I like how easy the tool is to use and to be honest, it's fairly priced for the service that it provides. I've never really run into any issues when using the service. I recommend the pay as you go!

Inconvénients :

I did run into an issue one time where the service didn't fully capture all of the emails that should bounce. But it only happened once and I recognize that sometimes things slip by.

Poor Communication

Commentaires : This company does not pay affiliates earned commissions. I have been promoting with my own funds and reputation since February 2021 - And have 27 Pending payouts, Not received one pay out - Owed Between $300 - $500 - I have contacted Email list verify asking for clarification of the payout time frames and details. They happily replied to my message and then provided me with a follow up email to contact (Note: is the exact same email I sent the first request to) Email list verify is happy to assist when they thought I was a customer seeking assistance - Though when they learnt it was an inquiry in relation to the affiliate program and assisting with a payout they have completely ignored each message. I Have also spoken to their live chat received one reply - Then once they knew my question is about the affiliate payout no other reply. Just a terrible experience and business to deal with all round. Have basically given up hope of receiving owed commissions and felt obliged to leave a review to any potential affiliates to stay away and don't waste your time or marketing efforts.

Please note I have not used the software - Is simply a review based on my experience with the company and their communication practices.

Valuable Program for Catching Duplicate Emails

Commentaires : We have decreased our bounce rate by removing invalid and duplicate email addresses.

Avantages :

We maintain a contact database with thousands of email addresses so it's very hard to spot duplicate entries and email addresses. With the email duplicate remover, I can catch duplicate emails, which helps towards maintaining the data integrity of our database.

Inconvénients :

It does take some time for the software to run through our email list and remove the duplicate addresses.

There is nothing to dislike in this tool. It is a simple tool.

Email List Verify is your essential tool for email marketing, it provides strong but must needed functionalities like verifying and checking emails. Although it's not one of the most intuitive user friendly out there, the price is almost half of other comparable services.

Commentaires : A list of 'active' contacts was included with a Wordpress plug-in for a client website project. Before we could approve their using the list for email marketing, it had to be cleaned of bad emails. Email List Verify made this super easy, straightforward, and quick at the best price on the market.

Avantages :

The UI is simple, clean, and easy to use. The directions are clear. And, the results are delivered in, literally, a minute or so with clear graphical results and easy export.

Inconvénients :

This was my first experience using this kind of service. Did my research prior and decided this is the best and, happily, there are no cons to using Email List Verify.

Avantages :

I used to waste so much time inputting emails into our database only to later realize that a portion of the email addresses I typed in were no longer valid. I've been using the free plan on EmailListVerify and in no time at all I'm able to see which email addresses in my list are valid and which are not.

Inconvénients :

Not really much to dislike. The free version I use limits how many emails you can check a day but I have never had any problems with that either. The limit isn't very low.

Hit and miss

Commentaires : I uploaded a csv file of email addresses and ran the program. The results stated that out of 1000 emails I had 161 invalid addresses. However, when I download the custom results and requested a list of only the bad addresses, I got the full list downloaded.

Avantages :

When the csv file is in xls format, the program works like a charm.

Inconvénients :

When uploading a csv file, the results are hit or miss. (In my case, a complete miss.)

Commentaires : I have never seen such a accuracy. I recommend this to everyone who is looking to start email marketing. We had collected email ids from events and exhibitions and this app came as a blessing as we validated our ids and saved our domain reputation.

We love that we validate most of our emails we receive from conference registration lists, website visits, etc. We end up with a much more accurate list and don't waste time dealing with bad emails ourselves.

Nothing. We are new to using a validating tool for our email lists and have used a few others but this by far is our favorite.

Great service to enhace your emial marketing strategy

Commentaires : I have come to this service once I have a bunch of emails for an eblast campaign and I was concerned about the email's quality, since those recipients were collected by my client from several employees all over his company. After using Email List Verify I realised that many of them were not valid so I earn some money on sending emails and I got best metrics avoiding those recipients who never would open the emails.

A bit expensive, although it makes you save money in the long term.
