Avantages :

It was whilst researching the different nutrition software design management programmes that I kept coming back to comparing other programmes to this one. I really gained confidence having read the background of the developers. The software covered everything I needed to start my newly formed nutritional service. The trial period was very useful in helping me get accoustomed to and work my way through the various different options the software had to offer before making the commitment with them. I have to say the customer service has really surpassed my expectations. No,issue has been too big or small for them to deal with immediately. I am both confident and very pleased that I have chosen the best software for my business.

Inconvénients :

Hasn't the exact functionality as previous software used.

Nutriadmin review by a dietitian

Commentaires : I absolutely love nutriadmin and can not imagine doing my work without it. It has decreased the amount of repetitive admin that I do for client tremenduously!

Avantages :

I find nutriadmin to be very userfriendly and I have been able to navigate on the website very easily from the start and it was also very easy to setup with my gmail and calenders. Once or twice I did need to contact support for help, and was assisted very fast, effiencient and friendly. What I like most about this software is that you can create a personal portal for every client and that I am able to personalize diet plans with my own recipes or import it from any website. I also love being able to add my own foods and recipes, since South African food products is what my clients want in their diet plans. I also like that nutriadmin combines with my email for clients, keeping them up to date with appointments made with the confirmation emails (that can be personalized - bonus) as well as personalized emails to changes made to appointsment and confirmation email in instances of cancellation. The feature where you can send a link to clients of available time slots to choose from is also very helpful.

Inconvénients :

I feel a notification tab at the top of the home page would be helpful... when I log in it would be nice to see notifications of all bookings made by clients, instead of having to go back to my email to see the notification email and then go look within the client profile what appointment slot have been chosen. It would also be nice to have a chat with clients within the client portal, where you could quickly send a message to the client and receive a response. I didn't quite understand the trial period correctly (only one profile to test) and was surprised when I got invoiced before I even used the program much.

Finally found a user friendly program for someone (me) that does not like computers!

Avantages :

The support from the NutriAdmin team was the deciding factor in me keeping NutriAdmin for my business. The team are genuinely patient, understanding and really want to help. Importantly-they are surprisingly prompt in their replies. I dont want to oversell this product, or give a false impression-but for me, i have found replies, in many cases-within minutes! And certainly within an hour on most occasions. I tried 2 other programs prior to Nutri Admin, and found i was waiting days for a reply to my questions due to time zones. Nutri Admin are not in my time zone, but i am not having an issue with fantastic customer support. I cant recommend this program enough- honestly

Inconvénients :

That I could not have their support staff give me one-on-one tutorials :) It is totally understandable of course, they are a small team, and that small team is outstanding with supplying online support in a zippy, however a couple of hours, live would be the icing on the cake to this excellent, user friendly program.

Commentaires : I have had great experience with the support team and have mostly liked the product as a small business and sole trader. There is definitely room for improvement, but an overall good product.

Avantages :

Calendar and booking functions. Easy form sending.

Inconvénients :

Often clunky to use. The Nutrition analysis software in particular is not user friendly and is not suited to Australian users.

NutriAdmin Software Review

Commentaires : My overall experience with NutriAdmin has been positive.

Avantages :

It is easy to use and practical. It is easy for me to upload my own recipes in one place and also being able to grant access to my clients to meal plans, questionnaires, etc through the Client Portal. This makes it a more professional system for both myself and my clients.

Inconvénients :

The Meal Plan Generator seems like an amazing tool, which it is, but I feel it can be improved.

Avantages :

I am very new in my business and soon to launch my business ! I have checked many nutritional software sites - the others were missing major components that I needed! The templates, the nutritional database, meal planner, recipe database - my favourite! In depth questionnaires which you can customise to suit your needs. The client portal is such a good idea and a safe way to send and receive documents. I love the report where you can personalise it with your own logo as it looks very professional. It does take a little time to get used to- but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] will help you! I would say make the most of the trial period and if you can just sign Up to basic until you are used to the software- unless you are super tech savvy- go for the package to suit you. It is the most advanced software in my opinion with everything you need. I do need to use video calling with clients as I will be mainly an online coach and NutriAdmin does not have this feature but fear not- you can simply use some well known video calling apps and do your consultation! It is still far better than other software websites out there. The deciding factor to use NutriAdmin was the recipe database! This feature will help me with time! Time = money. I want easy, quick and a professional service.

Inconvénients :

The software design - maybe if it was a little more pleasing to the eye- I love colour and for me it’s important for it to feel wow! Maybe if we could personalise our own colours? I would love it. I have found adding widget to my website slightly difficult - although [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been super helpful! I wish it was just a lot easier to integrate the software with my website. I think an app would be excellent for use for clients.

Best nutrition software out there!

Avantages :

As a web developer I am very particular about function and user-friendly interface and this software has both. It is intuitive and simple to use and maintain. The food bank is extremely extensive and contains many brands which makes populating the plans very quick. Customer service is excellent and fast which is great as so often with software and applications response takes a long time, if ever! Very happy I made the switch to using this software for my business.

Inconvénients :

Being able to modify and brand the theme to a greater extent would be very appreciated. Customising the layout/font/what content you want to add (especially the headers such as 'Practitioner' etc.) for export would be great and much more professional. Exporting to contain to a certain number of pages etc. I would like to see the price dropped slightly for the 'Basic' package or an option to use less functionality for a lesser price.

Time-saving and easy to use

Avantages :

This software is fantastic. I've tried a few different ones, like Foodzilla, and this is head and shoulders above the rest. I used the client portal with a variety of people up to the age of 80 and they all found it user friendly. I'm very impressed with how professional the meal plans and reports look for the clients, and how easy it is to individualize them.

Inconvénients :

So far I have nothing negative to say about it.

Best software I’ve tried

Commentaires : Great! I also had a technical problem with an incorrect email, I needed help so emailed the team and they got back to me the same day with a solution.

Avantages :

I have tried a few different softwares, this one has been perfect! It is organised and is quick and easy to work. I love that I can use templates for questionnaires as well as tweak them or create my own and easily send them to my clients. I was a bit hesitant to start with as I had tried a few that I thought were good And found out they had glitches or did not offer everything i needed. This software allows me to do everything with the one software! the more I use it the more I love it!

Inconvénients :

Nothing everything has been easy to use and great! Maybe an added feature in The food diary. It would be handy if it accepted photos as I find this helpful as some clients don’t write everything down. But just a suggestion and wouldn’t say this is anything I don’t like!

Resourceful Custom Client Health Planning System

Commentaires : Nutriadmin has been our go to for 5+ years for clients seeking meal plans. It is a great standalone program for nutritionists and health professionals. The export feature makes it easy for you to include it in your reporting. They have endless customizations. We hope to have future access to import and export into other programs that exist out there like InBody, or wearable data to be imported.

Avantages :

This program can virtually custom how you present your program to clients. They use measures that you can choose to cater to any fitness company for BMR and meal plans. They also have a help database that covers almost all your questions. Their help team is also very quick and resourceful.

Inconvénients :

It can be a little intimidating setting up your program at first, but what we have found is that a feature we may not know we needed and need later, is almost always available to add on or implement. Limited integrations with other health programs/api.

The meal planning function and features of this part of the software are so important to effectively work with our clients. We also appreciate what a comprehensive client management system it is as well.

Inconvénients :

There is no automatic calculation field in the various spreadsheets. Text reminder options would be nice to have. There is room for improvement on recipe images in quality and size. When customizing a form, when there is an Other box, it would be nice if there was a fillable box for answers.

Excellent balance between Admin and Nutrition planning

Avantages :

Most products I used, is either strong as a CRM system for nutrition, but lacks on the meal planning. Nutriadmin is strong on both and highly customizable.

Inconvénients :

I would have liked the ability to edit food items as they are entered into the menu. For example, if you add Feta, crumbled, reduced fat, it has the brand and added information on the same line. This confuses clients and I usually just remove that additional info. This is not possible unless you recreate the food and change the name.

Highly Recommended Software for Nutrition Coaching

Avantages :

I find this software extremely easy to use compared to competitors. It makes my work flow so much easier by being able to schedule and bill straight from my software. All in one nutrition software! Also does not send random texts or emails to my clients like some software programs I’ve tried.

Inconvénients :

I felt like the menu on the meal plan was slightly bare, causing me to research my own recipes still, but recently I have noticed changes they are doing to improve it!

Helps me to run my business

Commentaires : The ability to have diary appointments, client records, payments and other services all held in one place means I can be more efficient. The client support is great, a reply is always prompt and informative.

Avantages :

The calendar so that I can see all my client appointments.

Inconvénients :

That you can't switch straight from a client to their specific appointment in the calendar.

Commentaires : My overall is using the software as often as I like and as long as I like. It helps me build new relationships with new clients. I am very pleased.

Avantages :

This software lead me to it's dynamic features and their expertise to choose them for my needs. I can use the color codes for menus, calendar set up, having the quantity of clients and setting up online payments and so many to mention. I just love NutriAdmin.

Inconvénients :

Not able to have clients signup without using an email if someone, does not have one.

The flexibility to really make it your own

Commentaires : The support from the team at Nutriadmin has been great. Knowing that I can send them a message and receive a 'human' response is really useful.

Avantages :

I really like the flexibility of this software. It is really adaptable and flexible to the needs of my nutrition business. I have used all of the functions so far but have been able to link my software to my website which has been great. The support team have been amazing too. I have asked A LOT of questions and one of the rep always responds really quickly to let me know if they can offer a solution or not.

Inconvénients :

I haven't tested this software out with any clients yet and used it to its full capacity. I'm still in the set-up phase and don't have any cons to date.

Best Value for Meal Planner Software

Commentaires : I have had no problems with NutriAdmin, and it has allowed me to easily create tailored meal plans for all my clients. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been excellent at answering any of my questions promptly and to my satisfaction.

Avantages :

After trying a couple and researching all I could find NutriAdmin was the best value I could find. It's not a flashy as some, but I want performance, not show. This does everything I need far cheaper than the others.

Inconvénients :

At first the learning curve was challenging, but after creating and editing the recipes meal planning became very easy. Other than that I see no cons for what I need this to do.

Avantages :

Easy to use. Tech support got my issue fixed very quickly. Rep was in continued contact with me while he worked on the issue.

Inconvénients :

I wish we could see more information about the food items and recipes before selecting them for a plan. For example, macros, ingredients, etc. Since I can't see those details before selecting an item to be added into a plan, I many times have to delete the item if it either doesn't fit the macros, or includes ingredients that are not preferred by the client.

I love the entire package that is Nutriadmin. It is so easy to onboard clients and manage them through their journey. I love the meal plan generation and the ease of use

Activity Tracking would be awesome. Having the ability to integrate with applications like Strava and FitBit and Garmin etc would be perfect for all packages offered.

Nutriadmin for my private practice

Commentaires : Overall this software meets my needs for a private practise dietitian. I enjoy have all my information in one place and the automated reminder system for clients. I am sure after continued use I will lean more about its features

I enjoy having a place to store all my charts. It was great to go paperless. I enjoy the questionnaire feature to have documents filled out by clients. Having a client portal is great.

Inconvénients :

I am not a big fan of the nutrition analysis software. I do not find it user friendly and have not implemented this feature

Nutriadmin is a time saver for my business so I can focus on my clients!

Commentaires : Being a fairly new business and I am not techno savy, the NutriAdmin team has been exceptionally helpful with answering all my questions with different platforms eg: tutorials, examples, explanation and testimonials to really ensure I have the help I need.

Avantages :

I love that Nutriadmin is helping to streamline the systems in my business and is saving me time while adding a professional look too my communications.

Inconvénients :

I would like that my clients can input their food diary daily rather than all at once at the end of the week.
