Avantages :

The amount of information and number of Leads is incredible. You will receive good leads on a daily basis.

Inconvénients :

Leads were not good, they send a lot but they are not good leads. Customer service is terrible terrible terrible.

Awesome real estate CRM and lead gen platform

Commentaires : We were able to discontinue several other tools and platforms by having the needs met by constant improvements by CINC. The support and programming teams are so nimble that often times they can accommodate system changes within days or weeks at our request. Our success coach is always available to help and answer questions.

Avantages :

The quality of the leads, functionality and ease of use.

Inconvénients :

There are occasional glitches but that is to be ex0ected woth any technology.

Commentaires : 3.5/5 has been a really good system (better than boomtown) and the support has been great. I wish we got more good prospects though.

Avantages :

the system works well and gives you tons of options. The AI is great.

Inconvénients :

The learning curve for real estate agents can be tough. The amount of leads that actually turn into viable prospects is very low. The request a showing feature we found is completely broken. So many people accidentally request showings its kind of crazy.

Commentaires : I have made a few sales over the years, but have done a lot of follow up that doesn't go anywhere.

Avantages :

Great AI follow up. Easy system to use. I like all the details regarding contacts and how I can set up parameters for house clients receive.

Inconvénients :

A lot of leads that don't seem to any validity. there needs to be better vetting process before we get the leads.

Commentaires : 10 out of 10. The functionality, the staff, Rigo, my platform manager, all are a huge plus, and I've been a client since 2014.

Avantages :

The public user experience. Get compliments all the time.

Inconvénients :

The landing page integration should be better considering all of the other features they have.

The platform has a good flow that allows you to work the CRM and make meaningful contacts

The random 3am leads and seriously those requests for showings and they always say they were confused

CINC launched my business

Commentaires : It was a good one, I think I was a customer for about 8 years. First lead service I consistently converted leads into sales. I definitely got a great ROI from having used it and I can honestly say it launched my career. I stepped away to focus more on an attraction based business focusing on my SOI and social media channels. I have a ton of past clients from CINC though which have lead to exponential repeat and referrals.

Avantages :

Great dashboard on the CRM and easy to navigate. Very consistent lead flow month over month. I also always called CINC the Chick-Fil-A of real estate for their great customer service.

Inconvénients :

It's not a CINC problem but more of an internet lead problem. Felt like it's been harder and harder to contact leads. Would like to see better sales funnels built in to social media ads with retargeting integrated. Maybe you offer that but I'm just not aware?

CINCs Decline

Commentaires : It started off amazing. Our account rep is great. We make so much money using it. However we are currently trying to expand on other platforms to see if we can get the same results without the system malfunctions.

Avantages :

I loved everything the first 4-5 years. I sing its praises at presentations which I do 5-10 times per year. Our ROI is great.

Inconvénients :

The kinks and glitches that are constantly coming up. Right now 'favourites' dont work. The map search isn't finding several properties. The dialler crashing five times a day at least. The 'search' feature of notes was removed. I have leads messaging me all the time now complaining about things not working.

Commentaires : Great been using for years as always improvements can be made as we grow.

Avantages :

How it tracks leads when using the site to help your conversion rate. How easy it is for me and leads to use the website for higher conversion rates.

Inconvénients :

Many leads have faulty numbers and emails yet we still pay for those.

Commentaires : I am very satisfied with Cinc and have already referred another REALTOR®. I like the CRM and the ability to track when I've attempted contact with a client and our conversations.

Avantages :

I like the pipeline and lead dashboard. It helps me stay organized and keeps track of who I need to call and when.

Inconvénients :

I don't like how the appointment met and set work. When I set an appointment and then meet with the clients it doesn't allow me to confirm this after we meet. It just shows appointment expired. I would like to be able to confirm the appointment actually took place and write any notes from the appointment.

I love Cinc and My Rep!

Commentaires : I’ve been using it for five years.
It’s an additional lead system but the only one we won’t drop. It’s good exposure for our listings, a great way to share with clients and virtually hands free if you need it to be while on vacation, life events, etc.

Avantages :

Honestly, [sensitive content hidden]. She’s the best lead rep we have. Quite amazing. She calls when something new is coming out, cares about our success and helps any time I have a question. She’s she’s so much light on the power of the product. It’s made my experience with CINC better just because of her.

Inconvénients :

I’d like live lead call ins. When leafs call in, we know they’re more serious than someone who answers a text or is bored and just wants to see a listing detail, never to be seen or heard from again. Of course that’s the old “some will, some won’t, so what?” Theory. You need thick skin in sales.

CINC is an example of a Real Estate CRM done right

Commentaires : Overall, the training is phenomenal, the CRM is very useful and quality.

Avantages :

The pre-set saved filters allow you to help your agents understand who they are lacking on follow-up with and shows the importance of reminders. The small analytics like email usage time and frequency of logging in are all great data points. You can import all of your database into this one CRM and allow you to streamline your communications. The Customer service department is very helpful and quick with answers.

Inconvénients :

The autotracks can be a bit confusing and seem somewhat archaic to set up if you haven't done it before.

CINC helps me convert!

Commentaires : Overall CINC has worked great. They make it easy to keep track of and follow up with a large amount of leads without things falling through the cracks. The support, videos available, and the bi-weekly sales training have been invaluable.

Avantages :

CINC has great automations and awesome integrations such as being able to push leads to the Mojo dialer.

Inconvénients :

The app has always caused issues. From freezing up almost everytime I open it for the first time of the day to the changes to the task/reminder dashboard. It would be good if the app could be improved.

Commentaires : Excellent. We were some of the original owners! From the get go we loved cinc.

Avantages :

The value and quality of leads is amazing. They also have a really good support system if you can have them find you a rep that you get along well with. It feels like they are a family owned business!

Inconvénients :

Some features change without notice. Als had a bad couple of reps who didn't care.

Commentaires : While we like the overall lead gen, the cost just keeps going up. When you do not have a large team, it's hard to afford it.

Avantages :

Brings a lot of leads in. Drip campaigns, AI (aka [sensitive content hidden]).

Inconvénients :

COST! And, while the home valuation tool is nice, it needs to be able to be adjusted by US, not just the homeowner. We consistently get inaccurate numbers & cannot help them correct anything. The tool should allow us to make modifications.

Commentaires : I love this platform. Although customer service has been weak in my experience.

Avantages :

Its comprehensive platform that allows me to step up my game in my business. Nothing falls through the cracks with my contacts.

Inconvénients :

Not being able to have a bigger video library; the holiday communications are lame. The Spanish ones are awful and should be written by someone with excellent command of Spanish.

CInc is great but

Commentaires : CInc is great for lead capture. For other things not so great. I can’t really use it as a website. No capability of an exclusive listing. Not great for video or landing pages. The interface is ancient.
