Avantages :

The process was pretty difficult to understand in the beginning, but once I was paired with the Phase 1 Application team ([sensitive content hidden] ) he explained everything in a clear, helpful way.

Inconvénients :

The initial set up is a bit costly, but not unreasonable.

Works Perfectly

Avantages :

We have been working with Commercient for over two years now and whilst initial set up was slow as we have limited resources and IT infrastructure, since implementation, it has been a breeze. Successfully passing information through from our ERP to CRM and back again. For what they do, I don't believe there is a better option on the market. Thanks Cielo and the team, your work is very much appreciated!

Commentaires : Exceptional, [sensitive content hidden] was your Engineering contact and he's a very experienced professional, clear communication and he understood very well our needs. He was a key of our implementation.

Avantages :

Once is set sync process is stable , in one year we have a 100% synchronization sucess

Inconvénients :

In a short terms evaluation it was a easy way to move forward on the SalesForce integration with our ERP, but thinking long terms is expensive. Also we're limited to sync a few times a day because the price is higher.

Commentaires : Support has been great and the customer panel is easy enough to use. But, it feels like a lot of the cost goes towards too many uneccessary sales and marketing features, rather than focusing on the product itself. This is just based on experience with other third party vendors.

Avantages :

The support team working on the integration have been very pleasant to work with and very patient with all questions. They've been very attentative.We've only completed Phase 2 so far and I'm sure it will be the same.

Inconvénients :

The sales team were too pushy in selling the product without paying much attention to what we actually asked for and now we've up paying for more than we initially expected. Every single little request seems to be an 'Add-on' which seems unfair, given that we paid for the 'Set-up' phase. Understandly Commercient is a business that needs to make money, but the product feels quite misold. And the integration almost loses it's value with such minimal syncs per day. I also really don't like that all of the Sage tables are uploaded onto Salesforce ie. Sage 100, Sage 200 etc. Creatoing a package for each Sage product would look much better as a customer. It just clogs up our Salesforce instance.

Duplication errors between CRM and ERP

Commentaires : Had a issue with Duplication matching and [sensitive content hidden] in Customer Service took the time to guide and show me the correct way to fix the problems.

Positive experience with Commercient

Commentaires : Overall, our experience has been very positive. The process has been somewhat smooth and the team has been there to hold our hands throughout. They are quick to respond to emails and have always found solutions and work arounds to any hiccups.

Avantages :

I love that there is a tool available to sync ERP data into CRMs. It's a very unique service offering and a useful one for our particular industry.

Inconvénients :

Nothing that I disliked, the only downside is how long it can take and the various hiccups that happen, but this is typical with any sort of high-level data integration projects.

Instrumental Sync for Sage X3 and Salesforce users!

Commentaires : We migrated from Sage 100 to X3 in 2018. Sage X3 can be very complex and difficult to build reports to get the sales data we need. I initially stumbled on Commercient when looking for a solution to integrate our ERP with Salesforce. Safe to say, we have no regrets. Commercient has been instrumental to merging data from X3 to Salesforce. We've built detailed sales reports and living dashboards so our sales team can keep track of order entry, purchase orders to our suppliers, invoices, payments, and commissions on a day to day basis. Using Salesforce standard reports, we've been able to track historical data and better monitor historical sales trends for each salesperson, region, and companywide on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. We are currently working to sync X3 Projects and build out a custom project management & budget tracking tools in Salesforce by leveraging the near real time data captured from X3. We've had a few minor issues along the way, but nothing that couldn't be address and/or resolve timely. For an integration software company, Commercient's rates are very reasonable, their support is phenomenal, and the results achieved through their sync have well surpassed our initial expectations.

Avantages :

We were most attracted to the idea of leveraging near real time data to build custom dashboards and reports to monitor business development and growth. Commercient was one of the first companies I found and the initial integration/deployment was handled very professionally and timely.

Inconvénients :

There wasn't (and still isn't) anything that comes to mind for cons. Their product and support have been superb!

Commercient Sync helped elminate repeated entries

Commentaires : It helps eliminate the re-entry of sales information that has already been completed by the sales team. It also reduces the liklihood of mistakes because it is coming straight from

Avantages :

It cut down on the number of items that must be entered when transferring sales information from our CRM system (Hubspot) to our ERP system (NetSuite).

Inconvénients :

It is sometimes hard to tell what will cause the syncs to fail. We don't have a guidebook on what not to do as since I was not the individual to set up the sync initially it can be difficult to know what effects changes to our system will have on the Sync.

Commercient Sync

Commentaires : I have been very impressed with the level of professionalism and their continuous outreach to make sure things are working as we expect.

Avantages :

To be honest, I don't deal much with the physical software but the fact that their sync tool does what it does reliably and at the times it is scheduled makes my life a whole lot easier.

Inconvénients :

I can't think of any real drawbacks to the system. It has performed reliably since the day we employed the tool.

Seemless and reliable integration from our ERP (ProcessPro) to Salesforce.

Inconvénients :

The initial interaction with Commercient was a little rocky, but it was ultimately resolved. The integration itself was excellent.

Update 3 years after using Commercient for GP -> Zoho sync.

Avantages :

UPD: 3 years later, we are giving our sales people tools to better quote products, find opportunities via sales data and answer customer historical sales questions, all in the field. This is all due to our ability to sync our ERP data with our CRM.

Inconvénients :

Just wish I could do more with the tool.

Exactly what we needed

Commentaires : As the Salesforce admin at my organization, I was heavily involved in the selection, implementation, and optimization of the sync specifications from our ERP to our Salesforce instance.

Avantages :

Commercient provided the exact needs we were looking for while remianing both cost effective and user-friendly. I cannot highly enough of the excellent customer service we receive.

Inconvénients :

I have not encountered any significant drawbacks.

Salesforce Integration with NetSuite

Avantages :

We are now synchronizing our ERP (Netsuite) data regularly with Salesforce allowing our senior managers to have real-time data to make key strategic decisions. It has also saved our time to generate comprehensive reports for nearly all the functions of the business. We are already in the discussion to roll out another project with Commercient shortly. Their customer service is great with a quick response. Any issues that came up were solved quickly

Inconvénients :

Our project took just little bit longer than it was supposed to, but in the end, all turned out well.

Commercient Sync

Commentaires : The sync has matched all of the data to be the same in our ERP and CRM. It has cut out data entry that we previously had to do making the process smoother and faster.

Avantages :

It makes data entry synchronization seamless across our CRM and ERM system.

Inconvénients :

It took a bit long to get the sync configured and operational to our liking. It only syncs unpaid invoices to our CRM from our ERP currently and it would be great if paid invoices also synced.

Responsive Support & Functionality

Commentaires : We were in the process of setting up our first CRM and Commercient was very helpful when working with us to fine tune things during the initial set up. Every time we have needed to make adjustments, they have been there to help us get it done quickly and accurately.

Avantages :

Commercient can sync QuickBooks Desktop to HubSpot which was so helpful because a lot of other solutions out there only worked with the online version of QuickBooks.

Inconvénients :

I really don't have any complaints about the Commercient QuickBooks SYNC.

Excellent Customer Service and Easy solution to sync ERP and Salesforce

Customer Service is excellent and all issues were addressed in a timely manner and the team is very willing to explain the issues and help us get on the right path.

Inconvénients :

We were not informed when there was an upgrade on their end and our sync was broken. But this is fixed by the Support Team in a timely manner

The success, application, and technical support teams have been extremely reliable in assisting with the integration. The Help Desk center streamlined timely support when needed.

A Solid Sync Service Which Increased Our Efficiency!

Commentaires : When I joined the team, Commercient was just being adopted to sync our ERP and CRM, the former being Acumatica and the latter being Salesforce. They have been very easy to work with and respond quickly to help tickets, often within no more than a couple of hours. We required some custom development which was managed with care. We have bidirectional syncing. Hopefully they'll be able to handle our more complex requests in the near future.

Avantages :

I like the ease of use. Once it was setup, it needs little to no attending to.

Inconvénients :

I hope it will evolve to become even more customizable than it already is.

The Commercient Sync software is able to keep al of our customer data up to date between our accounting software and Saleforce

Inconvénients :

The initial setup can take a while, but it is well worth the productivity boost to have everything integrated.

Commentaires : Service is great and takes care of any problems we may have. This runs for us transparently and updates our CRM from our ERP systems.

Avantages :

Easy to use once setup on our software. It just runs in the background and updates our CRM

Inconvénients :

Nothing really.. SW guys are there when needed and works for us in the background
