Avantages :

I used many MDMs in the past and most are not the easiest to navigate. I also liked the integration with Android for Enterprise and the ease of deployments.

Inconvénients :

Not sure if that's a problem with my configuration, the device or Miradore, but it can be an issue.

Couldn't live without it!

Commentaires : This software allows to to control our fleet of mobile devices and track them. We started off with the free version but soon went to the full paid solution because of the tracking facilities and enterprise management features.

Avantages :

Tracking facilities and enterprise management features are the "cant live without" elements for me.

Inconvénients :

The price is the only thing that I like least but again its value for money when you compare it with other products on the market.

Successfull Mobile device Management on the way!!

Commentaires : We use to says, some others exist of course! But on the market, Miradore is one of the most efficient at this very low price

Avantages :

We like the easyless need our teams have to managed and apprpriate the software. Console is well designed and integration to Android, Apple and Windows is easy to manage. also, the way to renw Apple certificate to link with ABM/SBM Policies can be dependendly distributed to the user or the endpoint. Users, device and other settings can be directly mass imported to fastly deployment MDM policies in the company. Of course, support is a good assistant and very helpful in case of need.

Inconvénients :

Love in future to get other language than English because of some non IT profile that need to access in view only mode. Only three admin profil for users. It could be pleasant to manage some features directly by making our own admin profiles

Very frustrating support, poor BYOD Android implementation

Commentaires : We chose Miradore based on their marketing material and BYOD functionality. Our reality, at least for Android devices, has been very frustrating. We use Miradore to deploy and update custom Android and iOS software to our employees. iOS installation and functionality is satisfactory, but Miradore's tools fall well short of the mark on the Android side. The BYOD configuration process is very confusing to the end user. At the moment it requires a trained individual to walk the user through the process. We have one device where the app will not successfully configure itself, and provides no useful information as to why. Miradore support has been less than helpful. I've contacted them on 3 occasions, and each time gave up on the conversation because they challenged the facts I gave them. While they're the least expensive, the extra cost required to deploy the app, and the time spent arguing with support over the facts in my tickets do not make up for the discount. We are actively looking for a replacement.

Avantages :

It's the least expensive option for BYOD MDM

Inconvénients :

Installation and configuration of BYOD Android devices is poorly implemented, and rarely successful

MDM, complete, fast, reliable, friendly, good technical service.

Commentaires : From contact with the commercial side, having a demo and starting to implement and work, always with absolute support from MIRADORE. Since we have implemented the solution, we have never had any problems with the service, let's hope they continue working to keep it that way.

Avantages :

Its ease of implementation, very friendly interface with a very good user experience, having formidable support from its technical specialists. Very competitive price.

Inconvénients :

Nothing to report that has affected our implementation.

Miradore is good, but lacking in the iPhone area

Commentaires : Miradore was a quick turn around to get setup and purchased, especially with our necessity of getting this done quickly. Unfortunately, Miradore's functionality is limited in our environment due to requirements on Apple DEP to be working properly.

Avantages :

it is easy to stand-up and get running. configuring communication between Miradora and Apple DEP is well documented by Miradore. Reporting tools available to let you know when users uninstall miradore or a phone does not check in. Links with Apple volume license program account. Android configuration, maintenance, and setup works great.

Inconvénients :

Users are able to uninstall Miradore from iPhones if Apple DEP account is not connected. Due to issues with Apple DEP, we are unable to get full control of the iPhones with Miradore. can't push/block apple updates to iPhone or iPad.

Good, but expensive

Commentaires : Overall this MDM service was able to do everything I was looking for. Based on the cost (also being charged in USD) I began looking for alternatives and there are many of them just like Miradore that will not charge a minimum invoice fee. They may be lacking 1 or 2 features but these features would not make me choose miradore over others.

Avantages :

Was able to track all iPads easily. Adding apps/Black listing apps such as Find my iPhone is great. Customer service was quick and able to help me through the process of setting everything up. Messaging to individual devices was a plus.

Inconvénients :

Navigation is confusing The cost. Being a Non for Profit organization I was offered a discount, but that did not mean anything because they will charge you a minimum invoice amount. This does not make it ideal for any small business.

Commentaires : Overall I am very happy, in almost no time it improved my department's overall productivity.

Avantages :

Miradore just gets it. They innovate and are cutting edge with device management (Apple, Android, Windows), yet keep it easy to use. The interface is intuitive and is easy to figure out. I was able to get up and running within an hour.

Inconvénients :

While they are ahead of others in supporting Windows Management, it would be nice to see drop-downs instead of having to refer to Microsoft's documentation.

Good tool for small companies

Avantages :

It solved a problem that I did not find how to solve any other place. We have macbooks and android devices. the set up was straight forward

Inconvénients :

sometimes due to resets, communication is lost with devices. not sure if it's an apple issue or yours but my dashboard looks odd with some computers.

Great remote device management software

Commentaires : I set up all of our remote Android devices and windows laptops relatively easily. I manage the devices daily and can easily push new configurations to devices when needed. The software is easy to navigate and deployment is very quick and simple using QR codes.

Avantages :

I was new to RDM when I started using Miradore, but found it very easy to set up and navigate.

Inconvénients :

Android devices can still be factory hard reset even with the reset protection enabled. This may be more of an Android issue than a Miradore one, but they weren't able to advise me about how to remedy it.

Avantages :

The value for the productivity. We like that it is a cheaper platform, but you also get what you pay for.

Inconvénients :

That it is in a different time zone and the lack of customer service.

We manage 100 mobile phone with Miradore

Commentaires : We get more time efficiency and more flexibility to manage our phones at work. The use is very simple and it took no time to introiduce it to our IT tech.

Avantages :

The ease of use is great and it is cheap so it's a perfect software for us! It is eady to deploy and we love the way we can manage applications on the play store.

Inconvénients :

.Sometimes, the features are acting a bit weird and we need to wipe the phone and re engage it, it's a bit annoying but it don't happen very often

Most user friendly MDM on the market

Commentaires : All in all our users love Miradore because once the initial setup is done, it is easy to enroll new devices and retire old ones.

Avantages :

It is very user friendly, easy to learn, and the help content is really useful.

Inconvénients :

When users push out a profile or an application and it fails, there is not a lot of information on exactly why it failed. I haven't been able to find any logging or anything that tells you what is wrong exactly. It just kind of hangs up.

Ease of use. Logic of interface. Highly supportive help/chat provision. Apparent desire to provide exceptional service. Real pride.

Inconvénients :

Perhaps a user manual would help to refer to and aid the learning process. An opportunity for a forum would be good.

Commentaires : Very good management for smart phones. We can lock down phones and also find them if stolen.

Avantages :

Its been a really nice when we have had a problem. They have allways answered it very quickly. The AFW is really nice. We can use it to deploy apps and settings.

Inconvénients :

Least I like the managed google play store. There I cant quick approve the apps and also I cant just quickly check which apps actually need approving. I need to check each application manually. Also the Windows 10 support didnt seem to bring much to Miradore Online. The AFW deployment doesnt work properry atleast on Honor phones. We need to add permissions to the software client and also email client. Since it doesnt get them or something like that.

It does the job

Avantages :

Its pricing is quite reasonable, especially compared to other offerings.

Inconvénients :

Getting around the user interface takes a little practice. Compared to having used Meraki as an MDM, at least.

Commentaires : Setup was easy and we got started fine. The advanced features are not necessarily clear, and I could use some training with someone to configure it further.

Avantages :

Price is good for a non-profit/post-secondary school.

Inconvénients :

Can be slow to load, not all options easy to find in the web interface.

Avantages :

1. Ability to deploy simple profiles (WiFi networks) to devices remotely with the free level of service. 2. The enrollment process is simple and straightforward

Inconvénients :

Nothing comes to mind. It meets all our needs with the free tier, and the paid tier is reasonably priced if we ever require it.

Fantastic MDM with ease of use for both the end user and the administrators!

Commentaires : We had a very easy setup with Miradores MDM. we started with a few devices in the free model to test out the basic free stuff, then we moved on to test the full trial and we fell in love. Everything from the first setup to having everything in place was so easy and fast, we're surprised no other MDM-vendor has followed in the same footsteps. It has most of the features an MDM-solution should have, at least in our case. Application deployment is satisfactory and the ability to track each device via gps is a great addition which some of the largest MDM-vendors don't even have. If there's one negative thing to add, it's that the AD-sync don't support imports of already present groups. The support and staff we've been in Contact with have all been fantastic and it all feels very personal and professional. We highly recommend Miradore and their MDM-solution.

Commentaires : Great product, love being able to manage devices remotely and keep track of inventory.

Avantages :

ease of use, functionality, being able to reset phones without needing iCloud passwords

Inconvénients :

Tracking functionality does not work to well without the client installed on the device.
