It's very easy and you can sign a contract very quickly.
This is one issue that is preventing wider adoption in my organisation. Editing template contracts in Concord does not support features lawyers are ordinarily accustomed to.

Bon outil de gestion de contrats en ligne et de esignature
Commentaires : Concord est un bon outil de gestion de contrats et de signature électronique lorsque le besoin de signer des contrats est ponctuel. Le rapport qualité prix est intéressant dans ce sens. Pour un petit volume de contrat, il répond au besoin.
Avantages :
La gestion des contrats est simple lorsque le template du contrat est créé. La signature électronique est facile à ajouter au contrat.
Inconvénients :
La mise en place des templates de contrats n’est pas facile, chaque modification est compliquée à enregistrer. Les tutoriels ne sont pas assez complets.

Avantages :
Le support technique très réactif et de qualité et la relative facilité d'utilisation du produit
Inconvénients :
La gestion des avenants, ajouter un document à signer faisant suite à un document existant n'est pas des plus simples et ergonomiques.
Perfect digital signature
Commentaires : With Concord all contracts are in one place. I can easily search and manage documents. I can search not only documents but also specific clause I work with. Concord help save lost of time.
Avantages :
Concord is really easy to use and if there are some functions I don’t know at all there some perfect tutorials to help understand this functions. With Concord is easy and fast way to upload and manage files and add signatures. I can also share documents via email directly from Concord.
Inconvénients :
It would be great if the software could be able to send several contracts in one batch to external partners. And also could be developed in more languages.

Commentaires : We have had a fabulous experience with Concord. They are available to assist when we have questions. It was a breeze to set up and start using. The folders and unlimited documents have allowed us to be more organized and efficient. The price point is very manageable. We use the application daily and are very happy with our decision to go with Concord.
Avantages :
The ability to store all of our documents in one system with controls in place that govern who has access has been really helpful. To have our documents available via the web and organized by department and user has saved us a lot of time and effort. It is easy to use, and the support teams get back to you very quickly. They have weekly webinar's that keep the customers informed and provide in depth insight into key product features.
Inconvénients :
It isn't a con really, but we need a drag and drop date and initials field :)

Commentaires : My overall experience with Concord is great. I have no issues or concerns.
Avantages :
Concord has mad my job a lot easier. I am able to see documents signed in a timely manner with a chick of a button.

The search feature, somethings are hard to find.
Got custom fields you need to access? Run away!!
Commentaires : We contracted with Concord over a year ago and have experienced two very disappointing situations: (1) We started working with Concord in April of 2016. We were guaranteed connection to our custom Salesforce fields within 30 days before we signed our contract in June (only out-of-the-box fields are accessible at this time). Once those 30 days passed, we still were not able to connect custom fields and were then 100% gold star guaranteed it would be working by the end of 2017 (note this is still seven months after initial promise). As of March 2017, we are still not able to connect to the custom fields. We have been paying for a severely handicapped service all this time with no offer of account credit, or any sort of response as to when the custom fields will actually be available. On top of that... (2) One of our users that we have been paying for is not able to connect his API key at all to the Concord platform. We have been in contact with their Customer Service department at least a dozen times regarding this and keep getting the same general response that the tech team is "working hard to investigate the issue". To add insult to injury, our last two emails requesting a response have not received any response. It's been over 30 days since they last responded at all. We feel ignored, lied to and very disrespected as a customer. The saddest part is that we really love everything else about the platform! But if it won't connect to the fields we need, or connect to our user at all, it's not valuable and causing productivity issues. Get it together Concord. At least RESPOND to your customers. And if you are going to promise something to a customer to get them to sign a contract, FOLLOW THROUGH.
Concord Feedback/ Assessment
Commentaires : Customer service is amazing. The staff of concord listen to their customers and always try to find a way to find a solution to our concerns.
Avantages :
The reports and keeping all of the files in one exclusive location.
Inconvénients :
The "In Box" feature. Doesn't operate like a traditional "In Box". When I move files to the share folder, I don't want them to still be stored in the "In Box". If I need to find a document, the search feature is what I use. I would love for this to be changed.

Concord Streamlines Document Signing with Ease
Commentaires : Concord has streamlined our processes for document signatures by our staff and has been a huge time-saver for us.
Avantages :
Concord was very easy to set up and manage from one school year to another. It has totally streamlined our annual Employment Agreements and other documents that require signature by our faculty and staff. The Concord administrative team is very responsive and knowledgeable of the product. Their pricing was perfect for our budget.
Inconvénients :
Once the system is set up it runs very smoothly.
Concord Review
Commentaires : Overall, Concord is fairly easy and intuitive to use. I'm sure it has more capabilities than I've fully mastered at this point, but it is pretty much meeting all of our contract management needs.
Avantages :
I like the ease of gathering signatures and adding in fields for signatures or entering information in contracts in different locations, when needed. I also like the storage of contracts in one place and the ease of searching for and finding contracts.
Inconvénients :
I wish the fields could be automatically aligned. For now, you have to manually try to line them up. The only other thing that I would love is if once we saved the contracts to a specific folder where all contract management staff had access, that they could link those contracts to other contracts without having to go in and specifically join the document.

In case you pre set signatures, the other party cannot sign until the first stakeholder set to sign first signs

My Journey with Concord
Commentaires : Concord has made my life as a sales manager easier. Before contracting process would take a lot of time with the back and forths on email. Since I started using concord, the turn over for contract signing has really improved. The other thing I love about it is the collaboration with the relevant stakeholders in real time.
Avantages :
The easy collaboration in real time among parties the e-signature - Makes contracts to be signed faster the contract management life-cycle the organization of templates - reduces the complex contracting process
Inconvénients :
I think other features should be added when editing documents. By this I mean features like the ones for word docs like different font styles, numbering, etc (Basically I would want word features to be incorporated)

Commentaires : My overall experiance was excellent. I enjoyed using the system and believed it to be secure and helpful when doing my job.
Avantages :
The ease of navigation through the system. The security of knowing customers information was highly protected. The comfort of knowing that it helped identify and discripenses with signature uploaded.
Inconvénients :
It could be tedious at times. Trying to hunt down old contracts or documents pertaining to customers. That were viable to signing new contracts.

MS Review of Concord
Commentaires : So far, the benefit of having a central location to maintain documents has been worth the few problems that I have encountered to date.
Avantages :
We have been using Concord only for 4 months. First and foremost, I like the onboarding process. An assigned agent of Concord is readily available, works with you in getting familiarized with the system, allows you to move at your own pace at your own pace, and finds answers to questions that she does not have. I also like the ease of use. It is very user friendly.
Inconvénients :
There are some features that would be helpful to have. For example - you have the ability to add fields but Concord does not have the ability to keep a running list of the added fields. So, it is necessary to type the field name in every time and to remember what fields were created and what they were called. It also does not allow the use of commas in folder names or in third party names.

Game Changer
Commentaires : Concord was the first vendor I did a demo with. I knew as soon as it was over that Concord was going to be my favorite. After going through 10 demos, I chose Concord. The price wasn't something that I was concentrated on although, it didn't hurt that they were WAY lower than their competitors. The ease of use and how functional the system was stood out above all the systems I viewed. Training and support is always available and very helpful. They are there to hand hold or cheer you on - either way, I applaud this company and the full spectrum of value this system added to my daily job.
Avantages :
Hitting the ground running is what I like best about this software. I barely needed training as the ease of use on this software allows you to integrate into daily workflows as if it was always there. The clause library is probably my most favorite and building it up has been a breeze. It's simple use and creation of the tool is what keeps me from going crazy looking at Excel spreadsheets all day!
Inconvénients :
The one thing that stands out to me is the loading of 3rd party paper or the building of templates. I am not able to edit as freely when I am loading in another's company document. The formatting can get messed up and fixing it isn't exactly easy. It's definitely not stopping me from using this software but it could be better.

Streamline
Avantages :
Concord allows an agency of our size to create and maintain contracts across all of our program lines in a unified and sufficient manner. The ability to send contracts electronically as well as have them signed electronically by all required parties is very helpful in meeting timeframes for contractual compliance. It is also nice that documents can be saved as well as exported from the system.
Inconvénients :
If a document needs to be edited, I feel that this should be able to be completed even after the company signs the document as sometimes edits are found when going over the contract/document with the parties that are signing it. Currently we have to contact someone to have the document unlocked or create a whole new one. I understand that a document should not be allowed to be edited after the employee or contractor signs it but prior to those signature's I feel edits would be helpful.
Saved our small business from being buried under contract "to do's"
Commentaires : This software has saved me. My position entails a little bit of everything...HR, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, Proposal Management and Writing, Contracts, etc. Before Concord, I would try to keep track of which contracts I needed to write/update/get signed using Excel spreadsheets, but since I wasn't in Contracts Mode every day or even every month, I'd get lost and have difficulty remembering when something needed to be done or where I had been in the process. Concord makes it MUCH easier to keep track of the whole lifecycle of my contracts.
Avantages :
I love the ease of creating new contracts from templates, of getting contracts signed electronically, and how easy it is now to see what's coming up for expiration. I also LOVE the customer service. I got the software, because it was inexpensive for my small business, but the customer support that comes with it is impressive! They are always available to answer my questions, to teach me more about how to make use of the features, and to guide me through better ways to use the software.
Inconvénients :
The graphic user interface is a bit utilitarian, but once you get used to it, it works!

Concord is the best contract management product
Commentaires : We were trying to get important documents out of people's inboxes and into a central, searchable, secure place- Concord has resolved all of those pressing issues

easy to stay organized with tags, foldersfantastic search options and easy filtering
Inconvénients :
nothing wrong the product- but it is a culture shift and lots of education, training, and communication to get people onboard
