"Great ELD , Even Better Support"

Commentaires: Our overall experience with Navistream is Excellent. The support is 2nd to none. The support team is amazing, always friendly and willing to assist when we bring up issues we experience. And they work hard to resolve the issues, and they report back on findings. They are excellent communicators, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have done a great job for us. Very happy with the service we get from Navistream.

Avantages: This software is very User Friendly, from the drivers as well Admin, pulls a lot of useful data for analysis.

Inconvénients: There are no real cons with this software that we can report.

"Great product with an all-star support team"

Commentaires: We are extremely happy with the product and customer service. The training videos, access to support and the friendly nature of all the staff are second to none. No hesitation in recommending this product.

Avantages: Navistream provides us all of the information required and more to run our day to day dispatch business, monitor performance and provides foundational information for our KPI's. When questions or issues arise, the support team at Navistream are always available to assist. The entire team you get to work with from sales to service are exceptional.

Inconvénients: Any small bugs or glitches that come up Navistream addresses right away. There area some software development waits but nothing that is a show stopper for our business.

"Navistream for our company"

Avantages: Using new software always has it's learning curve, but the staff at our local streamline office are always available to assist.
What I like most about the software, besides the ability to track our fleet, is that we can use the data collected (off hwy and on hwy km) for the Fuel Tax rebate.

Inconvénients: What I like least about the software ... I haven't really found anything I dislike about it as I am still learning how to use all the features.

"Highly recommend Navistream for ELD and Telematics"

Commentaires: We are using Navistream to provide regular feedback to our drivers on their performance (Driver Scorecard). We are using the system to negotiate cycle times with our customers, as well as provide them information on delays loading and unloading. The system has all but resolved issues around getting paid for the time we put in.

Avantages: This system is cost-effective to implement and robust enough for even our Western Canadian log hauling environment. Features continue to be developed including an outstanding, configurable reporting system. Our drivers Iove it for ease of use. None of them would ever choose to go back to paper logs again! Customer service has been outstanding. I highly recommend this product (Navistream) and the team at Streamline.

Inconvénients: It has taken a little longer than hoped to get all of the features we are looking for - but once released, they work well.

"Navistream Support"

Avantages: We purchased the software and package two years ago on recommendations from another company like ours. The user of the log book is completely computer illiterate. The training and ease of use for him has been shockingly simple. I sat down with the Navistream team four months ago, just out of the blue, and was shocked at what they had to offer and what the product was capable of doing.

Inconvénients: I am sure that if something is missing Navistream will figure it out. For what we are using it for it is awesome.

"Navistream is an asset"

Commentaires: It is great to be able to monitor our drivers without disturbing them. It helps dispatch in deciding on when they will be able to pick up the next load or if they are being held up at all.

Avantages: The ease of use and logical steps to find what is needed

Inconvénients: Until we got to learn "the tricks" we had issues with the screen being too dark and in transferring to Scale guys. Once we used it though it is very easy

"Transportation/Dispatch"

Avantages: The mapping/fleet tracking is very beneficial to our business, being able to monitor current truck status.
Looking forward to upcoming features that will enhance the tracking aspect. Ease of use for support and information. Overall program is easy to use.

Inconvénients: Reports are still a work in progress, overall the program is easy to use.

Commentaires: Overall experience is excellent.

Avantages: Ease of use for the driver and the administrators.

Inconvénients: Lacks the ability to track customer delivery sites. It would be great if we could select a customer location to put it right into the ELOG.

"Non Issue"

Commentaires: Overall Navistream is very good

Avantages: We had to train over 200 drivers and about 6 trainers. All went very smooth mostly due to the simplicity of Navistream

Inconvénients: The IFTA reporting was not just a print report and send away or even close.
It is getting better

Commentaires: Has simplified our Hours of Service requirement and reduced our paper trail

Avantages: Our drivers love it, it is easy to use and the support staff is excellent

"Some issues getting under way waiting for the recalled tablets."

Commentaires: The pros:
Easy to use, excellent support.
The cons:
Waiting for new units, reconnecting when in and out of cell service, on or off duty when going past midnight, 15 minute pre-trip not shown as pre-trip.

"Easy to use and excellent support."

Commentaires: We have had the system for approximately one year and it has benefited the dispatching of our fleet as well as helping with driver safety and our fleet maintenance programs. We look forward to the day that satellite serve might be included.

"The software is excellent. Equally as important, the company has been excellent to deal with. "

Commentaires: The best aspect of this software in relation to other on-board products we have used is the ease of use. With past products it has been a huge task to train drivers, commision units, etc. This platform is essentially plug and play.
