"Really easy to follow"

Commentaires : It's been good. The system is very easy to use doesn't really require any training and when I've had questions customer support has been easy to reach and friendly.

Avantages :

I love that I can approve invoices as fast as I can without the need of paper.

Inconvénients :

Would like to have the approval capabilities directly through email. This is something they are now working on and hopefully soon will be available.

Commentaires : It is quite immersive, it is helping our company to cut the tedious tasks and make the payable process simpler. It allows organizations to improve supplier relations to leverage the organization’s purchasing power with better terms and conditions

Avantages :

This application allows my organization to make partial or complete payments after prioritizing the invoice for the payment, which needs to be done on a supplier-by-supplier basis. It also allows my organization to define a complete end-to-end process from procurement to payment transactions. Alto offers functionalities for designer workflows that enable customers to define simple, complex, and multi-level approval & processing workflows.

Inconvénients :

Some of the intuitive user interfaces are lacking, sometime handling this becomes complex and tedious. But has a good support service that guides and supports when needed.

Commentaires : Have not been using the system for too long but it has been really easy to follow what you are supposed to do next, it also complies with our company policies and procedures so I just need to access the system and view what is relevant to me

Avantages :

System display invoices in priority order, so I never miss an important invoice that should be approve/ paid soon

Inconvénients :

Sometimes too many tabs with information but I guess that the more info better.

Commentaires : I like this program because ia very simple and transparent, the products received are correctly charged in the invoice so we can be sure what we are paying for.

Been using ALTO for a couple of months and it's been Great!

Avantages :

It's a great program to have if one needs to keep track of all accounts payable. It's very easy to manage.

Commentaires : I called in due to unable to register. Once I was set up, she guided me thru the invoicing procedure. She was very friendly.

Avantages :

I just got onto ALTO today. I appreciated the friendly customer service

Inconvénients :

getting set up was a little tricky, but I got it

I didn't even realize how much money I was losing.

Avantages :

I'm always out in the field talking with potential customers so I didn't have time to go through old invoices. Alto is super easy and it takes care of all the bz work for you.

Inconvénients :

It can get pretty expensive at first when you put all of your customers invoices in but for me it was worth it.

I am very happy with this software because it has magically helped me and my company organize ourselves.

Avantages :

Probably the most intimidating part of switching to automated AP is the question of "what will the transition be like?".

Commentaires : Looking always for a software that i could work in all my accounts payable without having to worry about the complexity and efficiency. It is super easy to use and I alwyas have a quick response from the staff.

I think the ease of using it is excellent but always improving in a more easier is important for someone les technological like me.
