Avantages :

J'ai utilisé plusieurs ATS tout au long de ma carrière et Breezy est parmi ceux qui m'ont le plus convaincue. Outil très bien pensé, intuitif et facile d'utilisation. Mais le plus gros avantage de Breezy est sa version gratuite qui offre des fonctionnalités plus que correctes : nombre d'utilisateurs illimité, nombre de candidats intégrés illimités, page emploi dédiée pour l'entreprise, possibilité de multidiffusion d'annonces, mails intégrés, et surtout le parsing de CV. A ma connaissance, c'est le seul outil qui offre autant de fonctionnalités en version gratuite. Je suis très contente d'avoir découverts cet outil!

Inconvénients :

Le prix de la version payante un peu élevé à mon avis. Le premier niveau "Startup" est à 143$

La facilité d’utilisation : Breezy a été conçu pour être simple à utiliser, ce qui en fait une solution idéale pour les entreprises qui souhaitent adopter une solution de gestion de documents sans avoir à passer trop de temps à la mettre en place ou à la apprendre.La collaboration en temps réel : Breezy permet à plusieurs personnes de travailler sur un même document en même temps, ce qui permet de gagner du temps et d’éviter les erreurs de communication.La gestion des tâches et des projets : Breezy offre une vue d’ensemble de tous les projets en cours et permet de suivre l’avancement de chaque tâche, ce qui peut être très utile pour planifier et gérer les ressources de l’entreprise.

Inconvénients :

Breezy n’est pas gratuit et les tarifs peuvent varier en fonction du nombre d’utilisateurs et des fonctionnalités souhaitées. Il est donc important de bien évaluer si l’investissement en vaut la peine pour votre entreprise. Si votre entreprise est souvent en déplacement ou dans des endroits où la connexion internet est instable, cela pourrait poser problème.

Commentaires : J'ai utilisé Breezy dans le cadre de mon travail de recruteur et j'ai été très satisfait de l'expérience globale. L'interface est très intuitive et facile à utiliser, même pour les utilisateurs novices. J'ai apprécié la personnalisation des workflows de recrutement, ce qui m'a permis de créer un processus de recrutement adapté aux besoins spécifiques de mon entreprise.Les fonctionnalités avancées, telles que les tests et l'intégration de LinkedIn, ont été très utiles pour l'évaluation des candidats. J'ai également apprécié l'outil de suivi des candidatures, qui a facilité la communication avec les candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement.Les tableaux de bord et les rapports ont été utiles pour suivre les performances et pour présenter les données à l'équipe de direction. Commentaires : Breezy est le nouvel outil que nous avons adopté depuis plusieurs mois déjà, simple d'utilisation et performant.

Avantages :

Breezey permet de déployer les annonces sur de nombreuses plateformes spécialisées du secteur ce qui nous permet d'obtenir rapidement de nombreux CV pertinents, c'est très important dans un domaine comme le notre avec un fort turn over.

Inconvénients :

Le seul point faible de la solution réside le prix fort de la solution, elle est performante certes mais pour les petites entreprises reste très couteuse.

Le meilleur outil de RH

Avantages :

Disponibilité de modèles qui font gagner du temps, l'option de "vue" sur les emails qui permettent de voir si les candidats ont vu nos retours, cet outil est très simple d'utilisation. J'apprécie particulièrement le fait que plusieurs personnes peuvent travailler en même temps en utilisant le même outil.

Inconvénients :

Nous utilisons ce logiciel depuis peu de temps, nous ne voyons pas de point négatif pour l'instant.

We can Manage the recruitment and hiring process in one place

Commentaires : It reduces the amount of time required to upload, filter, categorize, and process each candidate manually. It helps us keep track of every prospect, regardless of whether or not they're a good fit. When managing new employees and keeping track of all meetings, interviews, and other stages required is a problem, you might want to give this a shot. Your hiring procedure may be made a little easier or at the very least more organized as a result.

Avantages :

My favorite part of emails is the seen function, which lets me know when a candidate has looked at one of my messages. Recognition of names by the app using automations and artificial intelligence (AI). Integration with other project management applications is an excellent idea. Manual cv picking is sped up significantly.

Inconvénients :

The program can only be used to check one job application at a time, therefore it can't open many URLs at the same time to examine multiple resumes. As long as the initial URL is not copied and pasted into a new browser window.

Commentaires : I'm impressed with Breezy's continuous product improvements and feature releases. I've also had such positive experiences with their customer success team. It's also very well-priced - you can grow with Breezy as your team grows without it becoming a huge business expense.

Avantages :

Breezy has everything you need in an ATS. The templates and automation are a particularly nice touch. For instance, making and managing your offers in Breezy is very handy.

Inconvénients :

A minor improvement is having something automated when assigning tasks yourself. It feels redundant to have to go through adding yourself each time, especially when you use Breezy as your default task manager.

Commentaires : It is perfect for small and midsized startups or businesses, When you grow at some point you will need a more robust ATS.

Avantages :

The very reasonable price, The UX, and how intuitive and easy to use it is when you are starting or have a small group of people/requirements to cover.

Inconvénients :

It was limited at some point when you grew, some missing information in the views, and support/customer service was a little bit lost.

They've Only Just Begun

Commentaires : The foundation of the tool is there and it's been an overall really good experience. It's a young company with a bright road ahead. They've recently made updates that needed to happen and I appreciate the ability to share what's missing, ask questions and have interaction with a human within a relatively reasonable time frame. I love being able to easily move people through stages, make changes to a req, the system etc easily. There aren't too many "things" to do to bog down the process. There are still some kinks to iron out with duplicates, consolidation of contacts/associating them with other jobs in a better way, their messaging system (bcc, titling, when someone responds with others on the message to carry over...), being able to work through lists of people without the previous resume carrying over (little things that can make workflow more efficient). Keep up the good work team Breezy!

Avantages :

ease of use, adding a new job is easy, love the automatic import features

Inconvénients :

There is no real de-dupe process, flag or step in place that creates a TON of confusion. Name searching is clunky. Emailing is clunky (why does an old email title carry through, where is bcc, when someone responds and includes another person why can't that carry over). The breezy chrome extension doesn't automatically carry emails over/find emails - that would be really cool.

Commentaires : Overall an amazing product that allows our recruitment team to know where we are with each role.It has ensured that no parts of the process is missed such as Right to Work.

Avantages :

How simple the interface is to use.That you can view all candidates simply in one place and the flows for the stages of the process are easy to understand and manage.It has a lot of automation to make recruitment simple and effective.

Inconvénients :

This product is good, the integrations with bob, our HR system could be better.It only takes over the first name and last name, it could transfer more information.

We selected BreezyHR for the nice balance of a) modern, clean, easy-to-use UX, b) affordable price range, c) decent level of functionality, d) ability to run high-quality structured hiring (including reducing unconscious bias). We've been very pleased on most fronts.

Inconvénients :

My minor complaints are there are a couple user flows that aren't intuitive. One or two bugs. One of two things you can't customize without fully clicking through. Oh and also the hours of customer service are US based, whereas we're in UK

Everything I was wanting

Avantages :

I really love the layout of the profiles and the layout of the candidates within the job posting. I can navigate amongst candidates exactly how I was wanting and it really helps to visualize how much volume I have for each role. Also, the profile scraping is really good and better than anything I have used to date. Overall, it's everything I was wanting for recruiting.

Inconvénients :

Boolean searches do not seem to be as robust as I'd like and the page loading time can sometimes be a little slow.

Commentaires : It is essential to mention that Breezy is a program that performs tasks in the areas of recruitment operation, as well as in the follow-up of people, and that does not require other departments in its portfolio in order to correctly manage employment. It performs high performance studies on all the resumes submitted to our system, this makes the evaluator, through artificial intelligence tools, determine which are the best suggestions that have been presented so far and that, if chosen, could lead to a better result in terms of employment.

Avantages :

The technical support group provided by Breezy was very accommodating to our quality of service needs, as they were able to adapt to our circumstance and provide us with high quality solutions, which means we will continue to engage with them for troubleshooting. At Breezy, we are pleased that the human resource management system works so well as evidenced by the monitoring of employee time periods. The reliability of the service is so high that there is no difficulty in working from different tools, as the benefits can be retained in the same magnitude. Within Breezy, all human resources are handled internally, which further minimizes the work of human resources managers, implementing artificial intelligence methods to determine which employees have the highest capacity, who could be candidates for promotion, and which ones do not work well.

Inconvénients :

The surface is not attached through any API to the project management services, this would be helpful to be able to more clearly identify the jobs when you need to make an assessment of their quality or the interactions that employees have with each other during the development of each. day of work

Never use Breezy Bootstrap plan

Commentaires : I asked breezy to turn this "magic" feature for some time until i take my data from the app. They refused and told me that I have 24 hours only! This is unacceptable behaviour and degraded customer service approach. Moreover I had opened just 2 vacancies: not 100. An I asked to let me get the data for those 2 vacancies only.

Avantages :

Saving a lot of time while recruiting and processing candidates. Most of the data in one place helping to save time and streamline candidates management process.

Inconvénients :

Terrible company's culture around customer support. Bootstrap plan must be named Trap Plan. The carriage turns into a pumpkin. Bootstrap plan has a super feature - all candidates your added to the breezy app will not be available to you in 30 days, and it is does not matter how those candidates appeared in the app: you added it or breezy took it from integrations helping you to attract more candidates.

Commentaires : For the past 2 months, it has been a good experience. We'll see if we would have a paid subscription on the future.

Avantages :

This software helped us in cleaning and streamlining our hiring process. With this, we have lessen the paper trails for the overall recruitment process as all details can be viewed within the dashboard itself. Saves time and effort to share the details to the hiring team.

Inconvénients :

Some functions are not available for free users. We are still considered as a start up company and we currently don't have a big allocation for recruitment tools and ATS. If there's a way that some paid functions can be used by free users like us (bulk upload, bulk sharing of CV's etc.).

The simplicity of contacting candidates via email to arrange interviews. No more chasing candidates that never return your call. Time is much better utilized.

Inconvénients :

Could make the system a bit more interchangeable in your home screen when it comes to jumping into interviews, leaving candidate notes, score cards, etc.

You WILL ask yourselves "How did we survive without this?"

Commentaires : I will TRY to make this brief as there is WAY WAY WAYYYYYYYY TOO MUCH AWESOMENESS to go on about here. The VALUE proposition is massive. Speed of service AND the ability to EXPEDITE decision making by our internal and client teams.... that goes BEYOND a simple ROI calc and becomes a "Ease of Doing Business" - OCM style metric. Candidates ARE our customers. The C-sat scores we get, and the RELATIONSHIPS we are building with applicants who evolve into candidates.... has been transformative at every level for our clients. Our CLIENTS are blown away by the workflows, the consistent communications, and again.... the SPEED at which culture aligned, technically over qualified, motivated people are coming to them for final interviews ready to start.

Avantages :

The 3 biggest pieces of BREEZY that are CRITICAL to our business: 1st - speed of service 2nd - reduction of tools 3rd - centralization of communication SPEED OF SERVICE The ability to integrate with SLACK allowing us to reply to applicants with templates AND actually have dialogs when they become candidates was paramount to ensure positive candidate experiences. The BULK of HR/Recruitment engagements are canned, heartless replies - and Millenial "ghosting" style messaging. REDUCTION OF TOOLS The APIs for integration to our search and listing platforms AND the robust communication tools enable us to ALL use BREEZY as a "close to one stop" shop. We STILL need to post feeds and set up listing accounts AND we are pointing them ALL to BREEZY. The Google and HIRETUAL integrations are phenomenal. COMMUNICATIONS Internally having our conversations AND externally scheduling and engaging the candidates ALL IN ONE PLACE. NO MORE EMAIL CLUTTER. NO MORE BACK AND FORTH EXCUSES. Just a SINGLE source of TRUTH holding us ALL accountable to the candidate and each other.

Inconvénients :

Because we use BREEZY a MINIMUM of like 3 hours of our day - AND - it is in the cloud - there CAN be some slow times. These slow times have NOTHING to do with BREEZY and EVERYTHING to do with normal Internet traffic times. The Breezy DevOps teams are always working on new features, and SUPER responsive to requests. We have made several and will make more, AND YET, out of the "cloud" box - there is nothing to really state as a CON. I would advise against their Video Calling at this time - coming from my background at Cisco Systems - I am hyper partial to WebEx and Zoom calls. Breezy team are working on evolving the calendaring and video calling components though.

Breezy as helpful hiring tool

Commentaires : Overall, it is still user friendly. Automation features especially for emails and questionnaires provide ease and seamless process. New hiring managers can easily navigate through it without much orientation.

Avantages :

Able to customize the pipelines to suit our needs. Scheduler for interviews is helpful especially with the recent integration to Zoom. Reports/Analytics lead us to take proactive actions in our hiring strategies.

Inconvénients :

Some features would be most helpful if implemented like: Locations to drill down to specific region/cities. Right now, we are stuck with choosing a country . If we want to cover a region, we can't tick multiple countries. Also specifying in the Activity reports when a job is actually activated and when it is closed. It is not among the current reports. This is very helpful to track the Fill in rate for a job. Another thing is maybe providing another time option for video recording and not just limit it to 1 minute.

Overall Breezy has really streamlined our hiring process and cut our admin time down considerably.

Commentaires : We used to manage our seasonal hiring through gmail and spreadsheets, so it's much easier now to go through the process, leaving us more time in our day!

Avantages :

The ability to not only have email templates but to automate the sending of them with placeholders for the position and candidate name is a great feature. The visual pipeline is great, and being able to change a candidate's status from multiple access points makes it really easy to move candidates through the pipeline without actually having to go back to that view every time. The layout is simple, but the customization is powerful, so we were really able to customize the process so we are doing the same things we used to do through email, just much faster.

Inconvénients :

The meeting scheduling didn't work for us, and we ended up using a service called Calendly for setting up interviews since they allow us to provide one link and let the interviewee choose any available date, versus us having to offer specific dates, which takes up more time and makes the scheduling management more complicated. But since that process is outside of breezy, there is the extra step of then moving them through the pipeline. It would be nice if Breezy could have the option of letting the candidate choose from any available time, so we don't have to manually choose a time, then they could be automatically moved through the pipeline when they schedule. The handling of repeat applicants is also not as intuitive as we'd like. Even when an applicant applies with the same email address, they show up as a separate profile. We've had the problem where if someone applies through indeed and we move them into breezy, the email is different so there's no way to know right away if they are a repeat. Also, we hire a seasonal team every year, so we'd love a way to flag people who come back, especially if we didn't hire them in the past. We tend to not hire people we've rejected, so we want to make sure we don't bring them in for an interview
