Excellent customer service, product good so far.

Commentaires : I'm new so the functioning is hard for me to rate but so far so good.

Avantages :

Honestly, It's the best I have experienced with any company ever (including Clover which is pretty good) I've worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. They have all been polite, helpful, and very polite (they don't make ya feel dumb for asking) as well as super quick to respond. I have honestly not needed a call because the chat actually is clearer, quicker, and more efficient. I bet their call help is just as good. Other tech companies could take a lesson from their chat support team.

Inconvénients :

It is a little hard to learn but I am new. I think It's just going to take some time like any other software.

Switching to Shopventory was the BEST decision for our company!

Commentaires : The switch the Shopventory has been the best decesion we could have made for our company. All of the employees are an absolute JOY to work with! If you have any issues they make sure to resolve the issue quick, as well as make sure you are updated throughout the process.

Avantages :

Shopventory is very easy to navigate, and they listen to your needs/concerns when it comes to suggestions about the program.We have been able to easily track our inventory and manufacturing without frustrations since switching!

Inconvénients :

We signed up for Shopventory when the assemblies feature was being created, so that feature has some updates it can use, but does not make the feature un-usable.We do not like the updated PO/Internal transfer feature. It is hard for us to search by completed PO's as it defaults to show you everything but that.

The customer service and support team are one of the best I've worked with! Someone was always available to answer my many questions with little to no wait time in the chat box. Easy to set up and I always knew I had support if I needed it.

Inconvénients :

I wish there had been the option to integrate with Metafields, as we are moving heavily in that direction for our storefront.

Customer Service Is Excellent!

Commentaires : The customer service is excellent, but the PO format doesn't work well for us so I make adjustments where they are needed.

Avantages :

As there are some features/fields that are not available on the PO the customer service reps have always done their best suggesting other options.

Inconvénients :

"Terms" is not an option on the PO's so this is the most difficult thing to adjust, but I have an alternative that works "Okay"

Commentaires : We're happy with Shopventory. There's been a little bit of a learning curve, but overall we find it to be well worth the investment, and our in store and online business would be much more difficult to manage without Shopventory.

Avantages :

Between our store and website, when we sell product our inventory needs to remain accurate so that we don't oversell and make our customers angry. Shopventory does this for us. The only other functionality I use is bundling. For retail, Shopventory is nice for bundling parts or products together, and keeping inventory numbers square. While it's not part of my job, we also use Shopventory to manage our vendors and purchase orders, which I know has been extremely helpful for our purchasing team.

Inconvénients :

When I'm chatting with the first level of customer service, who does a phenomenal job, my issue gets resolved about 80% of the time. They're responsive, readily available, and easy to work with. However, when they can't troubleshoot an issue, and the issue goes to the engineers, it really feels like my issue goes into this weird No Man's Land where my chances of getting a timely response are really low. And I really do see that Shopventory has identified and taken steps to alleviate that issue. I've actually gotten really incredible 5-star help with some issues - it just hasn't seem to speed up the process with the engineers at all, so when my issues goes to an engineer, it's just more worth my time to delete and recreate a listing rather than wait.

Customer Service is AMAZING

Commentaires : Using the Clover POS is a nightmare for inventory control. It constantly loses information after it's been entered in. Thrive completely changed that for us! Now all of our inventory is bang on. It's easy to check activity on any sku and figure out where discrepancies may have happened.

Avantages :

Simple and easy to use interface. Customer service is by far the standout feature at Thrive. The entire team is SUPER helpful and are there to answer any questions you might have. When we first started with Thrive, I chatted with them almost daily for two months as I figured everything out. Absolutely fantastic!

Inconvénients :

The jump between their pricing tiers is kind of ridiculous and the next tier is very expensive. It would be great if you could add features a la carte. Also dislike that it counts gift cards as sales.

Amazed every time I learn something new

Avantages :

you just changed my world... next thing I will be learning is bundles... after years of working with clover and getting no help. we can finally sell things correctly. we have been taking a loss on by the pound sales for years by rounding down in the customers favor because we couldn't sell units correctly

Inconvénients :

There are still a couple of bugs with clover. And some missing integrations I don't see attributes anywhere but I may be wrong

Shopventory Has Helped Manage Our Inventory

Commentaires : The customer service at Shopventory is amazing! The inventory management has really been great. I love the detailed reports. It’s a great addition to our Shopify account.

Avantages :

I like the cost averaging feature, first in/first out for products and being able to add freight costs to purchase orders. I also like all the notes you can add in.

Inconvénients :

You can make any adjustments in Shopify because Shopventory will override them. No barcode/scanning options on the Standard plan.

Simple yet great!

Commentaires : My overall experience with the software was great, and cannot really fault it. My business used this software for around 12 months while the company sold merchandise.

Avantages :

I like that its pretty straight forward and self explanatory. It doesn't take someone with a lot of previous inventory knowledge to pick up and start using this software from day one.

Inconvénients :

It doesn't have all the features that some alternatives softwares have.

Pretty Good Product with Great Customer Service

Avantages :

I needed something to help me track my inventory better that also integrated with my Square POS and Shopventory did the trick. It was kind of difficult to set up but the customer support was amazing and they helped me every step of the way. I probably took at least 2+ hours of their time just to help me set up a free trial account. The main reason I signed up for it was to get functionality that wasn't present in square such as setting COGS. Overall I am happy but hope to see some feature improvements in the future.

Inconvénients :

A few drawbacks which make Shopventory difficult to use: No mobile app. This is a pretty painful pill to swallow to be honest. As a small business owner, often times I can only go shopping for ingredients when I have some spare time. Having the ability to check stock levels in real on my phone while i'm shopping would be a huge win. Currently, I try to login to their website on my phone but it isn't even mobile friendly which can be quite frustrating at times. After speaking with support it's also clear this isn't even on the horizon. Upsell quickbooks integration: Not a huge fan of paid SaaS products that lock out features for an additional fee. Quickbooks integration will cost you an extra, which DOUBLES the price of the product. If it's already been developed, why not just include it into the subscription? There's nothing I hate more than feeling like I'm being nickel and dimed. Overall I will continue to use this product as I have already set it up, but it's likely I will look for something in the future that has a mobile app as that functionality is just too important for me at the moment.

Robust with Incredible Customer Support

Commentaires : Shopventy has enabled us to do business in a way that I could have only dreamed of. Since the launch of shopventory we have experienced some our largest internal developments and growth. It has helped us grow and further develop new uses for Shopventory. Key features that have been the most impactful: Shopventroy enables us to add, remove stock adjust via desktop or mobile application with low latency. Shopventroy enables us to add, edit, or remove a product and reflects that change on our e-commerce POS or our brick and mortar POS without needing to make further changes on other applications. Everything happens in Shopventory. Shopventory allows for multiple users, or in our use case, an entire department to update stock during our manufacturing process on a mounted tablet. Shopventory's detailed reporting and low stock alerts has enabled us to make smarter manufacturing decisions.

Avantages :

Integrates seamlessly into existing business software and POS's such as Clover & Shopify. Ability to sync stock and update product info across multiple platforms with a reasonably low latency.

Inconvénients :

There are some software quirks and nuances that are odd, but they are easy to become familiar with and the development team pushes out regular software updates (daily to weekly).

The customer service I think is the best feature. They are pretty responsive and pretty friendly.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was a bit more options/features for bulk import/export and updates. If you have a lot of products, those options are the best. Also, wish the woocommerce integration was a bit better with more dynamic controls.

Avantages :

Once I worked out the variant stuff (thanks for all your help [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!!!) it was fantastic for creating items with multiple ingredients. I found it more accurate than any stock system I had used before, and it's integration with Square fast and seamless. The customer service is INSANELY good! Thanks for all your help guys. Once the global madness is over, we'll be right back.

Inconvénients :

I would like the stocktaking process to be simpler, and more customisation with report start and finish times. Also, please more decimal points for variants! For us as a business, we use Shopventory most to get a 'value used' figure at the conclusion of each week- this is the value sold + any wastage & comp stock, so as to determine the weekly cost of goods sold. I'm able to use my own spreadsheet in conjunction with Shopventory to get the figure, but I would love to be able to do it in one click through the platform.

Management of my inventory, I have 2 physical stores and I can integrate with Shopify.

Inconvénients :

I would like to have an option to synchronize with Shopify or not, after inserting a product into a system. But we don't have this option. It's automatically synchronized with Shopify. It's terrible.

Feature are pretty simple. I love the fact that you can see what is saved and what is not saved. I love that it will not let you duplicate anything.

No help on weekends! When something really bad would happen it will hold up my business

Commentaires : I've had a great experience with Shopventory thus far.

Avantages :

Easy to problem solve and navigate. Works with the credit card processing I was currently using (PayPal Here). Great customer service. They give you exactly what you need without trying to upsell you on every little thing.

Inconvénients :

It doesn't work as smoothly with PayPal Here as I would have hoped and those are the troubles I've encountered, however, I don't fault the software for that.

The Best Customer Experience!

Avantages :

I like how easy it is to maneuver through options. The ability to change or update product on the fly by single items or in bulk. If you have a question, the ability to chat with someone is FAST and informative, with videos and snapshots to help understand complex issues or tasks.

Inconvénients :

I would say that the one thing that I would mention, is that before anyone updates, imports or exports their inventory, they should make sure that everything is updated first in the user system through Variants. Also that Shopventory is the main hub and the subsidiaries are your In-Store kiosk and Shopify. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] at Shopventory made sure to educate me on this, considering I was taking over a project already started. Shopventory has no cons, just would suggest a heads up at the beginning like [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] did for me.

When they make updates sometimes i get lost trying to find how to do functions. Mostly I have to call my manager to walk me through it as she uses for the shop continuously

Avantages :

It is a great value. Good reporting, good tools to manage inventory. Great support! They are constantly improving the product. Perfect for managing multiple locations with the Clover Station.

Inconvénients :

Don't really have any dislikes. If I have, they have made changes and updated to address my concerns.

An excellent program

Commentaires : My company has used four different programs for POS and retail in the past six years. The Shopventory team worked patiently with me to make the transition to them as easy as possible. I am thankful for their support.

Avantages :

The customer service is excellent! Unlike many other programs I've used, the Shopventory team answers your queries quickly and efficiently. They almost always understood my issues and were able to solve them right away. They're incredibly professional and nice to deal with.

Inconvénients :

Bulk loading items into inventory and running barcodes can be tedious

One of the best 3rd party Inventory management software out there

Commentaires : We run a retail chain and have tons of inventory we manage. 2 warehouses, and 10 locations. All being managed via Shopventory for a yr plus. Support has been absolutely great along the way,

Avantages :

Cloud based, integrates with so many POS's, consistently releasing new features,

Inconvénients :

None that I can think of at the moment. It used to be reporting, but they just released an update to address a lot of that.

Looks good, but has a surprising amount of limitations for an inventory system

Commentaires : I was sold on the Demo that was provided, but after getting into the weeds of the product I learned more about what our company needed and was shocked at how many limitations there are. We are now in the process of finding a more robust system.

Avantages :

It can integrate 2 shopify stores into 1 inventory source.

Inconvénients :

The list is pretty lengthy. Hopefully they can be fixed, but I've not seen any progress or even mention of progress over the past several months of using this software. - Can't edit or update POs - Can't see sku numbers when updating inventory at a product level - PAR inventory levels on auto POs don't factor anything that is already on order - Can't search for a PO by part number Those are just a few off the top of my head...

Multiple Integrations + Excellent Support

Commentaires : The inventory management + reporting have saved our sanity since staring with Thrive. Plus, their support really is the best! They are quick to respond + find an answer.

Avantages :

Allowing us to link our Shopify online store + our Clover physical stores has been a sanity saver! Being able to track the inventories movement from one location to the other is extremely helpful.

Inconvénients :

We would love to be able to link with our CommentSold app, but that's pretty minor.
