Commentaires : Everything related to managing my websites I can now do with Cloudways. They even offer additional services such as 25GB mailboxes. Although more expensive than cPanel-based hosts, this is also way superior... They have other services as well that are super useful and professional. Just way better than anything out there. I tried them.

Avantages :

- Easy to use - Much better interface than cPanel (their own system) - Choice between various reputable service providers - Incredible support - Super fast, responsive, truly helpful (most of the time) - Easy to create and manage multiple servers as well as create staging sites across servers - Competitive pricing - Trustworthy service, I never had any downtime. This EASES my mind and releaves stress, knowing that I can trust them with all my client websites.

Inconvénients :

Nothing. Seriously. I love everything about Cloudways. Are there ways they could improve? Sure.. I guess. But I can't think of anything right now!

The best hosting decision we made in years

Avantages :

It's fast, cheap and fast. We have been hosting for 20 years with different companies and there is no better hosting platform out there for the price.

Inconvénients :

We are not technical people and there is some setup that needs to happen. If you are a beginner to hosting this is not the platform for you. Though their customer support is amazing and will help you along the way.

Easy and affordable tool for everyone who wants to manage vps

Commentaires : As I was facing problems with shared hosting, I started to try VPS. But I found it difficult to implement security and speed optimization. And I was also worried about maintenance. Since my focus shouldn't be on this kind of task, fortunately I found cloudways which made the management of the VPS more easy then a shared hosting.

Avantages :

Easy to use, reliable and affordable. I'm not an expert in server management but it's a fact that having a VPS to host your sites, in terms of performance, it's much better than shared hosting. But the problem is that it it's much harder to manage. And if you don't know about it, you have to learn or pay someone to do it and to maintain. Cloudways makes it all easy and smooth because they do all the process with their own system and you have a great support and visual dashboard for all you need. It's easier than a cPanel, for example.

Inconvénients :

I have to think a little to say the least thing because it could seem unfair. But I think if you want to scale your server hardware requirements the pricing may be a problem.

Commentaires : Ever Since I use them I only see positive changes like latest partnership with Cloudfare its huge success to website hosting with big data.

Avantages :

The company itself has partnered with the big brands in server management .Good partnership always yield good results...I like them for that It wouldn't be easy for me to signup with digital Ocean and manage everything by myself and succed but with them i have made it.

Inconvénients :

The software us perfect only their support are like they are not giving it all of less knowledgeable in assisting us. But the ret is good. The lack of emailing abilities thta creat coat to users because you have to be costed for each email use compare to any other companies.

Cloud hosting for beginners and experts

Commentaires : it has been good, there are some features and ux improvements i wish It had, but overall I think it's worth it, my websites load fast and that's the most important thing

I like how you can be in control of all aspects of the server and the applications you run on it

The UX isn't as intuitive as it looks, and there are many similar options when you are setting up which makes it hard to choose a package

Pourquoi choisir Cloudways : I came from siteground which I actually liked alot but it got very expensive and they were Doinf some changes which lead to alot of performance issues, I wanted to try something new and save money at the same time, after some research and the free trial, I decided to give it a go and have been very Content, but I wish there was a wordpress plugin to migrate easier

Pourquoi passer à Cloudways : Hostinger is very cheap, so cheap that it makes me doubt it's quality, but I did also pick up a server there just to have email hosting since cloudways doesn't have this feature for some reason

The support is excellent, knowledgeable and instantaneous. Easy to use with an awesome interface, the functionality is fantastic. Cloud hosting has had a positive impact on my SEO. The help and support with moving to Cloudways was amazing, they did all the hard work for me. Their add-ons like email hosting and their CDN are fantastic and relatively easy to setup.

Inconvénients :

Took a bit to get my site migrated and integrated. It took time to learn how to use the software to its full advantage. If you're going to move your site to Cloudways cloud hosting be prepared to put in some serious time to get it up and running.

Cloud ways offers a seamless way to move your website particularly word press with the help of their migration plugin and of cause the speed is so good.

No cpanel basically. But I have come to see that the cloud service can be used without that but if added it won't be a bad idea at all

Avantages :

For as long as I can remember, its not been easy to deploy cloud software without having deep knowledge about cloud computing and administration skills. Cloudways takes all those hassles and bundles it into a single web hosing company that provides hosting services from some of the best names in the business. Google, Amazon AWS, Vultr, Linode, and Digital Ocean. I personally use Vultr and its very easy to use and provides great value for the money. Recommended.

Inconvénients :

With companies like this, there are a lot of issues. Unlike cpanel/shared hosting where I was coming from I never had to pay for custom emails or backups, they always took care of DNS for me too and I didn't have to pay. On Cloudways you have to pay for all of these, even for offsite backups. However cheap, you still have to pay.

Commentaires : Cloudways has been fantastic. Once I was setup I got an email from someone requesting feedback on my experience. I replied and received an immediate response along with what is in the plans to meet my needs as far as server expansion and balancing as apps grow.

Fully managed, easy to use.

Commentaires : Takes the effort out of web hosting. Not the ultimate fastest stack in the world, but leagues above shared hosting and on par with other managed hosts like MainWP etc. You do pay for the convenience, but if your main business is not server management, it's worth it!

Avantages :

The dashboard is incredibly friendly to use, and has a lot of features. Deep integration with server providers means almost anything you would ever need to do can be handled through the dashboard. Cloning, staging and backups are especially good.

Inconvénients :

The price is steep, especially for more powerful servers. Basically double the upstream provider cost.Also, cloudways own the server er you use. It is provisioned under their account, not yours. So if you ever leave cloudways you must move server, you can't just disconnect cloudways.

I love how can i manage my WordPress application, The server is optimized for WordPress and the site loads super fast while giving me full control over the server.

Cloudways Affiliate Program is a SCAM!

Commentaires : The Cloudways affiliate program has extremely high payout thresholds which is discouraging for most affiliates. The fact that they don't pay out makes things even worse.

Avantages :

The ease of us of the affiliate program and the single sign on from the console to the affiliate area is user friendly

Inconvénients :

Cloudways doesn't actually pay affiliate commission. They just scam you into bringing your clients on board and take your referrals without rewarding. The software tracks fine. I believe it's actually Post Affiliate Pro that Cloudways is using to manage the affiliate program.

Cloudways for WordPress - great speed, but not so easy to use

Commentaires : Cloudways is a great platform, but it might be a bit more advanced for beginners setting up their first website.
While Cloudways offers excellent performance, its features might be overwhelming for someone just starting out.

The fact that it is an inexpensive, cloudbased hosting platform that does NOT charge for SSL Certificates was a big plus.

Inconvénients :

Not being able to talk with a live person regarding questions, problems, etc. A customer hotline would be a big improvement in the overall experience with the company.

Awesome

Avantages :

The best part is being up and running in minutes without having to do anything. Well, almost anything. The nice thing also is having a choice between hosting like Digital Ocean or AWS, Azure, etc.

Inconvénients :

Like all awesome, modern things, when it hits a snag it is really frustrating. The interface is complicated, but it is functional.

Good Cloud Web Hosting

Avantages :

Performance is excellent - pages load much faster than on my previous VPS host. Support is good, both through knowledgebase and online chat. Access to resources is pretty good, via SFTP and SSH and MySQL Workbench

Inconvénients :

Don't have as much control over resources as you do with a VPS. No phpMyAdmin, though they claim you can install it yourself but the instructions are incomplete regarding creating users. I used MyQL Workbench but that is a Mac application so is not a solution for everyone. Had problems creating email accounts for domains that did not have content, violates their anti-spam rules

Amazing hosting for agencies

Avantages :

- Very easy to setup granular permissions - Very fast servers to choose from (AM3, Vultr, Etc) - Free staging environment

Cloudways thought of everything

Avantages :

Incredibly easy to set up (just a few clicks), comprehensiveness of services offered at a most affordable price, very well documented, reliable hosting, and so user-friendly. I migrated over from needlessly complex Google Cloud platform where I previously lost three of my web applications due to configuration issues, that wasted my time without any solution. Never going back.

Inconvénients :

So far, I do not have anything on my dislike list for this company.

My first introduction to Cloud Hosting, and I loved it

Commentaires : I always avoided getting a VPS because I didn't want to deal with the trouble of managing it. Cloudways is a tool that makes it easy to spin up a server at a few different providers, and then give you an interface to manage that server, almost as easy as with cPanel.

Avantages :

I love how flexible Cloudways is. I've dabbled with a few similar tools since I first tried Cloudways, and none of them had quite as many options. I love how you can easily spin up new servers, and each server can be configured down to the small details at any time. It means you can have a VPS without having to be a server administrator. Cloudways gives you an interface that lets you do ALMOST everything you might need, and does all the hard work behind the scenes for you.

Inconvénients :

There are a few things I would like to see, like Litespeed integration for servers. I would also like an option to have email services through your server, even if it cost extra. Also, the interface could use a slight refresh as it can be a little daunting at first.
