"Love it"

Commentaires: Its very reliable and accurate.

Avantages: This DMS integrates with our CRM very well. Awesome and easy product to use once you understand the platform.

Inconvénients: The only thing we have happen is crashing.

"LIGHTYEAR"

Commentaires: IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A LEARNING EXPERIENCE AND WHEN WE 1ST GOT THE SYSTEM IN 2009 THERE WERE ALOT OF NICHE'S WITH THE SYSTEM BUT IT TOOK ABOUT 2 YEARS TO GET SOME OF THE THINGS FIXED BUT ONCE AGAIN WE HAD REYNOLDS BEFORE SO WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING WAS PROBABLY HIGH EXPECTATIONS BUT IN THE LAST FEW YEARS WE HAVE HAD LITTLE OR NO ISSUES WITH THE SYSTEM

Avantages: I LIKE THE EASE OF USE-YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A COMPUTER EXPERT TO USE THE SYSTEM AND PERFORM BASIC TASKS

Inconvénients: WELL COMING FROM REYNOLDS FOR ABOUT 9 YEARS IT WAS A DEFINITE SWITCH OF USER HABITS AND SOME REPORTS WERE NOT AS THOROUGH AS THE REYNOLDS REPORTS BUT REYNOLDS WAS A LITTLE HARDER TO USE UNTIL YOU GOT USED TO THE SYSTEM

"Very poor DMS. A lot of bugs"

Commentaires: No benefits, lots of headaches.

Avantages: There really isn't a whole lot to like here. You won't save enough money on this to ever make it worth while.

Inconvénients: The list is extensive. The software doesn't work all the time and there are a bunch of ticks that you will have to deal with. Any other software is better than this.

"Automotive compatible"

Commentaires: I was very skeptical when we were first installing this software, since then I have come to Love using this software. The support staff are wonderful people and always willing to help in any situation.

Avantages: The ability to associate the accounting with ease of using this software is very helpful. When using other software ,it would be a challenge to associate vehicle sales and service accounting. It is a very user friendly product that will stop you from making foolish mistakes, as if something is not posted as it should be, it will not let you post it.

Inconvénients: The thing that is the hardest to get used to using Dealerbuilt is that it is continually changing. I am sure that the updates are often needed, but can be confusing if not informed of the update being loaded.

"Dealbuilt User"

Commentaires: Dealerbuilt has what you need to get the job done. They do not shove cookie cutter modules down your throat. This software will integrate with you favorite 3rd party options. Have been a user for over 9 years

Avantages: Software is very easy to learn and use. Easily integrates with your favorite 3rd party software

Inconvénients: Very basic on certain modules. That is why is less expensive than other DMS

"Changing World"

Commentaires: First off I find the support invaluable, everything I need and the company I work for needs can be found in a timely seamless way. It is specifically designed for your needs.

Avantages: DealerBuilt is capable of adapting to your specific needs. The programs can be customized to a company's changing requirements. It is "USER" friendly, which allows employees speed and accuracy.

Inconvénients: This question is the hardest to answer, it has been my experience that if something was not working to our best capability we were able to have a feature added or removed.

"Sofware feedback"

Avantages: Most impact features include the ability to create shortcut keys in order to post service tickets quicker, as well as being able to receive help via remote desktop when an issue does arise it is usually resolved fairly quickly. This software is all I have ever known at my current employment so I cannot compare to another.

Inconvénients: When a pop up message error occurs saying are you sure you want to do whatever that is frustrating to me because I obviously clicked on it because that is what I wanted to do in the first place. Otherwise, I cannot think of any issues off the top of my head that make me dislike this software.

"The DealerBuilt System"

Commentaires: Excellent DMS system. Very simple to navigate thru.

Avantages: The diversity of use. You can enter information in one screen and it shows up in most of the other screens.

Inconvénients: Not all features are 100% accessible. Some of the options that seem to be available, are not yet usable.

Avantages: I USE DEALER BUILT FOR CASH RECEIPTS AND INVENTORYING VEHICLES IN LOVE HOW WHEN YOU HAVE A MISTAKE IT ALERTS YOU SO YOU CAN FIX IT.

"PALMIERO SERVICE MANAGER"

Commentaires: Was very easy to learn it. Has been great getting help with any type of issue. They stand behind their product very well.

Avantages: The ease of using several windows at a time. You don't have to get out of something to see something else.

Inconvénients: There are a couple glitches about seeing history when your in the process of write up with an internal ro. Also that the information doesn't combine to the customer history when one is wrote up as internal and another wrote up as customer once the vehicle is sold. There seems to be blocks that doesn't allow it to merge.

"A good web-based system."

Avantages: The system we were using before Dealer Built was only partially web-based, so I love that Dealer Built is web based.

Inconvénients: Being limited by being able to use only existing reports and the complexity of learning to use SAP Crystal Reports.

"Dealerbuilt at a glance"

Commentaires: I have noticed quite a few shortcuts along with other stuff that makes this girl and everyone for that matter

Avantages: There are a lot of hidden time saving features. The layout is pretty expansive as far as the icons across the top go and also straight forward. I like the favorites tab so you can easily locate your most used tabs and not waste a lot of time searching.

Inconvénients: I do not like that the payroll portion is unable to pull the correct hours over for employees. Tech time and clock hours are adding together causing some employees to be overpaid .

"Easy to use DMS"

Avantages: Very easy to use. If a problem occurs the support team is on it so the issues are corrected quickly.

Inconvénients: I havent had any problems with this product. Little bugs here and there but as stated above the support team is amazing

"Great software and support"
