Highly recommended Digital Signage System

Commentaires : My experience with the system has been great. Easy to setup and deploy, with flexible content creation tools. My customer love the system and the assistance from ScreenCloud customer service makes this a great solution

Avantages :

I love the ease of setup and deployment. Was able to set up two sites sitting at my desk, box up the P1 devices and send them to their locations without issue. The flexibility of the content and available apps is also amazing.

Inconvénients :

It is not a con... there are so many apps that my clients can get a bit overwhelmed in creating their content

Great potential but a lot still to develop

Commentaires : This is just used as our entry way marketing material. This has been more of a head ache than it should have been.

Avantages :

Ease of use is a fact. I liked the layouts and basic idea of this product. That was about it.

Inconvénients :

Needs more native apps. Not a very "smart" program (i.e. have pictures in a custom zone to a special size - this requires me to go back to marketing team to re-edit the photos down to what the app can handle. This should be done as part of the program to allow for overall easier use). While the support team is quick to respond, they missed the mark greatly in actually addressing the issues and are rather snarky when you point out the pitfalls of the program. There are misspellings in the warnings that pop-up throughout their app. It is all around a work in progress.

A great digital signage platform for marketers

Commentaires : We've been using screencloud for over three years in our company, after using other online softwares that weren't up to the job. We were seduced by the multitude of apps offered by screencloud and the compatibility with our other marketing tools. Screencloud is easy to use for our marketing team, and we use it to distribute information to all our offices, as well as plug and play at trade shows and conferences.

Avantages :

Support is very fast, responds directly and solves our problems instantly. There's never a downtime on our screens. UX is great, easy to customized playlists to have a great amounts of diversified contents to show.

Inconvénients :

Nothing the platform is greatr and was quickly adopted by our team.

Great product for multiple screens

What I like most about ScreenCloud is the ability to display the same slide show on multiple screens at once.

It could probably use some more app connections like office products or Canva.

Avantages :

I honestly didn't think I would be able to get this going! I have never worked on any digital screen software. The tutorials are easy to follow and I now have 15 screens successfully up and running for 3 months already and they look AMAZING!! Support is great, they get back to you very quickly I was quite pleased. Overall great experience!

Inconvénients :

There are a couple of add-ons that have to be purchased that I think should be included, and I don't like that the YouTube app STREAMS the videos rather than downloading them so you use lots of data if you do it this way.

Screen Cloud is the standard for business signage

Commentaires : I have enjoyed my experience with Screencloud. it solved a big problem we had that was taking my team way more time to manage than it should have and now that we use screen cloud we don't even have to think about it. It's very easy to manage our digital signage now.

Avantages :

Screencloud allowed us to setup and use digital signage around our office fast and effortlessly. We were able to get up and running in a day. The interface is easy to use and allows a wide amount of customization.

Inconvénients :

I would love to see more integrations and more energy into the integrations. We were excited to see the Zendesk integration but realized that it had very limited use cases due to lack of customization.

ScreenCloud is easy to use

Commentaires : It is easy to learn and easy to keep updated. I make updates several times per week and the software makes it very easy.

Avantages :

The company I work for was looking for a cost efficient way to keep the team up to date on company events. ScreenCloud fit our budget perfectly. I loved that we could try it for a month for free to make sure it would work for us and it did. The software is easy to learn and use.

Inconvénients :

I would like to see more APPs available to load.

Great value for your money

Commentaires : The main features we needed are cover, but some minor details were missing, but the support and easy of use it's amazing.

Avantages :

What we love is the ability to schedule content, also there are Channels that can contain playlist or files inside so its easier to manage content for multiple screens.

Inconvénients :

Video Wall is missing unless you have the correct hardware, it would be nice if you can set inside Screenloud the layout that you have with your screens, maybe like a drag and drop tool choosing screens by size so you can arrange them in the way you want, so that can work as a mask and set there the video to be play.Another thing missing is to set a website with the touch capability, not all websites are compatible.

Great Solution for School Campuses

Commentaires : Screen Cloud has made it simple to keep school announcements up to date and displaying interesting content about the school for visitors.

Avantages :

Screen Cloud is easy to use and very easy to train staff. Along with professional design features, it integrates with Google G Suite making it easy for the average employee to keep it current. Operation is seamless needing less IT support

Inconvénients :

Most of the content administration is easy to implement. For the more creative and technically inclined user, it can be difficult to create custom layouts for those who do not understand CSS. A solution would be a feature where users drag the borders of the regions.

It works for us, for the most part!

Commentaires : We use Screencloud on 7 screen across campus to deliver information to the campus community. It is simple and easy to manage. There are a lot of additional integrations that allow you to display news, local weather, bus schedules, countdowns and really anything you would need. For our purposes, we typically run a Google Slide deck so that we can collaborate with others across campus on the content.

Avantages :

The remote screen management is the most important feature of Screencloud. They have a lot of templates and integrations that we can use but we have found that the most simple integration that we can use to collaborate with various content owners is Google Slides.

Inconvénients :

We run Screencloud on several tv screen across campus through Amazon Firesticks. Ideally, if a television is turned off, when it is turned on again, Screencloud should automatically start. It works most times but occasionally we will have to manually open Screencloud. The Firestick will also go to sleep between playlists if there is nothing scheduled which means we have to manually restart the Firestick.

Fantastic Tool

Commentaires : As mentioned above, having locations across the U.S. and being in an industry where there is rarely a set schedule, ScreenCloud aids in our ability to inform and educate our team. From company updates to safety awareness campaigns, ScreenCloud offers us an effective and interactive digital signage platform.

Avantages :

ScreenCloud has proven to be an extremely effective tool at getting company messages and information out to our greater team. With multiple operations and varying team member schedules, it can be difficult to have everyone in one place at the same time. With ScreenCloud, I am easily able to create, update and post content that'll air at each operation. The platform allows for easy customization and immediate display with a click of the mouse.

Inconvénients :

There isn't much negative to say. My only true complaint is that the "Canva" content creation function can feel clunky at times. I hope to see further improvements and updates as time goes on. I also wish there was a better way to file my templates and slides in folders for easier navigation.

Excellent employee communication tool!

Commentaires : We have been with them for a few years and have watched them progress with updates. We like the service and appreciate their help when we have issues.

Avantages :

The ease of content management for multiple locations from one platform. Easily display different information depending on the office location.

Inconvénients :

We are testing Screencloud's OS device because of issues with Amazon's Fire Stick updates. If this works well, we will likely switch all of our screens to the OS device.

Affordable, easily scalable and easy to use Digital Signage!

Commentaires : We're very pleased to be able to distribute digital signage to multiple locations, with little effort in terms of implementation, as well as eliminating the need for on-premise or LAN management.

Avantages :

Great support for most OS-types, low cost, versatile in terms of deployment, easy to use for users with basic IT knowledge. Cloud managed, only need local access to internet in able to manage a remote screen.

Inconvénients :

Required the use of a credit card, at the time of acquisition. Invoice would be better suited to our needs.

ScreenCloud A Plus for Internal Communications

Commentaires : With locations across the country, this product helps us communicate with team members and makes us all feel more connected.

Avantages :

The most beneficial feature of ScreenCloud is the ability to create so many different screens and channels for our internal audience. We can customize the screens to fit each service area. The ability to add content and have it immediately load is a plus. The customer service team has been helpful and has gone out of their way to assist in making this a great tool.

Inconvénients :

I would like to have the ability to publish several playlists at the same time as well as a feature to create reports.

An easy way for churches to manage multiple screens remotely

Commentaires : We have a high value of our lobby and venue screens running a loop of announcement slides before and after our services and events. With evening activities practically every day of the week, having the ability to remotely upload a slide and have the ability to program when that particular slide should be inactivated is crucial. With Screencloud, we're able to set that expiration date at the time of upload, and forget about it. Then it just disappears on that date/time without anyone having to remember. Screencloud has been a great help, and is now considered a member of our communications team!

Avantages :

Easy to set up and implement! The apps are well-designed, changes are visible instantly, and the quality is excellent. We have really benefited from being able to add slides and content from home or from a different campus, and the screens update immediately on site. The web portal is easy to understand and navigate for our team.

Inconvénients :

Support on various devices is more of a limit of the devices than the software. For example, we first tried Google Chromecast, and those kept going to sleep overnight, and we couldn't find a way to keep that from happening. Moved to Amazon Fire sticks and they work much better. Every now and then one of them goes to sleep, but for the most part we don't have to worry about that.

ScreenCloud is Awesome

High School and at night, veterans and adult learners. ScreenCloud enables us to display exemplary student work and engagingly message the students, professionals and visitors.

Avantages :

ScreenCloud is super easy to use throughout the process of creation, updating, uploading, posting and scheduling video, pictures and graphics.

Inconvénients :

There could be more native functionality, rather than relying on 3rd party apps that require a separate sign-in and fee.

So glad we switched to ScreenCloud

Commentaires : This has been a godsend. Prior to this our info screens were controlled corporately out of India. The time difference alone made it nearly impossible to get support and my hands were tied. When we made the switch to ScreenCloud I was able to take full control of the info screens and now have excellent customer support from ScreenCloud. 10/10 would recommend.

Avantages :

I am in complete control of managing our info screens at six different locations. I needed the ability to control all the screens from my desk without having to run all over town. ScreenCloud was the perfect solution for the task.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was more instruction on how to link music. I figured it out, but with trial and error. I also wish there were more tutorials. I have the basics down, but I would wager that there are features that I don't know about that I could be utilizing.

Flexible Community Digital Signage

Commentaires : I went through a two-week trial of the 2015 version of ScreenCloud and it surpassed my expectations. Shortly after, ScreenCloud Studio became available and I switched over. The Studio allows for complex scheduling, which is great. The dashboard is really intuitive and easy to use. There are ample tutorials that help me get the most out of the platform. And, there are so many apps available that I'm still finding new ones to implement.

Avantages :

The functionality of this software is so diverse. I chose the software to replace an in-house TV channel with significant cost savings. Along the way, I was able to convert paper corkboards into digital displays and am now working on a touch screen kiosk for our community. Our company had been looking at using three separate vendors to accomplish these projects. This software is easy to use and the more I use it, the more features I find.

Inconvénients :

ScreenCloud Studio is still new, and I switched over immediately so I've had a few hiccups, but the support team is extremely responsive.

Easy and Simple!

Commentaires : Before, we could only deploy information to screens via a PowerPoint that had to be updated manually. ScreenCloud solves all of that.

Avantages :

I love how easy and intuitive the slide creator is. If you've used PowerPoint, then ScreenCloud will be second nature. We were up and running in no time!

Inconvénients :

I wish there was a little more customization in the text formatting (bullets, varying weights, etc)

One product for all your digital display needs

Commentaires : We currently have our digital screens deployed in a 24 hour facility. Communication can be a challenge especially with staff that may not have time to check emails timely. Our digital screen serve as another form of communication to our staff to keep them informed of important events, reminders and information that they may need or want to know.

Avantages :

The user friendly UI and numerous features. Content scheduler, display video, display photos/social media, custom content, you name it, you can most likely do it with ScreenCloud.

Inconvénients :

None so far. Can't complain about ScreenCloud.
