Mon outil préféré pour la gestion des courriels

Avantages :

Je suis utilisateur de Missive depuis plus d'un an et cet outil a transformé ma gestion des courriels et ma productivité de manière significative. La règle des deux minutes Grâce à la règle des deux minutes, je peux répondre immédiatement aux courriels qui prennent moins de deux minutes à traiter, et transformer les autres en tâches planifiées dans ClickUp. L'intégration entre Missive et ClickUp est incroyablement fluide, permettant de convertir un e-mail en tâche d'un simple clic. Cela évite de jongler entre plusieurs applications et me permet de rester concentré et organisé. Organisation automatique des courriels Une des fonctionnalités les plus précieuses de Missive est la capacité de créer des règles pour organiser automatiquement les courriels. Par exemple, les newsletters peuvent être classées dans une étiquette spécifique et consultées uniquement pendant mes plages horaires dédiées à la veille. Cette fonctionnalité aide à garder ma boîte de réception propre et à me concentrer sur les courriels importants et urgents. Intégration avec Chat GPT En tant que grand fan de Chat GPT, j'ai été ravi de découvrir son intégration directe dans Missive. Cette fonctionnalité permet de corriger les textes, ajouter des emojis et améliorer la qualité des courriels sans quitter l'application. Cela rend la rédaction et la gestion des courriels plus efficaces et moins chronophages. Modèles de courriels Les modèles de courriels sont une autre fonctionnalité précieuse. Ils permettent de générer des réponses personnalisées en un clic, ce qui est un gain de temps inestimable pour les questions fréquemment posées. Cela facilite la gestion des courriels quotidiens et assure une réponse rapide et cohérente. Communication en équipe Missive facilite également la communication interne au sein des équipes. Plutôt que d'avoir des échanges interminables de courriels pour gérer une demande client, nous pouvons converser directement dans le courriel, évitant ainsi les réponses groupées. De plus, déléguer la réponse à un e-mail à un collaborateur est extrêmement simple et rapide.

Inconvénients :

Conclusion Missive a radicalement transformé ma gestion des courriels et ma productivité. Cet outil est une solution incontournable pour toute personne cherchant à optimiser sa gestion des courriels et à améliorer son efficacité. Je recommande vivement Missive à tous les professionnels et entreprises cherchant une meilleure organisation et une productivité accrue.

Avantages :

Missive permet une collaboration fine et efficace. En tant que manager, c'est un outil très précieux pour gérer la délégation en toute sécurité. Pouvoir chatter avec les membres de son équipe pour donner les informations nécessaires permet de laisser une grande autonomie à chacun. L'utilisation des étiquettes est aussi très intéressante.

Inconvénients :

Comment garder la confidentialité de certains mails tout en utilisant les étiquettes et l'assignation.

Loving and Growing with Missive

Commentaires : Overall Missive has exponentially improved out workflow and operations. Our team is much more connected and communicative than ever.

Avantages :

We love the collaborative email features, chatting, assigning, and observer features in Missive. Missive allows managers to supervise employees and make sure that no lead or email is missed but also isn't so intrusive that employees feel creeped out by it. Though we're sharing emails, everyone has their own Missive account and tasks they can have ownership of. The chatting allows our team to communicate so much better than before when we all had different google hangouts.

Inconvénients :

Missive is still growing so sometimes we run into technical or feature limitations of things they haven't worked out yet. I also don't like how only the owner of the account can do certain things. As an administrator I hate to have to bother the owner of the company every time I need to add a new alias.

Missive for the win!

Commentaires : Love, love, love Missive. The lads are excellent with their onboarding and support. I have no idea how such a little team does so much at such a high level - it is truly inspirational.

Avantages :

We reviewed this alongside Front. It was attractive to me as it is a small team that is bootstrapped, and I like to support that. But most critically when doing the technical review of Missive v Front (and others) we found that they had the deepest integration with Gmail and an excellent API that allowed us to build a custom integration with our internal tooling. We were driven to find a common collaborative inbox tool for the team as Intercom wasn't working as well as we needed (we still use it for outbound messages), plus we get lots of messages from other channels and for other reasons beyond support - like sales. It also works well with PipeDrive - seeing that PD was using it themselves was reassuring, although it would be *excellent* if they shared some of the internal integration learnings with the PD integration off the shelf (it does the job, but only just)

Inconvénients :

There is still some confusion about how to best handle closing and archiving with team emails - so it is closed from an individuals box but not the shared box and similar when trying to hand over an email and removing the email from your inbox - we still have a fear we will archive it for everyone. This is the most confusing part of the platform. We tend not to use Tasks as we have Pipedrive, Trello, TidyHQ all generating tasks which makes it confusing - I do wish we could push all tasks centrally to one of the above tools.

One software to rule them all

Commentaires : Thanks to Missive, we’ve been able to use only 2 softwares for all our communications. Internal communication (team members interacting with each others) is done through Basecamp, and external communication (team members interacting with customers, suppliers, media, bizdev, etc.) is done through Missive. This really helps to keep our focus at the right place in the correct software. Disclaimer: We still have to use other softwares to send our newsletter, for example, but that wasn’t the point in my review.

Avantages :

The team inbox feature is simply incredible. It allows our team to chat between responses to our customers or suppliers to make sure we say the correct things and that we have all the information needed before sending those emails. It’s much better than Zendesk for the workflow and the fact that Missive doesn’t break all the time (like it happened to us on Zendesk back then, before we switched). As a small business, Missive allows us to centralize all our “external communication” (Customer service, BizDev, Media/Press contacts) into one software, instead of scattering our team between a help desk, a CRM, and some other tools and software to make it all work. We have different e-commerce websites, so we can actually have all our projects and different emails on the same software for a single price.

Inconvénients :

Since this isn’t a help desk, there are no “ticket numbers”, where everything has a clear number attached to it (Customer request ticket #1001, #1002, etc.). But that’s understandable because Missive isn’t built only for being a help desk. What I also like the least about Missive is the lack of hierarchical structure implemented in the pre-built responses our team created. It’s already great (the search tool for searching through your quick responses is already great, but the lack of visual structure can be hard for beginner employees when you have 50+ quick responses for every possible situation when dealing with customer service. This is something that I miss from Zendesk, when we could separate our quick responses (aka macros) into different folders/categories

Commentaires : Overall, they're great and seems to be growing and adapting.

Avantages :

It reduces the noise between teams and the time taken spent resolving topics as no-one is having to forward emails, CC this person, BCC that person, etc. Work just gets done.

Inconvénients :

The price in addition to Office365 or G Mail plan is a little high which would be totally fine actually if it was possible to have different users on different plan levels.

Commentaires : Good experience overall with support, onboarding, billing, and the product.

Avantages :

I've searched for similar software for what I need.. team communication and email management. I like the interface to communicate with my team, assign tasks. I appreciate that it works with Microsoft 365 products. A lot of similar services only works with Google. Although I wish they do not only work on chained/treaded email, it does has some advantage and I can understand why they need it that way. I use it daily to communicate efficiently with my team on emails received and assign tasks.. or for internal communication. There are lots more features we are not using yet. But it can be as powerful as you need. I think pricing is fair for what it offers. and the product doesn't have down time. Support is consistently good. There are lots of training offered.

Inconvénients :

Has to have chained/treaded emails. a learning curve to set up the rules and settings.

Missive is a game-changer and I won't go back.

Commentaires : I am amazed with Missive, and can't picture myself using another email client. I've never felt so organized or on top of my inbox!

Avantages :

The ability to create a flexible, customized structure for my email management has changed the game. I have multiple inboxes, used for multiple purposes, and Missive streamlines the entire thing for me. There are so many ways to customize and automate it, and it has all the features I look for in a good email client, such as scheduled sending, snoozing emails, automated rules, templates, and more. I love that I can also use the same tool for social media, calls, texts, web chat, etc. The interface is simple, and you can build it out as much as you want. The team collaboration features within Missive are easy to use, full-featured, and essential to my clients' and my workflow.

Inconvénients :

I would love to see more integrations! Currently the cloud-based phone software I use is not supported in Missive. I would also love a Slack integration.

Finally: E-Mail and Communication done right

Commentaires : Did a lot of research before and must say: Very happy I switched with my whole team. Office life got a lot easier and more fun even. Also really great and blazing fast e-mail support in case of questions. I am very amazed how this company pulls this off with a very fast growing but still quite small team to develop, maintain and manage a product of this complexity.

Avantages :

Mailboxmanagement and team collaboration on e-mail is best in class. Stable, fast and incredibly efficient. Also great in-depth customizability through nuanced settings and customizable shortcuts, responses, etc... The In-Conversation Teamchat saves a lot of Slack messages with copy+paste email content and gets rid of a lot of misunderstandings due to inefficient communication.

Inconvénients :

Only thing I do miss from outlook is the faster inbox search through local index files that worked almost in real-time. In Missive, it might take a few seconds until it crawled the mailbox content for keywords. But it works reliable.

Most Comprehensive Email App

Commentaires : I have to share that I was very close to canceling my Missive subscription to find some savings due to a recent pay cut I was asked to take. After trying out other software, I could not leave Missive. Nothing beats it in terms of customization and feature set that makes my email life productive.

Avantages :

The amount of options and customizations. The integrations, clean layout.

Inconvénients :

The cost. It's quite expensive being a single user not having my company pay for it.

Refreshing & Unique Software

Commentaires : When it comes to using shared inboxes with most email clients, things don't really sync up properly and you'll find someone already responded to an email or moved it, yet it's setting in someone else's inbox as if nothing has been done. This is not the case with Missive. I also like how I can create signatures for each person in my company and apply them to each person's account, per inbox. This is really helpful and unique. Lastly, it's amazing how I can log into missive anywhere and still have all my settings, inboxes, etc intact.

Avantages :

I like how fast emails send and receive. Everything is synchronized and up-to-date at all times.

Inconvénients :

The livechat abilities need some work. We tried it out but it didn't have all the features we were looking for. I'm sure in time, it'll get better.

Avantages :

It's that is critical for power users. It appears they've considered every aspect. You can tweak it to fit your exact needs. It's the tool I've been looking for. Great job!

Great choice for managing team-inbox mail

Avantages :

Everything you need with big options to make. Supports Standard mail clients, IMAP, fb messenger or twitter. Also we can synchronize our trello and google drive with missive. Great tools for automatizations. The platform looks great and it is easy to use. Now with our team inboxes and rules for automatization we saved not just a time but we finally organized our mails.

Inconvénients :

There was everything we have been looking for.

Outstanding mission-critical multi-email-client comprehensive solution

Commentaires : It is masterpiece of software application which, in that particular area, is not easy to find out without higher budgets.

Avantages :

Reliability; Richness of features; Their attention to details, everywhere; User interface carefully designed; External integrations (i.e. ClickUp, Open AI, ...) Powerful Signatures and Alias implementations, etc.

Inconvénients :

The lack of phone or chat support! Which we would gladly pay per incident, if they offered that. However, to be fair, they have an amazing email support. The increasing cost to get organized under the same account, configuring it by several departments, projects or divisions. The reason is because it triggers the price plan to levels that, for us, was not affordable, since we are an unusual nonprofit entity with lot's of Projects which need separate folders. However, since their price are fair, a large company with similar number of divisions like us, will likely have no problem to pay for that.

Missive Fan

Avantages :

Missive is the most cooperative, customer-oriented and modern email client I have ever worked with as an organization. As responsible for all automation and processes within the organization, I have become a fan of Missive over the past +/- 1.5 years and have already recommended it to several companies in my area. Good UI/UX, always in development and they really want to think about solutions in processes within your organization.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I'm missing is a Zoho connection

Excellent! I'll never switch back.

Commentaires : Having recently implemented a shared inbox for customer service, we tried out a number of different products and Missive blew the others out of the water. While it took a few days to get used to, now that the team is more comfortable with it we're working more efficiently and have more time available for other activities.Everything is in one place, so we don't have to switch between different apps to communicate with our customers and with each other. It's far easier to distribute the work and make sure that the correct person deals with each topic.The customer experience has also improved as our customers get responses more quickly and from the correct person.

Avantages :

The collaboration capabilities that Missive has given our team continue to help us on a daily basis. Having everything in one place (email, shared email, chat, WhatsApp, social media) streamlines communication and helps stop people doubling up on work, leaving our team with more free time to work on other things.The integrations so far seem to work seamlessly, and I love how customizable the platform is. It's also great that I can jump from my computer to my phone, and I still have all the capabilities there.

Inconvénients :

The one thing I would say is that there was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, and it took us a bit of time to get used to it. However, a lot of our initial misgivings were things that were easily solved through customization of the settings. Also, the customer support team has been great throughout the initial phase and have helped clear up any doubts we have had.

Avantages :

Missive has really helped us so much in our day-to-day operations. Our team is always in communication thanks to the chat, and there is no overlapping emails since we all see drafts in real time. We have multiple teams within the same app, and it's just a must for any business that values efficiency!

Inconvénients :

There's a little bit of a learning curve as there are A LOT of features, so it can be a little overwhelming at first or when training new employees.

Impeccable tool and always improving

Avantages :

I can communicate with my working colleagues in parallel to an email dedicated to a customer, and I can see the workload of our Editorial Team before each one entitles themselves emails.

Inconvénients :

Maybe I have not figured this one out yet, but once someone has entitled an email to themselves from our team, any response from the customer will come to this one person. This is not good in case the person is on holiday or on sick leave for a longer time, any way around this maybe?

Just discover this amazing email client

Avantages :

Last week I had to change my email client cause my company changed to Exchange and my Apple Mail version doesn´t support it, so I spent around five hours downloading, setting and trying different programs. It´s just what nobody wants to do with their time, but I am really glad I did it cause almost at the end of the process and just about to surrender I found Missive, which has really caught me. It´s very neat and visual, has every detail you expect from an email client, and even has AI integrated with chat gpt. It has much more for team inboxes, but I haven´t tried that yet, as I am the only one of my company here, but it must be amazing for teams. I really recommend it for individuals anyway.

Only 15 day history on the free version.
