Great CRM directly integrated to Outlook
Commentaires : Solved contact management - data is shared in the company, in one place. Also solved storing important information client relevant - e.g. contracts, dates of effect of Power of Attorney etc.
Avantages :
All contacts in one place, integrated to Outlook, sync to Exchange so that contact info is accessed when searching for email address of a recipient. Also synced to Android contact list. And not just contacts but also companies as clients, suppliers as well. Super cool is adding tens of new data fields to contacts, companies, so we could scrapped multiple excel spreadsheets. Emails are automatically paired to contacts and companies - I can check emails of employees to clients, if I want to, even though I am not cc'd :-) And there are plenty more cool features I couldn't even imagine we needed :-)
Inconvénients :
Some sync issues occured - even to Outlook but mostly to cellphone when it can be messy, clunky and needed wiping of all synced data and resyncing completely. Also even though UI is friendly as Outlook can be, it took me a while to understand the logic and correct ways how to handle different things in the app.
CRM - it could be better!

For us, the translation, which should be tailored to us, is very unfortunate. We have both: translated terms, as well as English and Slovak. New employees find it hard to find their way around foreign words (if you don’t know what’s behind it)
Exactly what is needed!
Commentaires : eWay CRM is exactly what i have been searching for! A simple, yet powerful add on to Microsoft exchange which is used everywhere. Currently, I am only using it for myself to manage my region. However, I hope to continue to promote the software as a company wide solution. I am excited to see how much better it will be when I can use eWay n collaboration with members of the sales team as well as corporate resources.
Avantages :
Seamless Exchange integration. Very intuitive which makes it easy to learn. Cell phone integration with ability to add notes after each call eliminates excuses.
Inconvénients :
Have not found any yet! Will be sure to update review if I encounter any negatives.

eWay-CRM is absolutely the best Outlook CRM that help us to manage all our customers information like emails and notes in one place this helps us to save time and be more efficient and effective in all our projects because all communication anybody can read and make smart decisions. It's a great tool because it integrates with emails, calendar, tasks and contacts. It's easy to use this tool as it has a very intuitive and user-friendly UI and it works like Outlook making more easy to use and understand. When it comes to projects management it keeps them under control.

For me is Eway the best accounting system for creating invoices. It is logical, quick and pretty easy to use.I worked with the system Money-S and with the czech system Pohoda, and Eway is the best! Thanks.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes when I work in a database with files saved in Word and Excel format, it is very hard to find it. Because it is so variable, one must keep an eye on the settings of the ancestor items, and that is the hard part of it.
The Effective Task and also Lead Management Platform.
Commentaires : Lead capture and sales campaigns management is more profitable and the ability to migrate multiple marketing data and reports is effective and simple.
Avantages :
Stability on data processing is nice and the Email marketing tools with the product is helpful. All our projects contacts management is easy and the reports are quite easy to generate and its Sales Pipeline management capability is productive.
Inconvénients :
Extremely responsive marketing product that has classy and easy interface to get started and there is no any error on this platform.

Tied at the Hip with Outlook
Commentaires : I've deployed eWay with 2 of our 3 salesmen. Still trying to get a feel for full extent to which we will utilize it. Eventually, will deploy it to the newer, third salesman -- but not sure that he will utilize. I was disappointed with custom report capability (without SQL programming), but when I learned to use the filters, my needs were met (for now). eWay offered to do the custom programming for a fee, but the bennefit didn't justify the cost. Overall, I appreciate the close integration with Outlook and, at the end of the day, that is what prompted me to select eWay over other alternatives.
Avantages :
We absolutely wanted (and found) an add-in to Outlook that would prompt for Sales Lead association upon sending an email. We can go about our normal business and it will prompt us for association -- as long as the contact is in the database.
Inconvénients :
Cost is higher than expected....but partly because I have to pay for extra storage. - When we associate an email (or email chain) with a Sales Lead, all of the messages with that lead are stored on eWay. - The problem is that we send and receive many large attachments. - We wish there was a way to not store attachments.

Contact Management - Replacing Business Contact Manager
Commentaires : I am happy with e-Way CRM as it has fulfilled my need to stay on top of my insurance business with hundreds of clients. It has been a reliable solution.
Avantages :
I use eWay-CRM to replace Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager which I used for years but is now obsolete. It is doing the job nicely after my database was imported into e-Way. I like having my client’s data records stored in a server other my computer since I know my data is safe and secure. I had a hard drive failure before when everything was stored on my computer and came close to losing almost 20 years of client data. I no longer worry about that. There were some issues initially when moving things to e-Way but their support staff ([sensitive content hidden]) was very helpful and responsive. They had to do some tweaks for my business model which they completed in a timely manner.
Inconvénients :
I would like to see more options for the end user being able to customize fields and layouts. You can do some things but it is not as flexible as BCM was. Some things have to be done by the support staff that I think could be done by the user. That said, again they are helpful with this when asked to make changes. I would also like to see custom filters be able to use any data field when creating custom filters. Currently that is not an option. You have only certain fields available.

The MS Out look plug in aspect of the product makes it incredibly easy to adopt and integrate into daily workflows.The ability to adapt the product and configure it to meet our needs without an outside consultant makes it possible to get the CRM we want without all the extra questions, costs and consulting

Best CRM Solution for Outlook users
Commentaires : My experience from first engagement with my sales contact, Tzanko, through to implementation and support has been first class. I couldn't have aksed for more.
Avantages :
Having your CRM embedded inside Outlook removes a lot of unnecessary steps compared to other solutions. With eWay it is easy to switch between contacts, companies and deals but you can also open seperate windows for each module and have everything running side by side. I have found the speed very impressive and searching for information is rapid and easy. I also really like the way the task management system works as it allows me to keep on top of my day. Converting inbound or outbound emails into journal entries and tasks is very easy and makes sure your records are accurate.

So far I haven't found any negative points with eWay

Why eWay-CRM?
Commentaires : eWay-CRM has done exactly what I had hoped/expected that a good program would accomplish for me in terms of organizing, retaining, recalling important contact data and information; it has improved my interaction with and efficient use of MS Outlook and Office, thereby smoothing my processes and routines; and I am looking for significant email marketing results to materialize from its optional marketing add-on.
Avantages :
Virtually limitless customization options, and normally easy to accomplish. I like the ability arrange the views according to my desired (economy of) placement. The Search and Bulk Change functions respond very rapidly. The ability to export contact data and notes, etc. is very attractive for HIPAA compliance and retention purposes. Ditto the ability to attach all kinds of interactions and documents to specific clients is excellent. And the price--is very reasonable for all the value, AND THE SUPERB TECH SUPPORT PROVIDED so cheerfully and rapidly!
Inconvénients :
I think that the email marketing templates' designs could be expanded and enhanced, and the actual customization tips/instructions could be expanded and in some cases more clear.
Familiarity - this really works the way you do (if you're over the age of 20!)
Commentaires : Overall, we're pleased with the experience from both a user and customer service perspective although of late the latter may have dropped a bit. The fact that the product is being continually improved upon shows that the vendors are focused, vested and attentive.
Avantages :
It's not just that eWay-CRM sits on top of MS Outlook, there are many other add-ins that do that; its that it's been designed to work 'within' Outlook the way that most Outlook users 'think' and work that makes it so appealing for professionals of a certain age who grow up using Outlook 2007, 2008, 2010, 2013 and 2016. It feels like 'home', renovated without spoiling the original 'wood floors and period features.
Inconvénients :
The lack of ability to provide its models and menus with alternative display names/headings is disappointing. The default names of "Deals" and "Projects" don't lend themselves well to certain categories of work or geographical preferences. For instance, we would prefer to use "Enquiries" instead of "Deals", and "Cases" instead of "Projects" in some circumstances.
ORKAN review
Commentaires : Eway helped us organize the various activities of the company and allowed us to easily track the profitability of individual orders. We also have better control over the work of individual employees, as each one records their attendance on individual projects.
Avantages :
Compatibility with Outlook. The possibility of creating our own fields, the ability to manage the cost-effectiveness of projects and reports. Additionally, the ability to track communication between involved employees on a single order.
Inconvénients :
Interconnection of emails with projects/companies. In case the contact relates to multiple projects, the email will be assigned to all of them, even if it pertains to only one project. Linking emails to projects could be more user-friendly
eWay CRM the Great Outlook Integrator
Commentaires : Great for keeping notes and tracking information for customers and prospects, grouping user in categories, and attaching users to companies

Great ease of use and fantastic integration with Outlook, which is one the most important features for me. In fact change from another CRM for this very reason (the other CRM's integration with Outlook was always breaking on new updates).
Inconvénients :
Very few cons - one improvement, although not a big deal for me, would be if software would load quicker on startup. Once started its great.
The best BCM replacement available
Commentaires : I was hesitant to use eWay since I had never heard of them, but I made the move with the free version to test it and then to the premium version almost immediately because it really fills the needs for my business. The before and after sales support are beyond excellent. I know this sounds like a paid review, but it isn't, the service is just excellent and I have recommended it to other small business owners I know.
Avantages :
I especially appreciate the direct integration in Outlook. I replaced the discontinued Microsoft BCM software with eWay CRM and had I known about it earlier I would have changed earlier. eWay CRM is far better in many ways.
Inconvénients :
I have not really encountered any real cons, but I really wish they would implement a timer in the call history journal to make things a bit easier when tracking calls. The current method is fine, but a timer would make eWay CRM just about perfect for me.

eWay for Technical Sales
Commentaires : Very comfortable with my sales process - no more wishing that it could be better!
Avantages :
eWay allows us to use our own established Workflow to take an Inquiry all the way to a completed Project. We are able to see all inquiries sorted into their current Workflow stage We were able to add our own custom fields and modify the layouts to track the detailed specifications required for each inquiry. It was a big deal to us to have a full featured text editor in the software. It has never been easier to take a call from a prospect and pull up the inquiry details for discussion and to progress the solution for them. The ability to save emails to each inquiry is critical and by actually using Outlook is great, I tried other CRM's, but the main failure point in them was how they "sync" with Outlook, in most cases, poorly.
Inconvénients :
As the product evolves, I am sure that there will be some additional features such as: - Date/Time stamp would be handy. - Creating a new Contact for a Company should autofill the Company Information, Address, etc. - Then if necessary, this could be changed.

Solid and feaure rich CRM, well planned with minimal "bugs" - that I had expeienced. With timely and responsive supported from online FAQs and reliable knowledgable personnel when needed.
Overall gets my vote as an Excellant CRM!

Since the begining it has been a well thought out intuitive CRM system that over the period of use has been updated and improved based on user feedback to ensure E-Way continues to provide advanced useful features. The software is intuitive with tools and features well placed on-screen's real-estate.
Inconvénients :
Perhaps more integration between Account and Contacts WRT the account's contact profile management wrt internal circle of politics! Since major account management heavily relies on the interaction between internal managers to progress deals and projects.

eWay-CRM is the way
Commentaires : Overall, very happy with eWay-CRM. As a small client they have reached out several times a year to check on my needs!
Avantages :
eWay-CRM allows the owner to customize which modules you wish to use/see. You can also put limitations on other users by classification/roles. Great product for a single or multiple users. Loved the fact that I can customize my own forms/pages to fit my needs or contract with eWay-CRM to assist. Product gives me flexibility to use with MS Outlook via Windows (desktop), Web based and on a Mac Book via Web.
Inconvénients :
eWay-CRM is constantly making improvements. A few items I would like to see is a training video/manual showing a day/week of a lead or client activity (processes). And a segmented users group; legal, accounting, sales, consulting, etc. to share processes/ideas.
a CRM is not a CRM if it's not inside your office email app
Commentaires : I've evaluated at least 20 CRMs before coming across eWay CRM. The key for me was to search for "outlook integrated CRM". Dynamics CRM from Microsoft was the closest second-place candidate, but implementing what eWay already does out of the box, would have been very costly to implement and by default is already too expensive for a small company. My team and I were forced to work with a few CRMs before and eWay was the first and only CRM which ever gained only positive remarks amongst a team of engineers who normally see no benefit in even using a CRM.
Avantages :
The fact that eWay runs inside Outlook, means email attachments can be linked to Deals and Projects without having to download, saving or uploading it first. The fact that the user still stay in control of what gets tracked and what not, is also fantastic since there is no system performance bottleneck and users don't need to learn a new system just to send or receive a simple email.
Inconvénients :
eWay has room for improvement on Report customization. Furthermore, developing a more straightforward way to created advanced workflows would also go a long way to expand its use to every aspect of a business.
