AwardCo. is exactly what we needed and more!

Commentaires : I initially started looking for a new partner after hitting wall after wall where we were. We wanted to connect our swag store on Spotify to our loyalty platform so our sales reps could use their loyalty currency to purchase merch and AwardCo. made it happen when seemingly no one else could! They also helped to modernize our program, our reps love the ability to shout each other out on the Feed!

Avantages :

Working with AwardCo has been incredible for Day 1. I sourced them out after running into issue after issue with our previous loyalty platform provider and it has been the best decision! They helped us break through walls in our program we had been up against for years!

Inconvénients :

I know it's a good process to specialize in sales, onboarding and then Account Management, but it's never a simple transition between company contacts. That being said, we often get sold on a product only to discover the follow through isn't there. That's not the case with AwardCo., every contact we've worked with there has been incredible!

Commentaires : Awardco has figured out the maximum benefit with minimum effort. We are able to recognize our employees quickly and effortlessly, and we love it!

Avantages :

The Award options are unlimited and it's the only system that partners with Amazon. Hundreds of other options for our employees to choose from. Everyone...and I mean everyone who have used our system, love it much better than our previous 'catalog' options for anniversaries. And used as an employee recognition platform, Awardco goes above and beyond! Awardco is easy to use for both the end user and administrators. The staff at Awardco are so helpful and open to feedback and suggestions on how to make the system even better.

Inconvénients :

What's great about Awardco is that they listen to their clients. I've seen where improvements can be made and not only to they meet with me to understand the ask and issue, they have actively put new features in and improvements. They are always working to make the system better. There are always new things I want or think the system should have/do, but I know they are working on my suggestions or rolling out even better improvements I didn't even think of.

Boosting Employee Morale with Awardco: A Simple and Effective Recognition Tool

Commentaires : Overall, Awardco has been great. It’s easy to use, helps recognize employees, and offers lots of reward choices through Amazon. While customization could be better, it has definitely boosted team morale and engagement.

Avantages :

What I liked most about Awardco is how easy it makes recognizing employees. The platform lets you reward people with points they can use on Amazon, giving them plenty of options to choose from. It’s flexible, user-friendly, and helps build a positive, motivating work environment.

Inconvénients :

What I liked least about Awardco is that the customization options for rewards can sometimes feel limited if you’re looking for something more unique or tailored outside of their standard offerings. It could also take a bit of time to fully explore all the features if you're new to the platform.

Great Rewards Platform with Room for Improvement

Awardco is Awesome

Avantages :

Awardco offers a physical or virtual spend rewards card. This is the first software I have used that had a physical card, my employees enjoyed this. Another great feature is Awardco partners with Amazon. My employees absolutely loved this because they could truly select a reward they would use and enjoy.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing negative to say at this time. The software has been great.

Commentaires : Excellent experience! I really appreciate that the system is available for use and encourage people to use it regularly.

Avantages :

Options to select an item after receiving an award. Options to reward others. Options to purchase up on items of interest if the $ award given doesn't meet the purchase price of something of interest. Options to create your own gift card amount Options for egift cards because there is a lot of fraud with actual gift cards in stores now.

Inconvénients :

not used enough by the team. The more everyone on the team and supervisors use this system, the more positive the culture will be.

Commentaires : The good experience I have with Awardco is that I can meet good people and they can be nominated for the good things they do in their work. for being kindness and another good thing we can buy with our points :)

I love it because it's easier to use and share the good things about our coworkers.

I don't think there's anything I don't like about awardco, I like it and it's easy to use.

Commentaires : Overall I have enjoyed Awardco. I like that my organization uses Awardco to reward team members that do good work. Everytime I get an award through Awardco it encourages me as I know my work isn't going unnoticed.

Avantages :

I like the ease of use that Awardco allows to both give and receive rewards. I also like the variety of rewards you are able to choose from. The variety of gift cards is nice that you can always find something useful to use the awards on.

Inconvénients :

Even though you can get a lot of variety of rewards I don't like the limitations when it comes to physical rewards. Almost all of the rewards are digital only and even for the visa gift cards if you want a physical reward it costs the individual payment to get the visa card in the mail.

Commentaires : Overall, I really appreciate the support that I get. My CSM would always get back to me and explain things further, if I needed.I feel that it is easy to use and things are not complicated to do. Steps for each process aren't too difficult.

Avantages :

Our company chose Awardco because of it's ease of use and the option of shopping directly on Amazon. Gift cards are great choices, but sometimes people will not use them, so allowing shopping and having it shipped to your house was a great choice. Giving a recognition is a few easy steps and we wanted something that was easy for all our employees to be able to do.

Inconvénients :

When we were in the transition phase of setting this up, there was an organized project management tool used, which we never used before. We had some hiccups with it, but then we received guidance and it went smoother.I will say that we had been handed over to some different people over time, which I understand that people change positions, but some of the communication differed. Sometimes finding the info you may need, such as a certain report, can be a little challenging.

Fantastic Solution for Forward-Thinking Companies

Commentaires : I am extremely happy with Awardco and think it's one of the best things we've implemented that directly ties to our culture. It is, without a doubt, a HUGE SUCCESS!

Avantages :

As our workforce becomes more remote, recognition that knows no time, geographical, or team boundaries is important to us. One of our core tenants is to lift others up around us. Awardco helps us do that in a seamless, incredibly efficient and effective way!

Inconvénients :

I wish we could manage our user database directly in the system without the upload needed with the metadata. It would allow us more immediate additions (for companies like us where HCM integration is not possible at this time). I would also love to have a customer user group so we can share best practices and see how others use Awardco. That type of collaboration would be incredible. Today we can only rely on our account manager - which is a limited source of ideas. Talking to our peer group and how they each implemented it within their environments and use the tool to engage would be more valuable.

Reward system that motivates

Commentaires : There are different types of reward motivation: eg, carrot and stick reward - if you do this you will get a reward vs random unanticipated rewards after the fact. Awardco is the latter, which is more healthy and doesn't have the side effects the carrot and stick method has. So our Awardco experience has been very helpful in creating a healthy motivational environment.

Avantages :

Awardco Recognitions is a very easy and impactful way to reward people in our organization for doing a great job or going above and beyond. People feel appreciated and are more likely to work harder/smarter or tackle a difficult challenge knowing they may get awarded awardco points, which can be renewed for gift cards or a myriad of items.

Inconvénients :

The budgets for awards are setup in silos. So each manager has a budget of awards for her/his team. However, if a manager wants to give a recognition to someone outside their department, the award still comes out of their budget and reduces the amount for their own team. It would be nice if there were a budget for cross-team awards or even manager-to-manager awards. The other thing is managers give awards to their subordinates but the only person that can give to the leadership team is the CEO, who is too busy to do it. So a structure that supports leaders giving recognition to other leaders would be helpful.

Terrible product

Commentaires : Because the search functionality was non-existant, I decided the easiest way to use Awardco would be to search for the thing I wanted on Amazon, then copy and paste that exact title into Awardco. Of course, the majority of the items that are available on Amazon aren't in the Awardco catalog even though it uses the Amazon engine. I did finally find an outdoor umbrella, but I wasn't able to select which color I wanted, so that was out. Be prepared to buy basic items, not things that you actually want. I added a huge Lego set to my cart, but it disappeared before I could complete the purchase. I finally decided to search for gift cards. Thankfully, there is a large assortment. So, I ordered three Amazon gift cards that totaled up to the number of points I have available. I have yet to receiv an email to say that my order has been processed, shipped, received, nothing. That was May 11th. The order shows processed, but it is now June 9th and I still haven't heard anything from Awardco. This is $150 in gift cards that has just vanished. It was my 10 year anniversary present from my company. Next time I'll just take the Visa gift card and company pin. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare, and I have given this feedback to everyone. A waste of time. Horrible experience.

Avantages :

I didn't like anything at all about this product. This product was completely horrible as a customer.

Inconvénients :

The search functionality was horrible. At most, there was a browse feature. For example, you can type in "Nalgene Water Bottle", and you will be provided with a list of things that match that search description. There is no way to narrow down the choices, select colors, or search for specific items. If an item comes in multiple colors, you can't pick which color you want. You just order and hope for the best. There has been absolutely zero contact from Awardco even after placing my order. The order is in limbo. You aren't able to add points, or buy something outside of your points range by purchasing more points. If you have 99 points, and the item is 100 points, you can't have it.

New to me, and I love it!

Commentaires : I think my company failed to introduce and educate me on Awardco, or I somehow totally missed it with onboarding. I suddenly started receiving recognitions, looked into it, stumbled upon the Awardco site/tool, and it seemed clear enough. I felt uncomfortable for a while about how exactly the points and ultimately $ were funded. I still don't know, but I've just been going with it. At some point, I finally became curious about how to redeem. It seemed intuitive enough, and almost "too good to be true" that 1 point = 1$. That's very generous of BPM! I didn't spend much time looking at the options to redeem, because the items in the catalog didn't catch my attention or interest me much. I was super happy to see that I could redeem into a credit card! So, I became an even bigger fan! I love the interaction with coworkers, feeling appreciated, validated, and the fun friendly element of it.

Avantages :

Awardco's interface and feature suite is very nice. It's complex enough to be useful but not too cluttered etc. I really appreciate that email notifications are sent out to clue you in about being recognized or prompting you to recognize points before they expire.

Inconvénients :

I really can't think of anything negative about Awardco, and I'm kind of a critical user who is frustrated by many apps, websites, interfaces etc. Awardco has been awesome.

I like that there are a lot of good options.

Inconvénients :

Shipping of ordered items from my "employer store" takes too long. Please consider adding the following as egift card options: Chick-fil-A, Lowe's, Game of Axes, McDonald's, Off The Wall, PetSmart, Publix, The Escape Game, Throw Social, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park. Also, it would be nice to be able to see past milestones so I could wish a belated whatever to co-workers.

Great options to choose from, you can receive products or can order e-gift cards. Many options to choose from.

Inconvénients :

Sometime the shipping may take time to receive, depends on the product. I thought i ordered a new Air Fryer, turned out to be a restored item.

Avantages :

We love the ease of using Awardco! The customer service and representatives that they have working for Awardco are stellar, they are always making recommendations to us on how we can better reward our teams. We use Awardco for a multitude of things from recognizing anniversaries, recognition programs, employee referral programs, and so much more!

Inconvénients :

As we grow with more and more people our bills get higher with the usage of employee engagement and spending! It pays to recognize, literally!

Engaging and rewarding

Avantages :

I have grown quite fond of the various reward options but I have always loved the ability to keep tabs on all the peer-to-peer recognition in the company. It's a simple tool but it does exactly what it should do and it does this well.

Inconvénients :

I would always welcome additional rewards but I don't have any true negatives. It would be "nice to have" the ability to receive all recognitions, including work anniversaries, with the automated tracking e-mail.

Commentaires : Awardco allowed our organization to take manual recognition processes and transition them to digital. This saves hours of work for many employees. It is also easier for employees to receive their recognitions in real time.

Avantages :

Awardco makes it easy for multiple levels of recognition to be provided in a large organization. Our peer recognitions have tripled since implementation which increases employee engagement. There is a wide variety of choices for employees to pick from when they would like to use their points.

Inconvénients :

We are enjoying using Awardco and do not see any cons at this time.

Awardco has been great for me!

Commentaires : Awardco has been easy to use and I've enjoyed the rewards that I've been able to select. Donating $100.00 to Special Olympics or buying a new pair of shoes as a reward for my effort is a lot nicer than getting another clear plastic trophy with a clock that doesn't work.

Avantages :

I'm a sales rep at a large company. I've seen a lot of different rewards programs. Some have been cash, others have been specific travel options, and many others have included gift cards. While I've never turned down a single reward, Awardco has made it a nicer process for me. I get some recognition points for my birthday, and for my work anniversary, but most of them come from sales achievements. I've used points for donations to Special Olympics and Miracle Children's Network. I've also used points for company swag and to buy items I needed from Amazon. Once, I even cashed in my points for money that was added directly to my paycheck. It's been really great.

Inconvénients :

The interface with Amazon is a little cumbersome and when items, like shirts or shoes, have multiple size options, the system doesn't allow you to pick an item and then pick the size.

Commentaires : Very happy with this Software - a positivity booster like this is a fantastic asset in a Team Based company like ours!

Avantages :

I love the way this is a tool purely for the use of positivity and building people up. Both Teammates and those in Leadership have the opportunity to recognize Outstanding moments as well as those that are Quietly Consistent. Anytime an AWARDCO Email pops up, you are instantly happy to check it!

Inconvénients :

I only wish that there were more points allowed for team mates to give to others. Maybe instead minimizing the total points we are able to give, we maybe just have limits on how OFTEN we can give points to INDIVIDUALS. For example: Currently if I wanted to thank about 8 people on my team with the 5point gift option, I would not be able to because I don't have enough points. But Ideally, I could thank each one of them with the 5point option but would have to wait an allotted amount of time before any of them were eligible to be thanked with that option again.

Great way to recognize your peers

Commentaires : As an administrator it is nice to run reports and see people getting recognized for doing above and beyond things. It doesn't always have to be in their specific job but sometimes those good acts that are done on a normal basis gets recognized and that inspires/ motivates our employees.

Avantages :

I love that everyone in the company has a say and its a great way to recognize your peers. It is an added bonus that a dollar value is attached to managers who can issue points. I love the giftcard feature.

Inconvénients :

There have been a few times staff members redeem a giftcard and the URL doesn't work or they do not receive it for some reason. But our rep usually resolves the problem within a day.
