Une application intuitive et complète

Commentaires : Une expérience client et admin fluide et un service client très réactif et compétent. Une tarification qui grossit en même temps que notre chiffre d’affaire.

Avantages :

J’aime l’étendue des possibilités et la simplicité d’utilisation ainsi que le support client très réactif même en français ;-)

Inconvénients :

Le fait que les clients ne peuvent pas voir qui a réservé avec eux la session et aussi le design des factures quand on s’adresse à une entreprise et pour les normes françaises.

Great scheduling software solution

Avantages :

We use this on a daily basis in 7 locations to schedule our patients, schedule our drivers' routes, and track the foot traffic into our stores.

Inconvénients :

Only able to have 8 calendars. We have been able to make it work but we would have liked 10-12 caledars available to view on one screen.

Commentaires : Really good. Really pleased I moved over from Virtuagym. The customer service is exceptional and the price is really competitive too for a great product.

Avantages :

It’s just really easy to use and intuitive. It feels like it has been designed by a fitness professional who actually uses it

Inconvénients :

Nothing yet. It would be nice if I could have a separate calendar for staff to add their availability for the month ahead so I could know who is free to work which session and then allocate them

Commentaires : TeamUp has facilitated the overall process of hosting international client calls both within my own business and with the contract work I do with external organizations. In all business collaborations I've done with other coaching businesses, all of them have also relied on TeamUp as their event calendar tool!

Avantages :

I love the ability to easily share an event calendar and then add it to your own personal calendar. The automatic conversion to your time zone has saved me many hours of confusion with mistakes regarding the set hour for international calls.

Inconvénients :

You have to be careful how you share an event link. Sharing it in the wrong format could lead to a participant not seeing the event in their local time.

Used to be ok for the money you pay

Commentaires : As always promised the world and under delivered hard. Migration process was super bumpy and a lot went wrong. Promised to keep pricing stable and increased by 20% after one year to be increased further. Constant excuses for mistakes and glitches. Lots of glitches.

Avantages :

It was inexpensive but they constantly make useless updates, their app is soooooo bad

Inconvénients :

No app for teachers! Custom app lacks basic functionsIncrease rates and prices without notifying you. So you have to check; it gets justified with new features which are just bug fixes really. NO support on weekends! Team is very slow to respond to issues

Avantages :

It's to use, easy to add new classes, new teachers and easy to change things once live. Nice new dashboard. nice links directly to classes, courses, memberships. nice marketing tools

Inconvénients :

A customer can't bring a guest without having creating a new customer account for their guest. Been told many time this is frustrating for customers. Desktop is better than the app. the app often gets suck when doing anything with dates, adding / changing times. Customer service response times has slowed down, but when there is a response the help is always excellent

Would not use any other booking system.

Commentaires : Freed up so much admin time, tons of automation, personal notifications and our clients find it easy to use. We are really happy with it. A great system run by really lovely people.

Avantages :

As a studio owner of 25 years and seen staggering changes in how we run our business in all that time I am delighted to be leaving this review. Having been with Mindbody and got thoroughly fed up with constant price hikes I looked around for an alternative. We moved to Teamup in 2016 and have been with them since. The easiest switch from Mindbody to them - mainly because they have done it so often, it was seamless. Most of all its the team behind Teamup that makes this an easy decision. They have the same values of looking after their clients as we do. You don't run a studio and retain clients for years as we have managed for this long without a lot of input into client retention. Lots of great flexibility and easy to use.

Inconvénients :

There are always things that can be improved and we have the chance to comment on a wish list that others can see too and if's its a good idea or a great improvement, they make it happen.

Commentaires : Teamup has been one of the best decisions we’ve made and has made the friction of setting people up minimal. It has gained us lots of students and we can’t praise it enough.The team is also quick to respond to any questions.

Avantages :

It’s very easy to use, it has almost any feature and set up you can think of and it’s quick to use and flexible to fix when you add a new class or change an old one.The payments are easy too, to collect and set up how you want them. The memberships are easy to use and events are a cinch to set up and charge for.

Inconvénients :

Not many, only the lack of a grading system for martial arts classes, and the check ins could be nicer and easier a bit.

Commentaires : I would still chose this software over any other that I have come across, first for affordable pricing, second for customer service and last but not least functionality which gives me 85% of what I'd like and matches the functionality of any other competitor I've tried. No complaints!

Avantages :

The software is very good value for money compared to competitors, the customer service is sensationally good.

Inconvénients :

There are some restrictions in methods of charging (it would be so handy to have an option that allows the customer to add a second class immediately after the first class - back to back classes - at a discount). Some of the back end navigation is a bit fiddly and the user journey takes quite a few clicks for some functions. BUT I don't think the other software options are any less fiddly and there is fantastic customer support anytime you need guidance.

TeamUp does our admin whilst we run the business

Commentaires : Excellent. The system reduces our admin time to less than half an hour a day. The dashboard makes it easy to identify new customers, payments going through and any issues such as failed payments too. Everything else is automated, with customers also able to buy or upgrade additional memberships too.

Avantages :

TeamUp is a great membership system. It is easy to set up, update and is fully automated with secure card and DD payments within the system (transactions are up front with no invoices/payments to chase). Other useful features such as trigger emails automatically welcome customers, remind them of bookings, tell customers how to get to my business. There are also great billing features that allow you to freeze memberships, automatically skip payments and take ad hoc payments too. We have tried other systems that promise much, however, have recently moved back to TeamUp as for membership management it is hard to beat..

Inconvénients :

There are no cons to using this system. Yes, there would be some nice to have additional features, however, it does the key activities REALLY well.

Avantages :

Compared to the previous system I used GoTeam Up is easy to use both as a business owner and for the clients. It has more options and at a far cheaper price. Any queries are answered quickly and efficiently. Only wish I’d swapped earlier.

None found, everything I have needed has been available

Saves Time, Money and Stress!

Commentaires : Incredibly good - the support is amazing with progressive development, working in tandem with their clients. It looks good and when you know which features you want to use, it is straight forward.

Avantages :

Using TeamUp removes the emotion and stress of having to chase clients for payment, not to mention the time required to do so. It means my relationship with the client is maintained, less time on admin, less financial accounting (I only account 3 x per year now instead of every month) I can spend more time do what I love - teaching and growing my business. Also, last-minute cancellations are paid for without any questions! I can keep all client notes for the classes in one place, so any other teachers covering can easily track any issues they need to contend with in class. Being able to take registers in class saves time and costs. TeamUp are continuously developing and working with their client's needs, I'm always impressed by this. The customer service is 2nd to none.

Inconvénients :

It's not so easy for clients to sign their selves up if there are multiple classes and memberships to choose from, but this may be the generation of clients I deal with! Plus the pro-rata amount that automatically bills if they do set their selves up doesn't fit into my payment model. So, I still tend to this. TeamUp fits into 80% of my business model amazingly well and has made me change the way I work for the better. The 20% that doesn't fit in has to be worked on manually still. It would be ideal if the reporting would show 121 clients that they are being billed for classes that fell on xxx date so they can account for it. The Direct debit model fits in perfectly for business running continuously, I run for 12-14 week blocks, across 35-38 weeks of the year, which means clients who leave have to be balanced with a small amount outstanding either way. I'd love to use the class swap feature but it's not configurable for my 12-14 week blocks. When booking themselves into summer 'flexy classes', it would be ideal if they can add multiple classes to a 'basket' and then pay at the end. None of these points are about 'not liking the software' But points that would make it even better for my business.

Great booking system that saves you time!

Avantages :

The integrations are the main reason I started to used this software. The go cardless direct debit system is integrated with this software which is something I'd been looking for and hadn't found until I came across TeamUp. The support have been great. They have been very helpful from day 1. I am not the best with technology, any questions I have are replied to quickly with useful information to help run my business more efficiently.

Inconvénients :

I think the system is clear - however, some of my retired clients struggle with the system sometimes. I think this is because they don't read the information such as terms and conditions. What frustrates me is the 31 day cancelation duration when members don't read this and cancel via gocardless (not many do this) but the team up system doesn't' realise they have cancelled their direct debit any continues to try to take the payment which is the correct thing to do but it'd be great if there was a way to prevent this or make it even more clear so they understand 31 days notice means 31 days notice. In future I think a way of paying through crypto would be great way to reduce the % charge from stripe and go cardless. An alternative to a top up would be great so members with a monthly membership can add 'ad hoc' classes to their membership for a one off fee, say £10 per class for those slightly longer months, or when they have extra time to take classes.

A great tool for managing a fitness business

Commentaires : It has removed the human element and error from the booking process. It means that payments are taken with no user input and no chasing required, it also means that late cancels are charged and no difficult conversations have to be had with clients. It very quickly pays for itself in that regard.

Avantages :

As a personal training company, TeamUp was a game changer. Versus all the other products that I trialled, this was the simplest to use, easiest to set up and much more cost effective than the other systems. The support is great too. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Inconvénients :

In the earlier days when there was less functionality, it was more of a problem but now its fine. Possibly the aesthetics could be improved if I am being pedantic.

Great software with excellent customer support

Commentaires : Really positive - has streamlined class management for sure.

Avantages :

Honestly the best thing about TeamUp is the amazing customer support. Any time myself or a member has had an issues, somebody has been on the end of the phone to get it sorted. I also find it very user friendly and like that new features get rolled out.

Inconvénients :

With class packs, if a member goes in and books all their sessions up front (e.g. they buy a 10-class pack and register for 10 classes), they have no way of knowing when they have used those sessions up i.e. there is no prompt. Obvioulsy they can (and should) go in and check their profile, but most people don't. And in my experience some people are quite bad at remembering to check these things and then just rock up to classes, sometimes without a valid membership. It would be great if, on the date of the last usage, they get sent a reminder that their pack has now been used up. I know that there are automated emails if somebody's unused credits are about to expire, but nothing for if their membership has actually run out.

Team Up is an integral customer management tool

Commentaires : The experience is positive - simple to use for myself and the coaches. It does everything I need it to do with our limited membership of 50.

Avantages :

Team Up is easy to use, to navigate around, to run reports and to manage income. It links with Zoom for online sessions. The Customer Service team are very helpful and knowledgeable. The chat function works well. As a scheduling system it is easy for our members to use too and to have on their home screens to access simply.

Inconvénients :

It works well for what I need it to do on a laptop. However It occasionally doesn't load from my mobile home screen.

Commentaires : I used TeamUp before the pandemic but I was so glad that I already had everything in place when Covid happened. TeamUp was without a doubt the best system to be using during that challenging time: the way they quickly integrated Zoom meant I wasn't manually sending out Zoom links to members. They also sent regular updates with helpful tips and ways to keep my business running.

Avantages :

The customer service is second to none and the members find it easy to use.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes setting things up is challenging but the team are always on hand to help and test things!

Commentaires : Okay so far. Will need to make some changes in the new year to our memberships so will definitely be calling up for help to find out the easiest way to do it, but as always I’m sure it will be good and helpful service!

Avantages :

Good customer service. Reduces admin, records everything for me, allows customer to make bookings and changes themselves, lots of new features I’m yet to explore too!

Inconvénients :

Expensive and sometimes missing features (can’t think on the spot right now but when I’m trying to do stuff sometimes I get frustrated because it doesn’t allow me to do something in the way I need it. Have contacted customer service in the past about certain things and they have been good and helpful but sometimes they also agree that the system can’t do everything I need it to do. But they do try and figure out other ways I can use the system to try and help me to make it work. I also really don’t like gocardless or stripe. I get so many issues from them, I wish there was a better option.

Great software with room for improvement in important features

Commentaires : It is a good software , great actually, if only the feedback from the clients using it daily would be taken into account when deciding which features to improve.Sometimes you get the feeling its a developer definning funtionalities instead of commertial mind in contact with the actual needs.What they do develop works well

managing recurrent memberships slots is a serious problem we are forced to work with exel too due to these limitations of the system.The admin should not be limited by the same conditions as the clients when modifying reservations. the admin should be able to leave notes for staff on the lesson slotscustomer service could be faster and the spanish customer service is gone.

Saves Time and Removes Stress

Inconvénients :

If a customer unregisters themselves from classes they do not show up on the slipping away report. On occasion this means that members can slip through the net(and end up leaving) and we have been unaware they havent been in as they dont show up on reports.(as they are constantly unregistering themselves, and not showing up on late cancellations or no shows reports). If we could have an option for "dormant" members, who are paying but not coming in and are unregistering, that would be the final piece in the puzzle for me. I was shown a way i could do this by tech support but it involved lots of spreadsheets and messing around, and a manual check almost. Thanks

More functions and discount vouchers

Avantages :

I like how universal and common team up is, most customers are very farmiliar with it. I love how staff and instructors can easily access their class information

Inconvénients :

There needs to be a duplicate course/class option to make timetabling for subsequent months better. Discount vouchers don't work well. They don't work at all on drop in classes and vouchers worth more than the value of the course are impossible to redeem the full amount on.It would be good if customers could buy multiple tickets etc too.

Commentaires : We love teamup and that is why it is coming up to 5 years using the system. We have hardly any problems getting new members using it which is essential in our field.

Avantages :

It is so clear and easy to use. The integration with stripe or gocardless is a huge positive for us.

Inconvénients :

Reports can sometimes be hard work. It does what we want it to but can sometimes be complicated to find what we are after.

Great Software for Busy People!

Commentaires : I initially resisted getting any software to automate class bookings, taking payments etc, but finally took the leap....and wish I'd done it sooner! So easy to use (takes a bit of getting used to), for me as business owner and the coaches who also use it.
Such good value for money - just ticks over in the background leaving me more time for other areas of the business.

Avantages :

Ease of use for business and user. Integrates well with current website. Automates tricky areas of the business.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes a bit complicated to set up new classes etc up, but probably because I haven't needed too much!
