Une application très efficace

Avantages :

Un logiciel de gestion de projet très efficace et facile d'utilisation, OpenProject me permet la planification de projets et la gestion des tâches, la gestion des documents, des clients ainsi que certains risques liés au travail. Il nous a permis de bien gérer le temps. Nous en bénéficions quotidiennement car il nous a permis d'ajouter un logo à notre entreprise.

Inconvénients :

Avec OpenProject, tout fonctionne très bien. Seulement que son installation pose de sérieux problème.

OpenProject pour un premier projet en méthode Scrum

Commentaires : Ce logiciel est parfait pour gérer des projets. J'ai fait mon premier projet en méthode Scrum avec ce logiciel, et je suis franchement convaincu par celui-ci.

Avantages :

J'ai apprécié toute la partie gestion de projet, l'attribution et le suivi des tâches qui est très facile, la communication. Il est simple de savoir où en est le projet, quels sont les avancements, et cela aide l'équipe à avancer rapidement.

Inconvénients :

Un point que j'ai trouvé dommage est le faite de devoir remplir toutes les US (= User Stories / ~tâches) à la main. Il serait intéressant d'avoir la possibilité de les importer via une feuille de calcul, ou autrement. Ensuite, leur gestion est simple, avec l'attribution pour chacune de différents critères, rien à dire pour cela.

Avantages :

Très facile à utiliser, OpenProject est un outil très efficace qui nous a beaucoup marqué dans la gestion et la planification des projets de notre entreprise. Il me permet de bien gérer nos clients et temps.

Inconvénients :

OpenProject une application fonctionne et que j'utilise bien au quotidien pour le développement de notre entreprise.

OpenProject remains to be the top online project management tool in my ranking. It has a user-friendly interface and despite being affordable it hasn't compromised on the quality of it's features. It execute processes super quick and it is not affected by the number of projects, teams or users and it is highly customizable

Inconvénients :

There are still some upscaling limitations even if it is open source. The free version misses resource allocation among other key functions. Lastly there exist mobile app so we often have to access it from our computers which is kinda inconvenient because project management is an all time tasks

i was able to use this product over 4 years on my previouse company. It was a very good selection for those who looking for a free agile based project management software

Inconvénients :

less flexibility and hard to configure/install is major issue i realized with this tool. It too so long to fix certian slowness issue of the application.

Avantages :

I like the flexibility it gives us during project's lifecycle. We are free to make any necessary changes when needed without interfering with the projects deadlines by changing task prioritization, reassigning tasks and allocating more time to urgent tasks. With OpenProject our projects have been more interactive and fun! and it's now impossible to meet deadlines. Another aspect that I find extremely handy is how it supports diverse projects from different industries thanks to lots of customization options available. I think OpenProject is on the right track of claiming a top spot in the project management spectrum.

From where I sit, there is a lot to like about OpenProject. It is extremely versatile and easy to use. It lets our teams and faculties seamlessly collaborate on projects and stay on the same page even though they're spread in our different branches across the country. It has been a fundamental tool in eliminating the confusion that would arise especially when dealing with complex projects as we can prioritise tasks, monitor and track progress in real time, assign/reassign tasks(when necessary) as well as the flexibility to customise it to match our company's specific requirements.

1. Openproject has one of the best dashboard ever, organised with tab like forms that make it easier to move around. 2. Notifications alert is soo helpful, it ensure that i get my updates on deadlines and upcoming tasks. 3. I also like the simplicity in creating or adding a new project on the dashboard. 4. Search feature that helps when dealing with a number of projects.

Inconvénients :

Although openproject is a helpful software, its features might be overwhelming for new users.

User from 2020 Till Now and Still a Die Hard Member

Avantages :

OpenProject was the most influential implementation in 2020. I like that I access a lot of features under one dashboard. Project management, Gantt and time tracking are the most iconic tools so far.

Inconvénients :

OpenProject suits all my needs without any complications.

Easy to organize tasks among the members of the team, overview of the working hours. The complete and at the same time simple customization of the information available in boards and gants. A product, on my opinion total complete vs more other similar products on the market. The price is also affordable and is a plus for this product. What makes it perfect for us is the possibility to have it installed on personal servers. The free version cover the 80% of the entire functionality.

Inconvénients :

On Task Activity view it would help to have an preview of the images uploaded. The product could be improved by adding more functionalities to the web document creation tool.

What I really like about OpenProject is that is an open source project management solution that streamlines our projects management process with features like time and cost reporting and issue tracking which allows us to ideate on multiple projects and track time and cost spent on each project. I also like how this tool allows us to run custom reports that provides useful insights on our project performance and resource allocation and it's great for making data-driven decisions.

Inconvénients :

I love it's an open source project management tool that is easy to use with any operating system. Nevertheless requires user to go through the learning curve which is not a dislike.

Commentaires : We tried OpenProject to track the progress of our research projects, which are distributed in nature as they are composed of different partners in different institutions. OpenProject is a solid solution for that, easy to use and with a rich set of features.

Avantages :

It was super fast to insert and organize the tasks/milestones for our project. The interface is so intuitive that we didn't even need to take the introductory tutorial. This lowers the adoption effort for all members of a team and therefore makes it more likely for them to be consistent users, rather than stopping updating the project after a while. The board feature is complete and useful to have.

Inconvénients :

The only thing we didn't find so intuitive was how to export the graphical representation of the GANTT chart, which we might want to have to put in presentations & co. Minor issue though.

We use this software to manage task. it makes it very easy to create tasks, assign them to individuals, and create work packages within a project. There are many options available when creating a work package, which is very useful. And also, it is possible to assign custom states to these work packages.

Inconvénients :

The inability to expand and collapse tasks especially when has multiple children. This makes it hard for us to track thee tasks.
