Commentaires : Dans l'ensemble mon expérience est plus que satisfaisante, les fonctionalités sont riches, le logicle est sécurisé, fiable, les données sont sauvegardées constamment, et il est facile d'utilisation au quotidien. Donc je le recommande vivement.

Avantages :

SAP est installé depuis de nomreuses années dans mon entreprise. Mon équipe et moi même l'utilisons au quotidien, les avantages sont principalement liés au fait qu'il permet à la fois de faire des workflows de validation et la comptabilité.Le niveau de cotrôle est relativement élevé dans la mesure ou le logiciel est complètement sécurisé.De nombreux automatismes permettent d'augmenter la productivité. A titre d'exemple je peux importer des matrices directement dans ma compta, ce qui nous fait gagner un temps précieux.

Inconvénients :

Le logiciel est très complet, mais certaines taches spécifiques liées à notre business ne sont pas disponibles, il faut donc faire du spécifique en passant par des modules qui sont payants. Ces modules additionnels ne sont pas toujours budgétés, donc il vaut mieux les prévoir à l'avance.

Commentaires : SAP overall is very disorganized. I do not recommend purchasing any of their software because they promise you the world and don't deliver. Look at SAP Anywhere and S4, both have been flops up to this point.

Avantages :

It is great for SCM but that's about the only thing.

Inconvénients :

You have to click 10x before getting to the screen you need. It doesn't properly record revenue and doesn't offer a VSOE606 option for revenue recognition. If you're looking for an ERP you're better off using Netsuite.

With it, we've not only saved time and reduce human error by automating a lot of our repetitive operations, but we've also set up a system where data from all kinds of different areas flow down, get consolidated, and then charted to boost our data-driven decision making. It's pretty costly an difficult to set up, but once you have it up and running, it'll really boost your operations.

Avantages :

The best thing about it is just how integrated it is. We really needed a system where we didn't have to sync a dozen different tools together to run our operations, and S/4HANA has been a lifesaver in that regard. All the modules are linked together so you don't have to worry about integration health and all the data gets synced straight away

Inconvénients :

The pricing is a big disadvantage. It could be an issue for companies looking to use SAP to support their expansion.

Commentaires : Did lots of data migration and haven't seen anything that goes wrong. I can easily trust my data kept safe there. Also used graph data processing feature time to time and predictive analytics feature, can easily recommend as works great.

Avantages :

Fastest SAP product ever as it operated and built for cloud, never had a connection issue. Simplifies processes and can improve user experience.

Inconvénients :

First time users need serious training and the product could be expensive for small or medium businesses, so should be considered for large companies.

Something great about having the most up to date system is S/4 is very focused on enabling APIs to interact with your ERP. Since you are constantly updating, you have available the latest APIs.

Its main strength is also its weakness. Your business users have to be very focused on validating the base functionality after an upgrade. It can be time consuming at times, but is essential to ensure business continuity.

I really like the Analytics module and amazing visuals it provides. The overall ERP system is really great too.

The initial on boarding for non technical people could be a little tricky.

Commentaires : My experience is good. Updates are still rolling out as different uses are implemented. It continues being a learning experience. I'm excited for my organization to maximizes SAPs uses going forward.

Commentaires : Overall, I am satisfied with the product. We implemented this for a new line of business where the transactions are not very heavy at the moment.

Avantages :

If you are looking for an ERP product from SAP, and not willing to go with the traditional way, then look no further. This provides a quick solution for your ERP requirements.

Inconvénients :

Since your DB is on the cloud, I personally feel that the response time isn't always that great that you generally sought in real world when doing business. Further, a bit pricey when your requirements are not that heavy.

This program handles all the things that I used to have to keep track of by writing everything and keeping it filed in filing cabinets. This way is SO much faster, and I can get done in one day the same amount that by hand would've taken me like 3 weeks.

Avantages :

Order fulfilment module (HF Delivery Note and Order fulfilment) enables real time tracking of all orders that have been issued and their respective dates of delivery. The feature of the relationship map is also incredible while doing stock reconciliation.

Inconvénients :

Overall its my preferred/ best choice of ERP system however at times the system takes long to start while loading add-ons. I guess this shouldn't be a big issue depending on what add-ons have been chosen by the end user.
