I like the ability it has to track and breakdown your work by task, project, employees and the internal chat box is helpful to communicate with other team members that are working on the same tasks.

Inconvénients :

Integrations and custom reporting. Once I am able to create my custom reporting by project it will become a great resource to me so that I can send daily activity reports to clients individually.

What I liked least about WebWork Time Tracker was that initially, the learning curve to fully utilize all its features effectively was a bit steep. While the interface is intuitive overall, understanding and setting up some of the more advanced functionalities took a bit of time and exploration. Additionally, occasional syncing issues between devices were noticeable, although they were usually resolved quickly with a refresh or reconnection.

Webwork is very user friendly and has lots of features that helps recognize star employees and give employees rest and the work-life balance that it is often overlooked.

Inconvénients :

sometimes there are updates that we as users should do as new and better versions of the time-tracking comes up, the system stops working for a little while which will require some employees to request adding a working time as they were working but the time wasn't tracked.

The software was originally free and allows me to track time for different clients.

Inconvénients :

Time tracking is not based on local time and often places the time worked on the wrong days. In my instance, it tracks time after around 7 pm as time for the next day. I have configured all of my settings correctly and submitted a support ticket about it before. The total time is tracked correctly, but it often tracks it on the wrong day which complicates billing for some clients.

Commentaires : My experince with webwork time tracker is wonderful from employes point of view. As in previous company i worked they are not using webwork tracker and due to that I got complete freedom to do what I want to do on my screen. But in this organization the web work tracker is compulsory so I can't use random things or sit ideal, due to that I start watching work related video on youtube which enhance my skills and make me totally different person then previous one. I also suggest my previous company to use this tool and now they are also using it.I really want to thanks for make me more productive in my feild.

Our organization is using this software to track the activity of employes everyday. It help oganization to get to know which employess is working and whose is not working. From employes point of view it is fantastic as it imporves the productivity of employes to work which directly beneficial to an organization.

It would be nice for there be to be a plug of sorts that can be used with CSM systems like freshworks and sales force that are used for phone calls, so the webwork tracker can track when calls are taking place and possible times for no typing for a period of time.

Commentaires : Highly recommended. A simple software with everything you need.

Avantages :

The app is simple and user friendly. You don't have to worry on loosing some mins to hours of your working time by using their software. Generation of reports are also good and lets you keep track of your statistics. Customer Support keeps you updated on your cases that you don't have to contact them because they will contact you.

Inconvénients :

Had a problem before with the software since I am using Mac since it hangs until such time that I am not able to click anything. This has been resolved because they released a new version but it took longer. Good thing I have a backup PC (Windows) where the software version works well.

It has everything I need - from time tracking, invoicing, detailed activity monitoring and more. It's very easy to use and I love that they offer a free trial first to make sure of users' satisfaction, but I am definitely continuing my subscription once my current one is done.

I like how we can track employee activity that tells us who is performing well or at least dedicating enough time to the project at hand

Inconvénients :

The extra features available such as, 20-20-20 rule notification, or drinking water notification (alert)These alerts do not pop up like how inactivity alert pops up, even if activated (selected)

Commentaires : I am full aware and focused on what I'm doing. I keep track of my professional life so it doesn't interfere with my personal and allows to get paid more fairly. My employers now sees exactly how much should he pay me without the need for bargaining and arguing about the amount of working hours I actually did.

Avantages :

What I like the most was the efficiency of this program for keeping track of my working hours and minutes. Sometimes I decide to count my hours manually, but I lose track of the extra minutes. Webwork Tracker keeps count of those minutes, so I can get paid fully for my job.

Inconvénients :

The only objection I could think of was the fact that it doesn't have a notification system for when you're overworking or working less than average.

I spent days looking for a Time Tracker and finally found this gem. Usually, we have high expectation for the popular apps, but look what I've found. The free version offers a huge functionality for solo freelancers like me. Hope they won't change the free version plan & functionality. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. When my team grows or someday I start my own company, I will definitely support this company.

Inconvénients :

As for now, after testing for several hours, I don't see any issues yet. Hopefully, everything will go smooth. Anyways, I'm happy with the app. Thanks Webwork for supporting small time freelancers!
