En savoir plus sur Nutshell
Les équipes de vente adorent Nutshell. Bénéficiez d'outils de premier ordre, d'intégrations permettant de gagner du temps et d'une assistance en direct de classe mondiale.
One of the cool functions is that it integrates with email, so when you have communications with customers, it automatically shows in the tool.
I think more training on set up, warnings issued at set up and common pitfalls at set up would avoid harmful bulk uploads making irreversible upload mistakes.

Avantages :
L'interface est moderne, les rapports analytiques sont détaillés, je n'ai eu aucun soucis pour la prise en main
Inconvénients :
Le support client est à revoir, beaucoup trop lent.

Alternatives envisagées :
Bang for your Buck
Commentaires : Great! It helps the team stay on track whether it's sales or implementation.
Avantages :
Reporting and filtering reports. Keeping a track record of our leads.
Inconvénients :
Have to move over to pro to get more then one sales process. Pro is so expensive.
Alternatives envisagées :
A value for money product but be warned it is very buggy!
Commentaires : Generally speaking, the software is easy to use and also easy to setup however it is frustrating that there are bugs in some of the basic software components
Avantages :
Nutshell is a cost-effective product. Most other similar products are a lot more expensive. One of the unique things about Nutshell is its custom email templates which engage placeholder settings. This means you can customise an email template but include elements or placeholders that need to be customised on a per-email basis so the software will not let you send the email unless the placeholder is attended to.
Inconvénients :
Sadly Nutshell is very buggy and the CS and developer teams seem completely uninterested in resolving my complaints about the software. These are basic features mainly within the templating software which I have told Nutshell about countless times, yet they seem uninterested in resolving them. Sadly the bugs can make for a frustrating experience on some occasions. What is even more annoying is that they continue to turn out useless features that are half-baked rather than spending some time fixing the issues at the centre of their core product.

Simple to Use for those who have not used CRM's before
Commentaires : This is used to track our quotes and hase been helpful on stopping quotes from slipping through the cracks.
Avantages :
This was an easy to implement software for those who have never used a CRM in the past. User friendly for basic functionality.
Inconvénients :
I would like to see more ability to keep lead information separated. There are many leads that have the same companies and people but are not relevant to one another, and unfortunately it all gets lumped together.
Alternatives envisagées :
Best Value for the Money; Don't Have to Sacrifice Much; Perfect for small up to medium size co.
Commentaires : I've used Nutshell for 10+ years and I've also got three of my consulting clients to start using it. Everyone is very happy. The biggest challenge is not getting people to use Nutshell, it's getting people to use a CRM at all. It's getting them to stop their chaotic disorganized habits and come together to bring all our critical information into one place. We also just started using it for sales tracking and license renewals and it's turning out to be very functional and flexible for that too.
Avantages :
Easy and simple to set up and maintain. Very powerful and effective in turning our chaotic spreadsheets and inconsistent behaviors into a well-oiled machine.
Inconvénients :
Some of the UI details are not intuitive. We would like more robust forms for capturing leads and customer intent.
Long Time User
Commentaires : Excellent. They are reachable, option to suggestion, and over the 4 years I have used it they have added many of the features I have asked for; as I'm sure I wasn't the only one requesting them. This demonstrates a company that listens to it's users.
Avantages :
I was tasked with finding a CRM and did extensive research. I chose Nutshell and have never looked back. This CRM is super user friendly and easy to train sales people who are usually up and running within 30 minutes. This is NOT Salesforce - no degree required to use it! lolI love Nutshell so much, that I recommend it to my other customers who retain me to manage their marketing. I have over 6 customers using Nutshell and they are all happy with the product!
Inconvénients :
There are a few features I would like to see added... when "starring" the main contact within the company filed- that information should bleed through to the lead, or at least have the same option available within the lead. That same "starred" contact should move to the 1st place in the contact list.

Awesome CRM for our team!
Commentaires : Overall we've been satisfied with Nutshell for years now, it works great for our team and anytime updates and changes are announced they are always even better. The support team really makes a difference too!
Avantages :
Integration and onboarding were easy and quick, so many great features for our sales and marketing teams, task setting and email integration are great!
Inconvénients :
We really don't have negative feedback for Nutshell, there are some features we don't use but not because they are difficult to use, just not necessary for our business.
Alternatives envisagées :
Nutshell in a Nutshell
Commentaires : overall we have see an increase to our responses on email marketing
Avantages :
the product is easy to use. i like the ability to create multiple email campaigns in a little amount of time
Inconvénients :
I wish some of the design areas could be more detailed/ more features
A good tool for small businesses
Commentaires : Good overall experience
Avantages :
1- friendly2- relatively fast training compared to other softwares
Inconvénients :
1- some parameters are difficult to customize (e.g. linking the lead to an invoice, linking the lead to a ''priority'' criterion, etc.)2- Nutshell sees the enterprise admin as a user (who needs to pay) while it just adds new users and gives them proper access and data backup. It's not really fair.
Great CRM tool
Commentaires : Simple to use, easy to navigate, effective
Avantages :
Our company lives in Nutshell daily. We do majority of our reporting from this platform and it is very simple to use and onboard new employees. These are the most common tools that we are using it for. Pipeline management, activity reporting, bookings/sales tracking, trip planning/mapping, scheduling follow-ups, and email campaigns. Once we realized all the capabilities it had to offer, it became the staple of our business.
Inconvénients :
I wish that we could incorporate it with some of the other tools that we use. We recently started using a platform called "Sales OS" and it allows you to connect your CRM to it but Nutshell isn't a compatible option.
Cody Forrester - Playwire - Review
Commentaires : I don't have many issues with Nutshell. Just the notes listed above about generating leads in the leads section and the constant duplicate question for contacts not even close. I do enjoy the drip campaign feature and if someone views my email or clicks an attached link
Avantages :
I enjoy being able to see if someone has seen my email and also who clicks on links attached. I also enjoy utilizing the drip campaign feature
Inconvénients :
Leads section is extremely cumbersome generating leads. Also almost every contact I input it is constantly asking if that contact is a duplicate even though it is nowhere close

An Elegant Yet Powerful CRM
Commentaires : We are now better organized with our sales process and are more collaborative. This allows us to keep our important information in one place that is easy to use and work as a team to get things done!
Avantages :
I love the filtering ability with our companies and people lists. It allows us to really drill down and get the exact metrics we want. We are better able to see a lot of information at a glance in a dynamic way.
Inconvénients :
I would love more options when emailing groups of people in the system. Currently, I need to only use templates when emailing groups and I would like to be able to type out the email in one shot instead.
Alternatives envisagées :
Nutshell product review
Commentaires : I have used a number of different systems including Zoho, Hubspot, Pipedrive. I like Nutshell's flexibility and ease of use.
Avantages :
Tags - are the most used feature - so I can easily segment lists. The ability to sort with multiple tags. Easy importing from a spreadsheet.
Inconvénients :
Having to add a tag into the system BEFORE uploading a contact spreadsheet. If the tag doesn't already exist - the import fails. Which is an extra step and a waste of time.
Good starter CRM
Commentaires : Consolidated location for prospects and communication history.
Avantages :
We explored a number of CRM solutions and initially selected Insightly after trying to get Tiger CRM working. Insightly functionality was too limiting and consequently was not being used. Our second round of trials lead us to Nutshell, which we have been using for about two years. We found Nutshell to be reasonably robust and easy to use. We have been using it for about two years now. We have about 30,000 contacts and 11,000 companies.
Inconvénients :
We are now running into some functional issues which we have to address with addons, including Mailjet for email campaigns and Zapier for data transfer. The lack of a quoting interface, manual address entry into Quickbooks, lack of phone integration, and incomplete email integration. With the exception of QB integration, the other functions can be addressed with more addons. By the time we get done adding on the functional holes, the price becomes quite high. The reliance on addons also means that the system becomes unwieldy; a different system, management interface, and subscription for each function. At this time, I don't think there is a good solution for QB integration at all. This may not be significant since QB for Manufacturing is below our needs anyway. Our next step may be to use PostBooks, Xtuple, or some other MRP system that includes CRM. But, those also carry their own management burdens and costs. Nutshell does have a reasonable email interface to send correspondence through our IMAP server, but the markup tags are cumbersome, are error prone, has no CC or BCC field, and the reply emails don't populate under the Nutshell customer(s). Consequently, only half of the conversation is visible. Of all of the above, this is the most significant limitation at this point.
Nutshell was provided to me my boss to help track and organize sales calls.
Avantages :
I like that it holds all the information for my accounts and that I can set reminders for phone calls.
Inconvénients :
I wish everything on the lead for a shop page showed up on the store page, i'm always having to flip from page to page to get a name and it seems redundant and time consuming to re input that information everytime I start a new lead when I just put it on the store page. Same with logged activities, I often have an activity on an account and then I have to put one on the lead I wish the activity showed up on both. For my use all calls are for the same purpose and it doesn't make sense to have two places to put independent activities. This creates a sense of Deja Vu or worse I call someone a second time and don't realize until they pick up which hurts my cause. I don't like that I have to assign a time to a phone call, my days are hectic and I can't keep to a strict schedule so things slip into unlogged activities and go missed and my day seems way more hectic than it is. I wish it was just a daily list so I could let my day evolve, I also do CS and warranty at my job so this time stamp constantly makes me feel behind the gun and I spend a lot of time just updated and re-organizing nutshell, time that I should be spending selling.

Hi Mike, We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback- I sense your frustration and perhaps there is something that one of our customer service reps can help you with as far as logging leads, activities etc. I will have someone reach out to you directly. Thank you for being a part of the Nutshell community. Amanda
Over all it has been great to use, have had some issues with freezing when switching from Dashboard
Avantages :
Easy to set appointments and track who I have talked with and what we talked about and set follow up calls/appointments. The reports are a good tool for staying on track with my efforts/results. I've only had one experience with customer support but when I did they responded very quickly and had me back working in a very reasonable amount of time.
Inconvénients :
For what I use the software for there really are not any cons. I am an end user so I primarily use it for setting/following up/tracking my daily calls and contacts. I guess on the computer side the only negative I would say is the search engine is very fickle, sometimes you can put in specific words and you get some crazy thing that has nothing to do with the company or person your looking for and then you can misspell what your looking for and get exactly what you want. I will say that the app for my HTC phone is somewhat lacking. I can set appointments just fine and log calls/emails but the searching for a certain person or company is very very limited

Great Feature-set Without Complexity
Commentaires : I run a global consulting practice with hundreds of corporate clients and thousands of individual relationships that I manage. Nutshell lets me manage it all. It's my dashboard for everything in my company. It's entry-level rate is worth every penny.
Avantages :
I've used Nutshell for three separate businesses that I've run or owned. Each one considered a small to medium-sized business. Nutshell is perfectly suited to us because it's lightweight and easy to learn. It doesn't require an in-house expert on the app (like SalesForce). It's basic feature-set is all I've ever needed, and the support is terrific. Real people at the end of the phone, with fast responses. And, it's made in Michigan! It has a lot of simple customizations that I use; workflow, custom fields, leads, etc.
Inconvénients :
Integrations are somewhat limited, but still, plenty to work with. I'd like an integration to RingCentral's app. Also, it doesn't' handle subsidiary company relationships well. I've had to create a workaround with tags to help connect them.
User friendly product that has helped our company grow and transcend our industry.
Commentaires : Nutshell allows a very small company like ours to manage all of our leads and clients in a manner that would be quite challenging without the software. We are a very unique business in a niche industry and Nutshell adapts very well to our needs.
Avantages :
It is pretty easy to get up to speed with the software which has been a nice feature for our organization as we've had multiple people needing to use Nutshell...the reporting and tags have been really helpful..I run a lot of custom reports and using the tag feature on a daily basis.
Inconvénients :
It has been challenging to be able to connect with support staff about a technical issue. About a year ago, I really enjoyed being able to message with support staff if I had a question..now it seems like I have to wait a day or two for an automated email reply with some links to some possibly related topics of interest.. my questions can be fairly technical and multi-faceted where either use of messaging or simply talking to another human would be more beneficial.
Great software! New dashboard layout a few months ago has led to some issues
Avantages :
Cost, Flexibility, API, Reports. Customer service has been responsive, but most of the time its "wait and try again in a while"
Inconvénients :
we use the dashboard heavily as a team, and the new homescreen layout has made things a little more difficult. We still have issues where items will not "check off" from time to time, or duplicate to-dos from the same process appear. This has decreased since the new layout launched, and I was in contact daily with a customer service rep at that point. The biggest ongoing issue is that the "to-do" items for leads are now harder to get to. You have to select to-do specifically because it defaults to Activities, and then for it to be useful for us, we need to select "only steps with due times" to avoid having cancelled leads etc. show up. I also re-arrange the panes every morning so that the to-do is the majority of the screen. I'd prefer being able to select a permanent layout instead of re-doing it every day.
Nutshell has been a necessity for our business.
Commentaires : Organization across sales, support, and billing.
Avantages :
The Dashboard is amazing for keeping up to date on the happenings in Sales. I also really appreciate the Wallboard(summary of sales that month) as we google cast it to your TV in our kitchen. The sales process functionality ensures all leads go through a standard sales process. Really good stuff. We're really glad to have supported Nutshell all these years.
Inconvénients :
SaaS support. I'm still not able to find CRM software that is geared towards SaaS companies. Seeing as Nutshell is a SaaS company I'm surprised they haven't added support for this yet. Once a lead is marked as one, you can't have steps in the sales process (mail a welcome package, follow-up after 2 weeks, 1 month, ask for an online review ;P) You have to manually create these tasks. Instead we've had to utilize Zapier to add a task to Asana for this. I wish we could do it all in Nutshell.
I have found the recent Nutshell reporting update to be really poor.
Avantages :
Nutshell has a reasonably simple interface to use. There has been enough ability to customise the platform to get it to show some of the data/reporting information I needed.
Inconvénients :
The new reporting format is a really poor user experience, putting irrelevant information front and center and making it harder to access the custom set-ups I need to make Nutshell work for me. I had high hopes that Nutshell would continue to improve from its base, however, I haven't seen any signs of a good update to the platform in the last 6-12 months. We are now in the process of evaluating other platforms to move away from Nutshell. Missing major functionality to make it useful.

Hi Stephen, Thank you for your feedback. It's disappointing that you don't find the reports useful. A customer support representative will contact you so we can clearly understand what we can do to help you. Amanda
Nutshell has features I like, but there are serious limitations to aspects of the product.
Commentaires : Ease of phone calling from the Nutshell App. Tracking of opened emails sent from Nutshell. Ease of access to Customer data through the search function.
Avantages :
The phone App is fairly strong. That I can call and have calls tracked from my phone App. That I know when an email I have sent through Nutshell is opened. There is quick and easy access to all Companies, People and Leads through the search function. That there is a reasonable degree of customization that can occur with Nutshell.
Inconvénients :
I am very disappointed that Nutshell does not integrate with my Google contacts as this requires me to double entry contacts, arg. I am also very disappointed in the non existent formatting within Nutshell email. In order for me to track whether an email is opened, I have to send it via Nutshell, hence I lose all ability to format good emails.

Thanks for your feedback Lyle. We're happy that you like the phone app. We have placed the deeper integration with Google contacts on our development roadmap to be included in a future release. Frank
This software is easy to use. I love that I can track every client from computer or phone.
Avantages :
This software is easy to use! I didn't have any clue what "CRM" was, and many of the programs I was looking at required a business background to decode the user manual. Nutshell was intuitive. Knowing how to use my I-Phone and Facebook seemed to be the only background I needed to get started! I have all my clients in Nutshell now. I track what they buy, what classes they take through our company, and what they are likely to buy next. I send e-mails to clients every time they order that are customized to tell them what to buy next. All of this was easy to set up through the Nutshell software!
Inconvénients :
The only thing I would consider adding to Nutshell is a place to list what they purchased and a place to list what training they have received (other than in notes).

Bethany, I'm so glad to hear that you've had such a wonderful experience with Nutshell. Our team works very hard to create an enjoyable and intuitive software experience. Best, Asya
Good system but still needs a few tweaks to become great.
Commentaires : Organizing prospect lists and notes, as well as scheduling calls.
Avantages :
Keeping notes and prospect lists organized, as well as being able to schedule calls out to a future date. The system is good and keeps getting better but still needs some tweaks.
Inconvénients :
I HATE how you cannot move a whole day of calls over to the next day with one click (like a "select all" button). If I get behind, so I do not forget about them, I have to click on each call and manually move it to the next day (and sometimes I have 13-30 calls scheduled). Huge waste of time. All you need is a "select all" for that days calls and have the ability to move them all to a future day with one click.

ok
Avantages :
ok, need work xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Inconvénients :
1. when inputting 3 or 4 new people with same address, company, etc - it would be helpful to allow you to clone the prior person and just make subtle changes like name, extention and email address. 2. Returned/bad email addresses should be flagged/highlighted in the profile; current method is not useful. 3. Would be helpful to have a 'Notes:' section at the top of a 'Lead' to instantly refresh your memory without having to scroll because of a date 4. When sending emails, would be helpful to have a {Lead} field, ability to add an attachment and no reason to attach last email to all 'Leads' associated for that Person, just attach to their profile
