We only need to know the flow of the process in which we are going to work and the activities that have been assigned to us, the responsibilities are established by task and many of the actions on it are carried out directly by those responsible for fulfilling them.Another important feature of Kanbanize that makes it flexible is that communication is optimized since the need to hold meetings is reduced because everyone can see the process on the board.

1) We could build boards for Support Teams and also boards for the projects using Scrum/Kanban. 2) The visualization of the tasks or projects is awesome. No more tools give you that.3) The automation are very powerfull.4) The migration was very fast and easy.5) The integrations with another products was very easy.6) Upgrade the license is very easy7) Kanbanize is upgrading every month with a lot of new features. I asked for features and they implemented it.

Inconvénients :

1) The automations costs money and it's a thing you have to take into account. Sometimes you can't combine automations together and you have to create one for each board.2) We will like to have a better personalization of the feedback mail when we finish a task. (with stars, with questions, etc)

Used almost 4 years but switched to other

Commentaires : When we had few users it was working perfect. Ease to set up project workflow, make different versions. If you start uploading link or attach some files to kanban cards or add more users, satisfaction is over. Computer slow downs enormously and in 2 years nobody suceeded to solve that. We were trying to minimase amount of data, minimise active users. Standard report ar eno use at all. If you want to have dynamic report and track business leads and projects in is necessary to connect extrenal software to make normal report which are more dynamic. Integrated reports are no use. This is my opinion as CEO who was running 4 factories and wanted to control project by kanbanize. We switched to Odoo.

Avantages :

Friendly interface, easy to set up. Logic ir very simple and comfortable. We used in our sales processes and new product implementation proceses. 10-14 regular users were regulary connected. About 400-500 kanban leads. Pricing is ok. Could be free version for 3-5 users, it would help to promote software more.

Inconvénients :

When we connected more users and opened more leads kanban cards it started to be extremely slow. Iphone or android application interface is different and does not have the same navigation functions. Reports are not comfortable. We used external software to generate report (dynamic reports) not static print outs. I see that IT guys more focus on functionality vut forget interface and reports to track project what is exactly CEO needs. For small company to play is ok. For bigger too weak.

Very flexible tool

Commentaires : My overall experience is very positive.Automated sequences of tasks area easy to realize with business rules.Each team can implement KanBan practices at their own speed and modify their board as an ever evolving tool.

Avantages :

I like high adaptability. It makes it a bit complex to get started and finding the optimum way to structure your board(s) but in the end you can really create your own tailor made solutions.

Inconvénients :

- for repetitive sets of tasks it is not possible to have default pre and successor relationships set up in a card template- for personal task planning I love to assign my tasks in outlook to week days at the beginning of the week, this I miss when using Kanbanize as my main task planning tool

Setting up individual backgrounds to create an overall experience that is less stressful for the eyes - not easy.

Perhaps the most complete Kanban software you can get

Avantages :

The board editor allows you to create really flexible board layouts with -for example- different worklows per swimlane. High-level tickets that have (smaller) child-tickets linked to them can show progress and status of all connected children. The reports and stistics that Kanbanize can generate are top of class.

Inconvénients :

Just one thing: you can only see 1 assignee on the face of your Kanban-tickets. It would be nice to have the possibility to assign more people to one task.

Flow Management for your entire organisation

Commentaires : We are using Kanbanize since 2017 for ourselves as well as all our clients and have time and again seen amazing results of several hundred percent throughput improvements or lead time reductions. But I have to reiterate my warning that the tool is only part of it and that it will need to be professionally implemented to really see these improvements.

Avantages :

Where many workflow and Kanban Tools only take care of very simplistic workflows and any changes need to be made by an administrator, Kanbanize is highly flexible and user friendly and extremely powerful to map and track multi-level workflows and projects.Additional to the features, software support is critical and here the team at Kanbanize excels with a 90%+ resolution rate within the same business day.

Inconvénients :

Many people do not realise that "a fool with a tool is still just a fool". Kanbanize looks very simple to implement and is very user friendly, but to really reap the benefits of a Digital- or Agile Transformation or any process improvement, it is imperative that one digs a lot deeper into the underlying organisational setup and workings.

Best tool for managing teams and goals

Commentaires : Today, monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness indicators of teams is much easier due to the use of Kanbanize, in addition to the integration between teams, with other tools. For me it is the best workflow management tool we have on the market today.

Avantages :

The most impactful feature of Kanbanize for me is the ease of extracting efficiency metrics from teams and tracking OKRs, followed by the ease of integration with other tools.

Inconvénients :

The question of graphs of efficiency indicators and graphs made by advanced filters should allow more customizations (changing colors, using fields, etc.)

Kanbanize is a simple to use, nice to experience, friendly to interact software to realize quickly and in an effective way a REAL kanban board. It has a lot of features and it is able to scale in enterprise, without becoming difficult for a small business or for a single user on personal projects. The support is friendly and always asking for feedbacks from users, to continuously improve the product.

Inconvénients :

Missing some integrations (mail clients, ifttt, integromat...)

Avantages :

There isn't any business process, workflow or procedure that can not be replicated within Kanbanize. I've changed my approach in business transformations to get the clients up and on the tool as quickly as possible. The design construct of Kanbanize provides just the right amount of 'guidance' for the users, and allows me the opportunity to engage on an as required basis when clients stray away from basic kanban principles.

Inconvénients :

There's very little I don't like about Kanbanize. Continuing to extend the recent deployment of OKRs to allow connection between strategy and execution into the dashboard space looks to be quite exciting.

Commentaires : The Kanbanize folks are so knowledgeable and so ready to help when ever we need it. We deal with many saas companies and Kanbanize are at the top of the field. They get how to nurture and support their users. They also roll out new functionality every month. The application just keeps getting better and better.

Avantages :

Kanbanize is a very flexible tool set that allows us to clearly map out specific workflows for our clients. Clients love it because they can see and update the status of all of their work within their specific workflow not a workflow imposed on them by a software package. We also like the flexibility of the cards made possible by custom fields, attachments, images and so on.

Inconvénients :

Kanbanize is very feature rich. When users initially get on the platform, they can suffer some intimidation. However, Kanbanize is so easy to use and so well thought out, it's amazing to watch people work with it for the first time. Within hours and even minutes in some cases, our clients are moving through the boards and managing their work, all while having lots of fun!

Avantages :

Straightforward and user-friendly. The information about most of the features I need are all available online. The support responds on time and follow up with me until solution is achieved. The specialist we have in connection with is also insightful and ready to help. We get reasonable advice and commendable suggestions. The features evolve overtime and my observations are taken always into consideration. We have just renewed our subscription and I tell you, most of I need even about renewal or payment is available online.

Inconvénients :

Extracting more than 5k data result which, by workaround, advised by support was resolved. Analytics in the beginning which I also get to understand after board and users mature overtime.

Best Kanban tool

Commentaires : Implementing big Kanban systems is not easy. Lots of task/cards, teams in different locations, lack of metrics and indicators, etc could make it really challenging.
Kanbanize solves all these problems and gives many additional features to improve the efficiency.

Avantages :

Great set of features. Full support for any Kanban scenario (both IT and non-IT). Very useful integration API (REST). The tool itself and integration API are very stable and bugless. There is very interesting mechanism for sharing information with 3-rd party stakeholders. E.g. use to share project status with a final client. Really good support (both technical and commercial)

We use it to manage our strategic planning and operational processes including resource planning and sales pipeline.
With clients we use it in a variety of ways to fit their specific need. The flexibility really helps us to adapt to their current context.

Avantages :

The flexibility to configure the workspaces, boards, workflows, cards and everything else is brilliant because it allows us to adapt to meet our specific processes and needs. The ability to create relationships between boards and between cards allows visibility and traceability across the organisation.

Inconvénients :

It's a really minor point but the way the software interacts with large touch screens varies on different web browsers - sometimes it's hard to drag cards or stickers around but it can be overcome easily by using a mouse.

Amazing; best in class
