Good Product and Great Support Team

Commentaires : Since moving our field service operations to NextService, it’s become much easier to manage and coordinate our technicians. We have been able to continually increase the size of our team of technicians without the need to increase the number of office staff managing their jobs. In fact the software has gone so far as to even free up some staff members to work on new exciting projects instead of getting bogged down in the day-to-day tasks.

Avantages :

We really like how customisable this software is, so that we can adapt things to suit how our business operates. We also found the customer support to be really solid, both before and after the software was implemented. The power this software affords to our scheduling team is incredible, it has revolutionised the way we manage our field technicians.

Inconvénients :

All our initial issues were very quickly resolved by the Nextservice team as they customised our configuration and worked alongside us to get things running so we really have no “cons” left to report.

NextService completely transformed our service delivery

Commentaires : As NextService is built on the NetSuite development platform we have full transparency of our entire business. With NextService, we’ve significantly reduced administrative work and double-handling of data and increased utilisation of our technicians. We’ve also streamlined our workflows to meet our compliance obligations and exceed customer expectations. It’s allowed us to completely transform the way we deliver our services, track what’s most important, and achieve major efficiency gains in our business.

Avantages :

NextService allows our field engineers to be in the right place at the right time, with access to full service history, client details and invoicing in the field, which is incredibly valuable. We also like having real-time insights and access to everything that’s happening in our business within one platform. After implementing NextService, we saw a 98% reduction in lost stock and tools, and we’ve also eliminated all paperwork.

Inconvénients :

We really don’t have any negatives regarding this software, as it’s tailored for a business such as ours that require asset-based servicing and inventory management in the field, and it provides us with everything we need to run our operations efficiently.
