Tracker is user friendly tool which is easy to use and implement.It is easy to customize.It was easy to launch this tool during implementation.

Inconvénients :

So far I don't have any dislikes for this tool. I highly recommend it. It is perfect for me. Go for it.

Commentaires : It has truly been an excellent experience. The platform has automated various processes of our business and has made the team more effective in their respective roles. In addition, the customer service provided from all TrackerRMS staff has been world class.

Avantages :

Our practice decided to move forward with TrackerRMS as the ATS to support our staff augmentation business, based on the expansive features within the system and how easy it was to integrate these features into our business, while improving the workflow of our business as well.

No integration capabilities into Presidio's ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Great Partner

Commentaires : Overall, Tracker is a great partner to our company. They continue to work with us and discover ways to work more efficiently.

Avantages :

Tracker's willingness to listen and make changes based on our feedback has been great. It truly feels like they are a partner to us and not forcing us to fit into the parameters of their software. Transitioning to a new software after 22 years with the same ATS was nerve wracking, but we never felt like Tracker left our side. Customer service is top notch.

Inconvénients :

With over 20-years of data, not all of our historical info mapped correctly. There was quite a bit of clean-up, but that is due to the 2 different types of softwares. Any major issues were addressed by the Tracker team and they worked with us to figure out how to correct them on the back end. Initially, there were a few items that we weren't thrilled about (hyperlinking, opening separate windows, timing out, etc.), but Tracker addressed these issues quickly and we were able to work through the system faster.

Excellent customization options and customer service

Avantages :

We have a very unique program and one of the things we liked most about Tracker was their ability to jump in and customize the software to accompany our program's vernacular. It fits most of our needs and allows our program to truly focus on our mission. The customer service through Michelle Crisp has been five star since day one. She is professional and knows how to get us what we need in a timely manner so we can continue to focus on our day to day tasks. I have worked with many of the larger software platforms and this is user friendly in comparison.

Inconvénients :

There is little room for error with this program. You have no way to delete assignments without messing up your entire workflow. It's very difficult to deal with if that happens.

One of the Best in the Business

Commentaires : Tracker has helped our company smoothly transition into a new ATS/CRM system with no loss to our production, this has been huge! With the new automations, and streamlined processes, our companies internal communications has skyrocketed. Our recruiters are happier, and our company is flourishing.

Avantages :

When we started our search for a new ATS/CRM system, we developed a 120 point checklist to find a product that met our needs as a recruiting agency. Overall, I had reviewed over 70+ products and had done 35+ demos of various ATS/CRM systems. Tracker came out on top and met every point we needed. Where Tracker excels is its customization features, ease of use, and fantastic customer service. We had an extremely smooth transition from our previous system, thanks to the support of Tracker.After reviewing so many systems, we found a few things that made them the differentiator. First, they are a US/UK based company who have been established for years. Their support services are robust, and their product is very intuitive to pick up and use. This has allowed for easy ramp up time for new employees. They have developed a fantastic customizable organization system on both their ATS and CRM platforms. All aspects of the system work harmoniously together. In the past few years, it is easy to see a huge change in their development, and they have provided a steady streams of updates to differentiate itself as one of the top software programs for recruiting. They provide fantastic automations and sequencing, as well as full mass-email campaign support. Additional perks include video interview integration, detailed reporting, and capability to support all types of recruiting (exec, direct, staffing, etc.). I highly recommend this product to any recruiting firm!

Inconvénients :

The problems associated with Tracker are mainly due to growth. They are growing quickly, and sometimes their servers slow down slightly, as they grow and continue to invest in their servers, the better this will become. The one major request would be autosaving! Tracker provides alerts when needed to save, but it would be incredibly beneficial to allow autosaving both on record pages, as well as email drafts. Overall, the product is fantastic.

Tracker - The Best Candidate Tracking System on the Market

Commentaires : I am very happy with Tracker and could not do my business without the system.

Avantages :

Easy to enter candidate information either from a resume source or directly from LinkedIn.I have the system set up to text candidates directly versus just using email - works great.Customer service is excellent and one of the reasons I chose the product.System has been 100% reliable - no glitches - updated regularly.

Inconvénients :

I don't have the time to learn all the great tools Tracker has to offer. I do not have any issues - really!

Streamline Your Work with Tracker Software

I find that the benefits of using Tracker outweigh any potential drawbacks, and the software continues to be a popular choice for teams and organizations looking to streamline their workflows and improve collaboration.

Up Top for Tracker

by far the best thing about Tracker is the customer service / support. [sensitive content hidden] is absolutely the best at identifying problems and solutions proactively, and it has made a huge impact on my hiring process.

Time sheets feature

Commentaires : We use an Employee Login button on our web page that is superb! Candidates easily link to the Tracker site to open a time sheet. Great!

Avantages :

Connection to customer support by two ways: tickets and call-in service. Either connection gets results within a short period of time.

Inconvénients :

Because candidates don't always pay attention to where they list hours, on the time sheet weekly entry screen, the order of the Planning Tasks that list on screen could change from Alphabetic to most common- Regular Hours line then OT line then others

Very happy with Tracker RMS

Avantages :

very easy to use. easy to load resumes and search key words. great place to keep track of recruiting information.

Inconvénients :

I've created some manual fields which are great but sometimes those fields don't automatically populate in "workflow". I probably just need to call Tracker to have them help me fix it. They are always responsive in helping me figure things out and customize things how I would like them.

Avantages :

Strong database system to house all the candidates and keep all the recruiters up to date with job openings and candidate activities. Tracker RMS is highly intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, it is easy to customize to meet your specific needs.

Great ability to upload PDF and Word-based resumes. No ability to upload spreadsheets

The experience is always great

Commentaires : Customer support has been very helpful and it is a great pleasure to speak with her, she is always ready to help and always with good energy and lots of patience.

Avantages :

I'm still learning about the product, but it seems to be easy to use and straight forward. It has excellent features and allows you to track the emails to the system, create new contacts from outlook, which save an incredibly amount of time. It also has metrics and analytics features to track performance and create reports as well as help us have a lot of information for our advantage.

Inconvénients :

I need to have more practice and knowledge about the overall product experience before forming any opinion on what do I like least. The only thing is that you have to work on a search or a client at a time, and you have to go back to a different search or client every time. The other system allowed you to see everything on one screen and drag and drop resumes easily to the jobs.

Wonderful customer service

Avantages :

Easy to use and input candidate records in tracker. Also, very easy to do reporting or graphs. overall happy

Some fields aren's able to be separated or used in portions but probably could have if created differently at the inception.

- Customizable, but with a functional starting point (i.e. don't have to design it completely from the ground up when onboarding)--so it's easy to license and start using, if you want - Excellent ongoing customer service after onboarding - Helpful dashboards and "To Do" lists keep you easily on top of performance and revenue-driving activity - Great visibility between users - Great, user-friendly integration with MS Outlook

Inconvénients :

- Has some nuances that need to be done a specific way, so that can take some "getting used to" - Some information can be entered multiple ways, but that can create ripples in other ways unknowingly, so it's important to review best practices when learning the system's finer points

Commentaires : As an executive formerly responsible for a very large scale deployment of Salesforce.com, I am extremely familiar with all the risks, rewards, capabilities, and limitations of CRM software. Upon joining OHS it was immediately clear that we had outgrown the configuration of our legacy Salesforce implementation and needed to pursue a common operating platform that our various service lines and business teams could collectively use to manage their activities, but without breaking the bank! To identify the right partner for our organization, we elected to undertake an extremely robust market level analysis. Our goal was to find a product that afforded us a high degree of flexibility, while maintaining ease of use and ease of administration. And provided comprehensive functionality with an affordable and fixed total cost of ownership. We evaluated 60 different products in total - Tracker RMS was the hands down winner. Tracker offers an extremely intuitive, clean, and easy to use design and navigation. Included in the base product are functionality and features that you almost always have to purchase separately or pay more for elsewhere. And the Tracker customer service support is, quite frankly, among the best I've seen. I would strongly recommend Tracker in both my capacity as a current user, and a long time IT executive and buyer of software systems.

Commentaires : Our previous CRM system didn't have the functionality we required to cope with pressure of time constraints and managing data from multiple places. After trying 8 CRM systems against a criteria that was designed to improve efficiency, increase lead tracking and drive sales, Tracker was the only one that met our criteria. Since signing with Tracker, the process has been remarkably smooth, data was mapped and transferred very quickly with no glitches. We were looking for a software system that would provide rich data for business improvement and would reduce the amount of time consultants spent searching for relevant information. We also wanted a system that would document sales pipelines and forecasts and link it to daily activity - Tracker was the only system we trialed that did all of this. Getting used to using it has had some frustrations, only because learning something new takes a little getting used to. The daily training sessions have proved particularly useful and the support team at Tracker are organised and swift in resolving any amendments that need making once you get to know how it works and how you want it to perform. The best part of Tracker is that it sets up workflows that are important as part of the recruitment process, improving adherence to compliance. Love it and would recommend.

Commentaires : We started using Tracker RMS over two years ago after having looked at several other options, including Sales Force and other well-known brands; we hadn't previously had an official CRM system, but did have carefully constructed spreadsheets which were stored locally on our server. We chose Tracker RMS because it was really easy to use, the support we got from the technical support team was exceptionally good during our trial sessions, and it had great functionality. Having decided to buy, the implementation was good - there a few oddities but they were in the main at our end and the Tracker RMS team were brilliant at helping us get things sorted, as well as very patient. The benefit of having the Tracker RMS system was brought sharply home when later in the first year of use, a senior member of our marketing team was off ill for several months; previous to having Tracker RMS we would have struggled to keep on top of the required sales leads and follow-ups, but having the system meant someone was able to pick up from our usual representative seamlessly. Moving forward, the system has proved very valuable for tracking the life cycle of projects and for targeting new areas for possible business. The functionality is really good and we have recommended the system to a number of our contacts.

Exceeded Expectations

Avantages :

The team at TrackerRMS has thought of just about everything for their CRM. You can tell the system was designed by professionals that have expert level knowledge with the staffing/consulting industry because every function has a purpose. What separates them is their customer service though. Everyone who I've interacted with at TrackerRMS has exhibited a true vested interest in our success. Our Client Success Manager has been absolutely great with our transition - she very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. I highly recommend TrackerRMS.

Inconvénients :

Tough to think of a con so far. Any minor cone seems to be getting addressed in their upcoming new version which we are all excited about.

Commentaires : At Amazing Recruitment we service resourcing needs across all industry sectors and for any size of company in the private or public sectors. As such, our recruitment experts handle all sizes of assignment – from single permanent placements for SMEs to large contractor outsourcing projects for global organizations; therefore we required a CRM system that could both support the organization and allow for ease of use/flexibility across the board. Having already used what was defined as the markets leading Recruitment CRM software, we found all systems to be both cumbersome and incapable of being adapted to our business-specific needs. Having had such poor experiences, we began the search for a CRM system that was adaptable, flexible, cloud-based and where support was provided by a UK team that understood the needs of recruiters and how we prefer to work. After much research we settled upon TrackerRMS and I have to say we have been nothing short of impressed with both the software and the support team as a whole. Nothing is too much trouble and continued enhancements are what makes us glad we found a solution that we could build the business and its associated processes around. We would have no hesitation in recommended TrackerRMS to others.

Commentaires : As a small start up in the recruitment sector, I was looking for a tool that would be easy to use, easy to configure and had a great support team. I have tried a couple of other systems that just didn't live up to my expectations and then there were other products that just seemed to keep adding services but always at an additional cost. Since joining Tracker, I have been more than satisfied with the results and the service. I experienced the usual teething problems which 99% of the issues were down to me not using the system correctly and/or not grasping the workflow. However, Louise, David and Andy have always been there to help and everything has been fixed super quick and I couldn't be happier. The systems has never been off-line and I have had 100% availability. The upcoming features sound excellent and I'm looking forward to seeing what the Tracker guys can come up with in the next phase of development. This said, I love the product so new features will be an added bonus. I would highly recommend the product, I trialed and and found it so easy to use and integrate that it was a no brainer but it's the support and help that I have found more beneficial. Best ATS System

Commentaires : Phenomenal. From the beginning they walked us through the set-up process, there was no pressure to go live. Rather they wanted to make sure it was 100% what we wanted and did what we needed it to do before we went live. The customer support is bar none one of the best I have ever worked with. Just an amazing product and team.

Avantages :

We searched several systems before deciding on Tracker and it was the best decision. The system is not only visually appealing but is one of the most user-friendly systems I have ever utilized.

Inconvénients :

As of now, we have not had any cons with this software. It seems like there is nothing that it cannot do.

Great CRM and ATS Tool

That it allows us to use one tool for both candidate and client side of things, along with a lot of other features.

Inconvénients :

Although you have reporting capabilities, the way the tables are setup is a bit confusing and doesn't allow for building more robust reports.
