Typeform - a better form system

Best survey tool for B2B SaaS
I just started using Typeform for my online surveys, and I am very happy with the site. I've noticed a big difference in how my surveys are used and how well they work overall compared to other tools like Google Surveys. One thing I like about Typeform is how easy it is to change the way my surveys look and feel. The platform lets me change a lot of things, which makes it easy to make surveys that are visually appealing, interactive, and interesting to my audience. One thing that makes Typeform stand out is how much more fun and interesting it is than other survey tools. The platform's interactive design and easy-to-use interface make it easy for me to get information from my audience in a way that is fun for both them and me.I highly recommend Typeform to anyone who wants a survey tool with a better user experience and a more interesting way to collect information. The platform has changed the quality and usefulness of my surveys in a clear way, and I think it will do the same for you.
One thing I didn't like about Typeform was that there wasn't a step-by-step guide to help me figure out how to use the editing tools. I had trouble finding the right options and features to make the surveys I wanted to make. This made the process take much longer and be much more annoying than it should have been.
Typeform, an excellent way to understand our client's needs and increase the level of satisfaction.
Commentaires : Typeform generates the expected results from the beginning and without the need to start from scratch. We can use multiple predefined templates based on our needs and their use limitations are practically non-existent. The documentation on its use allows us to quickly learn how far we can go and the return on investment is very convenient for any information. The integrations with Hubspot, Google, Slack and many others make it a very useful product in corporate environments, in addition to having mechanisms to share information on our social networks.
Typeform adapts to practically any need, in addition to integrating with many other software platforms, which makes it very useful in corporate environments. On the other hand, Typeform goes a little further than other similar tools, allowing branching and logical processing in the preparation of forms, this provides functionalities that segment surveys and questionnaires and reach more people with a single request for information. Additionally, it uses secure mechanisms to safeguard the information of our clients, leads or users, and all based on the fulfillment of particular needs, without requiring the development of code to obtain what companies need.
Typeform is oriented to corporate environments with multiple needs, in addition to the fact that the integration mechanisms are constantly being expanded, favoring the correct treatment of data and the use of analytics, reporting and export, so that there are no barriers in the broad use of information. This works 100% for business plans, so its use in tests is limited and so, if we want to know more, we should dig into the existing usage documentation.

Top-Notch Form Creation Tool: Typeform Review
Commentaires : Overall, I have had a great experience with Typeform. It is an incredibly powerful and user-friendly form creation tool, and the drag and drop customization options make it easy to create engaging forms.
Typeform is an incredibly user-friendly form creation tool that allows me to quickly and easily create professional-looking forms. The drag and drop customization options make it simple to design forms that look great and are easy to navigate.
Typeform does have a few limitations in terms of customization options, particularly when it comes to creating complex forms. The pricing can also be a bit steep for some users.
Typeform is great if you have the money to invest
Commentaires : I really liked Typeform and I would continue to use it if the price point was lower. I'd recommend it to people looking to capture several different types of leads!
I first started using Typeform early in my business. I think that this was back in the day when Typeform had at least 100 submissions free each month if I recall. This was really helpful when I was developing a lead generation capture form that I posted on LinkedIn. The conditional logic feature was very easy to figure out and allowed me to use one form to capture four different types of leads.I really like Typeform’s features, but it’s was too expensive for a small business owner who is trying to grow her business. It's a great product so I understand the updated price point, but there are other things that are more pressing that I need to invest in my business. other than that I would recommend Typeform to people.
The updated prices! I understand the need to increase the price, but this is the main reason why I stopped using Typeform. Also, the Workspaces were a bit challenging for me to understand when I first started.
Alternatives envisagées : Jotform
Pourquoi passer à Typeform : I first started with Typeform because the conditional logic questions were very easy to develop, but I don't use it as much anymore due to the price increase. I'd still recommend it to people!
Commentaires : Experience with Typeform has always been good, it is the go-to form or survey collector for startups today, and it is standardized across all experiences.Negative will always be the pricing, I don't think priced very well at all, you simply can't scale with it for larger cases, especially for startups.
The ease of setup, the designs make your forms stand out. Also the API service is something Typeform does better than everyone else.
It's too expensive, as a startup it is almost impossible to scale with it.I think most people would just settle on a Google forms or other alternatives once you start to get a deeper look into the pricing, because it is borderline unaffordable.
Golden tool for all things Surveys!
From the simplicity of creating forms to viewing analytics to even the different designs, Typeform is a beautiful tool for managing, monitoring and creating surveys and forms
Managing and viewing all the surveys in the main menu is a bit overwhelming to look at and could be improved.
Easy to use
Commentaires : I have had a great experience using Typeform. It is easy to use and provides a great user experience. It also offers a variety of features that make creating and customizing forms quick and easy.
I love the versatility and ease-of-use of Typeform. Typeform makes it easy to create beautiful, interactive forms, surveys and quizzes. It offers an intuitive drag-and-drop interface that makes it simple to customize the look, feel and function of each form. Plus, Typeform has a wide range of features, including customizable themes, branching logic, dropdown menus, data validation, and more. It also integrates with a variety of third-party services, allowing users to quickly connect data and automate processes. Additionally, Typeform's analytics dashboard provides detailed insights into user responses, allowing users to quickly analyze and act on the data.
I dislike that Typeform can be a bit too basic in its design and customization options. It can be difficult to make advanced surveys with complex questions, and the available templates and design options are quite limited. Additionally, the free version of Typeform is quite limited in terms of features, so if you want to get the most out of it, you may need to upgrade to a paid plan.
Typeform organises my surveys.
Commentaires : I use Typeform for gathering user feedback, for conducting market research, and to organise survey generated data.
A friendly user interface and the ability to customize forms are the best part of Typeform. Typeform's user interface makes it easy to create and customize forms. Leveraging its drag and drop feature, I am able to add and arrange survey elements like text fields , images , multiple choice questions etc without needing to write a single line of html or CSS code.
To be honest, I find my Typeform experience to be very satisfactory. It provides everything I need for a successful survey, both in terms of creating the survey, distribution and even the analysis of survey generated data.
The most robust yet simple tool to create forms online
Commentaires : I was amazed and impressed by TypeForm, I liked very much its integration with our brand being able to personalize everything!
I loved the versatility and scalability of this platform, If helped us greatly to start out mailing list going!
At the time we were hoping to create qQuizzes with some deep logic and it was not possible yet.
Great product, but focused more on aesthetic than functionality.
Commentaires : Overall, I'm generally satisfied, but there's room to improve on the functional end. Their #1 differentiator is this conversational, one-question-at-a-time concept, but it is not always the right approach, and they should allow a mix of approaches.
Typeform has a very nice feel. The experience for the end user is very clean and has a nice aesthetic. If you're trying to look modern and want to have a nice look and feel, Typeform is a big step up from Google forms. Also, if you are creating a survey or form for OTHERS to use, it is great.
There are some usability deficiencies that were frustrating. For instance, if I want to ask you to stack rank 5 options, I have to create 5 questions, and then present the previous answers, for each one. It's a hack that works, but it's not very smooth and it's a LOT of work for the admin. Also, the surveys ONLY work for external users. For instance, I cannot use it with a mix of direct and indirect interviews in which some are answered by the user and some are answered by me on their behalf. Not only can I not update answers for a user, but I cannot answer questions on behalf of another. Frankly, NONE of the survey tools support this, so the only solution is to build a database in a No-code or Low-code solution like ZohoCreator or others. I think Survey tools should allow the surveyor to insert answers.
Alternatives envisagées : Google Forms et SurveyMonkey
Pourquoi choisir Typeform : Typeform was the preference of our Designer, who wanted to create a more attractive solution.
Logiciel antérieur : Google Forms
Pourquoi passer à Typeform : Our top reason for Typeform was the aesthetic. Functionally, it was comparable to Google, but the aesthetic was much better. Ultimately, I'm not sure it was worth the cost. SurveyMonkey did not standout.
Commentaires : Typeforms are awesome! It's been really easy to use from the start and is extremely reliable when it comes to third-party integrations working smoothly without regular errors. It's easy to collaborate and manage with fellow team members and as a team, we love it. It has its shortcomings but with a few improvisations of extra fields and third-party integrations here and there, you can get the best out of Typeforms.
What I like most is the opportunity to extremely personalize forms. You can do this with the data the user has just filled in or with data you have coming with from third-party apps, in my case Airtable. This gives you an opportunity to connect better with your lead and get a higher form completion rate.
Typeform needs to expand its integration with Airtable. You can create forms within Typeforms from tables on AIrtable but it has shortcomings for me. I have my data stored in Airtable but it's not possible to bring all multi-select field types or linked records when creating a form. I can easily export the responses to Airtable and add missing records later, manually, but It would be much better if I could have all fields on the form as it is on Airtbale with linked records. Also, it's sustainable to keep doing this manually if you collect a lot of data.
Alternatives envisagées : Google Forms, Airtable, Zoho Forms et GetResponse
Pourquoi passer à Typeform : The conditional logic offered in Typeforms helps create better converting forms.
Top of class Form & Survey Tool
Commentaires : Working with Typeform has been a joy. The fact that it integrates with just about every other tool under the sun (either through direct integration or via Zapier), really allows you to streamline your processes.
Typeform is a really solid product with a great team behind it. The admin panel is very intuitive and easy to use. Even if you’re new to a tool like this, you can get up and running fairly quickly. I also love the ability to create conversational forms that allow users to focus on a single question at a time. This is a way better approach that shoving a ton of questions in front of someone at once.
Overall Typeform is an incredible product. My only concern is their pricing.. Its fairly expensive for a form tool.
Alternatives envisagées : Involve.me et Feedier
Logiciel antérieur : Paperform
Pourquoi passer à Typeform : Again, I have to go with the amount of integrations. There are several other tools that offer a similar experience to Typeform, but nothing comes close to the amount of integrations Typeform has access to.
Expensive for what you get
Commentaires : We used Typeform for surveys, customer support queue, event registrations and questionnaires.
I really like the way Typeforms appear when published to a website. Really a nice approach. Makes it super easy for people to want to get into the form.
Setting up a paid form is really complicated. The support team helped when needed, but the skip logic tools are really difficult to grasp, and they must be 100% correct or they won't work. Also, pages always load pretty slow, regardless of my internet connection speed. The software is pretty expensive for what it is and there are simply better tools out there for less money.
The best way to make forms
Commentaires : 100 out of 100. Simply the best
Typeform is one of the best tools we use on the commpany, its so easy and have a lot of options when is integrated with zapier
For the moment, we don´t have any problem, maybe the only feature we ask for is to have a format question when cards numbers are captureted
Alternatives envisagées : Google Forms et Paperform
Pourquoi passer à Typeform : TF is a more complete software and its really easy to use, design and build the logic on each form
Typeform's user friendly survey UI can also be limiting at times
Commentaires : I still use Typeform on a regular basis but it's ideal for short surveys. If you need to create longer, more complicated surveys, it's one question at a time UI can be limiting.
Typeform's one question at a time UI probably feels the most friendly to survey takers. It breaks up the survey into easy steps so people don't feel overwhelmed seeing all of the questions at once. Their survey builder is fairly intuitive to use once you figure out all of the options that are there (some can be hard to find). It also has a very helpful integration with Google Sheets so you can see all of the replies there updated automatically. Typeform's logic jump feature (ability to take a respondent to another question based on how they answered one of the previous ones) is helpful as well.
Typeform's one question at a time UI can also be limiting because sometimes, it makes more sense to ask a few questions together on one screen. For example, you may want to ask for someone's First name and Last name as separate questions, but Typeform would only show each question by themselves, on separate screens. Beyond the landing page if you choose to have one, there's no easy way to add your brand to the rest of the survey (example: your logo as a fixed header) without using backgrounds, which isn't ideal as your logo may look too big or small depending on the screen size and a question may appear on top of it. Typeform also changed their pricing recently so you can only remove their branding with the highest monthly tier. Their Powered by Typeform button stands out quite a bit because its background uses the font color your questions are in (typically dark).
Lost access to years worth of data without warning.
Commentaires : Using Typeform taught me that you can pay every month for a service and they have the right to change the terms of the service agreement and you can lose access to data that you’ve collected over years. For a long time I felt scammed by this situation. Now, I know that it was my own fault and you can’t trust a software company with your data. You either need to have it backed up or have it on a platform that emails you records of all the data. I currently use Airtable and every single form that is completed I’ll get an email with a full record of everything that was submitted in the form. This means that even if for whatever reason I lost my data I would still have all of my information backed up in my email.
In the beginning I really loved the software because it was so simple and beautifully laid out. I loved the design of it and I loved that my students and customers would only have one question of time that they were looking at when they were completing the form. It seem to really streamline the form process.
I used this software for three or four years and had collected hundreds of testimonials and data from my customers inside of the forms. Then one day without any advance notice I lost access to 10+ forms - specifically I lost access to the forms that had the most data collected. I didn’t receive any notice or opportunity to download my data or take screenshots of it before I lost access. The only way that I could regain it was if I paid 10 times more that I was currently paying. For this reason I will never use Typeform again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
The best form experience
Commentaires : My experience with Typeform has been great, everything that I thought I wanted to do was possible.
Typeform is the best tool for creating forms that we have used so far. It creates the experience that we think is the better one for our users.
There are too many features locked behind a paywall. Because of that, we end up using google forms even though it is worse.
Alternatives envisagées : Google Forms
Logiciel antérieur : Google Forms
Hands down the BEST survey builder
Commentaires : You may not realize why you really need to switch to Typeform until you've actually tried it. There's just something about it that feels more human and welcoming, and makes the survey-taking process less painful and more fun. Both as a survey builder and as a survey taker. There's a lot of form-building software out there, but you owe it to yourself to at least give this a try. You won't regret it.
Typeform is hands down the best survey builder out there because it prioritizes the user experience. Surveys and feedback forms are a headache to take at the best of times, so the user interface should be beautiful, intuitive, and human-centric. The experience as a survey builder isn't half bad either. The platform does exactly what you expect, like copy/pasting content blocks and the enter key creating an additional answer option. You wouldn't think we'd have to be grateful for this kind of intuitive functionality, but sadly other form builders have made this something to celebrate. The plug-in to Noun Project for icons and Unsplash for stock photos makes it easy to create visually beautiful surveys too. There's also a whole untapped world of reference fields so you can easily integrate other information, like greeting a user by their name and auto-filling in their email address. It makes surveys more human, and that's a huge win.
There aren't a whole lot of cons when it comes to the survey building and the survey-taking experience on Typeform. The only complaints on our team have been from the more hardcore research types who want a lot of features available for analysis and reporting. Typeform does a great basic report that far exceeds what most people need, and you can generate a shareable link that updates as the answers update. But for some more advanced reporting features, our researchers prefer SurveyGizmo, which also has some more advanced translation features for surveys in other languages.
Best form site I've ever used.
Commentaires : Excellent site with innovative UX and great service overall. Can't live without it.
I absolutely love Typeform. In my opinion, it's got the best User Experience overall. Its forms are customisable, but the best thing about it is the one-question-per-time structure. Specially great for long answers, although all kinds of answers work well. Also for when you, for some reason, don't want the person to peek into the other questions, or have some sort of "surprise" promo or something on one of the next questions. Also, the way the responses are shown makes it easy to find specific information. It's also got integration with Zapier to save you time, and offers many ready to use gorgeous templates.
Only 10 (ten) questions on free mode. Getting only 100 responses is already bad enough. Come on, if you at least offered a plan between free and Pro, more people would get it (specially in countries w/ less 'powerful' exchange rates).
Alternatives envisagées : Google Forms et SurveyMonkey
Pourquoi passer à Typeform : The UX is unique. The templates are awesome.
Generates Leads On Its Own
We absolutely love Typeform for our business. We have created many lead generating surveys and tools to help our users. We have even converted our PDF applications into interactive typeforms so people can complete applications on their mobile device. Typeform is easy to use, the possibilities are endless, and it is fun for users. We like the ability to customize typeform for our business using our business color scheme and logo. We also like that we can customize our typeform link when sending to clients. It feels less like we are sending them to a third party software and more like they are still on our website.
The "Calculate" feature does not actually calculate in the sense of a real calculator. Rather, it calculates "points" if you are creating quizzes and surveys. The new Typeform interface is kind of hard to get used to simply because we were SO used to the old interface. It's always hard when software companies change up their tool or give their tool a face lift....it takes some getting used to. New users will have no difficulty though. It's only a con for us because we were used to their original interface.
