Great way to keep track of your reviews
Commentaires : We like review trackers, but we have also recently started using some other tools that also include review tracking. We plan to evaluate those before renewing our ReviewTrackers contract.
Avantages :
We can easily keep tabs on the reviews that are submitted for our various company locations. It track more than just Facebook and Google, too. And the custom reporting alerts are really helpful too.
Inconvénients :
It is pretty pricey but is still a helpful tool for us.

Commentaires : Makes grabbing review data for reports 10x easier! Also love having 1 place for all our reviews over all our properties making it much easier to monitor.

Makes it easy for all of our managers across all of our properties to access and respond to reviews. The dashboard is also great for monitoring all the reviews we get across all platforms. The alert system is super helpful when wanted to respond immediately to those negative reviews! Finally exporting reviews for weekly reports has never been easier
Inconvénients :
Not being able to directly respond to some sources without leaving ReviewTrackers (TripAdvisor) Not all review status change automatically when responded outside of ReviewTrackers.

Great one-stop for all reviews
Commentaires : Overall experience is great though. Saves time from having to log into 4 separate platforms to keep track of reviews. Better to do all in one place.
Avantages :
Was easy to integrate to social and other review site platforms. Makes it much easier to respond, manage, and review different stores all in the same place. Easy sort categories and makes replying to customers very easy.
Inconvénients :
My biggest pain points have to do with the platform cache. If i refresh my browsers, new reviews don't show up until i navigate to one of the other tabs, and then go back to the reviews page. Other pain point is that I set up immediate notifications when we get reviews, but when i get a notification that a new Yelp review has been submitted, I won't see it in ReviewTrackers for almost 24hrs. There is also a large delay from when a customer submits a Yelp review, and when we get a notification that one has been submitted, or when they actually post. We've gotten Yelp review notifications sometimes from days ago (about 2 or 3). Makes it hard if they are a 1 star disgruntled customer for us to respond to, bc we can't fix anything at that point.

Basic review management
Avantages :
ReviewTrackers did what the name implies: tracked and reported on review volume, so that we could see what our customers were saying about us. The out-of-the-box product was very easy to implement, simple to learn, and easy to use.
Inconvénients :
Unfortunately, the reporting and monitoring interfaces were somewhat bleak at the time, and were not as visual or supportive as we would have expected. In addition the product was not as dynamic as we'd hoped. It simply curated and shared reviews as we received them, with little opportunity for customized or segmented reporting. Also, there was a very low level of customer service intervention. Our hospitals want to be able to respond to reviews with a local voice, with local perspectives. We were basically told this wasn't supported.

Helping us help our guests
Commentaires : We don't know what we'd do without ReviewTrackers now! Online reviews are huge in the restaurant industry. Too many negative reviews could truly break down your store. It's critical to engage with the upset guest as quickly as possible. ReviewTrackers helps out immensely, especially in communicating with our guests directly.
Avantages :
We love that ReviewTrackers is easy to initially set up and its non-complicated functionality is a huge bonus.
Inconvénients :
We wished that all reviews from every review site could be pulled in like how RTs pull in Google reviews.

Getting reviews got so easier
Avantages :
customized link to generate reviews with single click, notification on new reviews and sort feature to classify them for timely response are some of the most used features and this has helped increase our rating from 3.2 to 4 in last 6 months.
Inconvénients :
The response feature needs to be improved as we cannot find the name of user in the response page.

Your Review Management in One Easy Program
Commentaires : The main benefit for our business has been answering reviews as they happen, and internally addressing departmental issues.
Avantages :
Review Trackers was very easy to learn and a real time saver to manage all reviews in one place. Not all review sites will allow the program to automatically update with an AI response. It still helps us be aware at all times what our customers are saying.
Inconvénients :
The campaigns are a bit convoluted. We tried a campaign to solicit reviews but never got a handle on this part of our services.

Commentaires : I do enjoy review trackers more than I get frustrated with it and I would recommend it. Plus, the support staff is super helpful, responds quickly, and is open to ideas and suggestions!
Avantages :
I love that it pulls everything together into one place! We don't have to track down reviews from all over the web, and I LOVE that I can respond/tag reviews from the platform. Wish Yelp would be incorporated, but I know Yelp's a pain! Just glad we didn't loose access to the reviews from them.
Inconvénients :
I wish it would take OUT all the rating/systems in place (or have an option to take out) the response time. At our Mothership Level, we respond to all our reviews, and we only respond to 1-3 stars. It's really annoying that it throws off the rest of the ranking data. Would love to see an option to opt out of this! Also, would be great if we could upload negative emails (maybe similar to Facebook, on a 1-5 scale) to really get everything in to place!

Review Trackers Keeps Us on Track!

We really appreciate the way Review Trackers organizes all of our online reviews into one easy-to-access location. It allows us to free up our time to focus on caring for our guests instead of hunting down our reviews.
Inconvénients :
When we first started using the software, it took a bit of time to learn the interface. Yet they have made many updates and have online training videos to get the most use from Review Trackers.

Great tool for amalgamating all your reviews in one place

Avantages :
Love that everything is in one place and easy to see as a bigger picture. Also love that some review sites can be responded to directly from RT. Its a great tool for our General Managers to be on top of the daily reviews and nip any issues in the bud.
Inconvénients :
I'm disappointed that integration and direct response to Yelp and Tripadvisor doesn't exist, but this is likely a shortcoming of those two platforms and not RT.

Phenomenal product and an even better team behind the scenes supporting it and YOU.
Commentaires : We heavily rely on this software to monitor reviews for our company. We are immediately notified via ReviewTrackers when something is posted online so we're able to jump right on it. We have all the information in one place for multiple office locations and brands - it's wonderfully convenient.
Avantages :
ReviewTrackers is a very well built platform that is easy to use. I use ReviewTrackers on a daily basis and benefit from it tremendously. It takes all the hard work out of monitoring and requesting reviews, leaving you time to analyze and make the most of the data and insight provided! Highly recommend.
Inconvénients :
I can't think of anything I dislike or that truly needs improvement. I think additional data on the dashboard would be helpful. Similar to "Trending Topics", it would be nice to have other fun, measurable, visual elements to reference and report on.

ReviewTrackers has been critical to the success of our reputation management strategy.
Avantages :
Easy to use. Robust without being overwhelming. Customer support is unmatched. Never run into any technical problems. The ReviewTrackers team is also enhancing their product/service offerings and the site functionality so it just keeps getting better.
Inconvénients :
A face lift of the site might be nice, visually speaking. Maybe updating the color scheme or making it a little easier on the eyes. I don't particular love when sites revamp and you can't find anything but at the same time it might be refreshing if they redesigned it a little bit.

Ease and Convenience with a Few Flaws
Commentaires : ReviewTrackers has made responding to guest reviews easier in that they are all in one location. The software is easy to use, but needs some enhancements to include additional review sites for auto responses.
Avantages :
Auto responses and reporting make managing the large volume of reviews we receive easier to manage.
Inconvénients :
Only Google responses are autogenerated. To respond to Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc., you need to leave the website and respond to all reviews. Not as convenient as it should be.

Open table reviews show up in spurts and getting to respond to a google review you have to go straight to your google page.

Useful Platform
Avantages :
It's a huge time saver. Collecting all the reviews across multiple platforms in one place makes my job much easier. Allowing me to save time and respond to guests as fast as possible.
Inconvénients :
The mobile app would be my only complaint. There isn't much useful functionality.

Monitoring and responding to reviews is very simple and it's easy to see everything happening with reviews in one quick view!
Inconvénients :
The custom reporting/exports could be improved, as well as the time it takes for certain review sites to show the reviews in ReviewTrackers - some have a 1-2 day lag time.

All you need in one place!
Avantages :
I love that ReviewTrackers alerts me quickly when any of our locations has a review so we can either send our appreciation or even try to correct an experience that we were unaware of. It's essential to me for reputation management.
Inconvénients :
asking for reviews and posting them online could be worked on. Reviewers don't share online and the internal feedback is helpful, but not the end result wanted.
