I also like that you can get real "payout" for your points in the form of gift cards for things people will actually use. Not just "1000 points for a 50% discount" on roller blades or tire changes.

Inconvénients :

The only downside is to use it inside Yammer we have to download a browser extension.

Recognize your peers easily and quickly

Commentaires : Since I joined this company I started using Recognize. The first time a colleague recognizes you is really beautiful, they make you understand that the place where you are working really focuses on the human. Recognize makes these sensations possible.

Avantages :

Recognize is a fantastic and simple tool that allows you to recognize co-workers in different categories. It allows you to create completely personalized badges according to what you want to recognize. Generates an ideal work environment and promotes the growth of camaraderie. Being from Meta, it integrates perfectly with Workplace. It also allows you to add points according to different activities.

Inconvénients :

Its integrations are limited, it only works with Workplace, Facebook, and Outlook. Some interesting direct integrations would be missing, like Slack, for example, which is only achieved with third-party apps like Zapier. If it is not used well, it can generate unhealthy competition, but this depends on those who manage it, not on the app.

In a multinational company, Recognize allows everyone to stay connected and recognize the achievements or express gratitude to remote colleagues. To foster a positive work environment with high motivation and engagement, it is important to acknowledge people and it can be done with Recognize. It also offers valuable points for different benefits.

Inconvénients :

I would like to be able to add more badges on the same post and the rewards are not many.

Avantages :

It notifies you of important celebrations (Birthday's, Anniversary's, ETC)

Inconvénients :

Could be easier to navigate. It's hard to go back and find where things you seen are.

Commentaires : Easy and fun to give a shout out about someone who may have gone unrecognized. It also gives the opportunity to let others know about someone or something that has been accomplished, when it may have just quietly slipped by.

Avantages :

It's so easy to recognize people for just about anything. Recognition doesn't happen often enough.

Inconvénients :

The minimum number of characters required seems high.

Commentaires : I've had a great experience with Program Amazing and I've noticed that Agents are very appreciative when they receive a Value Amazing Point. and I like how seamless the program is and easy to understand and the sense of recognition it gives our agents.

Avantages :

I love the fact that Value Amazing is a companywide program that highlights allegiants core values so that we can recognize agents that embody what makes allegiant a great company to work for.

Inconvénients :

The only con from my perspective is the point structure... I believe it could be a higher valued "points" structure so that agents could see more results in a timely manner.

Commentaires : Overall I’ve had a really good experience with recognize as I have never had any technical difficulties and the app is designed to where one can navigate around it with no problem.

Avantages :

What I liked most about recognize was that it allowed multiple opportunities each month to review or give out shout outs to our coworkers. I liked how organized the category was for choosing reward prizes and how the app stayed updated and would let users know if a review was not available. I really liked how it states the time of day when you got recognized as this really helps with documentation purposes.

Inconvénients :

What I liked least about recognize would be that you can’t react to persons post like how one can react on other social medial for example using an emoji as a reaction button. I also did not like how we can’t add files of award certificates to our phone if using safari (Iphone).

Commentaires : I have been on both ends of the recognize app....received and submitted recognition. It's easy to use, fun to receive, but even more rewarding to extend gratitude and sentiments to others!

Avantages :

It's a simple way to make employees and coworkers feel appreciated and is geared toward all-level employees (non-managers and managers).

Inconvénients :

The bill, but who loves paying bills anyway?

Excellent Program

Avantages :

We can send badges to anyone in the organization and personalize them specifically to that person. The gifs make it fun! Our HR Department can set up special badges for certain circumstances, send birthday badges, etc. Overall an outstanding program. And we love the prizes!

Inconvénients :

Some people have said it takes a long time to get their prizes, but that has not been my experience. I don't really have any Cons.

none that I know of, maybe one could introduce some sort of competition between users to increase usage and make it more interesting

Great program but low point values

Commentaires : I feel like it is great for morale but the point values only being 1 point per recognition is not realistic if some agents are in smaller stations etc its almost impossible for some to apply their points to giftcards

I like that it allows people to see they are recognized for an achievement but the downside is its almost impossible to accumulate points for most agents.

Inconvénients :

I feel like it is very out of reach for many of these agents to get enough points to apply for giftcards when it is only 1 point each. We encourage agents to use these rewards but to increase the points its very out of reach for many

Recognize A Powerful Tool for Encouragement

Commentaires : My experience is that when I do receive a recognition it puts a smile on my face and gives me confidence to continue to move forward. And with that felling I get makes me want to make someone else feel the same way.

Avantages :

Recognize is a wonderful way to acknowledge a job well done. It encourages other to keep up the good work that they are doing, and it does not go unnoticed.

Commentaires : I have been with ALP for 7 years. I remember when recognize was just starting out. The platform has come such a long way. It is user friendly, easy to navigate, and to use. I hope that more company's will implement it within their own work spaces.

Avantages :

That you can type anyone's name in the company in and its easy to find them and send them some recognition. Also, it feels good to receive recognition as well. I also like that I can recognize several people or a group at one time, and that one can receive points for company milestones. Love that the points can turn into something tangible!

Inconvénients :

I would like some more ALP swag (not sure if that's a region based thing)
