That it is very easy and intuitive to understand, Tango just sends email directly to my email whenever I receive a gift card from my company rewarding my great achievement

Inconvénients :

I sometimes feel like they should have focused on just one or two aspects, for example gift card management only, instead of striving to onboard so many other features as well, which makes their brand pretty diluted and their dashboard densed.

Tango makes rewards Fun.

Avantages :

Tango gives me the opportunity to boost employee morale. I distribute gift cards for things such as perfect attendance and meeting certain sales goals. My employees are appreciative and excited when they receive their gift card via email. The set up process with Tango took less than a week and it was an overall easy and effortless process.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing to not like about the software. It has been excellent so far.

Stay Away From Tango Card

Commentaires : Tango's customer service had the opportunity to apply a quick solution, but instead decided to double down on a position that is both poor for the recognized employee, and poor for the company that is using their services as a 3rd party.

Avantages :

If you're looking for recognizing your employees, stay away from Tango Card. They employ arbitrary policies that are in place in bad faith to weasel employees out of their card balances. The policies they have in place are VERY different from industry standards, especially in the arbitrary and pointless expiration dates on funds before they take them, even after employees have paid taxes on these cards as earnings.

Inconvénients :

The customer service. Tango customer service is business oriented and not customer oriented.

Best rewardable app to use for gifts and prizes

Commentaires : It help me get gift cards and rewards that are functional and usable for a wide range of business and websites.

I love it , the concept and idea is very amazing that I can earn gift cards amazes me.

I really cant say anything bad or degrading about it ..all I know is that it's the card of the new century..

Easy to use and implement

Commentaires : A good low-touch tool to offer incentives and rewards. We are utilizing it for a variety of needs. The primary use case is to help our sales team in their prospecting efforts and offer an incentive to take a meeting. Additionally, we have used to gift our clients during the holiday, survey winners, and employee recognition.

Avantages :

I like that there are no fees to utilize the platform so our entire budget can be used on gifting. That was not the case with a lot of the platforms I researched. It's very easy to use and they have pre-recorded training videos to help with training. It was very quick and simple to get started.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was better reporting on the status of gift cards sent. Currently, to see the status of viewed or redemption you need to look up each person individually. It would be super helpful if you could export a list to see their status so our sales teams know who they may need to follow up with. Additionally, it would be nice if we could send the digital gift card using our own email platform and still have the redemption status tracked. Some clients thought the email was spam since came from a different email address and some got stuck in their company spam filters.

Cannot go wrong with Tango

Commentaires : It has been great to provide small tokens of appreciation to our employees through an e-gift card service. Working in a remote environment, these services make things very easy to support employee recognition.

Commentaires : Tango makes it very easy to send out rewards/incentives to customers. Customers have a centralized place to redeem rewards too. From the customer side of Tango, it's been very easy to redeem rewards and keep track of previous rewards. I like the customer side as well.

THe Best reward system

Commentaires : This is the best reward system ever. I like the options that you have to choose from and you can even give it away and donate to a cause. I am forever grateful for this system.

Avantages :

I love that hard work does not go noticed. I can do as many reviews and get rewarded how i can. I also like that I can pick and choose what kind that I want.

Inconvénients :

I havent had an issue yet. I have tried to get my family to use this when they are doing things.

Commentaires : It has been an excellent option at a good price, this makes work more fun for the employees, they feel more committed and happy with the company, it creates the feeling of a family, it creates comfort and good business vibes, there is a lot of laughter and happiness in these awards for their monthly effort, we have best colleague or employee of the month programs that make everyone work harder, it also makes their girlfriends or their families feel more attached to the collaborator continuing to work with us.

As a development team leader, since my title is Senior Software Development Engineer, I can use Tango Card to manage recognition and rewards programs for my team when appropriate. I recognize and reward the achievements and performance that each collaborator invests in the work and can, with some improvement with the rewards in gift, improve the morale and motivation of the team, which is crucial to maintain productivity and job satisfaction in an environment of high performance like Google.

Inconvénients :

It is a bad option for making very large Gifts gifts since it does not allow us to give more than 800 USD repeatedly to a person in a single month, which prevents us from rewarding a user repeatedly with the same payment method in Gift. We have received indications that Wallmart cards have coding problems.

Commentaires : Extremely pleased, overwhelmingly and shocked on how well and how to pull this application in for me and my colleagues and oral interactions. Can’t ask for a better product. Can’t believe that one exists for.

Very user friendly interface and great application for all ages to navigate through. Have never had such a great experience with unlike any other platforms . I could have never been a more happy customer.

Tango saves our business tons of hours by providing our users with digital cards. Redemption is fast and easy to understand. It's much better than other competitors. I can't recommend it enough.

Inconvénients :

It came to our attention that some users are complaining about the physical card fee. It charges $3 for it. I wish Tango would waive this fee. This is my only complaint so far.

I love getting emails in my inbox ANY TIME they’re from Tango, It's always a E-gift card with a code I can redeem instantly for money on my favorite shopping sites! U should definitely get ur rewards from Tango! They are fast and efficient at getting your reward to you pronto!!

Recognition = success

Avantages :

We love Tango as it easily allows us to reward and recognize success here at our Call Center. It also gives the employee the option of selecting from various venders which can truly impact someones life immediately.

Inconvénients :

There could be more localized vendors per location but understandable that there is not.

Great gift card solution

Commentaires : They were great. The onboarding team was very responsive. Sorry responded quickly.

Avantages :

It was easy to set up and configure. It runs very well. They have a great selection of cards. Everything works.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I think could be improved are organizing the email templates when you are selecting them in Salesforce and am additional permission set for a quasi admin to be able to set up new templates. Both of these are easy to work around.

Tango for the win!

Commentaires : It has been an amazing experience since moving to Tango for our gift card distribution and I know our team is now much happier with not having to purchase and mail out gift cards like they used to.

Avantages :

It has greatly helped us to streamline our distribution of gift cards to employees whether that be for reaching service milestones, winning a contest or as a Christmas bonus. The amount of time savings is incredible as we sent several hundred gift cards together which normally would have taken several employees at least a day we now handle within an hour with one dedicated employee.

Inconvénients :

The only downside I have noticed about Tango is the catalog does differ between Canada and US. In Canada it would be great to see some additional vendors added as we do still occasionally have some employees give feedback that a store they were hoping to purchase from was not listed.

Microsoft Word is amazing and so simple to use!

Avantages :

This program is so simple to use. I use Microsoft Word everyday because of how easy it is to use and navigate.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing I do not like about Word. It is so simple and easy to use.

Avantages :

What I really enjoy about this this software is that it gives you the opportunity to reward those who find you joy digitally. Due to COVID19 we have been practicing social distancing and don’t have any touch contact with anybody . E- gift cards is really the way to go .

Inconvénients :

what i dislike sometimes about this software is that it has the tendency to not even be able to work or just not be redeemed-able

Ease of use makes it the best.

Commentaires : We are big on needing to get customer emails (a requirement from manufacturer) since more accounts and subscriptions of many kinds exist these days. Tango allows us to gather more emails from guests/customers when they know they also get something from the exchange.

Avantages :

I like how easy it is to use. Companies new to offering rewards or using links to give rewards will not be too intimidated with this. We always want to offer a gift/reward to our customers that they actually appreciate and want to use. Gone are the days of excitement getting tumblers and branded hats. A simple link to even a $5-$10 gift card excites more. We get WAY more engagement and participation with Tango than we did with other reward options.

Inconvénients :

Would love to see an option for Paypal. I see Paypal as a reward option for some other reward programs, and it is the best way for the recipient to really feel like they are getting cash since they can then deposit it into their bank account.
