Definitely worth getting on board with P2; despite the teething issues and occasional bugs (which the support team are always aiming to help with) the overall functionality is going to be amazing 🤩

Commentaires : It's ok. I am not thrilled about the move to pabau 2 as have had to chase to ensure items are included and am getting very little communication back

It is a one stop shop and allows us to manage bookings, records and finances all in one place
Inconvénients :
We have to use lots of workarounds to track progress so we have many spreadsheets running alongside it and the reporting function is sub par to really get proper detail about what's happening in the business without paying extra for custom reports

Training is vital. Ideally in person training. [sensitive content hidden] came to train the whole team and she was able to update all our setting avoiding problems further down the line.

Avantages :
I am extremely happy with the services provided by Pabau. I have received support whenever I needed it, and [sensitive content hidden] have been absolutely fantastic. I appreciate the flexibility to book online consultations at my convenience. Even when they are not available, I always receive prompt feedback from the team. Booking has also been seamless for my patients, making the process much easier for everyone involved. Great for small - medium sized businesses!
Avantages :
I like that Pabau is cloud based and easy to navigate. The training videos are really helpful and customer support is straight forward and quick to respond.
Inconvénients :
When the portal is open and being used by multiple devices, it does not update unanimously on each device until the page is refreshed. Once you know this, you get into a habit of actively refreshing the page before booking someone in to avoid double bookings.

Why I subscribed to Pabau
Commentaires : The on boarding and training team have been very professional and prompt with correspondence.
Avantages :
There are many features I could not find in other software. Particularly the use of consultation templates to reduce note writing time, photography with the assistance of stencils to always obtain the correct patient view (very good for before and after photos), integration of drug look up, the ability to assign permissions for data view amongst staff and online booking. Everything is customisable. There is a whole suite of tools to match the demands of my growing business.
Inconvénients :
I would have preferred the option of a free trail period to play around with the application pre subscription. However, I can see that I would have flounder without the online training provided. There is a learning curve steeper than other applications.

Great software - good online training - quick online chat answers

In general is good, quick online chat, great online training, system works well and covers a lot of areas needed to work.
It could definitely improve on the way the forms are set up, have more flexibility there. Another area of improvement is again the online chat, making answers more user friendly, not so much it based.
There are still some areas that need some twitching (forms flexibility / prescriptions not linking to inventory / Xero integration) but so far Pabau has showed that they do understand user needs and make sure they react to feedback, hence me doing this today.

The way the have been able to ensure that they users learn - the online trainings are really good. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is amazing!
Inconvénients :
Customer support - it is not possible to talk to the developers and that means that customer services responses are fast but limited to repeating what the developers tell them in it terms that are little use to those with no it brains. I was having a problem with Xero integration and the answers I was getting were limited, it took a lot of research from my part to work out what they meant and how to make them work, still there is an error showing up and the answer I got was : "Despite all the errors and information you can see, the system will never sync a Bank Account code full stop." Not helpful at all, I am sure they could do better as I can imagine a lot of people asks these same questions. I could give you a document with the correct steps of how to do it now.

Commentaires : My overall experience has been very positive and I love the product. It saves me lots of time regarding admin and my patients love it.
Avantages :
I paid for the integration and it was worth every penny. It was so super easy. I had great training at the beginning. The system is so clever and does so much that it's worth the money I pay. As a sole trader it has saved me so much time through automation of so many aspects of my business.
Inconvénients :
One of the main reason I joined was to be able to process packages of treatment. I can set them up and assign appointments myself from the packages but I am still unable to allow my patients to do so. I take up front payment and, apparently, that is why. I can't understand, why, if someone has already paid in full, they cannot book appointments from the package they have paid for. No one has managed to answer that. I would love a solution to this issue. I would also like to be able to set my diary up with specific appointments times instead of having to force this by creating off blocks every hour. Creates so much work.

Absolutely horrific
Commentaires : We decided to go with Pabau because it was the cheapest option at the time and was also more geared toward medical spas and IV therapy. We met with our Pabau account manager weekly to work toward implementing Pabau with our operations. However, we ran into problem after problem after problem. There were bugs, glitches, changes weren't saving, and we could not complete simple tasks. The interface, while new and modern looking, simply was complicated to navigate. We were also told we could integrate Pabau with our website and even our account manager admitted after the fact, that it is too glitchy to implement. After countless hours, days, and months, we decided to try a new software called Mangomint. It has been night and day. Mangomint was available 24/7 via life chat, email, and phone call. They assisted us and we got Mangomint implemented in ONE DAY. Since then, we have seen an increase in sales. We reached out to Pabau and they are unwilling to give us a refund (not even a partial refund). We are NOT HAPPY with Pabau and would NOT recommend them to any company. Do not use Pabau.

There are a TON of glitches and bugs. Our account manager was not available and rarely responded to emails. They did warn us about bugs and glitches, however, we could not implement or use this software WHATSOEVER with our operations. We switched to Mangomint (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and were able to implement Mangomint in ONE DAY (just a few hours). Mangomint is also cheaper than Pabau. After switching to Mangomint, we did $1,700 in sales our first day launching our company. It's embarrassing when our Pabau account manager was unable to show us how to do things with the software, because even he ran into bugs and glitches.

As per our terms and conditions, a lot of time was spent on your setup on our side and when we invoked our terms, and did not complete the refund, you have decided to leave the negative review because of this. Poor customer service
Commentaires : Overall Pabau does what it needs to until it doesnt. The software glitches and customer service is appalling. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have not been able to see my schedule for over 7 weeks and keep being told that it is in the process of being rectified by 'x' date and it does not. I can not speak to anyone and I am stuck. Find a company with better support!

Pabau has THE WORST customer service. Do not expect to speak to anyone. There is a standard response and issues routinely take 6-8 weeks to rectify. I have had 2 issues in the last two years and both incredibly frustrating- there is no contact person and there is no accuracy to when they will fix a problem. There is no apology and no attempt to help the situation.

Maryam We both know this review is littered with inaccuracies and we communicated on email and showed our team had in fact been more than helpful with your issues. The nature of development is some issues take longer to solve than others based on priority and how many clients are impacted, we are more than happy to deal with clients and work with them to make the system better , but when faced with nothing but lies from someone who supposedly understands how reviews can impact a business it’s surprising you have taken it upon yourself to not only give an inaccurate review, but may put others off by the fact you have downright lied. Elixir skin clinic review

When it works it can be helpful and is better than a written diary
Inconvénients :
It is very very buggy, regularly doesn’t work, patients disappear, cannot be booked in, devices don’t connect together so different appointments appear on different devices. Calendar and/ or journey regularly fail to show on iPads. Customer service, while replies are speedy we are repeatedly told it isn’t an issue on pabaus end when it clearly is. We never ever receive an apology for serious issues which cause massive problems in clinic and we are often asked to manually correct things our end which are the fault of the system from your end. Why should we create errors that have occurred within the system that we have no control over.

Has great potential, but riddled with expensive bugs. Hoping Pabau 2 is better
Commentaires : System has great features, but cumbersome and riddles with bugs . Tempted to switch to another system, but am hoping they get right with Pabau 2.0. I'm hoping Pabau 1.0 was a learning curve and they'll deliver a new system with less expensive and frustrating bugs.

I liked the Calendar feature, REcords Management feature, Templates are handy, Marking for Botox etc are compatible, Notifications are well designed.
Inconvénients :
The least I liked is their PRescription feature which is complicated to use. Also the birthday templates are not fancy. Customer review template is also not up to the mark.

Excellent solution for me
Commentaires : I stumbled into the business two years ago, and I can genuinely say that it was one of the finest professional choices I have ever made. As soon as I started, I saw there was a lot of opportunity for advancement in terms of my duties, position, and the development of team and leadership abilities, which is always a plus in any profession.
Avantages :
The company's willingness to consider fresh concepts that might enhance our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly workflow is something I truly like. Our daily work is more productive as a consequence of the implementation of ideas that staff members, including myself, have offered.
Inconvénients :
There are a few changes that need to be made, such as the ability to remove photographs from the iOS app and add simple notes, but Pabau is wonderful at listening and will accept suggestions.

Fantastic Software when it works
Commentaires : Well thought out software which tackles almost all of our requirements. However, very frustrating that there are new major issues on a weekly and almost daily basis. Without these constant issues this software would be unbeatable. As it stands, I am currently looking into possible alternative software providers.
Avantages :
The features are great and plentiful. Really well thought out software. Easy to use and it’s great that its accessible on multiple devices in multiple locations. Functionality that other software does not have.
Inconvénients :
Software constantly has issues, features regularly don’t work. Integrated payment system has issues and has lost us income. Online booking system has had issues. Issues between patients accessing information dependant on what device they are using.

Comprehensive logical system
Commentaires : Very good. Training and guidance material within the software has improved over the time we have been using it. We need to learn about more of the features to get the most from using Pabau, but we are now working on this.
Avantages :
Functionality and flexibility is extremely good and regular updates and additions means we can advance our business in line with our industry. Overall we can tailor so many elements to fit our operations precisely.
Inconvénients :
Some key pieces of information - ie telephone number is presented in small fonts. Would like to find a way to adjust this - maybe there is a way and we are missing it.

Commentaires : Overall, very positive with some room for improvement. Very satisfied.
Avantages :
The ability to send reminders to clients, feedback forms, and aftercare incredibly easily to clients. The ability to integrate patient data into an easy-to-access format.
Inconvénients :
Occasional glitches sometimes arise, which may result in a failure to send forms to some clients. Perhaps the software could do with a more modern look and update.
