Great software bundled with a ton of features

Avantages :

The shift from a traditional operating software that required physical software installation to a new and easy online website hosting is definitely a plus and affordable

Inconvénients :

General suggestions include better customer care and dedicated managers for our property than a general customer care support

Avantages :

Flexibility within the system and all the option needed mostly are found within the system, also the track of every movement is a special thing of the system

Inconvénients :

integration process it takes longer than it is though also a tutorial should be provided by ezee team at the instalation and implementation of the system in addition to this the problem with the fiscal printers should be fixed

Hi Edmond. We are glad to see your review here. Regarding the cons, we are sorry to hear that you have faced some issues with the integration and it took a longer time. Usually, interface are dependant on information available from 3rd party and so there can be cases whereby the information is not available from the vendor and hence it takes time to complete. We are also working on the how to tutorials for products. They will be added on our YouTube channel as soon as they are ready to be published. You can also check with our support team if they have any gifs/videos created for functions you are looking for. We will be happy to share them.

Inventory repeatedly showing as full

Commentaires : Inventory repeatedly showing as full especially doing the peak season. After repeated calls from our customers, we found that on our website the cottages were showing as full, although the inventory was updated.
We need to know the reason why this is repeatedly happening, but there is no response from Ezee. After it is addressed, we get a call saying, everything is working well. But, our question is why is this happening repeatedly? No answer.
This is obviously hampering our online sales. This lack of transparency and slow speed of communication is limiting us from making any further commitment to eZee. Any request to add inventory is met with - first pay us X amount, then we will take a look... bad show.

Avantages :

Nothing

Inconvénients :

Can't add inventory to back-end software on our own. Insufficient training for our staff. Technical team and customer service are different, so while we speak to one, the other also has to be spoken to - what a waste of time! No online chat support. The software is very poorly designed and does not match the caliber of our website design, it looks rather like a beta version of a college project.

Commentaires : They can bring in more options and custom based modules according to the needs.

Avantages :

We being a new Resort, ezee is the first channel manager we installed as price wise seems competitive

Inconvénients :

Their older version was user friendly. Current one looks glossy but not comfortable to work with. Ezee does not support day rates/room booking They are unable to give certain rate configuration for our resort as they felt we are asking too much..

Easy To Learn for new comers , easy to use this system and no need to spend long time to train this system

Inconvénients :

Some times little slow , and stuck , and please do the system updates on mid night time because you doing afternoon its was busy time

Commentaires : We are able to be up to date with this software, and get all the information of all online travel companies on one screen, there is a prompt service from the staff, that we receive and always, who are always ready to help.

Avantages :

It gives you all bookings made by all ota's, on one screen and helps us to identify the overall bookings made.

Inconvénients :

the print of the bookings when taken it does not show all details of the bookings, there should be some indication for disparity between ota channels, so you can get informed and do the needful before any objection arises.

Commentaires : Eazy in Handling the Guest Check In and other front desk related process and database.

Avantages :

Its Ezee !!! the name is the best way for a user / manager / owner who want to handle the front desk or bookings or reservations on the Reception or Remote location.

Inconvénients :

Should develop the 3 types meal plan CP, MAP & APAI along with specific rates and respective taxes and integrated it with the reservation / booking form in which the Hotelier can add the meals of the Guest Choice and can segregate the Lodging and Restaurant part separately so that it can be easy to find out the taxes payable for respective type of services rendered.

Ease of use and great customer support

Commentaires : The system is very reliable. Overbookings have been reduced to zero.

Avantages :

Its functionality and reliability. 99% up time.

Inconvénients :

To get to some functionality I have to click too much. Also that invoice and reports functionality is not possible on phones and tablets due to limitations of flash on mobile devices.

Booking Engine with a lot of great feature.

Avantages :

So many great features in eZee Booking Engine such as price widgets, automatic email marketing, trigering tool ( welcome, exit, floating text, chat support etc ). Great overview and from our experience user friendly.

Inconvénients :

There is no option for limited time offer package, but we already ask them to develop in sometime and hope can exist soon.

Avantages :

All the eZee products are easy to use and eZee reservations is not different from them. The setup of the booking engine and updation of the rates and other information is quite good

Inconvénients :

The revenue management part can be a little better also the reporting can also be improved. Also, there are few OTA's it's not connected to, so that also can be improved.

Interface, Service & Exceptional Online Support 24*7 makes our work easier. Reservation panel makes work easy also.

Inconvénients :

Pricing in comparison to others. Manual trainer should be present to help us instead of online training always.

Avantages :

If user update some data via eZee Channel Manager, the data will be updated immediately.

Inconvénients :

It's easy to make mistakes aswell when updating rates/prices via eZee Chanel Manager because of the function of "Rate including tax" . If the user forgets to select this function the rates/prices which displayed on OTAs are wrong.

It is good software for connect to control all of ota systems and easy to use . support is 24*7 and 365 days on chat and Skype as well .

Inconvénients :

Easy to create package and add amenities , Easy to check and track the booking at one place ! It's as easy as it's spells eZee...

Inconvénients :

It's very Hard to upload picture and cannot fit description in the Property Setup. Also, it takes time to load sometimes.
