I was not a part of implementing the change of our payroll to the Sure Payroll software so I can't personally speak into the ease of integration.
I don’t like being charged to cancel a payroll immediately after it is submitted.

SurePayroll - accurate, timely, easy to use
Avantages :
Love that we are able to provide every employee with their own log in access to view history, print copies of checks and W-2's. Frees up a lot of time by allowing them to perform this critical task.
Inconvénients :
Nothing negative too report. We have not experienced any problems with accuracy of data, and their security is excellent.

SurePayroll Meets Our Needs
Avantages :
SurePayroll was exactly what our operation was looking for: Ease, Simplicity and Functional. It also helps that we very rarely need any customer service assistance. The online portal is easy to use and pretty straightforward in that even a beginner in the world of Payroll can figure it out and learn it in no time!
Inconvénients :
We don't always need the service depending on how revenue is coming in and so it would be nice to pause the service during the periods when it is not needed rather than continue to be charged the monthly fee.
Find another Company. Service is terrible.
Commentaires : It's akin to jumping in a tub of water that is just about boiling. I believe they will be out of business if they don't change customer service, which does not exist.
Avantages :
Nothing recently, 9 years ago they were great, now it is a horrible service.
Inconvénients :
Everything, but mostly the lack of the ability to talk to a human; not, a BOT. No one cares.

Commentaires : I am using Sure Payroll for 3 months and happy with Surepayroll. I was very frustrated with my previous payroll company (Axx), now I am happy switching to Sure Payroll. Highly recommend to everyone!

Report has manual setup to get. If it can be automated monthly email to the customer, it would be helpful.

Commentaires : Unnecessarily Stressful & disappointing. I have been in the Hospitality Industry for over 35 years. You cannot give customer service without a willingness to be helpful. It’s that simple.
Avantages :
I was a satisfied customer of Sure Payroll. When a natural disaster struck my town and shut down my business they took advantage of me. They have continued to charge me for an account that I was told would be closed. They filed false reports with the IRS. The most passive aggressive and condescending customer service rep. Told me that I would have to “dealt with it on my own”. She did not help me close my account. I have not be spoken to that way while asking for help in a long time.
Inconvénients :
Customer service. One of the worst experiences I have had. Very stressful when dealing with something sensitive like the IRS.

ADP is so worth the $$ in comparison to sitting on hold for 1+ hours EVERYTIME you need help
Commentaires : I LOVED this company when I started with them years ago. Over the last 2 years their service has gone in the toilet. Literally just about EVERY time I have contacted them for the last 2 years I have had to sit on hold for over an hour. I am typing this review while I sit on hold (for an hour and a half according to what I was just told will be my addl hold time) because I was supposed to have access to my reports in my account that I closed through april 1 of this year. My accountant can not access, I can not access (I would think this is illegal???) and now I wait. THANK GOD I have left this group, for the extra money I am paying ADP I will SAVE so much on time lost.
Avantages :
It was great until 2020. Software was fine, it is the service that is horrible.

Easy to use self service payroll
Commentaires : I have been using this service since my previous service raised the price again. The payroll service has been easy to use, has tax compliance and direct deposit and is reasonably priced.
Avantages :
I like it is simple, I can have direct deposit, I can get clear reports and tax compliance. It is also reasonably priced. While designed to be self service, but the support is excellent.
Inconvénients :
If you are off schedule it gets harder to get back on track.

Simple Payroll
Commentaires : its ok. It's setup and functioning so I'm using it for now. I've thought about switching just because of how much they attempt to contact me about products or asking for referrals.

I wish the household employee options were less expensive for individuals with only 1 employee.

Commentaires : So far so good, no complaints. Payroll runs on time and for a very reasonable fee

Ease of getting started, sales staff were easy to communicate with.

Not sure really. May be too many emails, but even that’s not too big of a deal

It's all about your customer service rep...
Commentaires : My experience, in the beginning, was terrible. Our reps would not answer my emails or phone calls, and I just couldn't get any help or answers. After having a conversation with someone in charge, all of that changed. We were assigned new reps and they were just amazing. It's all about connecting with the right people in a company and cultivating that relationship with them.
Avantages :
The set up process is easier than some because there is a dedicated person who helps you set up a company in SurePayroll. I like that it's easy to review before running payroll in order to spot any errors.
Inconvénients :
What I like least is the ongoing technical issues we've experienced as an accounting firm. At least 50% of our clients were unable to sign in to their own account, so we had to go in for them anytime a change or report was needed.

The ability to pick and chose which parts I needed to use and not use.

I liked the promotion regarding getting free first month but there after, rates went up and up.

Easy of set up, ease of use, and price are the best features of this payroll system.

I've been on hold for 3 hrs, I guess that's better than being on hold for 4 hours (?).

I write this review as my time on hold with customer support approaches 3 hrs for a very simple question. I know their support closes in 20 minutes, so I probably won't speak to anyone today after waiting nearly 3.5 hours. Oh, and their 'callback' feature doesn't work. I tried it twice yesterday, and both times they called me back and connected me immediately to someone's voicemail. No surprise that neither of them called me back after I left a message.
Impossible to get Customer Support or help

Avantages :
Before your purchase the product, they are very attentive. But after you have purchased the product, you can not get to customer service. I just purchased the service Dec 31, 2021 and haven't been trying to get support from that point. I can not not get any customer support.
Inconvénients :
When you call Customer Service - you are placed on hold forever. They say "wait time is over 30 minutes" but I was on hold for 2.5 hours, and then the line got disconnected. You call back and you're placed back in line (now "wait time of over 45 minutes"). They give you an option for them to call you back and supposedly you don't lose your place in line. After several hours, you get a call back and you are placed back in a wait line. After 1.5 hours of waiting, after they called me back, I hung up. I do this several times at different days and at different times. I tried to call the sales people that I purchased the product from. They won't call back or email me back either.
