Buffer: Social Distance Smartly

Buffer

Fantastic tool for social media management
Commentaires : With several social networks to manage with posts, buffer monitoring solves the need for duplicated and repetitive work.
Avantages :
Being able to manage several social networks in one place with the possibility of scheduling posts and monitoring engagement is one of the features that caught my attention.
Inconvénients :
In itself the tool is excellent, however, with the emergence of other tools on the market and with more attractive prices I had to stop using it, however, I recommend it as it does its job perfectly.
A powerful tool for a very low price !
Commentaires : Very good experience in overall, and amazing list of options available already with a free, or lowest plan account.
Avantages :
I am really amazed about the amount of feature that are already enable in the lowest plan that Buffer is offering. It is probably the best option for someone who want to start to work with such features, with a low budget
Inconvénients :
I rarely had cases were a post was not posting automatically as it was planned. But the only couple of times that this happened in about 2 years, I had a message immediately to inform me about it, and I could post it manually in no time...

User-friendly but sometimes a bit clumsy
Commentaires : Overall Buffer fits quite alright with the small businesses, but is definitely not a good choice for bigger companies.
Avantages :
Buffer offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it accessible even for beginners. I also liked the fact the platform provides content suggestions and ideas to help you create engaging social media posts. There is even a free plan option that is efficient for very small businesses and individuals.
Inconvénients :
The free plan has limited features and restrictions, so I went for the paid plan. It's still a bit clumsy sometimes, with recurrent bugs and tech issues. For example, it's very hard to post on LinkedIn (no tagging available). It's also not possible to post on Instagram.

The Buffer Review
Commentaires : Love the Buffer and still use it but it's over priced and they need to provide better analytics at the lower pricing levels
Avantages :
The easiest service of its kind that I have found to schedule and manage large numbers of profiles - I have been with them since the beginning
Inconvénients :
They went crazy with the pricing and increased it way too high
Great Free Product
Commentaires : I moved from a different platform that limited how many pending posts you could have. This has been a great move and I'm happy that I did it.
Avantages :
Buffer allows me to quickly and easily create and schedule posts for LinkedIn. It even has a handy place to store ideas to post later. I'm on the free version and can set up a large number of posts in advance. While I believe there's a limit, I haven't hit it. I usually have 5 or 6 pre-planned at any time. It's easy to post, find the day on the calendar you wish to post and begin typing. You can narrow down the time to the exact minute you want to post. That's a very handy feature!
Inconvénients :
There are other features that would be helpful but you can only use them if you're on the paid plan. The system will ask if you want to do xyz then when you click yes you find out you have to pay for that feature. It would be nice if they would say up front, do you want to try xyz feature on the paid plan or something like that.
Perfect for Big Teams
Commentaires : Over it has been great. I really appreciate the customer service
Avantages :
That we can incporate our whole team without being overcharged for each team member! I also appreciate how easy it is to use and that they have an app. This is great for onboarding new users.
Inconvénients :
I wish it notified admins faster when a post is drafted for approval and alternatively I wish it notified the person who submitted the post for approval when there post is approved and what time it is approved for.

Buffer is worth the money
Avantages :
I saved the company $500 by switching to Buffer. I enjoy the software for scheduled post and analytics.
Inconvénients :
The interface is pretty dull but simple.

Save time from Linkedin and Twitter scheduling
Commentaires : Overall is good. I use it every week and not so much. but it saves me the hassle of having to write and edit content directly on the social media channel.
Avantages :
I could easily connect the channels I use for the brand. I like it supports Twitter threads and also lets me tag other companies in Linkedin post
Inconvénients :
I can't tag friends or contacts from LinkedIn. Only companies. I don't like the scroll down of time selecting when scheduling
My Experience as a Digital Marketing Officer Using Buffer
Commentaires : My overall Buffer experience has been extremely positive and rewarding. Buffer has proven to be an invaluable tool in the daily tasks of our team, and it has been critical in maintaining a consistent brand image across our various social media platforms.
Avantages :
As a digital marketer, I've explored various social media tools, and Buffer stands out as a top choice for several reasons. What I liked best about Buffer was its comprehensive suite of features designed for effective social media management. It has become an essential component of my digital marketing toolkit, assisting me and my team in streamlining processes and implementing effective social media strategies for our B2C company.
Inconvénients :
My experience with Buffer has been extremely positive, but there is one area where I felt it could be improved. While Buffer's analytics provide valuable insights into post performance, the platform's analytics may lack some of the more advanced or in-depth features found in specialized analytics tools. Buffer's analytics may feel limited to marketers looking for highly detailed or granular data, such as myself.
Buffer is a good option for scheduling social media posts
Commentaires : Overall, buffer is a good option for scheduling social media posts to various accounts. I would use again after they make some improvements.
Avantages :
Buffer was a good option for scheduling social media posts and send out them automatically using the scheduler. Like that you could send to various social media accounts all at once.
Inconvénients :
Sometime the scheduler would get out of sync and post did not go out when they should. There was no alert capability letting you know about failed posts.
Simple solution for keeping social active
Commentaires : It's great for clients just starting out with social or who need an idiot-proof solution to schedule content across a bunch of social sites without much effort. I've suggested it to a ton of my clients when I was doing social media management, it makes it easy to keep the feeds full without too much of a headache. It's still got it's downsides, but so do most of the other ones out there.
Avantages :
I often recommend Buffer to clients as a simple way to keep social accounts active. I like the queue, and the chrome extension is a convenient way to easily add new articles and shares to your social feed without having to do much extra work. The feature where it adds hashtags on insta to a comment is really slick too. The free version gets a lot done and even the paid is a pretty good value for just posting to social.
Inconvénients :
I get a bit annoyed when it unpairs from my social accounts. I try to avoid notifications so this means my accounts can go dark for a few days until I notice that it hasn't been posting content to that site. The chrome extension can also be glitchy, where you have to reload the page to use it. It's also a bit lame that for any additional features it's a new paid thing, like analytics etc. It adds up fast for truly agile functionality.

Solid social media management platform with reasonable price.
Commentaires : Good platform for solid social media connections and publishing features. It would be nice if the interactive features were included for the base price.
Avantages :
I like their logo and their multi platform functionality.
Inconvénients :
I dislike having to pay more for the interactive inbound connectivity.

Buffer - A Good Tool for Social
Commentaires : Overall it does what we need it to do. It's a good tool, not fantastic, but I have yet to find one that is... so all in all I think Buffer does a great job for the price of the software. I do like how all analytics are in one place and how you can have multiple users and editors working on your social copy. It has definitely made social media management easier.
Avantages :
I do like the ease of use and functionality. It has a clean interface and you can select from a couple of different plan options, including one for posting and analyzing your social media accounts.
Inconvénients :
There are limitations. I wish I could go in and schedule weeks or even months worth of content, but I can't because Buffer does not allow you to post carousel photos on Instagram or LinkedIn. We often share more than one photo on our posts so I have to go and manually do that for those networks when we have more than one photo. I hope that functionality will integrate soon because it is a huge downfall of the platform. However, all other platforms are facing this issue, it's not unique to Buffer.

Great Social Media Management Tool on the Cheaper Side
Commentaires : Buffer helps a lot in saving time and improving the quality of social media content marketing. It's much easier to schedule the same post from Buffer across different social media platforms than doing so separately. It might seem like a small tweak but makes a great difference for digital marketers.
Avantages :
Buffer is a great package of social media management tools that rocks a great design and is very consistent with its support and improvements over time. It also helps a lot that it's cheaper compared to other competitors in some ways. The price gives it a competitive advantage if you're pitching an acquisition of an SMM platform to companies that aren't willing to spend a lot on their digital marketing activities.
Inconvénients :
It lacks some convenient features that the competitors offer. I'm talking about features like integrated tagging for Twitter and LinkedIn. Last time I used this software it still lacked the proper tagging features which require you to make an extra step to open a separate tab to check whether you got the username right or wrong. Another aspect I dislike is that Buffer's middle-range plan is intended for two users only. In my opinion, the mid-range option should be for at least three people. At the time of choosing, we decided to go with Hootsuite because it's the mid-range plan, while more expensive, was intended for three people and also offered more of the above-mentioned features.

Manage your social networks with an easy-to-use tool
Commentaires : I used Buffer to manage my Facebook page and Linkedin, for my real estate product posts. I would have appreciated it even more if it offered a larger number of social networks to connect. But overall, the management of the connected profiles was quite simple and efficient. Moreover, the statistical data are easy to understand, which helped me to better manage my publications. A tool that I invite everyone to test
Avantages :
I liked Buffer. It's a pretty user-friendly tool and easy to use. It's quite easy to connect your social networks to it for managing pages and profiles. It has a pretty simple and easy-to-understand user interface, which makes it easy to learn. It takes into account popular social networks, which is already a good thing. Posts and post schedules are also quite easy to do with Buffer. The real strength of Buffer lies in the statistical data. We get detailed and comprehensive data on the reach of our publications. It is good to note that Buffer allows team collaboration, very useful to have your profiles and pages managed by an agency. Buffer is a nice tool to use
Inconvénients :
- Not support all social networks- Not take into account personal Facebook profiles- Limitation on the number of posts that can be scheduled in advance for some social networks
Buffer has improved my collaboration with other members of the social media marketing team.
Commentaires : The ability to schedule posts to multiple social networks at once and analyze the performance of my posts has allowed me to optimize my social media efforts and increase engagement with my audience. Additionally, Buffer has saved me time by automating many of my social media tasks, allowing me to focus on other important areas of my marketing work.
Avantages :
Buffer is a social media management tool that I love to use. It allows me to schedule posts on multiple social networks at once, which helps me save time and maintain a consistent online presence. In addition, its intuitive and easy-to-use interface allows me to analyze the performance of my posts and make adjustments in real time. Another plus is that Buffer offers a wide range of integrations with other marketing tools, allowing me to connect my social media efforts with other areas of my marketing work.
Inconvénients :
Some of its advanced features, such as data analysis and AI-powered post-programming, may require a greater investment of time and resources to learn how to use them correctly.

Buffer is a Great Social Scheduler for Small Business Owners
Avantages :
I've done social media marketing consulting for 3-4 years now and I will always suggest Buffer to my small business clients. The platform is so straightforward it would take the most non-technology savvy person to get lost on it. The free platform works flawlessly and lets you connect quite a few of your social accounts, and I have never had a problem with the mobile app - and come to think of it I'm pretty sure I only use the mobile app for scheduling when I create my own content. If you're not sure which social scheduler to use when you're just first starting out, please consider Buffer. Their team is on top of its game when creating content for its users and keeping their community up to date on the latest Instagram API changes and Facebook algorithms. This platform is the real deal.
Inconvénients :
This platform is great if you're the sole owner of your social platforms, but when you need to move to a bigger team I would consider upgrading to something more robust like Sprout Social. I really don't have many bad things to say about Buffer besides that its fairly simplistic, but honestly that simplicity is what attracts so many small business owners to the platform. If you have 3-4 social accounts and post fairly regularly on a weekly basis, Buffer is a great product for you.

One of the best market options to manage your work in social networks.
Commentaires : Working in the levels of Community Manager, and Social Media Manager, it is important to try many options for the automation of the accounts of all the clients that trust my marketing vision to manage their presence in the network. With Buffer I have saved a lot of money, activities that several people did in the past, now it is enough to use their platform from cell phones, even in a computer, it is that multiplatform feature that makes me stay loyal to your commercial options. Another element that very few speak is time, for me it is vital, that is why thanks to buffer, I only dedicate the essential to plan all the content and I count on its technology for the fulfillment of the assignments that I seek to generate per day. That is why if you are looking for an effective and very capable option, with buuffer you arrived at the indicated place.
Avantages :
One of the headaches of every community manager, is the fact of managing all the networks of one or several clients, thanks to Buffer that is a thing of the past. I really like the possibility that it offers me to have everything I need in one place to make my work better and better. Another thing I look for in a platform for the management of social networks, is to be able to measure the scope of each of the issues that are published, thanks to buffer it is possible to obtain it without any problem. Also, I can take the time and the effectiveness of my work, I have received several days to get other customers since I started using this wonderful platform, which translates into higher income for my services supported by Buffer, I daresay that, at present, is the best alternative for the management of social networks.
Inconvénients :
I have been using Buffer for several years for the automation of my work and I am very happy with everything that it offers, I can not negatively affect it because I have seen how they constantly correct all the inconveniences that arise, so I do not accompany my criticism with any negative comments the platform. I am sure that soon they will improve the web interface and include many more surprises to increase the number of users.

Very easy to use platform that allows you to spend your valuable time elsewhere!
Commentaires : I love buffer! It truly helps small business owners, brand managers, and social media professionals to keep everything organized and in one place.
Avantages :
Let's me schedule posts ahead of time so I don't have to worry about getting on my phone or settings alarms at certain times I can schedule posts for multiple accounts across multiple platforms Interface is easy to use and has different types of views so you can pick which you prefer Has a system that helps you to find content without having to go all over the internet
Inconvénients :
Sometimes scheduling posts during specific times on the drag and drop interface wouldn't work and it would move my posts all over. I don't suggest using this view for scheduling posts - just choose one of the others!

Saving Time with Buffer
Commentaires : My whole experience in general was great. It allowed me saving many hours of work. I was responsible for managing the social media of an educational program, and sometimes posts had to be post at a specific time, when I was busy. This tool allowed me to manage all efficiently, scheduling all at the beginning of the week and letting Buffer do the job. The only thing I had to do was to look the analytic and make some minor adjustments.
Avantages :
Buffer is easy to use, many social media such as Facebook and Instagram can be integrated with it, and it really makes life easier. You could once a month schedule all the posts and leave Buffer do the job. And working with the metrics, it's possible to analyse when is the best moment to post to reach more users. It also has a web version to work in computer, but it also has an app (android and ios) where you can access to all the data and schedule new posts.
Inconvénients :
Some of its cons are that it has some limitations with some type of content, for instance It doesn't work quite well with reels and sometimes videos too; it sometimes fails with the automatization of this type of content. Anyway, Buffer is continuously adding new features and this will be probably be solved because these apps must adapt to nowadays social media. Another drawback is the basic and premium version: It's possible to work with the free one, but you'll be really limited to just automatically posting and some other basic functionalities. On the other hand, the premium version is not too expensive if you really need it, and you get a wonderful tool to use.
