Commentaires : It cost less than we thought, it works better than we thought and looking back, we don't really know how we operated without it. For anyone looking for Field Sevice Software, this is it!

Avantages :

After our FREE demo session, Spira's highly knowledgable team, we realized how much we could increase our workflow using the computers and devices we already had. Being able to instantly submit tickets from the field, saved us so much time and headaches.

Inconvénients :

It as not as playful or colourful as other demos we looked at from other companies, however, the functionality and customer support won in the end!

Commentaires : our requested application was very unique and ground breaking but the Spira team kept adapting to changes. Sales team really needed to be more aware of product and that would have cut implementation time drastically.

Avantages :

Huge amount of flexibility in the design and implementation to help meet many business needs. Great customer support from the development team

Inconvénients :

Sales team not 100% familiar with product limitations which caused implementation hurdles. Product could use some better macros to reduce clicking andprovide a more user friendly environment.

Commentaires : Scheduling and job costing are some of the strongest features for our business. We have not had success in rolling out the dispatching of jobs/tickets as the process still seems too cumbersome. We are hoping the process gets polished soon so we can implement that element into our business.

Avantages :

Being able to copy tickets is a great feature.

Inconvénients :

We have several issues with Spira that we wish we could change. Things like being able to have the job board color coded for each job type. Also being able to view the job board on an actual calendar layout would be very useful. Another issues is when copying tickets the items do not always stay in the same order which defeats the whole purpose of copying a ticket in the first place. Those are a couple issues that come to mind at the moment.

Great Field Ticketing Solution

Commentaires : Great to work with and accommodated specific company nuances.

Avantages :

Fit our needs exactly. Needed dispatch, field tickets and office accounting integration. System can control field discounts, track all expenses, tracks revenues, and monitors utilization. Great team helped with specific nuances we needed and were very "hands on." Price point of software met our budget and was more value for the dollar than compared software companies.

Inconvénients :

We implemented during some software changes on Spira's side so the administrator software side was a little fragmented between two different places. They were merging those two platforms though so that issue was resolved.

Commentaires : The support is fantastic - there have been some issues with the updated app. The first update we were not even aware was happening and then experienced multiple
Issues. That being said support was able to work thru the issues and helped right away.

Avantages :

All information is there for the accounting side of things. The reports are awesome!

Inconvénients :

It can be fairly temperamental for the guys using it out in the field - for example their iPads have to be charged almost to 100% in order for it to work properly and it keeps throwing guys into Demo mode which causes us to loose tickets.

Off-line functionality in a very powerful package

Avantages :

The off-line functionality is perfect for working in the oilfield where cell and internet reception is mediocre at best. You can run an entire operation department out of Spira easily; dispatching, creating bids and tickets, adjusting prices per customer or job.

Inconvénients :

No features are missing, it can just be confusing to move around within the software without training.

Long term user

Avantages :

Spira is easy to understand once it is set up and fully integrated. It is easy to use for end-users that are not necessarily computer-savvy.

Inconvénients :

Synchronization between the stand-alone clients and the corporate side is sometimes a challenge with users that are not online often.

Commentaires : We have been using Spira for 10 years, it continues to improve. The main feature we use it for is field invoicing which Spira does a great job.

Avantages :

I like the ease of use from administration to field off line capabilities.

Inconvénients :

The software is so powerful to understand all its features more training is required.

Lots of great features and it was easy to get it customized were we needed it. The implementation team were great to work with

Inconvénients :

Some of the items like working in the price book (creating at first) is not intuitive but it just needs a bit of practice
