Commentaires : J utilise zervat dans le cadre de mon activité de coaching afin d établir les factures de mes clients.

Avantages :

Facile a utiliser. Beaucoup de rajouts possible en fonction des besoins. Tant dans les annotations que dans les encarts

Inconvénients :

Ne pas pouvoir revenir sur le numéro de facture.

System can sometimes be a bit slow during peak hours. Trial set-up limited the number of customers I could include.

Commentaires : I was happily surprised during the test period, and now I have used it for over a year for all invoicing.

Avantages :

Makes it really simple to update invoices on the road. My business takes me to many locations, and it's crucial to be able to update the information quickly. Online application like Zervant is really handy in this.

Inconvénients :

The default message in emails isn't very practical as it can't be set default to a certain customer.

Paying for functionality that doesn't work

Commentaires : They make you pay for extra functions that don't work and then refuse to refund you.

Avantages :

It is an easy tool to send out invoices.

Inconvénients :

I payed a yearly fee to have access to features such as a connection to my bank so that invoices are automatically marked as payed or not payed. But after i Paid I realised that this function was not working. I have been in contact with their support who just keep saying that they are working on it. It has been 4 months now and I have asked for a refund multiple times, but they simply refuse to give me my money back.

A solid paltform that makes my life easy

Commentaires : Overall this has helped me to professionalise my business. My clients have noticed the difference too (it was an accountant that recommended this platform to me).

Avantages :

I like being able to write complex and detailed invoices in a quick and easy way. I like that you can copy a previous invoice to create a new one. Before using this product, invoicing took me a long time and once I got this, it became easy and satisfying.

Inconvénients :

I would like there to be a button that shows how much you have earned from the beginning of the year rather than choosing a date range (it defaults to one year). But this is a SMALL problem compared to how useful I find it.

Useful and easy to use software

Avantages :

Simple and nice interface, easy login with a Gmail account.

Inconvénients :

The automatical invoicing setup are hard to find and there are no reminders about the next automatically invoices you are about to create.

Commentaires : Automated and smartened up my invoicing producing useful reports, but I'm going to have to find another solution as I need a package that deals with expenses

Cannot deal with expenses - it appears the free package formerly included this function but it has been removed

Professional Invoices

Avantages :

I have been using the free version for a couple of years. Invoices can be customized to really look great visually but also to contain all the key info (commercial and legal). You can set up various payments methods including credit cards. Invoices can be sent by email (none of my invoices have ever be classified as spam by my clients), downloaded or sent by snail mail by Zervant (never tried this).

Inconvénients :

Free version is limited to 10 customers.

Commentaires : Insgesamt nutze ich Zervant sehr gerne, weil es eine nutzerfreundliche und übersichtliche Software ist und die Rechnungen optisch super dargestellt werden.

Avantages :

Die Software von Zervant ist übersichtlich und ideal, um Rechnungen zu erstellen und zu bearbeiten. Ich nutze das Programm seit einigen Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden. Gut ist, dass ich die erstellen Rechnungen direkt per E-Mail an den Empfänger schicken kann. Ich kann sogar den E-Mail Text dazu anpassen. Die visuelle Übersicht über die gesamten Buchungen in Form von einem Diagramm gefälltmir besonders gut. So kann man schnell erfassen, in welchem Monat man die meisten Einnahmen hatte.

Inconvénients :

In der kostenlosen Variante kann man nur 5 Kunden anlegen. Das ist zwar ok, ich würde mir lediglich wünschen, dass es ein paar mehr wären. Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln.

Very basic application: you could use Excel instead

Easy to use: you can easily start using it with the pop-up assistant Focused on the European customs: if you are a freelancer you can select if and what kind of EU VAT is to be applied

Inconvénients :

Impossible to customize layout: there is only 1 template/layout. No other templates are avail, no colors can be added, fields customization is very limited. Cannot send the invoice directly to the client, as in the case of Invoice Ninja. Does not include any feature to take into accounts payments and delays. Cannot link it to paypal.

Good so far

Avantages :

Easy to use and intuitive product. I like that it is not over complicated but produces a clear dashboard to help me to keep organised. I like the simple conversion from estimate to invoice

Inconvénients :

I haven’t seen whether it can connect to your bank account to assist with easy reconciliation and book keeping. I am unsure whether this product complies with HMRC Making Tax Digital in the UK. If it doesn’t comply then I will have to switch to a different supplier

We have only been using Zervant for a couple of weeks, but it has made invoicing much simpler

Commentaires : Time saving, from both entering, sending and reviewing. We used to use Excel, export as pdf and attach to an email. This is much simpler and faster

Avantages :

Cost (Free!), Simplicity, Ease of reviewing all invoices, Ease of adding/removing columns, Ease of sending Quote, then Invoice, then Receipt. Ability to add packing slip, attachments for card receipts, personalised messages

Inconvénients :

Can't write more than 2 decimal places in the Ex-VAT column, so when unit = 100, the Inc VAT price is worked out incorrectly, so you have to work out the full amount and type that in the Inc VAT column instead.

Great free invoicing software

Commentaires : I stumbled across Zervant by accident when I was looking for an invoice template for Word. It has an excellent feature set and is actually better than several paid-for products. I have recommended it to several friends and associates and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it again.

The ease in which invoices can be created, with emails and follow up emails being being constructed/sent at the click of a button.

Inconvénients :

Changes to customer limits last year. Luckily, we rarely bill the same customer, so can delete them once paid so as to open up space for a new customer and maintain the free service status.

Easy to use. There is a also a lot of features. I use it mainly to create invoices, and all the options according to services or countries are available.

Inconvénients :

Some fields cannot be modified, like invoice's number.

Zervant is a fantastic product

Easy to use, good customer service, great layout, comes with good recommendations and of course its FREE

Almost very invoice I send via the email function end up in my clients spam box, even when they accept it first time as "not spam" follow up invoices find their way to spam?

Commentaires : I have previously always created my own invoices from scratch which was very time-consuming and a real chore. I was sick of wasting time on paperwork and this was the first time I decided to do it through a company online. My experience has been a great one, it's so easy to get to grips with and is very intuitive and easy to follow. I always know where I am with payments, it warns me if I have overdue invoices outstanding and also sends out automated reminders. A real breath of fresh air...Well done all!

Commentaires : I could not believe when I stumbled upon this software:-) I was like FREE for life; yeah right - what is the catch...at first I was dubious about it until I read their story...then I was like wow! In any case it made sense in the end because as a Social Justice activists myself running a Social Business Enterprise - I believe sharing is caring! So kudos to the Zervant team...service is obviously in their name:-) every little helps so thank you so much guys ...loving this software and its so user friendly with an even easier /appealing dashboard to look at:-) Jennifer
