Average platform with an archaic cancellation policy

Commentaires : Overall the app does what is says, good to have ti ticking along in the background to track progress over time. Overall experience was OK, nothing special, however the cancellation policy as mentioned above, was an extremely poor experience needs to be understood by potential customers in their decision making process. Out of principal I would have avoided this company had I known of it's practices prior to signing up.

Avantages :

The rank was good, setup was ok, the location based tracking and mobile tracking worked well.

Inconvénients :

There are no pre-made reports, the user has to configure their own reports, which seems lazy on the part of Accuranker. Some basic reports should be pre configured. Also the cancellation policy is ridiculous and requires you to make a PHONE CALL to a European phone number to request for your account to be cancelled. And they also require this to be done 14 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellation should be able to be done through the app and there is no reason why it should be required 14 days before the next billing cycle. What a horrible business model. We warned.

Rank tracking is very accurate and can customise exactly what you want to track (device, keyword, country, competitors...).You can connect AccuRanker to GA4 and Google Search Console to get more in-depth analysis.I use it to tracker keywords ranking of my clients and personal projects and see at a glanze how its SEO is performing.

Inconvénients :

In terms of rank tracking there's nothing negative that I can say. I guess I miss some additional features related to SEO. It would be good to get thoughts on why a URL may be underperforming, how Google's algorithm updates are impacting URLs/keywords being tracked, etc.
