According to Top Notepad it is very easy to use for Business purposes and payment purposes for billing and noting on the purposes of Notes, It is mostly used for specific reasons and important reasons in Billing or costs to be remembered and noted down, It doesn't have a lack or bug which erases or doesnt work properly it is well used and worked very nicely, and has no lagging.

Inconvénients :

Specifically no least about the software but could improve in other ways of recovering all the notes if deleted or add some new features for notification, reminders or faster information.

For me the most impactful features are the tax calculation and online payments. Aside from the fact that it is easy to use, when I started my online business out from scratch I use to do things manually as a process. Integrating the software to the current business processes is smooth. In simple terms, this software is just the most simple and easy to use specially for a newbie like me. There's a feature that this software has and makes it interesting. It is the customizable invoicing. Depending on the customer's or client's need, this feature come in handy.

Inconvénients :

I don't feel that there are any more features that are missing or could be improved. I think it is very optimized for us users convenience. There are also no aspects of this product that are difficult to use. I integrated it to my existing business easily but If I were to suggest, I'll say remove the customizable invoicing. That way the client's need to conform to a certain system and not make favors.

TopNotepad is a great invoicing and accounting software for a user that not having a strong background on accounting, but need a simple and easy software to do it. The interface of the dashboard is simplistic enough that a novice user can start learning to use it themself.

Inconvénients :

Even though the software is quite simple to use, it still be really helpful if they can provide a deep learning video tutorial so new user can really have a complete learning of all the feature in the software. All other thing is quite standard.

Top Notepad is great for billing and invoicing

Commentaires : starting days were struggleful as no one is there to help us out. There is one folk in sales team who knows about the product, but we can not reach him always and when we tried to contact support that was not up to the mark. But as time goes we are getting used to of this product and now we just love it working on this.

Avantages :

we like the most is billing and invoicing part. Earlier we were using tally for all our accounting purpose but with top notepad we have got great GUI and user friendly environment. Even we can do CRM, vendor MANAGEMENT, inventory management and financial management. SO its one-in-all kind of product which you can use for daily work in your organisation

Inconvénients :

earlier we were struggled with the Top Notepad, and we tried to read the customer support, even they wee not aware of options and how to fi something which is not working for us...

Commentaires : Have been using this product for like 4 months now. It very simple to use, the interface is clean with absolutely no clutter. I mostly use it for estimates, invoicing and logging my expenses, it takes literally less than 15 minutes a day to do all my invoices and log all my expenses. Did not use their leads management module yet, while it is available to me under the same subscription.

Commentaires : TopNotepad is a no-nonsense software. It feels like your natural extension, it shows you what you want to see and would seek minimum information. Example: you need not have email of a client to bill a client, just name is good. A few softwares I used, have email as compulsory field. Another example, in real world, a lot of times invoices are not paid in full in just one payment, it let's you log partial payments.I use all the other features as well, like logging my expenses, managing leads and tracking my books. The experience has been great so far.

Avantages :

Very very user friendly. Even the least technical person can use it without any help. The in application tutorial are great step-by-step guide. You can play as many times.

Easiest VAT Accounting Software

Avantages :

Issuing VAT compliant invoices in English/Arabic to tracking VAT liability and getting ready for VAT returns filing, all of it can be achieved using this one software. Great tool for those who do not know Arabic, as the software takes care of the Arabic portion of the invoice.

Inconvénients :

The description section of invoice template doesn't convert the English text to Arabic, am having to use Google translate every time, if this feature can be made available it will be very helpful.

I have been using this product for 2 months now, upgraded just a month ago after thoroughly checking each and every feature, I found it to be much easier than QB. Billing clients is simple, tracking unpaid invoices, payments is easy. VAT reports can be easily downloaded.

An option to schedule recurring invoices and having an auto-reconciliation feature can make it the best tool.

Inconvénients :

Pricing can be better. Can keep up with the market by adding more features and giving more competition to Zoho Expenses. There is nothing much that one can dislike about the software.
