Commentaires : Greetly was easy to install and configure. I was please to see how many APIs it connects to, and that's one of the ways we have extended it: Zapier, IFTTT can add on all kinds of functions. The esignature for NDAs was one thing I hadn't thought of, but liked.

Avantages :

Greetly has been really easy to use, but also allows us to customize every aspect how we want. Using Greetly as a visitor management system has given us a secure, private and cloud based check-in app and esignature solution. I like the licensing terms and pricing much better than the alternatives that I looked at, too.

Inconvénients :

I didn't like the old interface as much, but they improved it nicely: They must have brought in some UI experts or something.

Very Good Visitor Management App

Commentaires : My overall experience with Greetly is honestly amazing, going paperless is a garentee win at all times and j get to have more control over vistor information.

Very valuable product that takes the place of a full time receptionist at our office

Commentaires : Great experience. Very easy to set up and start using immediately. Very intuitive. We use it at the front of our office for visitors to check in and alert the employee they are looking for. It calls the employees desk and sends them a text to alert them of the visitor so they can come greet them and open the door.

Avantages :

It does exactly what we need it to do. Alerts the proper person when a visitor or delivery arrives. Costs considerably less than a full time receptionist.

Inconvénients :

I wish that the number that it calls / texts from to alert employees of a visitor would show up as Greetly or Virtual Receptionist on caller ID. It calls from a Colorado number that can easily be mistaken for spam and not answered. That has been the only complaint from employees at my office.

Greetly Receptionist

Commentaires : I love it, and everyone who comes to me asks about it

Avantages :

Using greetly has allowed my small business to operate proficiently without a receptionist. All of my guest love the ease of signing in and I know exactly when they arrive.And some of my appointments very few though are not very tech savvy but they learned how to use it with very little reluctance

Inconvénients :

There is no one there to tell my guest if i'm delayed or in a meeting .

Helped reduce workload of receptionist at our office

Avantages :

Our receptionist was often bogged down with customers walking in, and they can now use Greetly to save time on checking in clients, and notify the employee that a customer has arrived.

Inconvénients :

I think it is a bit expensive for the value it brings. Not a huge con, just good to note.

Greetly made our lives easier

Commentaires : We have subscribed to Greetly for our four offices suites facilities since early 2016. It has been a great addition. Greetly provides a central service for the businesses in our buildings. Overall it has been an excellent experience.

Set it and forget it, but really don't because it's fun to play with.

Commentaires : Setup and configuration was a breeze, I had our devices up and running in no time. Our company opted to get 3rd party stands with some tablets we had on hand, this increased setup time as I had re-invent something I knew already existed through Greetly. I'd recommend just purchasing/leasing equipment through them to keep things more simple.

Avantages :

It's a set it and forget it tool, once configured there is very little that needs to be done on the administration side.

Inconvénients :

Our actual receptionists now have no excuses as to why what happened to those who enter our building as it is all logged. Not really a con from an administration side.

Very Useful Product

Commentaires : I'm a Clinical Psychologist who stumbled onto Greetly about a year ago and think it's fantastic. It enables me to focus on my clients while those in my waiting room are comforted to know that I will be with them shortly. The best part is that the cost for these services are next to nil compared to what hiring a receptionist would cost me.

Avantages :

The software is easy to use and the benefits far outweigh the cost.

Inconvénients :

I have nothing bad to say about Greetly.

Easy to use and cheaper

Commentaires : Doing my Start-up (a Executive offices for rent and motel) a great work with the well designed iOS app that is managing our work 24/7 days in terms of recording and reminding us the appointments , for the clients. Its cheaper to maintain for even a start-up.

Great Product, Very Responsive Organization

Avantages :

Very easy to work with, very configurable. What you are unable to figure out can easily be diagnosed and addressed with the help of your Greetly rep (mine is Eddie). Fantastic people, extremely pro-active. As far as working with the organization, I had an issue with one of the iPads I purchased through Greetly and they immediately sent me a return envelope and a replacement within a matter of days. As a business owner this is the type of responsiveness I need.
