Le point fort de TabulaPro réside dans sa personnalisation pour répondre aux besoins de chaque établissement. Bien que ce processus ait allongé la mise en œuvre, le produit final surpasse de loin la méthodologie universelle utilisée par d'autres logiciels similaires. Par exemple, quelques petites fonctionnalités nous manquaient dans notre précédent DMP ; l'équipe de TabulaPro les a donc intégrées à son produit. De plus, leur service client a été exceptionnel tout au long du processus, dès le début ; cette entreprise ne vous laissera pas tomber en panne en cas de problème. Integrating all our existing residents into Tabual Pro was done manual, but that was mostly because the previous EMar did not export. > > **Inconvénients**: The only complaint, is that the reports will only generate in PDF form. I have talked to the developers about getting an option for .xls or .doc, so the information can be manipulated into lists easier, but we work with what we have. > > We mostly use Tabula Pro for the residents in our building. There is a potential to use the staffing capabilities more which include tracking trainings, schedules and certifications.
