Commentaires : We have used this software for many years now and we are really happy to see the SaaS evolution of the software. The logic behind and the many different services offered provide a high level of control and differentiation for managing, updating, communication a large dealer network. Some of the tools in the backend help to protect your network and prevent competitors and other organizations from soliciting and bothering your dealer network. This is a very smart system. We are willing to roll out this software with a number of our clients. The customer service is first class. Can't say enough good. Had a small technical problem with importing our 200 plus dealership list, they resolved the problem in a matter of minutes. Looking forward to the future iterative updates to look and feel and a responsive user interface design. The backend is really good. We appreciate how you handle GEO caching and search. We also love the underlying map technologies. Sometimes is nice not using Google Maps for every location based application. Well done and keep making it better.

Very dissapointing

Commentaires : This product is hopeless in the UK. The geo locator is very poor and puts locations up to 10 miles out. This causes huge disappointment and annoyance to customers. Their rather unhelpful support staff really have no idea how UK addresses work and seem to think the whole UK address system should be reformatted to match US formats. Installed a competitive product, powered by Google and everything just work properly. If your in the UK avoid this frustrating and useless operation!

This is the best one we've used

Commentaires : I just signed up for the new On Demand locator and have been using it for about 5 days now. I will start by saying that there are so many features and I really like having all the options available to me so I can fully control even the smallest things. Importing our 700 locations was a snap because we used the Import Wizard. Easy! Launching on our site was simple and our designer had to copy code over and we were instantly up and running. We love the fact that the locator presents itself in a lightbox over top our website. Really nice feature and makes it easy to use. For the last 8 years, I've used every locator system on the market. I've tried them all and honestly, this new On Demand locator is the best one out there. It's inexpensive, smart and loads really fast. Really loving this locator and look forward to using it for a long time. Thanks for creating such a fantastic system. Kudos to the entire team.

Customer Service non-responsive

Commentaires : We opened a ticket in August. Response was the company is aware and is working on - no fix yet. Opened another ticket on October 2, and not a single response. I followed up twice in the ticket system, and once by phone. The voicemail box was generic and full. What's going on??

Commentaires : This product is a good low-cost solution for implementing a dealer locator on your site. It functions well from a user standpoint. Support is generally responsive and willing to help. Occasionally, we would wait several business days for a response which felt a little too long. Sometimes we'd ask multiple questions on a ticket and receive an answer to only some of the questions. The import instructions need a little tweaking to include all the caveats associated with a successful import. For instance, if you're using a mac, be sure to save your CSV as a windows CSV or your import will fail. We really appreciate all the support that Brian provided to us. Our customers love the dealer locator. It's integrated really well with Google Maps so you can easily pull up directions. I'd recommend this tool to anyone interested in a dealer locator that doesn't cost an "arm and a leg".

The new On Demand Store locator is Awesome!

Commentaires : I've been a long time customer of Ultimate Locator. I've always loved the older downloadable version, and now that the new On Demand version is released, I signed up and WOW! is all I can say. Hands down one of the best systems out there. Getting setup was a snap and importing our stores was not bad at all. Had over 1,000 stores imported in about 5 minutes using the wizard import tool. I'd recommend this product to anyone who has a lot of different products that are sold throughout many different locations. It was extremely easy to put the code on our site and we were up in running in about 15 minutes overall. Congratulations to the Ultimate Locator team for making a great product and putting it out there for a great price. Will be a customer for a long time coming.

The customer service is five star!

Commentaires : As a Technologies Executive I deal with customer and technical support often and it is typically inferior. Their support is excellent. I have a legacy product which was set up prior to my employment at my company and I was having issues determining how to access my account and move the locator to another server. Brian was very helpful and exceptionally detailed. Thank you for your service.

Have always loved this locator

Commentaires : Been using UL over 10 years. Their latest release is top notch and has every feature you would possibly want. This is one of the last 'download and install yourself' apps in the locator segment, so as long as that is what you want, then this is the clear choice. One price, one time, own it forever. No monthly fees. Can't beat that. It has a clean interface and is easy to use. Highly customizable with templates. Love it!

Poor System, Bad Customer Service

Not all locations show up. Currently trying to upload locations and it just spins for the GEO coding. Whenever I put in a ticket for help, either they don't help or no response.

Excellent Value

Commentaires : We priced out lots of locator services. Ultimate Locator gave us all the benefits we wanted at an affordable price. Thousands less than comparable services for the package we chose. We highly recommend them.
