Commentaires : We are using this cloud-based module for about 2 years now. Overall we are happy using this application. But as per the customer needs if the module is modified then I think this application is good.

Avantages :

1. It is easy to access and understand the steps involved in this application. 2. I think the cloud-based server helps us to store more data. 3. For very process a sample video and examples are given which make the customer easy to understand the workflow.

Inconvénients :

1. Each company flow different methods and process. But the module does not have full access as of now. 2. We are now worried only on the exit workflow. In which if the changes are made based on the customers satisfaction. Then this module will be great.

Pathetic Service

Commentaires : Nothing to say, very pathetic service
1. Lack of technical expertise to handle the escalation

3. Lot of technical glitches after the latest update
4. Failing to inform the customers about the changes that happened in the portal
5. Unable to customise the things as per our requirements.

Avantages :

1. Noting as such pathetic service looking to migrate to another platform like keka, bamboo, etc. We are exploring them.

Inconvénients :

1. Lack of technical expertise to handle the escalation 2. Complicated Interface 3. Lot of technical glitches after the latest update 4. Failing to inform the customers about the changes that happened in the portal 5. Unable to customise the things as per our requirements.

Experience with Greythr

This has made accessing information much easier, and generating reports is now a straightforward process. While our overall experience has been positive, we do encounter monthly challenges that prevent us from achieving complete reliability with the system.

Avantages :

Greythr enables us to systematically gather and store employee data, ensuring that it is always readily accessible.

Inconvénients :

I consistently encounter challenges with the support system. When issues arise related to calculations or formula errors during salary processing, getting a timely response is difficult, and recurring problems seem to arise each month. Additionally, many settings established in the previous month are altered or modified when a new month begins. I feel sometimes like support agents are being impatient while answering questions.

Greyt softwear review

Commentaires : It's good softwear. Iam really enjoyed to work in this softwear. But some time some issues are not solved long time. Salary structure automated not done. Exit module

Avantages :

It's easy to process payroll, attendance management, leave magemnent.

Inconvénients :

Some of things not given training. Not implemented. We so many times requested to solve the issue. But they told transfer to team.

Avantages :

GreytHR is HR friendly software. Payroll, attendance, employee details and leave tracking are provided in one platform. Support team is pro-active.

Inconvénients :

Options in menus are little bit confusing.

Still Good, but Not Enough

Commentaires : There are a lot of options available but there is no proper step-by-step guidance provided to utilize them effectively. Instead of just posting videos for procedural support, executives need to be well-informed and able to explain everything to customers/users.

Avantages :

Having all the Codes data to comply with compliance regulations very smoothly

Inconvénients :

Report generation is not up to the mark as shown in the dashboard. It would be good if we could generate the reports with the charts and tables. Employee engagement activities can improve.

Commentaires : Greyt HR Software provides wide range of services for users. There will be effectiveness in each and every module what they have. They will solve the queries of user quickly. It is highly recommendable!

Avantages :

Greyt HR is a user friendly tools which helps in Attendance management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll and many more other activities. Greyt HR have a dedicated customer support team they will continuously work to solve the queries of the users.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing to dislike about Greyt HR Software.

Commentaires : Overall I'm happy using the software, may be reports module also to be better.

Avantages :

The payroll features, it saves lot of time and I don't have to worry if all the rules and regulations as per labor law is covered. I just trust the way it is built and ensure accurate outputs are given.

Inconvénients :

I'm not comfortable with leave granting, this needs to be user friendly and needs improvement. It is confusing while granting leaves.

Commentaires : Earlier we were manually preparing the HR records and it has multiple mistakes. But after introducing Greythr we are not worry free for ESS, Payroll, leave and employee KYC and asset portals

Avantages :

Its cost, payroll, leave management and employee self portal i really liked much

Inconvénients :

It should have compliance reports neat and clean in the report section for Haryana State. It majorly covers the tax reports of south india.

Amazing Experience working on Greytip

Avantages :

It has user-friendly interface, comprehensive features, and tasks like payroll, attendance and employee management can be efficiently handled.

Inconvénients :

Nothing as such because of which we have been sticking to Greythr since 2018.

Didn't had a good support from team

Commentaires : I used ghreytHR as my friend suggested, So I went to a greytHR website and booked a call. when I was in call with two person they said that you don't need to pay anything for the product at this moment as it is for the trial period. So I agreed to move forward, then they told that you need to pay fees as you have used for month, for 1st month it is twice the amount, even though they lied in first place, agreed to send money, but there are certain issues that greytHR didn't fit to our system. So on the first month onward I said on call that I don't want to continue with services and they agreed (no body mentioned that I need to send mail or called me back). So from the first month onward we stopped using their services. But they still generated invoice for the second month and when I asked the reason he said you need to send email to cancel the subscription (So did I). but still I kept getting the invoice every month. People in the team were also rude. Nobody solved the issue, nobody hear clearly on call that I want to cancel neither anyone read my maill of cancelling the subscription. The person who said it is for free trail, refused to accept he said anything like that. With greytHR seems to be very unprofessional to me.

Their services is something I am not happy with!

Thought about Greythr

Commentaires : My experience with Greythr is mix.. In few things its amazing and in few things its okiesh.

Avantages :

The thing I like most about them is that I can get all the employee details under one roof.

Inconvénients :

The connectivity time after raising a ticket and no way of calling back. There are cases when the team call and I am busy, I have to again wait for their call. The response time is very high which creates delay specially during processing salary.

Avantages :

The possibility to track attendance, employee information, salary, and everything in one app is a huge benefit from the greytHR

Inconvénients :

We found a few problems with the configuration of the Leave Approval Rule.

Good ERP Module for Employee data management

Commentaires : Good, worth introducing in our institution, easy and convenient to use.

Avantages :

The quick response of the technical support team to resolve the query, the interest with which they listen to the query and resolve the same with out most detail.

Inconvénients :

The implementation delays and implementation team not understanding our requirement and going back again and again on same issues.

Commentaires : The overall erperience is just awesome. Software is very good and i like the customer support of the greythr, whenever i raised a ticket quickly tke the actions and prompt reply by the support team.

Happy with GreytHT

Commentaires : The payroll is what we have been using the most. It has solved all the basic queries of employees. They can themselves navigate the ESS portal and get the answers which is sigh of relief to admin team.

Avantages :

The product is very easy to use. The turn-around time when you raise the ticket for any query is very quick and apt. The product is quite easy to use.

Inconvénients :

There are no areas where I could find that gretHR needs improvement.
