Inconvénients :

Avantages :

the best thing is that patient review you on Google, not on Practo etc. Also patient receives message from Odontos not Bestosys or anything else.

Inconvénients :

Nothing , except needs better Tablet app

Excellent Dental Practice Management Software

Commentaires : Excellent support especially from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who I've been contacting from day 1. Remote Support is extra ordinary. Especially needed in early days.

Avantages :

Helps in automation and communication. Very much customizable and packs a lot of features. What's app communication is the best.

Inconvénients :

It does cost a bit to use the software. But we'll worth it I would say. Can get economical over time. Would love to have an integrated logo that is customizable. Also, certain messages are generic when sent from the back end. Would love to add a personal touch to that.

Appreciate your time on the review. SMS templates in India require prior approval. WA templates are completely customizable as desired.

Commentaires : Overall the experience has been quite exciting. Always recommended to any one asking / seeking for such solutions.

Avantages :

The depth of each feature it covers is simply amazing. It just mimics the natural workflow which we experience in day to day management of our clinic. The after sales support is simply impeccable. People are highly courteous and empathize with our the pain points and provide a quick solution.

Inconvénients :

User Interface and User Experience needs good amount of improvement. A Simple, Stable, Fast Mobile App with minimum functionalities wud be a good to have.

Best practice management software

Commentaires : It's easy to manage data from anywhere.
I get details of numbers in a second. I can easily track patient and my growth.

Avantages :

I like most about bestosys is detailed Data entries and what's app messaging system.

Inconvénients :

I have not started dental charting images yet. That I don't like. I find it complicated.

Avantages :

Excellent features for clinic management, Whatsapp automation allow notification to patient on whatsapp.

Inconvénients :

We are yet to use it to its full potential, mobile app could have more features.

Good software, relatively easy to use. Has many features like CRM, billing, etc.

Great consolidation of features

Commentaires : Very good and keeps the patient informed abt appointments and instructions

Avantages :

Most impactful feature for me as a daily user is post op instructions sent on whats app to the patient with respect to each procedure done, which can be preset procedure wise, makes life very easy for both doctors and patients and the appointment reminder feature which makes sure that the patient has received a reminder keeping them punctual

Inconvénients :

Mobile software needs upgradation to a certain extent which will make it the best software on the market

Commentaires : I like the multi-functional and versatile application of BestoSys. It has made our record keeping very easy and safe.

Avantages :

I like the way it is designed for the dental clinic. It encompasses a lot of things that are required for the smooth operation.

Inconvénients :

I wish, the perio charting was more upto date. Recalls could be managed in an easier way.

Avantages :

Most impactful feature is its integration to social media platforms. Patient access to records online through personalised app is great as it enhances the brand value of our practice. Recently added watsapp messaging , personal as well as bulk , gives ease of communication and helps to market paractice better.

Inconvénients :

More automation needed because of sheer size of the software which makes accessing each and every feature difficult. May be a wizard can be added which can guide the user to help activate all the features while installing.

Ease of use. It refreshes very quickly. The integration of the app with the phone contact is helpful

iOS support. There are many times when the iPhone does not sync data quickly

Commentaires : The overall experience has been amazing. The team has been able to replicate the exact patient flow and almost all different instances we go through with the patient and digitalize the records. Also the practice growth features have been amazingly integrated to provide a centralized and seamless experience to the patients.

Number of Features, Depth of Features, Focus towards Practice Growth, Pricing, Customer Service, Value of Customer Voice!

Inconvénients :

Scope to improve ease of use, reduce learning curve, UI and UX.

Commentaires : Easy to keep record of the patients multiple visit with the diagnostic x-rays.User and patient friendly

Avantages :

Prescription can be sent to patients via whtsapp and messages.Dose, timings and quantity of medicines to be taken are well explained.It gives entire view of the symptoms,diagnosis,treatment plan options with cost.Helps us to keep the records and date of visit of the patients.

Inconvénients :

U should have a portal so that patient can have a one to one word with the doctor,may be through messages.

Thanks for the feedback Dr Pooja. Most doctors prefer the patient to come for a consultation. Text messages are prone to miscommunication, thus can hurt the patient, and consequently expose the doctor to legal risk. That's why we do not provide such feature. Do keep sharing feedback :-)

Avantages :

Very good patient management tool. User friendly. Easy billing, effective dental office to patient communcation and amazing statistical analysis. Effecient customer support by team Bestosys. I would say an asset to any dental practice.

Inconvénients :

Ios app not as good as Android.Need to expand more function in mobile app.

Avantages :

One thing very much i like is it will send the Reminder automatically to the patient sometime we will forgot to inform the patient so it will very useful for me overall nice Software when i start to use this software i have lot of issue then [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is the person he will help me a lot when ever i call he will come online he will check and he clear all my doughts.

Inconvénients :

Overall good but if this software run offline too then it will great Summary bases if i get overall graph from start to end it will very help.

Avantages :

It has all the functionality anyone wants. Bestosys has amazing feature of personalised message fascility . It is user friendly also. It has quick access to patients record, proper billing system, practice tracking system, monthly reports, lab assignments , simple accounting, excellent backoffice support, user friendly patient portal and what not. Bestosys is just Amazing!!!

Inconvénients :

It should have templates to choose for billing patterns and prescription formates. It sometimes looses connectivity.

Best For Practice Branding

Commentaires : Bestosys has helped me in a great way to retain my existing clients at no extra cost which I think is the best thing.

Avantages :

The best thing about this software is that it lets you brand your practice via custom Sender ID. It has templates that can be readily used for retargeting.

Inconvénients :

The UI of the software is good but still there is a scope for improvement and I hope it will happen over a period of time.

Best Dental software made ever

Avantages :

Bestosys is best software I have ever used in my 21 years of practice. This is my 3rd dental software. I have used Saral, for so many years I was a Practo user and now using Bestosys for more than 3 years. All those features which are in bestosys, others cannot even think about them

Inconvénients :

I am still to find any cons in it.......
