Commentaires : Gestion des visiteurs. Enregistrements d'accès/sortie des personnes externe à la société.

Avantages :

Vizito permets de personnaliser le type de visiteur et de badge selon une vaste gamme de préférences. Il est également possible d’imprimer à l’avance les badges pour mieux gérer les grosses affluences.

Inconvénients :

Le tableau de bord est figé et peu clair. Il serait préférable d'ajouter quelques configurations.

We use the software to keep track of our visitors in a social project.

Commentaires : We were able to get to know our visitors, nobody came in unnoticed, with issues concerning safety we were able to act quicker and maintain a safe environment. Last but not least we were able to give insight into visitornumbers to fundings.

Avantages :

It's easy to use en does exactly what we need it to do. The software is not designed for our purpose and has features we didn't even use, nevertheless is is simple in it's layout and easy to explain to the volunteers who worked with it.

Inconvénients :

When the wifi fails it doesn't work. Because there's no message or popup telling you this it sometimes takes an experianced user to find out this problem.

Commentaires : A far better solution to pen & paper.

Avantages :

The level of customization of this software allowed us to gather the information of visitors which we require. Every step the visitor goes through can be customized. The visitors only enter the data we need and are not forced to enter that which we do not, this provides a fast and easy sign-in process. The ability to serve different forms depending on the visitor type is great.

Inconvénients :

ID scanning and OCR using the rear camera of the tablet is a desired feature.

Amazing Software

Avantages :

Ease of use an how any visitor of any ages can just come in and use this with no hassle at all.

Inconvénients :

I do not have any faults at all with this system

Good working system but needs improvement

Commentaires : would be good if the space inside was structured accordingly , there are a lot of spaces that could have been utilised for convenience of reloading the labelss, would have been better if there are other ways to customise the position the printer and the output labels....

ease of use, sleek design , looks professional, robust construction

inconvenient internal structure, lack of ability to customise setup externally

Commentaires : I first did a free trial and made some enquires with Vizito before the pandemic, I had to put the purchase on hold whilst I figured out how we could operate. During this time, the team kept in touch in a non pushy, helpful way, advising me on how it could support us. When we were ready, I Purchased and immediately, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and no doubt the team were on it, making sure we could get up and running straight away. They helped me set up my registered users which saved me literally 100 of hours on time and within three hours, we are ready to go! Amazing service that is often hard to find.

Avantages :

Vizito has allowed me to pre register the service user of my project as well as my volunteers and staff team. Vizito allows me to keep the people who use the building safe, allows me to report on usage and in this unprecedented time of Covid19, allows me to track and trace visitors down to the minute. It is beyond easy to use, I can add and change parameters very easily and have been able to make it look like our own app with the branding etc. I tried a few other before finding Vizito and I am so glad I did, you wont regret using this.

Inconvénients :

I seriously have nothing negative to say

Commentaires : By using Vizito, our receptionist had more to to answer calls of emails and do her administrative tasks.
We can always know how many visitors are currently in the building and can pull statistics on the number of visitors per day/month, ... .

Avantages :

Touchless signin, easy-to-follow steps to sign in.

Inconvénients :

No touchless singout available (that we know of).

Regarding the touchless sign out feature, our contactless feature does allow you to sign out by scanning the QR code a second time, the system will automatically sign you out. Commentaires : Electronic sign-in was a whole new system for the business, and some feared that it might over complicate the visitor sign-in process, however, it is working seamlessly with no issues. An added bonus is that it is GDPR compliant, unlike the standard sign-in visitor books!

Avantages :

Very user friendly, assisted set-up, can use static QR codes for different entrances and contactless sign in. Also have the option to select 26 languages which is essential for us as we employ a lot of overseas workers.

Inconvénients :

We do not feel there are any features missing, it is perfect for our business needs

One of the most valuable aspects of Vizito is its robust security features. With the ability to pre-register visitors and automate badge printing, our security protocols have been strengthened. The photo capture functionality ensures an extra layer of identification, enhancing the safety of our premises. Furthermore, the real-time visitor tracking capability grants us insights into visitor traffic, helping us optimize our resources effectively.

Inconvénients :

If there is one small drawback to mention, it is that the response time of the mobile app on the iPad could occasionally be a little bit faster sometimes. Furthermore, it might be helpful to have a phone application for the admin side, allowing us to easily and quickly access check-ins/check-outs on this. However, this small delay had minimal impact on our overall positive experience with Vizito.

Easy, Secure & Competitive

Commentaires : Visitor registration in line with GDPR. We previously had a book however other visitors were able to see who previous visitors were.

Avantages :

Works on Android tablets which is great as i don't see the need for an expensive Apple tablet just to run a registration system. Some good features, most importantly documents/agreements for things like health and safety. Support is good and the value for money compared to similar products is great.

Inconvénients :

I think the product could be a bit more attractive in terms of its interface. I also initially had an issue of my tablet locking rather than staying on the sign in screen but i think i made an error with the settings.

Simple product and quick to get started

Commentaires : We now have a record of people coming in and out of the depot, which we did not have before. I've found the Vizito team very helpful when I have had queries about customising the experience.

Avantages :

Vizito is really straightforward to set up and you can start signing your staff and guests in on day one. It works with Android tablets meaning that hardware costs are lower, and it is mostly very intuitive. It's quite easy to customise too, allowing you to add welcome messages and logos.

Inconvénients :

We were hoping to be able to link visitors to a simple satisfaction survey as they signed out, but unfortunately this isn't possible as yet.

Easy , Adjustable , user friendly !

Commentaires : We had a jobday to manage and wanted a complete overview of the visitors that registered that day.
That went flawless , also we added a sequence so we can link the visitors in our own systems!
And the greatest thing about vizito is their personal support!

Avantages :

Easy to setup and adjust to your own specific needs!

Inconvénients :

There are some things that can be improved but since the team of vizito is easy to reach they provide a solution on the spot.

Avantages :

From seeing the demo to the live environment the implementation and training of different level of people went very smooth. Support from the Vizito people is impeccable

Inconvénients :

Any features that were needed were discussed with the Vizito team and some functionality was eventually introduced in later versions.

Commentaires : Ease of use and the interface is clear, but users should be automatically added to registered users.

Avantages :

Simplicity of the app, usability of the backlot and easy of use.

Inconvénients :

First-registered users are not automatically saved as registered, which need to be done manually in the backlot.

Regarding first-registered users, there is an Advanced Setting that you can enable which will automatically save them as registered visitors. On the backoffice, please go to Visit Types > Click "Edit" next to the visit type you wish to apply it to (e.g. Visitor) > under General tab, click Edit "Advanced Settings" > Enable "Automatically create registered visitors" > and save. - Easy to setup no special Hardware needed. - userfriendly - nice features - good support - meets our requirements perfectly

Inconvénients :

Well maybe using your own variables for your custom messages is a little bit tricky.

A great app with a great team behind it!

Commentaires : Communication was always clear and they kept a good time management. There was no delay whatsoever.

Avantages :

Most of all, Vizito was the only software that had all the features we were looking for. The people we had contact with were very friendly, hands on and guided us through every question we had.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing negative about the product. Features that were missing were created.

Easiest and best way to welcome our customers/visitors

Commentaires : We were looking for a tool, which is easy to handle and also not expensive. With Vizito we found the best solution. We bought an bracket for our ipad, and so the customer gets welcomed and can register quick and easy.

Great Product, Excellent Support, Superior Value!

Commentaires : Ease of use and excellent customer support have made the switch from a paper sign-in log to digital in a matter of a few days! So happy we found a great Android-compatible product.

Avantages :

We like that Vizito is easy to use, easy to customize with excellent support. Email/SMS notifications enhance the product and live chat support is prompt and efficient. Import/Export features to take data to Excel are a great addition too. Works well on Android devices and web-based interface.

Inconvénients :

We are based in North America, so Live Chat isn't always available in the latter part of the day, but email support helps bridge the gap.

Excellent customer service provided by Steve and Pieter. The product is very easy to use.

Commentaires : It has decreased the workload on the reception staff. Also we have a full audit trail of staff.

Avantages :

The software is very easy to use for the end user. It has some great back end features such as the emergency evacuation procedure. It is fully customisable to your needs which allows you to put your branding on it. Overall great quality product which is easy to use and manage

Inconvénients :

I would like to use it as an employee sign in and out system also, which is being developed further to what it has already been done. Works the same as the visitor system. No other cons really.

Perfect fit with our needs

Commentaires : Very good customer service that creates correct expectations: they explain workarounds or make clear commitment regarding issues (quick fix or roadmap).

Avantages :

The software is simple, user friendly and integrates with elements that were very important for us (Active Directory, AeroHive WiFi to generate access rights, Belgian eID-cards, ...)

Inconvénients :

We jumped on it in an early stage of the software, some features were missing, but when this feedback was given to the Vizito support team, a solution was always provided in a quick and robust way.
