tools of this type, it requires adaptation time for the entire work team, but the overall experience is good.

Valuable Software that is Easy to Use

Commentaires : It's easy to keep track of invoicing, payments, to send reminders to contacts and add contacts. It's easy to give access to your accountant and I haven't used the accounting feature, but I am sure that is useful too.

Avantages :

I love that Holded offers the capacity to customise invoices, add units or notes to invoices so all is clear to contacts. It is easy to add contacts and all fields are clear. It is easy to reconcile payments, send reminders, email invoices and duplicate invoices if billing the same contacts monthly.

Inconvénients :

Nothing. It's more expensive than other software but I believe it is worth it.

They dont manage SII for companies in Canary Island (Spain)

Commentaires : They do not offer the SII in the Canary Islands, being a Spanish company, and the SII being a legal imperative. Besides, I've been asking for it for several months and nothing. Maddening. Not suitable for growing companies (More than €6M in turnover) since the SII cannot be managed with the Canarian tax agency. They refer you to some partners but it is not the solution either since exports from holded invoice lists are very limited technologically. If I had known about this limitation in Holded, we would have opted for another more serious company, the truth.

Avantages :

Its cloud so its eassy to manage and you dont have to install anything

Inconvénients :

They dont manage the SII in Canary Island, Spain which is a mandatory procedure with the fiscal system in spain for companies with higher turonver of 6M€ Even if Holded is a spanish company they are not committed to manage all legal needs of spanish fiscal and accouting law.

Useful tool to grow your company

Commentaires : Overall it is a positive experience, being a very useful tool for small and medium-sized companies. It helps to work the business vision in a centralized way.

Avantages :

Invoice and accounting management in the company is of great help. We also have control of working hours

Inconvénients :

Its major disadvantage is the external data processing with its API. The working hours cannot be assigned by projects either.

Very Useful HR Software

Avantages :

I really like that you can track your working hours and request any holidays on the software. Moreover you can see who is working or out of the office and it is useful to ensure that your mate is available or not at the office.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the software works a little bit bad and it doesn’t run properly.

Excellent for small business

Avantages :

This software is just perfect to manage small business. You have everything that you need in a startup.

Inconvénients :

Is cheap but you maybe have to buy some extras.

Very easy to use, no complications

Commentaires : My experience is good but it could be improved regarding the speed of the tool

Avantages :

It is a good tool because it allows you to have all the important information of the employees grouped, which facilitates the work. from the signings, the payroll, supporting documents...

Inconvénients :

There are times when if you register from your cell phone you have to click the button more than once for it to work, so you have to check that it has been marked.

Holded use

Commentaires : This is very good although there are some important changes to be made. Compared to other finance software it is expensive

Avantages :

The system works very easy. If the bank is connected that is a great tool

Inconvénients :

It's annoying we need to select the right period in order to have a right starting balance. I would also like to see that we can export our receipts from Qonto into Holded.

Helpful and Easy to use

Avantages :

The ease of use is great and helps you to keep on top of who hasn’t paid.

Inconvénients :

The mobile app need an update as it’s no very easy to use unlike the computer version. The mobile app is rather slow

Great Human Resources tool

Commentaires : I think I have more internal organization regarding the interviews and potential candidates.

Avantages :

I can keep track of every candidate, interview, hiring, etc

Inconvénients :

It is not very intuitive, and you must have specific rolls with features so you are able to do every action on it.

Bonito pero poco usable

Commentaires : Un software para andar por casa que esta bien publicitado pero que te puede ocasionar un problema administrativo grave.

Avantages :

El software es muy completo, conciliacion bancaria con aplicaciones de terceros, muy bonito visualmente y con bastantes opciones personalizables.

Inconvénients :

Lento de narices en las busquedas y muy poco usable, no han prestado atencion a la experiencia de usuario y se convierte en un calvario en empresas... tienen bastantes bugs que pueden repercutir en tu contabilidad anual de manera grave... cuando cometen un error, no son capaces de ayudarte y te toca modificar miles de facturas para corregir el desperfecto... sin contar problemas en las recurrentes, domiciliaciones... desde 2018 lo han hecho mas bonito pero sin interes en el cliente que hay debajo.

Facilita tu gestión contable mensual

Avantages :

Lo que más me gusta es que la interfaz es intuitiva y no me resulta complicado realizar mi contabilidad yo misma. El menú disponible es muy útil para poder organizar todo de un solo vistazo, ventas y gastos, facilita mucho la gestión.

Inconvénients :

En el nivel de usuario autónomo sería mucho más útil si pudiéramos eliminar nosotros mismos las cuentas creadas por error, es algo que me tocó hacer y tan solo podía gestionarlo a través de la atención al cliente.

Una herramienta sencilla que da el control

Commentaires : Venía de Anfix, lo elegí por el precio, pero tenía muchas deficiencias que he encontrado solucionadas en Holded.

Avantages :

La capacidad de editar el formato de las facturas

Inconvénients :

Falta de integración directa con algunas plataformas con google

Usa Holded y ahorra tiempo y problemas

Avantages :

Antes llevaba mi contabilidad con word i excel, ahora lo hago todo con holded. Ahorro mucho tiempo al emitir factura, hacer presupuestos y controlar los pagos y gastos.

Inconvénients :

Las plantillas quizá es lo que menos me gusta. La forma que tiene de presentar los impuestos y totales podría ser más clara

Un software rentable

Commentaires : La relación calidad precio se ajusta a las necesidades de la empresa

Avantages :

Las funciones de facturación y presupuesto son muy buenas y la forma de presentación da una buena impresión a nuestros clientes.

Inconvénients :

Hasta el momento no he encontrado nada que no me guste.

Solución rápida

Commentaires : La experiencia general es muy buena, se han solucionado problemas de control de gastos.

Avantages :

Es muy sencillo utilizar el producto, además las guías de ayuda son muy claras. Una de las funcionalidades que más me llamó la atención fue el escaneado automático de facturas, aunque considero que su precio es un poco excesivo.

Inconvénients :

Lo que más echo en falta es que la configuración de Proyectos no me permite ajustar la configuración de facturación a la medida del rubro de las reformas. También podría tener alguna plantilla (dentro de Proyectos) de partes de trabajo.

Estoy encantado con Holded

Commentaires : En general ha sido buena y lo seguiré usando, cubre mis necesidades.

Avantages :

Me gusta porque es fácil de usar y se adapta perfectamente a mi negocio.

Inconvénients :

Que no se integra con plugins como Memberpress, Trivecard, etc. El soporte técnico es muy lento, se llevan horas en contestar. Lo veo caro en comparación con otras aplicaciones.

Mi experiencia con Holded

Commentaires : Me agiliza mucho el flujo de facturación y tengo muy buen control sobre el estado de mis facturas.

Avantages :

La búsqueda de facturas y la facilidad para hacerlas. La integración con la cuenta bancaria, los gráficos y la posibilidad de comparar la facturación de distintos clientes.

Inconvénients :

El tema de los proyectos me parece que tiene potencial y seguro que me es útil, pero o no está bien desarrollado o no he sido capaz de entenderlo fácilmente.

Es simplemente la herrramienta que necesita un autónomo para facturar

Avantages :

Lo que más me ha gustado de Holded es primero de todo el precio, si tienes claras las cosas que puedes hacer y dejar de hacer referentes a tu facturación, la herramienta te ofrece muchísimo valor. Lo segundo, las automatizaciones, para compras recurrentes o suscripciones, se generan las facturas automáticas con la numeración consecutiva, y configurarlo es fácil. Lo último, pero no menos importante, la personalización. Puedes poner tus facturas con plantillas que funcionan bien.

Inconvénients :

A veces, se me ha hecho molesto cuando tenía una factura con muchos términos y condiciones, el programa no reconoce bien el footer de la factura y se solapa por encima.

La mejor herramienta de mi empresa

Commentaires : Gracias al programa hemos reducido el tiempo en los procesos de facturación y contractos. También nos ha facilitado a la hora de hacer presupuestos y pedidos de venta. Antes tardàbamos 4 veces mas.

Avantages :

La facilidad y sencillez de uso en todos los aspectos, es realmente intuitivo.

Inconvénients :

Hasta el dia de hoy despues de casi un año de uso no tengo nada que decir en contra.

Buen producto

Avantages :

Buen producto para manejar la gestoria de mi negocio. Fácil de usar a diario.

Inconvénients :

Como autónomo, reo que se podría implementar más planes de autónomos para un autónomo que tenga más de 500 documentos al año, para no tener que pasar a un plan de empresa.

El software de contabilidad perfecto

Avantages :

Lo intuitivo que es la interfaz y las facilidades para conectar con el banco y hacerle llegar al balance al asesor

Inconvénients :

no he encontrado aún algo que no me guste dentro del software

Ahorrate trabajo

Commentaires : La experiencia nuestra es genial, nos genera las facturas en automático y ahorramos tiempo y con ello y en un solo click las puedes enviar todas.

Avantages :

El producto es muy fácil de usar y te ahorra mucho tiempo y siempre que he necesitado el soporte he tenido muy buena experiencia

Inconvénients :

No tengo contras de momento, quizás a largo plazo haya algo pero espero que lo resuelvan
